Bitte lesen Sie die vorliegende Gebrauchsanweisung sorgfältig durch. Bei
Fragen wenden Sie sich an Ihren Arzt oder Fachhandel von dem Sie dieses
Medizinprodukt erhalten haben.
Zweckbestimmung
Bei diesem Medizinprodukt handelt es sich um eine Schulter-Arm-
Adduktionsbandage zur Immobilisierung des Schultergelenkes in definierter
Position.
Indikationen
Präoperativ, postoperativ, posttraumatisch, z. B. bei Kontusion, Luxation,
subcapitale Humerusfraktur, Rotatorenmanschettenläsion.
Kontraindikationen
Lymphabflussstörungen auch unklare Weichteilschwellungen körperfern
des angelegten Hilfsmittels, Empfindungs- und Durchblutungsstörungen
der versorgten Körperregion, Erkrankungen der Haut im versorgten
Körperabschnitt.
Anwendungsrisiken/Wichtige Hinweise
Dieses Medizinprodukt ist ein verordnungsfähiges Produkt. Sprechen Sie
Anwendung und Dauer mit Ihrem verordnenden Arzt ab. Die Auswahl der
geeigneten Größe und eine Einweisung erfolgt durch das Fachpersonal, von
dem Sie das Medizinprodukt erhalten haben.
– Medizinprodukt vor radiologischen Untersuchungen ablegen
– wurde das Tragen bei Nacht angeordnet Stauungen des Blutkreislaufes
vermeiden
– bei Taubheitsgefühl Medizinprodukt lockern oder ggf. abnehmen
– bei anhaltenden Beschwerden den Arzt oder Fachhandel aufsuchen
– Medizinprodukt indikationsgerecht einsetzen
– gleichzeitige Nutzung anderer Produkte nur nach Rücksprache mit Ihrem Arzt
– keine Änderungen am Produkt vornehmen
– nicht auf oenen Wunden tragen
– nicht verwenden bei Unverträglichkeiten gegen eines der verwendeten
Materialien
– kein Wiedereinsatz – dieses Hilfsmittel ist zur Versorgung eines Patienten
bestimmt
– während der Tragedauer der Bandage: keine lokale Anwendung von Cremes
oder Salben im Bereich des angelegten Hilfsmittels – kann Material zerstören
Anziehanleitung
Je nachdem, ob die Bandage auf der linken oder rechten Schulter
getragen werden soll, wenden Sie sie so herum, dass das halbkreisförmige
Schulterpolster auf der ruhig zu stellenden Schulterseite liegt. Die
Unterarmönung muss vor dem Körper entlanglaufen.
Führen Sie nun das breite Flauschband zirkulär über den Brustkorb um den
Thorax.
Winkeln Sie den Unterarm der betroenen Seite an (meist 90°) und
kletten Sie die zwei Verschlüsse, welche sich oberhalb und unterhalb der
Unterarmönung befinden, auf dem breiten Flauschband fest. Da die Bandage
rechts und links getragen werden kann, bitte die nach außen zeigenden
Klettflächen abdecken, indem Sie den Sto umschlagen.
Kletten Sie das weiße beigelegte Klettband außen an die überstehende
Veloursfläche unterhalb des Ellenbogens.
Ziehen Sie nun den Klett nach oben und befestigen Sie diesen an der weißen
Veloursfläche.
Zum Schluss spannen Sie das blaue beigelegte Klettband über die betroene
Schulter (nicht zu fest), um zusätzlich Stabilität aufzubauen.
Ablegen
Lockern Sie das blaue und weiße Klettband und önen Sie die
Klettverschlüsse oberhalb und unterhalb der Unterarmönung. Nehmen Sie
nun vorsichtig die Bandage ab.

Reinigungshinweise
Schonwaschgang Nicht chemisch reinigen Nicht bleichen
Nicht im Wäschetrockner trocknen Nicht bügeln
Keinen Weichspüler verwenden. In Form ziehen und an der Luft trocknen.
Klettverschlüsse schließen, um Beschädigungen anderer Wäschestücke zu
vermeiden.
Gewährleistung
Für das erworbene Produkt gelten die gesetzlichen Bestimmungen des
Landes, in dem Sie das Produkt bezogen haben. Bitte wenden Sie sich
an Ihren Fachhandel, sollten Sie einen Gewährleistungsfall vermuten.
Bitte das Produkt vor Einreichung eines Gewährleistungsfalles reinigen.
Wurden beiliegende Hinweise der Gebrauchsanweisung nicht ausreichend
beachtet, so kann die Gewährleistung beeinträchtigt werden bzw. entfallen.
Ausgeschlossen ist eine Gewährleistung bei nicht indikationsgerechter
Anwendung, Nichtbeachtung der Anwendungsrisiken, -hinweise sowie
eigenmächtig vorgenommenen Änderungen am Produkt.
Nutzungsdauer/ Lebensdauer des Produkts
Die Lebensdauer des Medizinprodukts wird durch den natürlichen Verschleiß
bei sach- und anwendungsgemäßem Umgang bestimmt.
Meldepflicht
Kommt es bei der Anwendung des Medizinproduktes zu einer
schwerwiegenden Verschlechterung des Gesundheitszustandes, dann
melden Sie dies Ihrem Fachhändler oder uns als Hersteller sowie dem BfArM
(Bundesinstitut für Arzneimittel und Medizinprodukte).

Intended purpose
This medical device is a shoulder-arm adduction support for the
immobilisation of the shoulder joint in a defined position.
Indications
Pre-operative, post-operative, post-traumatic, e.g. in case of contusion,
luxation, subcapital humerus fracture, rotator cu lesion.
Contraindications
Lymph drainage disorders, also unclear soft tissue swellings distal to the
aid positioned, sensory and circulatory disorders with the region of the body
treated, skin diseases in the part of the body treated.
Application risks/Important notes
This medical device is a prescribable product. Discuss the use and duration
with your treating physician. The expert sta from whom you have received the
medical device will select the appropriate size and instruct you regarding its use.
– remove the medical device prior to radiological examinations
– if wearing at night is prescribed, avoid congestion of the circulatory system
– in case of numbness, loosen the medical device and remove it if necessary
– in case of persistent complaints, consult the physician or specialist retailer
– use the medical device in accordance with therapeutic needs
– only use other products simultaneously after consultation with your physician
– do not make any changes to the product
– do not wear it on open wounds
– do not use in case of intolerance of one of the materials used
– no re-use – this medical aid is intended for treating one patient
– whilst wearing the support, please neither use any creams nor ointments on
or around it as they can destroy the material
Fitting instructions
Depending on whether the support should be worn on the left or right shoulder,
turn it so that the semi-circular shaped shoulder pad lies on the shoulder side
to be immobilised. The lower arm opening must run in front of the body.
Then, guide the wide fleece tie circumferentially around the thorax over the chest.
Angle the lower arm from the side aected (normally 90°) attach the two
fasteners located above and below the lower arm opening to the wide fleece
tie with Velcro. As the support can be worn both on the right and the left,
please cover the Velcro surfaces pointing outwards by turning the material.
Attach the white Velcro tape included to the outside of the protruding velour
surface beneath the elbow using Velcro.
Then pull the Velcro upwards and attach it to the white velour surface.
Finally, tighten the blue Velcro tape provided above the aected shoulder (not
too firmly) in order to establish further stability.
Removal
Loosen the blue and white Velcro tape and open the Velcro fasteners above
and below the lower arm opening. Then remove the support cautiously.

Cleaning information

Do not use fabric conditioner. Stretch back into shape and dry in the fresh air.
Close the Velcro fasteners in order to avoid damaging other items of clothing.
Guarantee
The legal regulations of the country in which you acquired the product apply

a warranty claim. Please clean the product before submitting a warranty
claim. If the enclosed instructions for use have not been properly observed,
the warranty may be impaired or cancelled. The warranty does not cover use
of the product inappropriate for the indication, non-observance of application

Useful life/Lifetime of the product
The lifetime of the medical device is determined by its natural wear and tear if
treated appropriately and as recommended.

If a serious worsening of the state of health occurs when using the medical
device, you are obliged to notify the specialist dealer or us as the manufacturer
and the Medicines & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).

Utilisation prévue
Ce dispositif médical est un bandage d’adduction de l’épaule et du bras pour
immobilisation de l’articulation de l’épaule dans une position définie.
Indications
Pré-opératoire, post-opératoire, post-traumatique, p. ex. en cas de contusion,
luxation, fracture de l’extrémité inférieure de l’humérus, lésion de la coie
des rotateurs.
Contre-indications
Troubles de la circulation lymphatique y compris tuméfaction des tissus mous
d’origine inconnue de l’aide posée, troubles de sensation et de la circulation
sanguine des régions corporelles traitées, maladies cutanées sur les zones
traitées.
Risques inhérents à l’utilisation/Remarques importantes
Ce dispositif médical est un produit prescrit sur ordonnance. Consultez votre
médecin prescripteur pour en connaître l’utilisation et la durée de port. Le
choix de la taille ainsi qu’une présentation du produit seront réalisés par le
personnel spécialisé qui vous fournira ce dispositif médical.

– en cas de prescription de port de nuit, éviter les congestions de la
circulation sanguine
– en cas de sensation d’engourdissement, desserrer ou retirer
éventuellement le dispositif médical
– consulter un médecin ou un magasin spécialisé en cas de gêne persistante
– utiliser le dispositif médical conformément aux indications
– utilisation simultanée d’autres produits exclusivement sur avis de votre
médecin
– ne pas modifier le produit
– ne pas porter sur des plaies ouvertes
– ne pas utiliser en cas d’intolérance à l’un des matériaux utilisés
– ne pas réutiliser. Ce dispositif est conçu pour le soin d’un seul patient.

Instruction d’application
Qu’il s’agisse d’un port sur l’épaule gauche ou droite, tournez le bandage de
manière à ce que le rembourrage de l’épaule semi-circulaire se trouve sur le
côté de l’épaule à immobiliser. L’ouverture située à l’avant-bras doit se trouver
face au corps.
Enfilez maintenant la bande large de façon autour du thorax en le faisant
passer par-dessus le torse.
Pliez l’avant-bras du côté lésé (généralement à 90°), puis fermez les deux

fermetures sur la bande large. Les deux fermetures se trouvent au-dessus et
en-dessous de l’ouverture située à l’avant-bras. Comme le bandage peut être
porté à droite et à gauche, recouvrez les surfaces auto-agrippantes pointant
vers l’extérieur en rabattant le tissu.
Fermez la bande Velcro blanche fournie à l’extérieur au niveau de l’excédent
de surface en velours sous le coude.
Tirez maintenant le Velcro vers le haut et attachez-le sur la surface en velours
blanche.
Enfin, pour donner un supplément de stabilité, serrez la bande Velcro bleue
fournie au-dessus de l’épaule lésée (ne pas trop serrer).
Retirer
Desserrez la bande Velcro bleue et blanche et ouvrez les fermetures Velcro
au-dessus et en-dessous de l’ouverture située à l’avant-bras. Retirez
maintenant délicatement le bandage.

Conseils de lavage

Ne pas utiliser d’assouplissant. Mettre en forme et faire sécher à l’air libre.
Fermer les fermetures Velcro pour éviter d’endommager d’autres vêtements.

Destinazione
Questo dispositivo medico è un tutore per abduzione di spalla e braccio per
immobilizzare l’articolazione della spalla in una posizione definita.
Indicazioni
Ambito preoperatorio, postoperatorio, post-traumatico, ad es. per contusione,
lussazione, frattura sottocapitata dell’omero, lesione della cua dei rotatori.
Controindicazioni
Disturbi del flusso linfatico e gonfiori poco chiari dei tessuti molli distanti
dall’ausilio applicato, disturbi della sensibilità e della circolazione nelle regioni
anatomiche interessate dal trattamento, patologie cutanee nella zona del
corpo interessata.
Rischi correlati all’applicazione/Avvertenze importanti
Questo dispositivo medico è un prodotto prescrivibile. Chiedere informazioni
sull’uso e la durata al medico prescrittore. La selezione della misura e delle
istruzioni adatte è eettuata dallo specialista da cui ha ricevuto il dispositivo
medico.
– rimuovere il dispositivo medico prima di sottoporsi ad esami radiologici
– se è stato prescritto di indossarlo di notte, evitare la congestione della
circolazione sanguigna
– in caso di intorpidimento, allentare o, se necessario, rimuovere il dispositivo
medico
– se i sintomi persistono, consultare un medico o un rivenditore specializzato
– utilizzare il dispositivo medico secondo le indicazioni
– l’uso simultaneo di altri prodotti può avvenire solo dopo aver consultato il
suo medico

– durante il periodo d’uso del bendaggio: evitare l’applicazione locale di
creme o unguenti nella zona di applicazione dell’ausilio, perché può
danneggiare il materiale
Istruzioni per indossare l’articolo
A seconda che il tutore debba essere indossato sulla spalla sinistra o destra,
orientarlo in modo che l’imbottitura semicircolare per la spalla si trovi sul
lato della spalla da immobilizzare. Il supporto dell’avambraccio deve passare
davanti al corpo.
Ora portare il ampio nastro in velcro circolarmente sul petto intorno al torace.
Piegare l’avambraccio del lato interessato (di solito a 90°) e agganciare
i due elementi di fissaggio, che si trovano sopra e sotto il supporto
dell’avambraccio, sul ampio nastro in velcro. Poiché la fasciatura può essere
indossata sia sul lato destro sia sinistro, coprire le superfici in velcro rivolte
verso l’esterno capovolgendo il tessuto.
Fissare la striscia di velcro bianca inclusa all’esterno sulla superficie in velour
al di sotto del gomito.
Ora tirare il velcro verso l’alto e fissarlo alla superficie in velour bianca.
Infine, tendere la striscia di velcro blu (non troppo stretta) sulla spalla
interessata per fornire ulteriore stabilità.
Rimozione
Allentare la fascia in velcro blu e bianca e aprire le chiusure in velcro sopra e
sotto il supporto dell’avambraccio. Ora rimuovere il tutore con attenzione.
Composizione dei materiali

Per l’esatta composizione dei materiali consultare l’etichetta tessile cucita
dentro il prodotto.
Istruzioni per la pulizia
Ciclo delicato Non lavare a secco Non candeggiare
Non asciugare in asciugatrice Non stirare
Non utilizzare alcun ammorbidente. Mettere il capo in forma e farlo asciugare
all’aria aperta. Chiudere le chiusure in velcro per evitare che vengano
danneggiati altri capi.
Garanzia
Per il prodotto acquistato si applicano le leggi del Paese in cui è stato
comprato. Se si sospetta un difetto che giustifica una richiesta di intervento in
garanzia, rivolgersi al proprio rivenditore specializzato. Si raccomanda di pulire
il prodotto prima di presentare una richiesta di intervento in garanzia. Se le
indicazioni delle istruzioni per l’uso non sono state adeguatamente rispettate,
la garanzia potrebbe essere compromessa o annullata. La garanzia è esclusa
in caso di utilizzo non conforme alle indicazioni, inosservanza dei rischi
correlati all’applicazione e delle indicazioni, come pure in caso di modifiche
non autorizzate al prodotto.
Vita utile/durata utile del prodotto
La durata utile del dispositivo medico è determinata dall’usura naturale se
maneggiato correttamente e in conformità alle istruzioni per l’uso.
Obbligo di segnalazione
In caso di grave deterioramento dello stato di salute durante l’utilizzo del
dispositivo medico, segnalarlo al rivenditore specializzato o a noi in quanto
produttori, inoltre in Italia anche al Ministero della Salute.
