Before using the appliance for the first time, study the page that
contains pictures & illustrations, become familiar with the functions of
the appliance and read the following operating and safety instructions.
Only use the appliance for the prescribed purposes and in the
prescribed way. Keep these instructions in a safe place. If passing the
appliance on, please also hand over all documents to the recipients.
lntended use
The appliance is intended to generate hot air in closed, dry rooms. The
electric flame simulator conveys a log fire atmosphere. Other types of
use and modifications to the appliance are not regarded as intended
and pose a serious danger of accidents. The manufacturer is not liable
for loss or damage caused by improper use or any other use than the
intended purpose. The appliance is designed for domestic use only
and is not suitable for commercial purposes.

• This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above

or a lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning safe use of the appliance and
understand the hazards involved.
• This appliance is not to be used by persons (including children)
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or a lack
of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction.
• Children must not play with the appliance.
• The heater must not be located immediately below a power outlet
socket.
• Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a

Danger of death by electric shock
Do not operate the appliance with a damaged power cable or
damaged power plug.
ATTENTION! Damaged power cables pose a danger of death by
electric shock. Check the power cable regularly for damage and wear
and tear. lf the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its representative or a similarly qualified person in order
to avoid unnecessary risks to safety.
- Protect the power cable from sharp edges, mechanical stresses
and hot surfaces.
- Only operate the appliance with an earthed (grounded) power
outlet.
- Do not operate the appliance outdoors. Ensure that the power
cable is never wet or damp while the appliance is in operation.
- Do not switch the appliance on if you have noticed visible damage
(e.g. tears or cracks) or if you suspect that the appliance is
damaged (e.g. after it has fallen).

appliance.

Danger of injuries and/or hazards
ATTENTION! Never leave the electric heater unattended while it is in
operation, as this poses a risk of injury.
- Prevent the power cable from becoming a trip hazard – always run
it away from the appliance to the rear.
- Ensure that children and pets are not endangered by operation of
the appliance.
- The heater is to be installed so that switches and other controls
cannot be touched by a person in the bath or shower.
ATTENTION!
- Never operate the appliance using an external system such as
a time switch. Never connect the unit to an electrical circuit that
can switch it on and off with any mechanism. Injuries as well as
damage to the product could result.
- Disconnect the power supply by pulling the plug out of the power
outlet socket. Never pull on the power cable.
- Do not install or operate the appliance in a vehicle.
- Unplug the appliance before moving it to a different location.
- Unplug the appliance before cleaning it.
- Store the appliance in a dry, dust- and vibration-free place.
- Avoid damage to the appliance.
- The heater must be installed at least 1,8 m above the floor.
- The battery is to be disposed of safely.
- The battery must be removed from the appliance before it is
scrapped.
- Timer sets the heater working hours.
ATTENTION!
- The heater should be hung on the wall and make the wind outlet
down. You must not place it precipitantly or tipsily.
- During using the heater, please do not open the door or window
continually otherwise it will influence the heating effect.
- If want to stop the machine, press the on/off switch to off, then the
machine will keep the fan working 30 seconds until it is blowing out
cool wind, then the machine will stop working and you may put out
the plug.

CAUTION! In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent resetting of
the thermal cut-out, this appliance must not be supplied with power
through an external switching device, such as a timer, nor connected
to a circuit that is regularly switched off and on again by the utility
provider.
ATTENTION!
- non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged;
- exhausted batteries are to be removed from the appliance and
safely disposed of;
- if the appliance is to be stored unused for a long period, the
batteries should be removed;
- the supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.
Before operating
ATTENTION! Do not place the appliance directly beneath a wall power
outlet; this can lead to a risk of injury and may damage the appliance.
ATTENTION! Take care to prevent the power cable from being caught
in a pinch, and protect it from sharp edges. Damaged power cables
increase the risk of an electric shock.
ATTENTION! DANGER OF BURNING!
- It is imperative to let the appliance completely cool down before
any work is done on it.
ATTENTION!
- Only an electrical technician should conduct repairs; failure to
comply may lead to risk of injury and/or damage to the appliance.
ATTENTION! RISK OF INJURY!
- The edges of the electric heater are very sharp.
- Wear protective gloves for all maintenance work.
WARNING! This heater is not equipped with a device for controlling
the temperature of the room. Do not use this heater in small rooms
when they are occupied by persons not capable of leaving the room
on their own, unless constant supervision is provided.
Note: Please ensure that the power plug is still accessible after
installation of the electric heater.
Note: Ensure that the electric heater is correctly installed. If in doubt,
contact a professional.
Your electric heater is now ready for operation.

Operation
The voltage of the power source must comply with the specifications
on the ratings plate of the heater. Devices marked with 230 V can also
be operated at 220 V. Before using the appliance, it is imperative to
ensure that the installation location corresponds to the requirements of
the safety instructions.
Note: When the heater is turned on for the first time, a harmless
slight odour may occur. This odour is produced by the internal heating
elements as they heat up. Provide suffcient ventilation.
Note: Your heater is fitted with a safety device that will switch the
appliance off overheating occurs. lf the heater stops working, turn it
off and inspect the inlets and outlets tor blockages. Unplug the heater
and wait at least 10 minutes for the protection system to reset before
attempting to restart the appliance. lf the safety device still switches
the heater off and prevents it from operating, take the heater to your
nearest service centre for inspection and repair.
Attention:
1. Check that the air intake and exhaust is not covered or obstructed
in anyway.
2. Keep combustible objects at least 1m away from the unit. Plug the
unit to a grounded power socket.
Note:
1. This product must be grounded. If it should malfunction or
breakdown, grounding provides a path of least resistance for
electric current to reduce the risk of electric shock.
2. This unit comes standard with a 1.5m long cord. Always plug the
unit into a wall outlet. An extension or relocate tab should never be
used.

INSTALLATION
Drill two holes in the wall and have a distance of above 2.0m from the
ground. Make sure the diameter of the holes are 6 mm so the plugs
will fit. Place the plug in the holes. Insert the screwes in the plugs.
Hang the heater on the screws, push to the right and then down to
secure the heater (see the picture A / B). Insert the power plug into the
socket. Your electric heater is now ready for operation.
Note: max weight is 4.1kg, the wall should be able to carry this
weight.
1. The distance between the product and
the ceiling(and the side) should be
≥30cm.
2. The screw can stick out 10 mm out of the
wall so the heater can get enouf support.
3. Note: when the product is installed, The
hook (screw) is aligned with the hole “A”
on the product. After hanging, must be
moved to the “B”, in order to firmly fix.
When to remove the product, must be
moved from «B» to «A» then take out.

USING THE HEATER AND REMOTE CONTROL
1. Put the plug in the wall socket,and switch “on” the main switcher.
The LED screen is working.
“-”: is “ON”. “0”: is “OFF”.
2. Press the Start/Stop button at the edge of the appliance to start
the heater. It will start working on high heating. Any other function
is available with the remote control.
3. After you stop the appliance- it would cool down itself for
30s by ventilator.
4. 1)Turn on the power switch, LED display Environment temperature,
the appliance is standby.
2)There is a switch behind the appliance base, press the «button»,
It will start working on high heating, then press again to stop
the heating. The fan will continue to oparate for 30 seconds, the
appliance will be shut down.
3)All function need to be operated by remote control.
4)Fan keeps working for 30 seconds adfter shutting down the
appliance (after heating).
Note: The indicator lights when corresponding function is working.

How to change the battery:
Pull out the battery drawer out by pushing the small part and pull at the
same time. Place the battery in like shown on below photo.

Set up
1. Open the “ALPINA” app,add the device. Find the small
home appliances, you will found the heater(Wi-Fi). Select it
to connect to your home WI-FI.
2. Please select the status of the indicator light -Blinking or
breathing rapidly.
(Long press the black switch in the device side for 3
seconds to connect to WIFI)
3. You could enter the operation interface when you found
on device. Press “ ” as follows: ON(Fan working), OFF
(Fan keep working for 30 seconds when shutdown the
appliance after heating). Press “+” “-” to adjust temperature,
Temperature range: 18-45°C.
4. Enter the Gear screen, can set cool fan,heat level 1,
heat level 2
5. 5.Enter the Function screen,can setting the week
timer,window opening,swinging functions and temperature
setting.

Control Panel
The control display is located on the top right corner of the glass. The
controle panel is the remonte controle.
Power ON / OFF
Press the power button to turn on the unit. Press again to turn off the
unit.
NOTE: There is a thermostat limiter inside the unit. When the inner
temperature is too hot, the unit will automatically turn off to avoid
damage to the product or risk of fire.
• DO NOT unplug the unit when it is still «ON».
CONNECTING THE APPLIANCE TO WIFI
1. Download and install the Alpina Smart app from the Apple App
Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device.
2. Open the Alpina Smart app.
3. Create a new account or sign in with an existing account.
4. Tap “+” to add the device.
5. Select the correct product from the list.
6. Use the USB cable to connect the device to the power adapter and
plug the adapter into the Wall outlet.
7. If the indicator light is not flashing: press and hold the reset button
for six seconds. If the indicator light flashes: confirmed in the app.
8. Confirm the Wi-Fi network and password. Note: Make sure to use
the 2.4GHz network instead of the 5GHz network.
9. Scan the QR code on your device with the camera and proceed.
10. Enter a name for the device.
11. The heater is ready for use.

Cleaning the heater
- If you don’t use the heater for a long time, please wipe the
surface. Wait for the machine being cool and pull out the plug,
then clean it. Wipe it clean with a washcloth or cleaner. Never
directly wash with water, do not drop the water into the machine.
Never clean it with acids, chemical thinner, gasoline benzene etc.
- Before use it again, please check it and make sure the wind
outlet have no sundries. Warning: Don’t touch the working
machine and don’t cover the wind in- and outlet.
Information
The appliance is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of
purchase. The appliance was carefully manufactured and diligently
inspected before being dispatched. Damage that is attributed to
improper use, as well as wear and tear on the parts, are not covered
by the warranty.
WARNING! Only qualified specialists may repair your appliance, and
they must use only original spare parts. This ensures that the safety of
your appliance is maintained.
WARNING! Always have the manufacturer of the appliance, or their
customer service agent, perform a replacement of the power plug or

There are no user-serviceable parts in this appliance. Under no
circumstances should the appliance be serviced by anyone other than
