Diagram 1.A: Refer to the diagram below when fastening nut to bolt. For fastening procedures that does not require
a bracket or bumper, remember the concept demonstrated. The spring should be in between the washer and nut.

Step 1: Remove under shield plastic skid cover to gain access to the chassis frame
Step 2: Insert U-Bolt as shown. Attach mounting bracket fasten with washer and nut. (Passenger side shown)
Step 2: Install U-Bolt and mounting bracket onto the driver side. (Driver side shown)

Step 3: Once the mounting brackets are fastened to the U-Bolt, attach the bumper guard. Refer to diagram on Page 1

Step 4: Adjust and balance the bumper guard and then secure all the hexagon nuts.
Step 5: Re-attach the plastic under skid shield cover.

Step 5: Once all bolts and nuts are fastened, balance and adjust the bumper guard before it is tightened into place.
Step 6: Re-attach the hitch receiver cover and plastic under shield.
