mentemissionsstandards.T amperingbydealers,cus-
tomers,operators,andusersisstrictlyprohibitedbylaw.
Failuretocomplycouldresultingovernmentnes,rework
charges,invalidwarranty,legalaction,andpossiblecon-
scationofthemachineuntilreworktooriginalcondition
iscompleted.Engineserviceand/orrepairsmustbedone
byacertiedtechnicianonly!

Magnumseriestractorswithstandardequipmentandau-
thorizedattachments,areintendedtobeusedforcus-
tomaryfarming,agriculturallandlevelingandrelatedagri-
cultureoperations(intendeduse).Installationofutility
(dozer)blades,tileplows,orpushbarsonthetractoris
notrecommended.Anytractordamageresultingfromthe
installationand/oruseofsuchequipmentisnotcovered
bythetractorwarranty.
ConsultanauthorizeddealerorCNHIndustrialAmerica
LLConchanges,additionsormodicationsthatcanbe
requiredforthismachinetocomplywithvariousregula-
tionsandsafetyrequirements.Unauthorizedmodica-
tionswillcauseseriousinjuryordeath.Anyonemak-
ingsuchunauthorizedmodicationsisresponsibleforthe
consequences.
