Recommendations
EN
• Please ensure AMIBOT Glass is plugged in while it is cleaning.
• Initialising the appliance's back-up battery: the back-up battery
must be charged for around 2h before using the robot for the
rst time.
• Do not use AMIBOT Glass on uneven surfaces, such as frosted,
textured, patterned or coated glass. AMIBOT will not be liable for
damage due to incorrect use of the robot on said surfaces.
• AMIBOT Glass is only appropriate for vertical, framed glazed
surfaces.
• AMIBOT Glass can only clean horizontally mounted glass using
the Remote Control.
• Do not use AMIBOT Glass on a surface with frames less than
5mm thick.
• AMIBOT Glass can be used on a surface area of at least 50*70cm.
• Please ensure a clearance of at least 8cm between the glass and
any obstacles in the room (curtains or furniture).
• AMIBOT Glass can clean glass mounted at an angle using the
remote control. However, the degree of the angle may aect the
correct functioning of the appliance. If this is the case, please
ensure that someone is close to the appliance in the event of a
problem.
• Do not use AMIBOT Glass upside down.
• AMIBOT Glass is designed for routine cleaning. The appliance is
not intended to replace heavy-duty or rst-time cleaning.
• Do not use the appliance on damp or greasy windows.
• The appliance can be used to clean outside windows or windows
at a height if fastened with the safety tether, winds are calm and
it is not raining or snowing.
• Do not use the appliance on cracked glass.

Yellow cleaning pad
The yellow cleaning pad is suitable for windows with a signicant
amount of dust. It is used dry to remove the maximum amount of
dirt.
Grey microbre cleaning pad
The grey microbre cleaning pad is used for regular maintenance
cleaning of surfaces where dust accumulation is not signicant. This
cleaning pad is used with a cleaning product suitable for cleaning
glazed surfaces.
NOTES:
• For particularly dirty surfaces, AMIBOT recommends using the yellow cleaning
pad before using the grey cleaning pad with window cleaner.
• Ensure that the cleaning pads do not cover the edge sensors or the continuous
tracks.

Plugging in the appliance
The power adapter, power cable and extension cord must only be
used indoors.

Assembling the power adapter
To ensure that the robot operates safely, the extension cord (4) must
be connected to the power adapter (1) and locked in.
Then, the power cable must then be plugged into the mains socket
(2).

Before the robot starts a cleaning cycle, ensure that the safety tether
(2) is attached. Insert the connector (3) into the robot and lock it in by
turning it to the right (Figure 1). Fasten the karabiner (1) to a secure
place to catch the robot in case of a fall (Figure 2).
NOTE: The robot could fall due to a power outage of more than 30min (AMIBOT
Glass back-up battery life).

Plugging the appliance into the electrical power supply
The robot is plugged in correctly when the Start/Pause button indi-
cator light (1) is green. AMIBOT Glass AG31 is secure when the upper
indicator light (2) is green.
NOTE: Do not unplug the appliance while in use because it could fall.

Switching the robot on
Press the Start/Pause button (1) on the top of the robot for 2 seconds.
The indicator light turns blue and AMIBOT starts generating suction.
The robot can be placed on the glazed surface.
Placing the robot on the window
Place AMIBOT on the window at least 8cm from the window edges
or any other obstacle.
Starting the robot
AMIBOT Glass can start a cleaning cycle by:
• Pressing the Start/Pause button on the robot (1).
• Pressing the Start button on the remote control (3).

Choosing the cleaning mode
Automatic mode: Before starting its cleaning cycle, AMIBOT scans
the perimeter to analyse the shape of the glazed surface and dene
its cleaning route.
Choice of modes: Choose from 4 cleaning modes using the remote
control:
N Z
1. N Mode: This mode is suitable for particularly long surfaces.
2. Z Mode: This mode is suitable for particularly high surfaces.
3. Z/N Mode: AMIBOT automatically alternates between Z and N
modes.
4. Manual Mode: You can guide AMIBOT using the arrow buttons
on the remote control.
NOTE: If the appliance detects a loss of suction during its cycle, it beeps and goes in
the opposite direction.
Pausing the appliance
Press the Start/Pause button on the robot (1) or the Pause button on
the remote control (5) to stop or pause the robot.

Stopping the appliance
When the appliance stops its cleaning cycle, it returns to its starting
point and beeps.
The robot's cleaning cycle can be interrupted by pressing on the Stop
button on the remote control (4). The appliance stops where it is.
Removing the robot from the glazed surface
Take hold of the robot's handle and press the Start/Pause button (1)
for around 2 seconds so the suction fan stops. AMIBOT can then be
removed from the window safely.

and unplugged when not in use.

Cleaning pads
Remove AMIBOT's cleaning pad
and rinse with clean water and
your choice of cleaning product.
Rub and rinse with plenty of
water.
The cleaning pads are also
machine washable at 30°C
maximum.
Turn AMIBOT over and wipe any
debris from the fan with a dry
cloth so the same level of suction
is maintained.
Wait until they are completely dry before reusing them.

Robot status Indications
Start/Pause button light: Blue
AMIBOT is ready to be attached to the
glazed surface and start its cleaning
cycle.
Start/Pause button light: Red AMIBOT has encountered a problem.
Start/Pause button light: Green AMIBOT is plugged into the mains
correctly. It is ready to be used.
Start/Pause button light: Orange AMIBOT back-up battery is charging.
The robot beeps while it is operating. The robot has detected an edge and
changes direction.

Please contact AMIBOT technical department in the following cases:
• If the appliance has been dropped, damaged or come into contact
with water.
• If the power cable is damaged.
• If the back-up battery is defective.

without overlapping the
edge sensors.
2. Contact the AMIBOT

edge sensors do not
work correctly.
The top and bottom
indicator lights ash
RED, the robot beeps
continuously.
The robot is not
connected to the power
adapter correctly.
Check that the robot is
connected to the power cable
correctly and that the power
cable is plugged in correctly.
The bottom and

ash RED and BLUE
successively.
There is a problem with
the motherboard.

at the edge of the
window.
