Funktionsweise
VORWORT |FUNKTIONSWEISE
1. Um die Vibrationshantel einzuschalten, drücken Sie die Taste auf dem Bedienfeld.
Der Batteriestand wird Ihnen angezeigt:
100%
65% - 80%
40% - 60%
0%
2. Drücken Sie die Taste ein zweites Mal, um einen der drei Vibrationsmodi auszuwählen.
Die Standardeinstellung ist die niedrigste Intensitätsstufe.
3. Drücken Sie dann nacheinander die Taste , um eine der 3 Stufen der Vibrationsintensität
auszuwählen.
1. Level 1100 ± 300 rpm (18 Hz)
2. Level 1500 ± 300 rpm (25 Hz)
3. Level 2000 ± 300 rpm (33 Hz)
Je höher die Vibrationsintensität, desto größer die Belastung für die Muskeln.
4. Um das Gerät auszuschalten, halten Sie die Taste 3 Sekunden lang gedrückt.
5. Nach 10 Minuten schaltet sich die Vibrationshantel automatisch ab.

Montage der Gewichte
Um die Belastbarkeit und das Training zu intensivieren, können Sie das
Gewicht der Hantel von 2 auf 3 kg wie folgt anpassen:
1. Schrauben Sie die Verschlusskappe der Hantel seitlich ab.
2. Drehen Sie das Gewicht von 500g fest über das Gewinde.
3. Drehen Sie zum Schluss die Verschlusskappe wieder drauf.
4. Wiederholen Sie die Schritte für die andere Seite.

Gewährleistungsbestimmungen
Der Händler gewährt auf das umseitig beschriebene Produkt eine gesetzlich vorgeschriebene
Gewährleistungszeit. Die Gewährleistung gilt ab dem Kaufdatum. Das Kaufdatum ist mit dem
Kaufbeleg nachzuweisen.
Der Händler wird die innerhalb Deutschlands erfassten Produkte, bei denen Fehler festgestellt
wurden, kostenlos reparieren bzw. ersetzen. Hiervon nicht betroffen sind Verschleißteile.
Voraussetzung dafür ist die Einsendung des fehlerhaften Gerätes mit Kaufbeleg vor Ablauf der
Gewährleistungszeit.
Der Gewährleistungsanspruch entfällt, sofern nach Feststellung eines Fehlers, dieser z.B. durch
äußere Einwirkung oder als Folge von Reparatur oder Änderung aufgetreten ist, die nicht vom
Hersteller oder einem autorisierten Vertragshändler vorgenommen wurde.
Die Gewährleistung vom Händler beschränkt sich auf Reparatur bzw. Austausch des Produktes.
Im Rahmen dieser Gewährleistung übernimmt der Hersteller bzw. Verkäufer keine weitergehen-
de Haftung und ist nicht verantwortlich für Schäden, die durch die Missachtung der Bedie-
nungsanleitung und/oder missbräuchliche Anwendung des Produktes entstanden sind.
Stellt sich bei Überprüfung des Produktes durch den Hersteller heraus, dass das Gewährleis-
tungsverlangen einen nicht von der Gewährleistung erfassten Fehler betrifft oder dass die Ge-
währleistungsfrist abgelaufen ist, sind die Kosten der Überprüfung und Reparatur vom Kunden

FOREWORD |FUNCTIONALITY
1. To turn on the vibration dumbbell, press the button on the control panel, the battery level
will be displayed:

2. Press the button a second time to select one of the three vibration modes. The default setting is
the lowest intensity level.
3. After that, successively press the button to select one of the 3 levels of vibration intensity.
1st Level 1100 ± 300 rpm (18 Hz)
2nd Level 1500 ± 300 rpm (25 Hz)
3rd Level 2000 ± 300 rpm (33 Hz)
The higher the vibration intensity level, the greater the pressure on the muscles.
4. To turn off the device, press and hold the button for 3 seconds.
5. After 10 minutes, the vibration dumbbell will turn off automatically.

Training with dumbbells is a big topic. Building muscles, increasing well-being, developing

Warranty conditions
The dealer grants a legally prescribed warranty period on the product described overleaf. The
warranty is valid from the date of purchase. The date of purchase must be proven with the
Purchase receipt.
The dealer will repair or replace free of charge the products recorded within Germany, where
defects have been detected. This does not apply to wearing parts. The prerequisite for this is
the return of the defective device with proof of purchase before the end of the warranty period.
The warranty claim does not apply if, after a defect has been detected, it has occurred, for
example, due to external influences or as a result of repairs or modifications that were not
carried out by the manufacturer or an authorized dealer.
The warranty from the dealer is limited to repair or replacement of the product. Within the
scope of this warranty, the manufacturer or seller assumes no further liability and is not respon-
sible for damage caused by disregarding the operating instructions and / or misuse of the
product.
If, upon inspection of the product by the manufacturer, it turns out that the warranty claim con-
cerns a defect not covered by the warranty or that the warranty period has expired, the costs
of inspection and repair shall be borne by the customer.

1. Pour activer la vibration, presser le bouton sur le panneau de contrôle. Le niveau de
charge de batterie s’allumera:

65% - 80%
40% - 60%

2. Appuyer une seconde fois pour sélectionner l’un des 3 modes de vibration. Le réglage par
défaut est le niveau d’intensité le plus bas.
3. Ensuite, appuyez successivement sur le bouton pour sélectionner l’un des 3 niveaux d’inten-
sité de vibration.
Niveau 1 1100 ± 300 rpm (18 Hz)
Niveau 2 1500 ± 300 rpm (25 Hz)
Niveau 3 2000 ± 300 rpm (33 Hz)
Plus l’intensité est élevée, plus la pression sur les muscles sera forte.
4. Pour arrêter l’appareil, maintenir la pression 3 secondes sur le bouton .
5. Apres 10 minutes, la vibration s’arrêtera automatiquement.

Conditions de Garantie
Le revendeur accorde une période de garantie légale sur le produit décrit au verso. La ga-
rantie est valable à partir de la date d’achat. La date d’achat doit être prouvée avec le reçu

Le revendeur réparera ou remplacera gratuitement les produits enregistrés en Allemagne, où
des défauts ont été détectés. Ceci ne s’applique pas aux pièces d’usure. La condition préa-
lable à cela est le retour de l’appareil défectueux avec la preuve d’achat avant la fin de la
période de garantie.
Le droit à la garantie ne s’applique pas si, après qu’un défaut a été détecté, il s’est produit,
par exemple, en raison d’influences extérieures ou à la suite de réparations ou de modifica-
tions qui n’ont pas été effectuées par le fabricant ou un revendeur agréé.
La garantie du revendeur est limitée à la réparation ou au remplacement du produit. Dans le
