Pull out the power plug from power socket as shown in step 1.
Remove the safety socket from the power socket with a straight
screwdriver as shown in step 2. Take out the fuse according to the
direction shown in the picture, and insert it after replacing it.
Note: The machine fuse insurance tube specifications for

The folding handle has been adjusted to a
slightly appropriate tension force when the
machine leaves the factory. However, due
to the strength of the individual wrist, the
user can adjust the folding handle
appropriately according to their own
preferences. It will cause the shaking
phenomenon if the gap between the riser
and the folded part is too large. As shown in the steps in the
figure, pull out the round plug; combine the hexagon wrench and
socket wrench into a labor-saving lever, insert the hexagonal end
of the socket wrench into the hole, and turn it clockwise with the
hexagonal wrench to tighten, counterclockwise to loosen.

Diet
Determine the amount of training according to the individual physical
condition, and then practice according to asymptotic load. It is
normal phenomenon for muscle soreness at the beginning of training.
As long as continue to practice, the soreness can be eliminated.

time. Especially extend flabby for ministry muscle. Avoid long-term
coagulation of muscles and maintain muscle flexibility.
Do not eat at least 1 hour before training and half an hour after
training to protect your digest system. Avoid drinking plenty of
water to avoid increasing burden of heart and kidney.

11. Product maintenance
1. Lubrication
After the running belt has been used for a period of time, it must
be lubricated with a specially configured methyl-silicone oil.
2. As for the way to check whether you need to add lubricant
again. Just grab the running belt and touch the middle of the
running belt back with your hands as much as possible. You
don't need to add lubricant if you have silicone on your hand
(a little moist). You have to add lubricant if the pad is dry
and there is no silicone on your hand.
Do not lubricate too much. It is not the more lubricants the better.
Remember: Proper lubrication is an important factor in improving
the life of the treadmill.
★The step of lubricating on the running board (as shown in the
picture);
★Stop the running belt and fold the machine;
★Lift up the running belt on the bottom, extend the oil into the
middle of the running belt as much as possible, spray
methyl-silicone oil on the inner side of the running belt, and coat
both sides of the running belt with methyl-silicone oil;
★You can make use of the treadmill
speed of 0.6mph to evenly lubricate and
step on the running belt from left to
right. After a few minutes, the methyl
silicone oil can be completely absorbed
by the running belt.

Please adjust right bolt with
clockwise or left bolt with
counterclockwise if running
belt is right deviation.
3. Adjust tightness of running belt. All treadmills shall be
adjusted for tightness before delivery and after installation.
However, the running belt may be loosened after a period of
use. For example, the treadmill had stopping and slipping
problems during exercise. When this phenomenon occurs,
adjust the running belt adjustment bolts in a clockwise
direction with a half circle as the unit, left and right
synchronously. If the running belt is too loose, the running
belt and the roller will make your feet slip, but too tight is
not good, and it is easy to increase the load of the motor and
damage the motor, running belt and roller.
4.Running belt deviation adjustment
All treadmills need to be adjusted the running belt before delivery
and after installation. But the running belt may be deviated after a
period of use which may be caused by the following reasons.
①The main body is not placed smoothly.
②The feet of users are not in the center of the running belt.
③The feet of users are uneven force.
The deviation caused by man can be returned to normal after
a few minutes of no-load rotation. For deviation of
non-recover automatically, it should be adjusted with 6mm
wrench at a half circle as the unit.
Tips: It is mainly maintained by the user according to the manual.
Running belt deviation will seriously damage the running belt. The
mistake must be found in time and corrected.
5. Adjustment of the motor belt (as shown below)
All treadmills have been adjusted for the motor belt before and
after installation, but there may be slack and slipping after a
period of use, which is mainly adjusted by the user.
Adjustment steps:
① Adjust the parallelism of the motor with a wrench. Turn the
motor balance adjustment bolt half a turn counterclockwise.
②Turn the belt tightening bolts clockwise half a turn.
NOTE: Clean the belt and pulley groove regularly.

Definition: The heart rate control speed mode is to use wireless
heart rate and set the heart rate by comparison (target heart rate:
THR) to automatically adjust the speed. When there is no wireless
heart rate signal, hold the signal to participate in the calculation.
HRC1 has a speed limit of 11km/h(6.8 mph).
When decelerating at speeds above 1km/h (0.6mph), the speed
cannot be lower than 1km/h (0.6mph). For example: the minimum
speed of the treadmill is 1km/h (0.6mph) , when the treadmill is
running at 1.6km/h (1 mph), and the heart rate causes a
deceleration of 1km/h (0.6mph), it will decelerate to 1km/h (0.6
mph).
When the starting speed is 1km/h(0.6mph), Do not use manual
speed control before the first 1 min running.
HRC setting method. Press the “ ” button to enter, press the “+”
“-” buttons to adjust the target rate, and press the “start” button to
start running. Default target rate, default 110.
Speed change relations
A: Frequency of change, HRC checks the heart rate every 30
seconds (the heart rate is always displayed).
B: If the user's heart rate is lower than the target rate by 30
times/minute, the speed will be increased by 2.0km/h(1.2mph).
C: If the user's heart rate is lower than the target rate by 15-29
times/minute, the speed will be increased by 1.0km/h(0.6mph).
D: If the user's heart rate is higher than the target rate by 30
times/minute, the speed will be reduced by 2.0km/h(1.2mph).
E: If the user's rate is higher than the target rate by 15-29
times/minute, the speed will be reduced by 1.0km/h(0.6mph).
F: The user's rate is higher or lower than the target rate 0-14
times/minute, and the speed remains the same.
In the following situations, it will decelerate to the minimum within
20 seconds, run at the lowest speed for 15 seconds and then stop,
and “beep” every second. Immediately returns to work if heart rate
is detected within 15 seconds.
A: When the heart rate is detected once every 30 seconds, and the
heart rate is not detected twice in a row.
B: When the heart rate of 1 km/h (0.6mph) causes deceleration.
