Les pompes de transvasement de fûts TR ont été conçues
conformément à la Directive 2006/42/CE.
Par conséquent, elles ne présentent aucun danger pour l’opé-
rateur si utilisées selon les instructions fournies dans le pré-
sent manuel.
Ce dernier doit être conservé en bon état et/ou joint à la ma-
chine pour toute consultation ultérieure.
Le fabricant décline toute responsabilité en cas de modica-
tion, falsication, applications erronées ou toute opération en-
treprise non conforme aux indications fournies dans le présent
manuel, qui peuvent provoquer des dommages à la sécurité,
santé des personnes, animaux ou choses se trouvant à proxi-
mité de la pompe.
Le fabricant espère que vous puissiez proter au mieux des
performances des pompes de transvasement de fûts TR.

FOREWORD
TR drum pumps are built in accordance with Directive 2006/42/
EC. They therefore pose no hazard for the operator subject to
being used in accordance with the instructions contained herein.
The user guide should be kept in good condition within easy
reach of the pump for future consultation by the maintenance
engineer.
The Manufacturer shall except no liability in the case of modi-
cation, tampering, incorrect use or, in any event, operations
carried out with disregard for the instructions set out herein
that could thus represent a safety hazard and cause injury
to humans or animals or damage to property in the vicinity
of the pump.
The Manufacturer hopes that you will obtain optimum perform-
ance from your TR drum pumps.
All technical values quoted refer to standard TR pumps (see
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS), but ongoing technological
research, innovation and improvements to quality mean that
specications are subject to change without notice.
Drawings and any other documents delivered with the ma-
chine belong to the Manufacturer who reserves all rights and
PROHIBITS their disclosure to third parties without its express
prior written consent.

PRÉSENTATION DU MANUEL
Le présent manuel fait partie intégrante de la pompe, il s’agit
d’un DISPOSITIF DE SÉCURITÉ et contient des informations
importantes an que l’acquéreur et son personnel puissent
installer, utiliser et maintenir la pompe dans un état d’efcacité
et de sécurité pendant toute sa durée de vie.
Au début de chaque chapitre et de chaque section, une ligne
d’état a été créée qui indique à travers des symboles le per-
sonnel habilité à l’intervention, les protections individuelles
obligatoires et/ou l’état énergétique de la pompe.
Le risque résiduel durant l’opération est mis en évidence avec
des symboles spéciaux intégrés dans le texte.
Du point de vue graphique, des symboles seront utilisés à
l’intérieur du manuel pour mettre en relief et différencier des
informations ou suggestions particulières en matière de sécurité
et pour le bon fonctionnement de la pompe.

INTRODUCTION
This manual forms an integral part of the pump, is a SAFETY
DEVICE and contains important information that will enable the
purchaser and its staff to install, utilise and maintain the pump
in a safe and serviceable condition throughout its entire life.
At the beginning of each Chapter and section there is an infor-
mation line whose symbols detail the type of staff authorized
to carry out certain operations, compulsory PPE and/or the
pump’s power status.
The residual risk during the operation is shown by special
symbols with additional wording.
The manual also uses pictograms that highlight and distinguish
between certain details or suggestions given in order to ensure
safe and correct operation of the pump.

contenues dans le mode d’emploi du fabricant, une compé-
tence spécique pour effectuer les interventions d’installation
et d’entretien courant, ainsi que des compétences spéciques
du secteur.
ATTENTION: le personnel préposé à l’installation, à
l’inspection et à l’entretien de la pompe doit avoir une
préparation technique adéquate, de même que des
notions appropriées au domaine d’application (compatibilité
adéquate en la matière et risques liés à d’éventuelles réactions
chimiques du produit à pomper).

ATTENTION : il est interdit d’enlever et/ou d’altérer
la plaquette d’identication de la pompe et/ou les
données indiquées sur celle-ci.
Le code d’identication * qui apparaît dans la section « TYPE
» de la plaquette d’identication fournit la composition et les
matériaux de construction de la pompe an de déterminer l’apti-
tude et la compatibilité avec le produit que l’on souhaite pomper.

Principio di funzionamento
Le pompe da travaso fusti TR sono
unicamente previste per un funziona-
mento a immersione (vedi livelli minimo
e massimo), con opportuni accorgimenti
per evitare la formazione di vortici e la
conseguente aspirazione di bolle d’aria,
disposte in verticale.
La girante situata all’interno dell’estre-
mità del pescante (aspirazione) monta-
ta in presa diretta al motore (elettrico o
pneumatico), viene messa in rotazione
fino a raggiungere la velocità di massi-
ma generando così una camera di
aspirazione e pompaggio del liquido
che raggiungerà il condotto di mandata
per il travaso, con la prevalenza massi-
ma.
Usi impropri
ATTENZIONE:
qualsiasi altro impiego della
pompa da travaso fusti TR differen-
te da quanto precedentemente
precisato è considerato improprio e
quindi vietato dalla ditta Debem.
In particular, IT IS FORBIDDEN to use
the TR drum pump for:
- pumping petrol and/or flammable
liquids;
- operating in explosive atmospheres;
- operating with different (min. and
max.) immersion levels to those
indicated on the pump;
- pumping potable liquids;
- use with the opposite direction of
rotation to that specified
- suction use in the presence of vortex,
turbulence or air bubbles;
- dry operation;
- use with liquids to be pumped that are
chemically incompatible with
construction materials;
- use with products in suspension
whose specific weight is greater than
that of the liquid (e.g. water with
sand);
- with product temperatures and
characteristics of the pump;
- with water that is particularly hard and/
or full of deposits.
Operating principle
TR drum pumps are designed for
immersion use only (see minimum and
maximum levels), incorporate suitable
protection against the formation of a
vortex and consequent suction of air
bubbles and should be positioned
vertically.
The impeller is situated internally at the
end of the dip tube (suction) directly
connected to the (electric or pneumatic)
motor and rotates until reaching the
maximum speed, thus creating a suction
and pumping chamber for the liquid that
reaches the pump discharge conduit for
transfer with the maximum head.
Improper use
WARNING:
Debem stresses any use of the TR
drum pump different from that stated
above is considered improper and
therefore strictly forbidden.

- il pompaggio di benzina e/o liquidi
infiammabili;
- il funzionamento in ambiente
esplosivo;
- il funzionamento con livelli di immer-
sione (min e max) differenti da quelli
indicati sulla pompa;
- il pompaggio di liquidi alimentari;
- l’impiego con senso di rotazione

Principio di funzionamento
Le pompe da travaso fusti TR sono
unicamente previste per un funziona-
mento a immersione (vedi livelli minimo
e massimo), con opportuni accorgimenti
per evitare la formazione di vortici e la
conseguente aspirazione di bolle d’aria,
disposte in verticale.
La girante situata all’interno dell’estre-
mità del pescante (aspirazione) monta-
ta in presa diretta al motore (elettrico o
pneumatico), viene messa in rotazione
fino a raggiungere la velocità di massi-
ma generando così una camera di
aspirazione e pompaggio del liquido
che raggiungerà il condotto di mandata
per il travaso, con la prevalenza massi-
ma.
Usi impropri
ATTENZIONE:
qualsiasi altro impiego della

te da quanto precedentemente
precisato è considerato improprio e

DESCRIPTION DE LA POMPE
Utilisation prévue
Les pompes de transvasement de fûts TR ont été projetées et
construites pour le transvasement de liquides ayant une viscosité
apparente de 1 à 500 cps avec moteur pneumatique de 1 à 600
pour la version avec moteur électrique, de matériaux compatibles
chimiquement avec les composants de construction de la pompe.
Le fonctionnement de la pompe est autorisé seulement avec la
pompe immergée en ne dépassant pas le niveau maximal avec
des températures de service du uide (uide + ambiante) de +3°C
jusqu’à un maximum de 95°C ; en fonction du type de matériau
de composition de la pompe (voir CARACTÉRISTIQUES TECH-
NIQUES p. 9).
Les pompes de transvasement de fûts TR sont conçues pour
un fonctionnement à vide jusqu’à un maximum de 18 000 tours/
minute, en prise directe avec des moteurs électriques ou de 12
000 tours/minute avec des moteurs pneumatiques réalisés spé-
cialement par Debem.
ATTENTION : si le champ de variation de la tempéra-
ture ambiante et des températures de processus du
uide est proche à celles maximales de la pompe, en
fonction des matériaux de composition (voir CARACTÉRIS-
TIQUES TECHNIQUES p. 9), il faut monter sur l’installation un
dispositif de protection qui empêche le fonctionnement et/ou
l’obtention de la température limite.
Principe de fonctionnement
Les pompes de transvasement de fûts TR sont uniquement pré-
vues pour un fonctionnement à immersion (voir niveaux minimum
et maximum) avec des précautions appropriées pour éviter la for-
mation de tourbillons et l’éventuelle aspiration de bulles d’air. La
roue située à l’intérieur de l’extrémité du plongeur (aspiration) et
montée en prise directe au moteur (électrique ou pneumatique),
est mise en rotation jusqu’à atteindre la vitesse maximale, en gé-
nérant ainsi une chambre d’aspiration et de pompage du liquide
qui atteindra la conduite de refoulement pour le transvasement,
avec une hauteur d’élévation maximale.
Usages impropres
ATTENTION : tout usage de la pompe de transva-
sement de fûts TR autre que celui susmentionné
est considéré comme impropre et, par conséquent,
interdit par le fabricant.
Notamment, il EST INTERDIT d’utiliser la pompe TR pour :
- le pompage d’essence et/ou de liquides inammables ;
- le fonctionnement dans une zone à atmosphère explosive ;
- le fonctionnement avec des niveaux d’immersion (min. et max.)
différents de ceux indiqués sur la pompe ;
- le pompage de liquides alimentaires ;
- l’emploi dans le sens de rotation inverse par rapport à celui
établi ;
- l’emploi avec l’aspiration en présence de tourbillons, turbu-
lences ou bulles d’air ;
- l’emploi à vide ;
- l’emploi avec des liquides à pomper incompatibles du point de
vue chimique avec les matériaux de fabrication ;
- l’emploi avec des produits en suspension de poids spécique
supérieur à celui du liquide (eau avec sable, par exemple) ;
- avec des températures et des caractéristiques du produit non
conformes aux caractéristiques de la pompe ;
- l’emploi avec des eaux particulièrement dures et/ou très sales.
PUMP DESCRIPTION
Recommended use
TR drum transfer pumps are designed and built to transfer
liquids with apparent viscosity ranging from 1 to 500 cps when
used with a pneumatic motor and from 1 to 600 with an electric
motor, subject to being chemically compatible with the pump’s
construction components.
Operation is only permitted subject to the pump not being
immersed beyond the maximum level and with operating tem-
perature of the liquid (liquid + ambient) ranging from +3°C up
to a maximum of 95°C; this depends on the pump’s construc-
tion material (see TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS on page 9)
TR drum transfer pumps can operate idling at a maximum
speed of 18.000 RPM in direct drive applications with electric
motors or of 12.000 RPM with pneumatic motors specially
designed by Debem.
WARNING: where the range of the ambient tempera-
ture and uid process temperatures approaches the
ppump’s maximum temperature, depending on the
construction materials (see TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

tective device that prevents operation and/or the threshold
temperature from being exceeded.

CONDITIONS DE GARANTIE
La pompe de transvasement de fûts TR est un produit de qualité
appréciée, avec beaucoup de satisfaction, par ceux qui la pos-
sèdent.
En cas d’anomalie, merci de contacter le SERVICE APRÈS-
VENTE DU FABRICANT, le revendeur ou le centre d’assistance
le plus proche pour obtenir une aide dans les plus brefs délais.
Indiquer en tous les cas ce qui suit :
A - l’adresse complète
B - l’identication de la pompe
C - la description de l’anomalie
Toutes les pompes TR sont couvertes par la formule suivante :
1 - La pompe est garantie pendant 12 mois sur toutes les parties
mécaniques défectueuses. La période de garantie sera calculée à
partir de la date de livraison.
2 - Tout défaut devra être communiqué par écrit au fabricant sous
les 8 jours.
3 - L’intervention en garantie sera exclusivement effectuée auprès
de nos ateliers avant l’expédition ou l’envoi de la pompe défec-
tueuse.
4 - En cas de réparation ou de remplacement de pièces de la
pompe, la garantie ne sera pas prolongée.
5 - Les pièces défectueuses devront être renvoyées au fabricant,
lequel se réserve de les vérier dans son atelier, an de conr-
mer le défaut ou, au contraire, d’identier les conditions externes
qui pourraient avoir causé le dommage. Si les pièces ne sont pas
défectueuses, le fabricant se réserve de facturer le coût total des
pièces précédemment remplacées sous garantie.
- Le fabricant ne prend pas en charge les frais et risques de trans-
port des pièces défectueuses et des parties réparées ou de celles
fournies en remplacement, y compris d’éventuelles charges de
douane.
- La réparation ou le remplacement des pièces défectueuses
constitue l’accomplissement total des obligations de garantie.
- La garantie NE couvrira aucun dommage indirect et, en particu-
lier, l’éventuel manque de production. De plus, tous les matériels
d’usure et consommation normale (bague d’usure, garnitures)
sont exclus de la garantie.
- Les pièces endommagées à cause de négligence ou mauvaise
installation, inattention durant l’utilisation, entretien erroné et/ou
non effectué, des dommages dus au transport et de toute circons-
tance non relative à des défauts de fonctionnement ou de fabrica-
tion, ne sont pas incluses dans la garantie.
Notamment, sont exclus de la garantie :
- dommages causés par l’utilisation ou le montage erroné sur
l’installation ;
- utilisation des pompes non conforme à celle déclarée par l’ac-
quéreur lors de la commande ;
- dommages dus à l’utilisation à sec et/ou en présence de bulles
d’air ;
- dommages causés par des abrasions ;
- dommages causés par des encrassements ou de la bourbe ;
- dommages causés par des corps étrangers dans les pompes ;
- dommages causés par la rotation contraire du moteur et de la
pompe ;
- utilisation des pompes à des températures supérieures à celles
autorisées ;
- pannes causées par le mauvais stockage de la pompe ;
- dommages aux pièces soumises à l’usure, sauf en cas de dé-
fauts évidents de fabrication ;
- dommages causés par des eaux particulièrement sales.
La garantie est exclue dans tous les cas d’usage impropre ou
applications erronées et de l’inobservation des informations
contenues dans le présent manuel.
En cas de différend, le tribunal compétent est celui de Busto
Arsizio.
WARRANTY DETAILS
The TR drum-pump is a quality product that has gained widespread
approval amongst its owners.
In the event of a problem, please contact the MANUFACTURER’S
TECHNICAL SUPPORT DEPARTMENT, your dealer or local author-
ised service centre who will provide assistance as quickly as possible.
In all cases, please provide:
A – full address
B – details of the pump model, etc.
C – details of the fault.
All TR pumps are covered by the following warranty conditions:
1. The pump has a 12-month warranty covering any mechanical part
or parts found to be defective. The warranty period shall take effect
from the date of delivery.
2. Any defect shall be notied to the Manufacturer in writing within
8 days.
3. Repairs under warranty shall be carried out exclusively at our
workshops following shipment or delivery of the defective pump.
4. The pump’s warranty shall not be extended following repair or
replacement of parts.
5. Defective parts shall be returned to the Manufacturer who will carry
out an inspection at its workshops in order to ascertain the intrinsic
defect or pinpoint the external reasons that may have caused the
damage. Should the parts in question prove not to be defective, the
Manufacturer shall invoice the full cost of parts
previously replaced under the terms of the warranty.
- The Manufacturer accepts no liability for the costs and risks of ship-
ping defective, repaired or replacement parts, including any customs
duties that may apply.
- Repair or replacement of defective parts shall constitute full satisfac-
tion of the terms of warranty.
- The warranty DOES NOT cover remote damages and in particular
lost production. In addition, the warranty does not cover consumables
subject to normal wear and tear (seals, gaskets).
- The warranty also excludes parts damaged as a result of negli-
gence, carelessness, incorrect installation, lack of and/or incorrect
maintenance, or damages caused during shipment and any other
circumstance not attributable to operating or manufacturing defects.
In particular, the warranty excludes:
- failure arising from incorrect use or installation within the system;
- different use of the pump to that stated by the buyer when placing
the order;
- damage arising from dry operation and/or with air bubbles;
- damage caused by abrasion;
- damage caused by scaling or sludge;
- damage caused by foreign bodies in the pumps;
- damage caused by rotating the motor and pump in the wrong di-
rection;
- use of the pump at temperatures in excess of the permitted ma-
ximum;
- faults caused by incorrect storage of the pump;
- damage to parts liable to wear, except in the case of obvious ma-
nufacturing defects;
- any damage caused by water with a high content of deposits.
The warranty shall be void in all cases of improper use, in-
correct application or failure to comply with the instructions
contained herein.
In the event of any dispute, the place of jurisdiction shall be

A- drain the product being pumped;

D- isolate and disconnect the pump motor power supply

E- allow the product still inside the pump to drain by
gravity;
F- allow to cool should the product being pumped have a
temperature exceeding 30°C;
G- before starting work, put on suitable personal protec-

the liquid to be pumped is compatible with the

- ensure that there are no constrictions or blockages at the
pump inlet and outlet in order to avoid problems of cavitation
and motor stress;
- check that the connecting hose is suitable and resistant and
that its weight does not burden the pump;
- if the pump is to be taken out of service for long periods, clean
thoroughly by circulating a (non-ammable) liquid detergent
compatible with pump materials;
- if the pump has been switched off for long periods, it is advis-
able to circulate clean water for several minutes in order to
avoid the risk of scaling;
- always protect the pump from accidental knocks caused by
moving machinery or blunt materials that could damage it and/
or react upon contact;
- protect surroundings from splashes caused by accidental
failure of the pump;
- arrange for suitable protection that collects and conveys any
leakages of the treated product to a safe area.
WARNING: operating whilst dry or with insufcient
amounts of liquid is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Be-
sides damaging the seal, dry operation can cause
excessive wear of the parts subjected to sliding friction.
WARNING: if using to pump aggressive, toxic or
hazardous uids, suitable protection should be
tted to the pump for the containment, collection
and indication of the product in the event of spillage:
DANGER OF POLLUTION, CONTAMINATION, INJURY
AND/OR DEATH.
WARNING: under no circumstances should the
pump be used with uids that are incompatible
with the construction
materials or in areas where such incompatible uids are
present.
WARNING: where the user foresees the risk of
exceeding the temperature limits set out herein, it
will be necessary to t the system with a protec-
tive device that prevents operation and/or reaching of the
(uid and ambient) threshold temperature of 95°C for PVDF
and AISI 316 pumps or 65°C for PP (polypropylene) ones.
WARNING: the pump should always rest on the
ground regardless of any other parts that may be
connected to it.
WARNING: aggressive, toxic or hazardous uids
can cause serious physical injuries and/or damage
your health and it is therefore strictly forbidden
to return a pump containing products of this kind to the
manufacturer or an authorised service centre. Drain the
uid in question, wash out and treat the internal circuit
before returning the pump.
WARNING: It is forbidden to use the pump when it
is unanchored or unsupported or with vertical axis:
DANGER OF DRUM OVERTURNING AND/OR PUMP
CAPSIZING INTO THE TANK.

sure provenant de pannes accidentelles de la pompe ;
- prévoir un abri adéquat qui contienne et canalise dans un en-
droit sûr le produit traité qui pourrait sortir.
ATTENTION : le fonctionnement à sec ou avec des
quantités de liquide insufsantes est INTERDIT. Le
fonctionnement à sec, outre à endommager la gar-
niture, provoque l’usure excessive des éléments en frotte-
ment par glissement.
ATTENTION : en cas d’utilisation pour le pompage
de uides agressifs, toxiques ou dangereux pour la
santé, il faut installer sur la pompe une protection
adéquate pour le connement, la collecte et la signalisation
du produit en cas de déversement : DANGER DE POLLU-
TION, CONTAMINATION, LÉSIONS ET/OU MORT.
ATTENTION : il est interdit d’utiliser la pompe avec
des uides non compatibles avec les matériaux des
composants ou dans des locaux contenant des
uides non compatibles.
ATTENTION : si l’utilisateur prévoit le risque de dé-
passement des limites de température prévues par
le présent manuel, il faut monter sur l’installation un
dispositif de protection qui empêche le fonctionnement et/
ou l’atteinte de la température limite (uide et ambiante) de
95°C pour les pompes en PVDF et en AISI 316 ou de 65°C
pour celles en PP (polypropylène).
ATTENTION : la pompe doit toujours être mise à
la terre indépendamment d’un autre organe relié à

WARNING: Under no circumstances should the

WARNING: Never upend the pump and its dip
tube regardless of whether the motor is on or off:

WARNING: Ensure that abnormal noise or vibra-
tions are not present during operation. Stop the

should either of these phenomena occur.
WARNING: check that the uid being discharged
contains no air or gas, otherwise stop the pump
immediately and correct the problem before re-

WARNING: it is prohibited to use TR Pumps with
water that is particularly hard and/or has a high
content of deposits as it may cause anomalous
incrustations on the mechanical seal.
WARNING: internal seals are extremely susceptible
to wear. How long they last depends a great deal
on the conditions of use and chemical/physical
stress. Field
testing of thousands of pumps indicates that the lifetime
of a seal usually exceeds 300 hours. For safety reasons, in
areas with aggressive products seals should be removed
and checked every 100 hours and replaced every 600 hours.
CAUTION: When replacing worn parts, use only orig-
inal spares. Failure to respect these requirements
could create hazards for the operator, engineers,
persons in the vicinity, pump and/or immediate surround-
ings for which the manufacturer shall accept no liability.

effectués sur place sur des milliers de pompes, la durée
normale dépasse les 300 heures. Pour des raisons de
sécurité, dans les lieux contenant des produits agressifs,
il faut exécuter le démontage et le contrôle des garnitures
toutes les 100 heures et leur remplacement toutes les 600
heures.

TRANSPORT ET POSITIONNEMENT
Les opérateurs préposés aux opérations de montage/démon-
tage doivent être formés quant aux dangers liés à l’utilisation
d’outils mécaniques, même de petites dimensions.
À la réception, vérier que l’emballage et la pompe soient in-
tacts et n’aient subi aucun dommage, puis :
1 La fourniture est expédiée dans un emballage en carton,
sur des palettes ou dans des caisses : à la réception, ouvrir
et retirer l’emballage.
2 Prendre le manuel d’utilisation et d’entretien et suivre les
instructions.
3 Monter le moteur sur le corps de pompe et serrer la bague
de xation.

5 Lift the pump and put the dip tube in the tank or product drum,
ensuring that the maximum level is never exceeded, and place
in an upright position.
WARNING: The pump should be:
A - placed in an upright position;
B - ensure that the pump is stable and its weight
is not pressing on the product container with the risk that
it may become unstable when emptied;
C - make sure that the pump remains stable whilst running
and is suitably anchored or supported to prevent it from
tipping over and becoming fully immersed.
DANGER OF PRODUCT SPILLAGE AND/OR TIPPING AND
OVERTURNING OF THE PUMP.
6. Ensure that the pump is correctly immersed in the liquid to
be pumped, thus guaranteeing minimum and maximum levels.
CAUTION: Plastic pumps should never rest against
the bottom of the container: DANGER OF DIP TUBE

7 Secure the pump at the top part of the dip tube in order to
make its use safe and stable.

5Sollevare la pompa e inserire il

Après avoir effectué le positionnement, il est possible d’effec-
tuer le branchement de la pompe au circuit du produit en agis-
sant comme suit :
ATTENTION : les tuyaux de branchement à la pom-
pe doivent être de type FLEXIBLE ET RENFORCÉ
AVEC SPIRALE RIGIDE d’un diamètre jamais
inférieur au raccord de la pompe. Pour les uides visqueux,
utiliser des tuyaux ayant un DIAMÈTRE SUPÉRIEUR.
Vérier que les tuyauteries de branchement à la pompe soient
propres à l’intérieur et ne contiennent absolument aucun résidu
de production.
1 Brancher le tuyau de refoulement du produit au raccord cor-
respondant du corps de pompe.
2 Fixer les tuyaux à l’aide du collier prévu à cet effet.
ATTENTION : supporter les tuyauteries de manière
adéquate ; LES TUYAUTERIES NE DOIVENT JA-

WARNING: the pump connection hose should be

RAL of a diameter never smaller than the pump port.
Per viscous uids use hoses of a LARGER DIAMETER.
Check if the connection tubes to the pump are clean inside
and do no contain any working residue.
1 Connect the product delivery hose to the respective port on
the pump body.
2 Use a suitable hose clamp.
WARNING: make sure hoses properly supported
and not kinked; HOSES SHOULD NEVER BURDEN
THE PUMP AND VICE VERSA.
3 The product delivery hose should not create siphons or bot-
tlenecks, nor its length and head exceed the pump ratings.

Pour effectuer le branchement de la pompe avec moteur
pneumatique au circuit pneumatique, il faut :
ATTENTION : l’alimentation pneumatique de la
pompe TR-PN doit être effectuée avec de l’AIR
FILTRÉ, SÉCHÉ ET LUBRIFIÉ, avec une pression
inférieure à 2 bar et non supérieure à 7 bar.
1 Vérier qu’il y ait un ltre installé sur le trou d’évacuation du
moteur. Le cas échéant, l’installer.
2 Installer sur le trou d’alimentation de la pompe un robinet
d’arrêt, doté d’un raccord, pour le tuyau d’alimentation, selon
le schéma indiqué sur la gure.
3 Brancher le tuyau d’alimentation de réseau au circuit de la
pompe.
ATTENTION : utiliser des tuyaux, accessoires
et des éléments de commande et réglage ayant
les caractéristiques de débit et de pression
conformes aux caractéristiques de la pompe pour ne pas
causer des chutes de pression ; la plupart des raccords
à enclenchement rapide provoquent des chutes de pres-
sion.
4 Régler la pression de réseau de l’air comprimé de façon
à garantir à la pompe en fonction une pression NON INFÉ-
RIEURE À 2 bar ET NON SUPÉRIEURE À 7 bar. Des
pressions inférieures ou supérieures peuvent causer des
problèmes de fonctionnement, des ruptures ou des usures
prématurées du moteur pneumatique.
5 Contrôler maintenant que le sens de rotation du moteur

OR PROPERTY.
This completes the compressed-air connection and direction
of rotation check.
5.3 Ouvrir l’alimentation de l’air et vérier le sens de rotation.
5.4 Si le branchement pneumatique est correct, la pompe
devra tourner dans le sens de la èche apposée, et le liquide
sortira du tuyau de refoulement. Vérier le sens de rotation,

6 Si le sens de rotation de la pompe est contraire par rapport

6.1 Sectionner l’alimentation de l’air de réseau.
6.2 Débrancher le tuyau d’alimentation de l’air.
6.3 Inverser la position du ltre d’évacuation de l’air avec celle
du robinet d’alimentation.
6.4 Répéter à nouveau les contrôles décrits au point 5.
ATTENTION : si l’utilisateur prévoit le risque de
dépassement des limites de température prévues
par le présent manuel, il faut monter sur l’instal-
lation un dispositif de protection qui empêche que cela
se produise.
7 Protéger toujours la pompe et la conduite de refoulement
contre de possibles chocs provoqués accidentellement par
des engins en mouvement ou des matériels qui peuvent l’en-
dommager et/ou réagir en cas de contact.
8 Protéger l’environnement et les personnes avec l’installa-
tion d’un abri de protection, en cas de pannes accidentelles
de la pompe, pour le connement et la collecte en cas de dé-
versement du produit : DANGER DE GRAVES DOMMAGES
PHYSIQUES, À LA SANTÉ ET/OU MATÉRIELS.
