2. INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD
Lea las siguientes instrucciones atentamente antes de usar el producto. Guarde este manual
para referencias futuras o nuevos usuarios.
• Este producto está diseñado exclusivamente para uso doméstico. No lo utilice para nes
industriales o comerciales.
• No use el dispositivo si no funciona correctamente.
• Tanto el mantenimiento como las reparaciones del producto deberán realizarse por
personal cualicado. Realice una revisión anual para asegurar un funcionamiento seguro
y detectar cualquier posible avería.
• No ponga el producto en funcionamiento cerca de paredes, cortinas o muebles y no
coloque ningún objeto encima mientras esté en funcionamiento. Sitúe siempre el
dispositivo mirando hacia el centro de la habitación.
• Utilice el dispositivo en habitaciones bien ventiladas. No lo use en baños, caravanas,
barcos o habitaciones de menos de 20 m2.
• No mueva el aparato mientras esté en funcionamiento.
• Realice una prueba de fuga antes de utilizar el producto por primera vez y cada vez que
cambie la bombona de butano.
• Nunca haga la prueba de fuga con una llama viva.
• Cierre la válvula de la bombona de butano siempre que el producto no esté funcionando.
• El aparato no debe ser usado por niños desde 0 hasta 8 años. Este electrodoméstico puede
ser usado por niños a partir de 8 años de edad si están continuamente supervisados.
• Este producto puede ser usado por personas con capacidades físicas, sensoriales o
mentales reducidas, o con falta de experiencia y conocimiento si están supervisados o
han recibido instrucción concerniente al uso del aparato de una forma segura y entienden
los riesgos que este implica.
• Supervise a los niños para asegurarse de que no jueguen con el producto. Es necesario
dar una supervisión estricta si el producto está siendo usado por o cerca de niños.
3. MONTAJE DEL PRODUCTO
Saque el producto de la caja, retire todo el material del embalaje y siga los siguientes pasos:
1. Abra el panel izquierdo y el derecho hacia afuera con un ángulo de 10º y el panel inferior
hacia adentro.
2. Coloque el dispositivo boca abajo y ponga el panel izquierdo, derecho e inferior con un
ángulo de 90º.

3. Sitúe los 3 paneles en la posición correcta y fíjelos.
4. Coloque el panel superior en la parte de arriba del producto.
5. Deslice el panel superior hacia la posición correcta.
6. Cuando estén colocados los paneles en su posición, utilice los tornillos para jarlos como
se muestra en el dibujo. Instale el panel trasero y las ruedas.

4. ANTES DE USAR
• Coloque el dispositivo encarado hacia el centro de la habitación respetando las siguientes
medidas de seguridad:
• Cuando el producto esté correctamente montado, retire el panel trasero.
• Introduzca la bombona de gas por la parte de atrás de la estufa con la salida de la válvula
mirando hacia afuera.
• Ajuste el regulador apropiado a la válvula de la bombona de gas girándolo en sentido
horario. Utilice únicamente la mano para girarlo, no use una llave inglesa.
PRUEBA DE FUGA
Esta prueba debe llevarse a cabo en una zona bien ventilada en la que no haya llamas abiertas
o cualquier otro tipo de fuentes de ignición.
1. Con el regulador conectado a la bombona de gas, gire laválvula de la bombona de gas una
vuelta y media en sentido horario para abrir el gas.
2. Limpie las conexiones del regulador a la bombona y de la manguera a la válvula de la
bombona con una mezcla de detergente y agua a partes iguales.
3. La aparición de burbujas es un indicador de que hay alguna fuga.
EN CASO DE DETECTAR ALGUNA FUGA SIGA LAS SIGUIENTES INDICACIONES:
1. Cierre la válvula de la bombona (en sentido horario).
2. Desconecte el regulador de la bombona de gas.
3. Traslade la bombona de gas a un lugar fresco, al exterior y bien ventilado.
EN CASO DE NO DETECTAR NINGUNA FUGA SIGA LOS PASOS SIGUIENTES:
1. Gire suavemente la bombona para que quepa el regulador y la manguera dentro del

2. Coloque el panel trasero de nuevo en su posición.
ADVERTENCIAS:
• No utilice la estufa si detecta una fuga.
• No utilice una llama abierta para realizar la prueba de fuga.
• No utilice ningún aparato eléctrico en presencia de una fuga de gas.
5. FUNCIONAMIENTO
La estufa se puede ajustar en 3 niveles de potencia diferentes:
• : baja.
• : media.
• : alta.
ENCENDIDO:
ADVERTENCIA: durante el funcionamiento, la llama piloto deberá estar ja. En caso de que
parpadee o sea amarilla, lleve la estufa a revisión para asegurarse de que está en buen estado.
1. Gire la válvula de la bombona una vuelta y media para abrirla.
2. Pulse el selector de gas y gírelo en sentido horario hasta la posición 1. Manténgalo
pulsado durante 10 segundos.
3. Mientras pulsa el selector de gas, accione el pulsador de encendido una o dos veces
(situado en la parte inferior de la estufa) hasta que se encienda la llama.
4. Mantenga pulsado el selector de gas durante otros 10-15 segundos y luego suelte.
5. En caso de que la llama piloto no se encendiera, repita el proceso de nuevo.
ADVERTENCIA: es posible que, al encender la estufa por primera vez, sea necesario pulsar el
selector de gas durante más tiempo de lo normal para que el gas llegue al piloto.
6. Una vez que la estufa esté encendida y el selector de gas en la posición 1, gire el selector
en sentido horario hasta la posición 2 para encender el segundo panel y a la 3 para en-
cender el tercero.
7. Cuando haya acabado de utilizar la estufa, gire el selector de gas en sentido antihorario
hacia la posición OFF y cierre la válvula de la bombona girándola en sentido horario.

ADVERTENCIA: debe cerrar la válvula de la bombona para apagar la estufa por completo. No
se puede apagar únicamente por medio del selector de gas.
CAMBIAR LA BOMBONA:
Gire la válvula de la bombona en sentido horario hasta la posición máxima y deje que la estufa
se enfríe por completo antes de cambiar o sacar la bombona.
ADVERTENCIA: no intente quitar el regulador mientras la estufa esté en funcionamiento.
SISTEMA DE SEGURIDAD
El dispositivo cuenta con varias medidas de seguridad que apagarán la estufa cuando el
funcionamiento pueda no ser seguro. El dispositivo se apagará de forma automática en los
siguientes casos:
1. Al volcarse.
2. Cuando falle al intentar encenderlo con una llama.
3. Al ser golpeado o al chocarse con algo.
Para ponerlo en funcionamiento de nuevo después de haberse apagado:
4. Compruebe que no haya ningún daño.
5. Espere 5-10 minutos antes de ponerlo en funcionamiento otra vez.
6. LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO
1. Corte el suministro de gas.
2. Permita que la estufa se enfríe completamente antes de limpiarla o manipularla.
3. Nunca intente limpiar el dispositivo mientras esté en funcionamiento.
4. La estufa debería ser revisada anualmente por personal cualicado para asegurar un
funcionamiento seguro y detectar cualquier posible fallo.
5. No utilice esponjas, polvos o productos de limpieza abrasivos para limpiar el producto.
6. Utilice un paño suave y húmedo para limpiar la parte exterior del producto.
7. Si la estufa no se va a utilizar durante un periodo largo de tiempo, guárdela en un lugar
seco y seguro donde esté protegida del polvo.
7. RESOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS
La estufa no se enciende:
• Compruebe que hay gas en la bombona.
• Compruebe que el regulador está correctamente ajustado y que la válvula de la bombona
está abierta.
• Asegúrese de seguir las instrucciones.
La estufa no se enciende después de haber cambiado la bombona de gas:

• Hay aire en la bombona. Mantenga pulsado el botón del selector de gas hasta que la
llama piloto se encienda. Gire el selector a la posición 3.
• Puede que la bombona esté excesivamente fría, deje que vuelva a temperatura ambiente
antes de encender la estufa.
La estufa se apaga sola:
• Si se apaga a los 30 minutos de ser encendida, se está utilizando en una zona mal
ventilada. Abra una ventana o una puerta para ventilar y pruebe a encenderla de nuevo.
• No mueva la estufa mientras esté en funcionamiento. Puede que el interruptor de
seguridad antivuelco esté apagando el dispositivo por motivos de seguridad.

9. RECICLAJE DE ELECTRODOMÉSTICOS
La directiva europea 2012/19/UE sobre Residuos de Aparatos Eléctricos y Electrónicos
(RAEE) especica que los electrodomésticos no deben ser reciclados con el resto de los
desperdicios municipales. Dichos electrodomésticos han de ser desechados de forma
separada, para optimizar la recuperación y reciclaje de materiales y, de esta manera, reducir el
impacto que puedan tener en la salud humana y el medioambiente.
El símbolo del contenedor tachado le recuerda su obligación de desechar este producto de
forma correcta. Si el producto en cuestión cuenta con una batería o pila para su autonomía
eléctrica, esta deberá extraerse antes de ser desechado y ser tratada a parte como un residuo
de diferente categoría.

10. GARANTÍA Y SAT
Este producto tiene una garantía de 2 años desde la fecha de compra, siempre y cuando se
conserve y envíe la factura de compra, el producto esté en perfecto estado físico y se le dé un
uso adecuado tal y como se indica en este manual de instrucciones.
La garantía no cubrirá:
• Si el producto ha sido usado fuera de su capacidad o utilidad, maltratado, golpeado,
expuesto a la humedad, sumergido en algún líquido o substancia corrosiva, así como
cualquier otra falta atribuible al consumidor.
• Si el producto ha sido desarmado, modicado o reparado por personas no autorizadas
por el SAT ocial de Cecotec.
• Si la incidencia ha sido originada por el desgaste normal de las piezas debido al uso.
• El servicio de garantía cubre todos los defectos de fabricación durante 2 años en base a la
legislación vigente, excepto piezas consumibles. En caso de mal uso por parte del usuario
el servicio de garantía no se hará responsable de la reparación.

2. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read these instructions thoroughly before using the appliance. Keep this instruction manual
for future reference or new users.
• This appliance is intended for household use only. Do not use for industrial or commercial
purposes.
• Do not use the appliance if it does not operate properly.
• Maintenance and repairs must be carried out by a qualied technician only. The product
must be checked annually for safe operation and fault detection.
• Do not operate the product near walls, curtains or furniture and do not place objects on it
during operation. Place the device always facing towards the centre of the room.
• Always operate the appliance in well-ventilated room. Do not operate in bathrooms,
caravans, boats or rooms smaller than 20 m2.
• Do not move the appliance while it is operating.
• Carry out a leak test before operating the product for the rst time and after connecting
the gas cylinder each time.
• Never use a naked ame to test for possible leaks.
• Close the gas-cylinder valve while the product is not operating.
• The appliance is not intended to be used by children under the age of 8. It can be used by
children over the age of 8, as long as they are given continuous supervision.
• This appliance can be used by children aged 8 and above, and persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, as long as
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a
safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not playwith the appliance.
• Supervise young children to make sure that they do not play with the appliance. Close
supervision is necessary when the appliance is being used by or near children.
3. PRODUCT ASSEMBLY
Take the product out of the box, remove all packaging materials and follow the steps below:
1. Open the left and right panels towards the outside, at a 10-degree angle and the bottom
one towards the inside.
2. Place the device in an upright position and place the left, right and bottom panel at a
90-degree angle.
3. Take the 3 panels to the correct position and x them properly.

4. Place the top panel on top of the product.
5. Slide the top panel to its correct position.
6. Once all the panels are in their place, use the screws to x them as it is shown on the
picture. Install the back panel and castor.
4. BEFORE USE

• Once the product has been properly assembled, remove the back panel.
• Introduce the gas cylinder in the back of the heater with the valve outlet facing outwards.
• Screw the correct regulator onto the gas cylinder valve clockwise. Screw it by hand only,
do not use a spanner.
LEAK TEST
This must be carried out in a well-ventilated area, free from any open ames or other sources
of ignition.
1. With the regulator connected to the cylinder, turn on the gas cylinder valve 1 and 1/2 turns
anti-clockwise.
2. Brush and clean the connection between the regulator and the cylinder and from the
hose to the gas cylinder valve with a 50:50 solution of detergent and water.
3. The appearance of bubbles is an indication of a leak.
IF A LEAK IS DETECTED:
1. Turn off the cylinder valve (clockwise).
2. Disconnect the regulator from the gas cylinder.
3. Take the gas cylinder to a cool, outdoor, well-ventilated area.
IF NO LEAK IS DETECTED:
1. Slightly turn the cylinder to allow the regulator and hose to t inside the product.

WARNINGS:
• Do not use the heater if a leak is found.
• Do not use a naked ame for leak testing.
• Do not operate any electrical equipment in the presence of a gas leak.

5. OPERATION
The heater can be adjusted to 3 different positions:
• : Low
• : Medium
• : High
LIGHTING:
WARNING: during operation, the pilot light should be steady. in case it ashes or the ame is
yellow, the heater should be checked to make sure it is in good conditions.
1. Open the valve on the heater cylinder 1 and ½ turns.
2. Press down the gas-control knob and turn it clockwise to the 1-Low position. Hold for 10
seconds.
3. While pressing down the gas-control knob, press the ignitor once or twice until the pilot
light (at the bottom of the burner) turns on.
4. Keep pressing down the gas-control knob for another 10-15 seconds.
5. Let go the gas-control knob. If the pilot ame fails to light up, repeat the process again.
WARNING: when lighting a new heater for the rst time, it might be necessary to hold the gas-
control knob down for longer time in order to allow gas to ow to the pilot.
6. When the heater is turned on and the gas-control knob is set at 1-Low, turn it clockwise to
2-Medium in order to light the second panel and 3-High to light the third one.
7. Once you have nished using the heater, turn the gas-control knob anticlockwise to the
OFF position and close the cylinder valve by turning it clockwise.
WARNING: the heater can only be turned off by closing the cylinder valve. It cannot be turned
off by the control knob.
CHANGING THE CYLINDER:
Turn the cylinder valve fully clockwise and allow the heater to completely cool down before
removing or replacing the cylinder.
WARNING: do not attempt to remove the regulator while the heater is still operating.
SAFETY SYSTEM
The device includes several safety features that will shut down the heater when operation is
not safe. The device will automatically turn off in the following cases:

1. When it is tipped over
2. When it fails to turn on with a ame
3. When it is knocked or bumped
To operate it after having shut off:
4. Check for any damage
5. Wait 5-10 minutes before operating again
6. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Cut off the heater’s gas supply.
2. Allow the heater to cool completely down before cleaning or handling it.
3. Never attempt to clean the device during operation.
4. The heater should be checked annually by a qualied technician for safe operation and in
order to detect any faults.
5. Do not use abrasive scouring pads, powders or cleaners to clean the product.
6. Use a soft, dampened and clean cloth to clean the product’s outer housing.
7. If the heater is not going to be operated for a long period of time, store it in a dry and safe
place where it is protected from dust.
7. TROUBLE SHOOTING
The heater does not light:
• Check the gas cylinder is full.
• Check the regulator to make sure that it is properly attached and the cylinder valve is
turned on.
• Check that the instructions have been followed correctly.
The heater does not light after the cylinder has been changed:
• Air in the cylinder. Hold the control knob down for a longer period of time until the pilot
and main burner light. Turn to the 3-High position.
• The cylinder might be excessively cold. Allow the cylinder to reach room temperature
before operating the heater.
The heater turns off by itself:
• If it turns off after 30 minutes approx., it is being operated in a badly-ventilated area.
Open a window or a door to ventilate it and light it up again.
• Do not move the heater while in operation. The tip-over switch might be turning it off for
safety reasons.

9. DISPOSAL OF OLD ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES
The European directive 2012/19/EU on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment
(WEEE), species that old household electrical appliances must not be disposed of with
the normal unsorted municipal waste. Old appliances must be collected separately, in
order to optimize the recovery and recycling of the materials they contain, and reduce the
impact on human health and the environment.
The crossed out “wheeled bin” symbol on the product reminds you of your obligation to dispose
of the appliance correctly. If the product has a built-in battery or uses batteries, they should be
removed from the appliance and disposed of appropriately.
Consumers must contact their local authorities or retailer for information concerning the
correct disposal of old appliances and/or their batteries.
10. TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICE AND WARRANTY
This product is under warranty for 2 years from the date of purchase, as long as the proof
of purchase is submitted, the product is in perfect physical condition, and it has been given
proper use, as explained in this instruction manual.
The warranty will not cover the following situations:
• The product has been used for purposes other than those intended for it, misused,
beaten, exposed to moisture, immersed in liquid or corrosive substances, as well as any
other fault attributable to the customer.
• The product has been disassembled, modied, or repaired by persons, not authorised by

the ofcial Technical Support Service of Cecotec.
• Faults deriving from the normal wear and tear of its parts, due to use.
• The warranty service covers every manufacturing defects of your appliance for 2 years,
based on current legislation, except consumable parts. In the event of misuse, the
warranty will not apply.

2. INSTRUCTIONS DE SÉCURITÉ
Veuillez lire attentivement les instructions suivantes avant d’utiliser le produit. Gardez bien ce
manuel pour de futures références ou pour tout nouvel utilisateur.
• Ce produit a été conçu exclusivement pour un usage domestique. Ne l’utilisez pas à des
ns commerciales ni industrielles.
• N’utilisez pas l’appareil s’il ne fonctionne pas correctement.
• L’entretien comme les réparations du produit doivent être réalisés par du personnel
qualié. Réalisez une révision annuelle pour assurer un fonctionnement sécurisé et
détecter de possibles pannes.
• Ne faites pas fonctionner le produit près de murs, de rideaux ou de meubles et ne placez
aucun objet sur celui-ci lorsqu’il est en fonctionnement. Placez toujours l’appareil tourné
vers le centre de la pièce.
• Utilisez l’appareil dans des pièces bien ventilées. Ne l’utilisez pas dans des salles de bain,
des caravanes, des bateaux ou des pièces de moins de 20 m2.
• Ne déplacez pas le produit pendant qu’il est en fonctionnement.
• Réalisez un test d’étanchéité avant d’utiliser le produit pour la première fois et à chaque
fois que vous changez la bouteille de gaz.
• Ne réalisez jamais le test d’étanchéité avec une amme vive.
• Fermez toujours la valve de la bouteille de butane lorsque le produit est en fonctionnement.
• L’appareil ne doit pas être utilisé par des enfants de moins de 8 ans. Cet appareil peut être
utilisé par des enfants de 8 ans et plus s’ils sont surveillés constamment.
• Cet appareil peut être utilisé par des personnes aux capacités physiques, mentales ou
sensorielles réduites, ou sans expérience ni connaissances si elles sont surveillées et/ou
ont reçu les informations nécessaires à l’utilisation correcte de l’appareil et qu’elles ont
bien compris les risques qu’il implique.
• Surveillez les enfants pour vous assurer qu’ils ne jouent pas avec le produit. Une
surveillance stricte est nécessaire si le produit est utilisé par ou à côté d’enfants.
3. MONTAGE DU PRODUIT
Sortez le produit de la boîte et retirez tout le matériel qui compose l’emballage.
1. Ouvrez le panneau latéral gauche et le latéral droit vers l’extérieur avec un angle de 10 ºC
et le panneau inférieur vers l’intérieur.
2. Placez l’appareil à l’envers et placez les panneaux latéraux gauche et droit ainsi que l’in-
férieur avec un angle de 90 ºC.
3. Placez les 3 panneaux dans la bonne position et xez-les.
