CLiC-iT Pulley is designed for the use jointly with OK carabiner from PETZ with
triple locking, to be considered a Class E safety category regarding EN 17109:2020.
Other carabiners with similar characteristics are allowed with IMN & CLiC-iT as a
self-locking device (see section 1.2).

CLiC-iT Pulley is an MCD (mobile connection device) designed to prevent from fall risk
and operate along an IMN&CLiC-iT safetyline regarding the recommendation of the PPE
2016/425. Its main functions are to assure the user to the lifeline and to provide a continuous
movement through it.
It´s not necessary for the user to perform any manipulation in CLiC-iT Pulley until get out of the
lifeline.This product is a Personal Protection Equipment designed for leisure activities at heights
(high rope adventure parks) as per standard EN17109:2020.

The sheaves adapt Sheaves of CLiC-iT Pulley to the cable and Anchor dimensions. are
designed to provide fluid movement during play activity and to reduce noise during use. To
do this each of them incorporate two 608 2RS1 bearings and components that fit them in
the right position. Bearings and sheaves must be replaced when it is detected that the
movement is not correct.
When the MCD is in working condition it remains in
contact with the body thanks to the magnetic force exerted
by the magnet.
The geometry of the carabiner prevents the opening of the
MCD locking system, avoiding risks of disconnection due
to system failures.
The housing where the carabiner is inserted is designed to
avoid any unfavorable position during the activity.

The open area of the channel where the
cable is hosted in CLiC-iT Pulley is 8mm
between parallel faces of parts B (Plate)
and C (locking cam).
Part C, locking cam, should be inspected at
intervals of one week or after use by 1000
users.

Both parts should be replaced when you
cannot clearly see any wear indicator.
B and C parts incorporate a 0.5mm depth
slot to control the wear produced with use.
Wear Inspection
Before connecting the MCD to the safetyline you must have your landyard properly connected to the
harness and your carabiner properly connected to the landyard too (see point 1.3 in the manual).
Make sure you are in a safe position on the floor and disconnect the carabiner from CLiC-iT Pulley in
case it is connected.
Move the Locking Cam until it magnetically locks and insert the carabiner according to the
orientation shown in the next page.
Unlock CLiC-iT Pulley by pressing with both thumbs on the bottom of the Locking Cam (part C).
Insert the MCD on a straight portion of compatible cable. Be sure to orient CLiC-iT Pulley with the
face marked looking at the anchors.
Regulate the length of the landyard according to the indications of point 1.3 and move the MCD
along the cable to check the correct operation.

Tensile strength (Rm): It´s the longitudinal load that a carabiner supports
until it breaks.
A carabiner with a minimum tensile strength (Rm) of
22kN is required to meet safety requirements

An adjustable lanyard is used to connect the carabiner with the user´s harness. Use only harness that
comply with EN 12277+A1. The lanyards recommended by the manufacturer are shown below:
Adjustable lanyard regulation
Regardless of the height at which IMN&CLiC-iT CBS is installed,
the adjustable lanyard must be adjusted in the user´s harness
with an approximate drop of 10cm.
The correct harness and lanyard length must be chosen
individually to each participant correctly. Harness must be put on
properly and double checked. Adjustments to the harness leg
loops are necessary to prevent the harness clip-in point from
sliding upwards in the case of a fall. This harness rise should be
taken into consideration and planned for.
The user should be instructed on proper harness t and to ask a
guide if something feels wrong. It should be forbidden for
participants to put on the harness on their own.

Structural anchorages compatible with the CLiC-iT Pulley must meet the requirements of the UNE EN 795:2012
standard to ensure user safety.
Below are the dimensional requirements that an anchorage must meet to be considered compatible with the CLiC-iT
Pulley:

Fastening part
The Anchor installation and maintenance requires the use of a calibrated
torque wrench.
The installation of the Anchor on the Anchor Wedge is carried out using
the components D and F according to the assembly procedure of this

Anchor Plate for Trees is used in adventure
parks installed on trees. On this are
mounted the necessary elements to drive
the IMN & CLiC-iT CBS in the desired
direction. The installation system prevents
damage to the natural environment.
This element inverts the positioning of the
anchorage and allows to adjust the inclination
of this to adapt to a certain trajectory of IMN &
CLiC-iT CBS.

Non-Return devices are used to stop and prevent the MCD move back at certain points in the path. It
is useful in inclined sections, in entrances or exits of the park or to control the flow of users in ziplines.
Depending on the type of anchorage, there are different types of Non-Returns.
Non-Return are independent components that can be added to Anchor Wedge (Type A), Vertical
Positioner (Type B), Inverter (Type C) or be placed in elemets for adventure park to prevent falls
(Type D).
Non-Returns Type A, B and C consist of a folded sheet metal for each of the cases and a piece of
silicone, which is valid for any system:

The cable crimping must be done with a crimping tool capable of
exerting a force of 130 KN. The crimp die used must be of type K18
according to DIN 48083.

It must be entered during
the installation of the
rope course section.
Its function is to stop the MCD and prevent it from sliding backwards in an inclined
section of element for adventure parks. It´s used as a structural component to
prevent falls. We recommend its installation in games with a slope higher than 6º.
The Non-Return Type D is an obstacle to the pulley wich must be passed through by
turning the MCD 35º.
Non-Return devices are used to stop and prevent the MDC move back at certain
points in the path. It is useful in inclined sections, in entrances or exits of the park or
to control the flow of users in ziplines.

At times during installation there may be a need to connect two
ends of the safety line cable.
Positioners are an economical option to guide the safety
line cable at points where the structural strength
provided by an Anchor is not required.
Positioner Tube installed on Inverter is also
used when it needs to be placed in the
opposite direction. In places where great
structural resistance is not needed, such as
stairs or the beginning and end of a safety line.

Route Swapper must be installed in a position where the user is stable and with enough room to
maneuver the MCD
Route Swapper is a device designed to alternate between safety line routes in an high rope course. It
should be installed at a comfortable height where the user will have to manipulate CLiC-iT Pulley.
It works by turning the MCD to orient it towards the alternative route or by maintaining original orientation
to continue on the route.
