Assembling the Hardware to make the DC-7600 Lamination Station
After receiving the DC-7600 Lamination station, some assembly is required. his Instructions set will help in
providing the steps to assembly the station quickly.
You will need a
1) Magnetic #1 Phillips screwdriver to assembly the hardware that makes up the station.
First, take inventory of the parts you received.

Step 1 – Fasten the Mounting Plate to the DC-7600 Card Printer
1) Place the (6) fastening screws into the
rubber feet.
2) Lower the printer GE TLY onto its back
and position the Mounting Plate over the
bottom of the Printer(flat edge of plate to
rear of the Printer), aligning the Mounting
Plate holes with the mounting holes on
the bottom of the Printer.
3) Insert the Rubber Feet screws through the
Mounting Plate holes and fasten the Plate
onto the bottom of the Printer.
4) Fasten the two remaining Rubber feet to the
bottom side of the Plate, opposite of the Printer
side.
5) Once all (6) Rubber Feet are fastened to the Plate,
carefully lift the Printer and Mounting Plate upright.

Step 2 – attach the Laminator Station Stand to the Mounting Plate.
2) Place and align the Laminator Stand alignment 3) Using a magnetic #1 Phillips Screw driver and the
posts, as noted, to the Mounting Plate. 4 supplied screws.
4) Fasten the Stand to the Mounting Plate 5) Stand fastened securely to Mounting Plate
in all four locations, securing it to the Plate.

Step 3 – Prep the Stand for the Laminator
Place the Power Adapter into the Laminators Stand, as seen above, with the power receptacle facing outwards
and the power plug for the laminator extending out of the stand.
Step 4 – Placing the Laminator onto its Stand
Gently lower the DC-5100 Laminator onto the stand, making sure to align it to the Stand.
Read the “Connections” instructions for properly wiring the Laminator to the Printer.

Hardware Connections :
Note: Before connecting the laminator and the DC-7600 power supplies, first make sure that the laminator
and the DC-7600's power utton are in the Off state.
After connecting the power supply, turn on the laminator power supply first and then turn on the DC-7600
power supply.
