CARTA DE ENTREGA
Las bombas de arrastre magnético DM se fabrican conforme
a las Directivas 2006/42/CE.
Por consiguiente, no presentan peligros para el operador si se
usan siguiendo las instrucciones recogidas en este manual.
El manual debe conservarse en buen estado y adjuntarse a
la máquina para futuras consultas del encargado de mante-
nimiento.
El Fabricante no asume responsabilidad alguna en caso de
modicación, alteración indebida, aplicaciones incorrectas o
cualesquiera otras operaciones efectuadas sin respetar las
indicaciones de este manual que puedan causar daños a la
seguridad o la salud de las personas, animales o cosas cer-
canas a la bomba.
El Fabricante espera que las prestaciones de las bombas
centrífugas de arrastre magnético DM puedan satisfacer ple-
namente el uso para el que sean destinadas.
Todos los valores técnicos se reeren a las bombas DM es-
tándar
(ver “CARACTERÍSTICAS TÉCNICAS), pero se recuerda
que, debido a la constante actividad de innovación y desarro-
llo de cualidades tecnológicas, las características indicadas
podrían cambiar sin previo aviso.

FOREWORD
The DM magnetic centrifugal pumps pumps have been manu-
factured in accordance with the 2006/42/EC directives.
Therefore, when used according to the instructions contained
in this manual, the Boxer pumps will not pose any risk to the
operator.
This manual must be kept in good condition and/or be kept
with the machine as a reference for maintenance purposes.
The manufacturer declines any liability concerning any changes,
modications, incorrect use or operation not complying with the
contents of this manual and that may constitute a health and
safety hazard to people, animals or property nearby the pump.
The Manufacturer trusts you will take full advantage of the
performance offered by DM horizontal, centrifugal pumps.
All technical parameters refer to the standard DM models
(please see “TECHNICAL FEATURES”). However, the constant
search for innovation and technological quality means that the
characteristics detailed herein may change without prior notice.
All of the drawings and any other documentation supplied with
the pump are the property of the Manufacturer, who reserves
all rights and FORBIDS distribution to third parties without his
authorization in writing.

INTRODUCCIÓN AL MANUAL
Este manual es parte integrante de la bomba, es un DISPOSI-
TIVO DE SEGURIDAD y contiene información importante para
que el comprador y su personal instalen, utilicen y mantengan
en constante estado de buen funcionamiento y seguridad la
bomba durante toda su vida.
Al comienzo de cada Capítulo y de cada sección se ha creado
una línea de estado que, a través de símbolos, indica el perso-
nal habilitado para la intervención, las protecciones individuales
obligatorias y el estado energético de la bomba.
El riesgo residual durante la operación se indica con símbolos
especícos integrados con texto.
Grácamente, dentro del manual se utilizarán símbolos para
resaltar y diferenciar particulares informaciones o sugerencias
dadas con nes de seguridad y de un correcto manejo de la
bomba.
PARA CUALQIER ACLARACIÓN EN RELACIÓN CON EL
CONTENIDO DE ESTE MANUAL, CONTACTAR AL SERVI-
CIO DE ASISTENCIA DEL FABRICANTE.
INTRODUCTION
This manual is an integral part of the pump, and represents a
SAFETY DEVICE. It contains important information that will
assist the purchaser and his personnel in installing and using
the pump and ensuring that the pump is kept in safe and good
working order throughout its working life.
At the beginning of each chapter and section there is a status
bar: its symbols state the personnel qualied for the operation/
s in question, the compulsory individual protective devices to
wear and/or the power state of the pump. Any other hazard that
may occur during operations is highlighted by special symbols
embedded in the text.
Special identication symbols are used to highlight and differ-
entiate particular information or suggestions concerning safety
and the pump’s correct use.

INSTALADOR Y ENCARGADO DEL MANTENI-
MIENTO MECÁNICO: esta posición presupone el
conocimiento y la plena compresión de la información
recogida en el manual de uso del fabricante, además de
competencias especícas para efectuar las actuaciones de
instalación y de mantenimiento ordinario, además de compe-
tencias especícas del sector.
ATENCIÓN: el personal encargado de la insta-
lación, la inspección y el mantenimiento de la
bomba debe contar con la adecuada preparación
técnica, además de conocimientos adecuados al campo
de aplicación (formación adecuadamente compatible con
el tema y con los riesgos vinculados a posibles reacciones
químicas del producto a bombear).

Para cualquier comunicación con el fabricante, el concesionario
o los centros de asistencia autorizados, indicar los datos en
ella recogidos.
ATENCIÓN: se prohíbe quitar o alterar la matrícula
de identicación de la bomba, así como los datos
en ella recogidos.
El código de identicación que aparece bajo la voz “TIPO” de
la matrícula especica la composición y los materiales con que
ha sido construida la bomba, a n de determinar si es o no

DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA BOMBA
Uso previsto
Las bombas de arrastre magnético DM han sido proyectadas
y construidas para el bombeo bajo carga de líquidos con vis-
cosidad aparente de 1 a 150 cps, de materiales compatibles
químicamente con los componentes con que se ha construido
la bomba.
El funcionamiento de la bomba se permite con temperaturas
de funcionamiento del uido de -10ºC hasta un máximo de
65ºC para bombas en PP y de -10ºC a 90ºC para bombas en
PVDF; en función del tipo de material de composición de la
bomba (ver CARACTERÍSTICAS TÉCNICAS pág. 9)
Las bombas centrífugas DM admiten un funcionamiento de
hasta un máximo de 3500 rpm:
MOTOR ASINCRÓNICO TRIFÁSICO 2 POLOS
- Eurotensión;
- Servicio S1 (servicio continuo)
- Aislamiento en clase F
- Grado de protección IP 55
ATENCIÓN: allí donde el campo de variación de
la temperatura ambiente y de las temperaturas de
proceso del uido estén próximos a las máximas
de la bomba, en función de los materiales de que está
hecha (ver CARACTERÍSTICAS TÉCNICAS pág. 10), es
necesario instalar en el equipo un dispositivo de protec-
ción que impida el funcionamiento o que se alcance la
temperatura umbral.
Principio de funcionamiento
Las bombas centrífugas de arrastre magnético DM deben
instalarse bajo carga tomando las medidas necesarias para

acciona el funcionamiento de la bomba; el imán externo situa-

bomba no está unido físicamente al eje motor, de modo que
se eliminan juntas estancas y, con ello, las pérdidas del líqui-
do bombeado causadas por el desgaste. El grupo de bombeo
está construido con un bajo número de componentes, hacien-
do extremadamente fácil el mantenimiento. Los materiales
empleados de serie son el polipropileno (pp) y el poliuoruro
de vinilideno (pvdf).
Las bombas no pueden funcionar en seco. Los líquidos su-
cios pueden reducir su vida útil.
ATENCIÓN: cualquier otro uso de la bomba cen-
trífuga de arrastre magnético DM distinto de los
anteriormente precisados se considera indebido
y, por tanto, prohibido por la empresa Debem.
Working principles
DM magnetic drive centrifugal pumps must be installed
below head with appropriate procedures to avoid vortex for-
mation and consequent air bubble suction. The pump must
work ONLY when FLOODED.
A couple of magnets leads the operation of the pump; the ou-
ter magnet placed on the drive shaft transmits the motion to
the inner magnet integrated with the impeller that is hermeti-
cally insulated. The pump impeller is not physically xed to
the drive shaft, seals are therefore eliminated and this con-
sequently avoids leakages of the liquid drawn by the pump
which are usually due to its wear and tear. The pump head is
manufactured with few components, thus the maintenance of
which becomes extremely easy. The materials used as stan-
dard are polypropylene (pp) and polyvinylidene uoride (pvdf).
The pumps can’t run dry. Dirty liquids can reduce the pump life

bidden by Debem.
PUMP DESCRIPTION
Recommended use
The DM centrifugal pumps made from resin have been designed
and manufactured to pump below head liquids having an appar-
ent viscosity between 1 and 150 cps, and that are chemically
compatible with the components of the pump.
Fluid service temperatures must range from -10°C to a maxi-
mum of 65°C for PP pumps and from -10°C to 90°C for PVDF
pumps; according to the type of material used to build the pump
(pls refer to TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS pg. 9).
DM centrifugal pumps are designed for a max working speed
of 3500 revs/min.
THREE-PHASE/2 POLES ASYNCHRONOUS MOTOR
- Euro tension;
- S1 status (continuous service)
- Class F insulation;
- IP 55 protection rating.
WARNING: Whenever the variation range of envi-
ronmental temperature and of the uid process
temperature approaches the maximum pump tem-
peratures according to the pump’s construction materials
(pls refer to TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS, pg 10), it is
necessary to safeguard the plant installing a protection
device stopping the pump and/or preventing it from reach-
ing the threshold temperature.

Usos indebidos
En particular SE PROHÍBE el uso de la bomba DM para:
- el bombeo de gasolina o líquidos inamables;
- el bombeo de líquidos alimentarios;
- el empleo son sentido de rotación contrario al establecido;
- el uso autoaspirante;
- el uso con aspiración en presencia de vórtices, turbulencias
o burbujas de aire;
- el uso en vacío;
- el uso con líquidos a bombear químicamente incompatibles
con los materiales de construcción; - el uso con productos
en suspensión de peso especíco superior al del líquido (por
ejemplo, agua con arena);
- con temperaturas y características del producto disconfor-
mes con las características de la bomba;
- el uso con aguas particularmente duras o muy cargadas de
producto.
ATENCIÓN: dada la innumerable variedad de pro-
ductos y composiciones químicas, se considera
al usuario como el mejor conocedor de las compatibili-
dades y reacciones con los materiales de que está hecha
la bomba. Por tanto, antes de utilizarla, se deben efectuar
todas las revisiones, pruebas y peritajes necesarios para
evitar situaciones incluso remotamente peligrosas, que
estén fuera del conocimiento del fabricante y de las que,
por tanto, no es responsable.
ATENCIÓN: todo uso de la bomba que se aparte
de las instrucciones dadas en el manual de uso y
mantenimiento supone la anulación de los requi-
sitos de seguridad establecidos.
Se han analizado los riesgos vinculados al uso de la bom-
ba en las exactas condiciones prescritas en el manual de
uso y mantenimiento: el análisis de los riesgos ligados a
la puesta en interfaz con otros componentes de la insta-
lación, es competencia del instalador.
Improper use
It is SPECIFICALLY forbidden to use DM pumps:
- for pumping petrol and/or ammable liquids;
- for pumping food liquids;
- with an opposite rotation to the one specied;
- in self-priming working conditions;
- for suction in the presence of vortexes, turbulence or air
bubbles;
- for vacuum service;
- with liquids that are chemically incompatible with the manu-
facturing materials;- with products in suspension that have a
higher specic weight than the liquid (e.g. water and sand);
- with product temperatures and characteristics of the pump;
- with water that is particularly hard and/ or full of deposits.
WARNING: due to the wide variety of products
and chemical compositions, the operator is con-
sidered to be the best evaluator of reactions and
compatibility with the pump’s construction materials.
Therefore, before use, carry out all necessary checks and
tests to avoid any possible hazardous situation, that can-
not be predicted or for which the manufacturer cannot be
held liable.
WARNING: use of the pump that does not com-
ply with the instructions indicated in the use and
maintenance manual will cancel compliance to the
requirements for safety.
The risks associated with the use of the pump under the
exact conditions set forth in the use and maintenance
manual have been analysed, whilst the analysis of the
risks associated with the interface with other system
components must be carried out by the installer.

La bomba de arrastre magnético DM es un producto cuya calidad
es reconocida, con plena satisfacción, por todos sus propietarios.
Si se presentase una anomalía, contacte al SERVICIO DE ASIS-
TENCIA DEL FABRICANTE, el concesionario o el centro de asis-
tencia más cercano a usted, que le brindarán su ayuda en el
plazo más breve posible.
Indicar, en todos los caso, lo siguiente:
A- la dirección completa
B- la identicación de la bomba
C- la descripción de la anomalía
Todas las bombas DM está cubiertas por la siguiente fórmula de
garantía:
1- Están cubiertas por una garantía de 12 meses todas las piezas
mecánicas que resulten defectuosas. El período de garantía se
calculará a partir de la fecha de entrega.
2- Todo defecto deberá ser noticado por escrito al Fabricante en
un plazo de 8 días.
3- La intervención bajo garantía se realizará exclusivamente en
nuestros talleres previa expedición o envío de la bomba defec-
tuosa.
4- En caso de reparación o sustitución de piezas de la bomba, la
garantía no se prolongará.
5- Las partes defectuosas deberán ser enviadas al Fabricante,
quien se reserva el derecho de efectuar una revisión de las mis-
mas en sus talleres a n de comprobar la existencia del defecto
o, caso contrario, identicar las razones externas que puedan
haber causado el daño. En caso de que las piezas no resulten
defectuosas, el Fabricante se reserva el derecho de facturar el
coste íntegro de las piezas antes sustituidas bajo garantía.
El Fabricante no se hace cargo de los costes y riesgos del trans-
porte de las partes defectuosas, reparadas o sustitutorias, inclui-
dos, en su caso, los gastos de aduana. La reparación o susti-
tución de las partes defectuosas constituye pleno cumplimiento
de las obligaciones de garantía. La garantía NO comprenderá
ningún daño indirecto, y en particular no cubre la eventualidad
de producción no efectuada. Además, quedan excluidos de la
garantía todos los materiales normalmente sujetos a consumo y
desgaste (guarniciones). No se incluyen en la garantía las par-
tes que pudieran resultar dañadas a causa de falta de atención,
negligencia o instalación errónea, mantenimiento no efectuado o
erróneo, daños debidos al transporte y a cualquier otra circuns-
tancia que no pueda referirse a defectos de funcionamiento o de
fabricación.
En particular, están excluidas de la garantía:
- averías causadas por uso o instalación no correcta en el equipo;
- uso de las bombas distinto del declarado por el comprador en
el momento del pedido;
- daños debidos al uso en seco o en presencia de burbujas de
aire;
- daños causados por abrasiones;
- daños causados por cuerpos extraños en las bombas;
- daños causados por rotación contraria del motor y de la bomba;
- uso de las bombas a temperaturas superiores a las permitidas;
- daños a las juntas mecánicas (ya que son piezas sujetas a des-
gaste), excepto en caso de defectos evidentes de fabricación;
- daños causados por aguas particularmente cargadas de pro-
ducto.
La garantía queda sin valor en todos los casos de uso indebido
o aplicaciones incorrectas, así como en caso de no respetar la
información recogida en este manual.
Para toda controversia, el Tribunal Competente es el de Bus-
to Arsizio.

MODALIDADES DE GARANTÍA
The high quality of DM magnetic drive centrifugal pumps has
been conrmed to us on many occasions by the end users.
However, should any defect appear, please contact the
Manufacturer’s After-Sales Service, your dealer or the nearest
Customer Service Department who will help you as quickly
as possible.
In any case, please provide:
A – Your complete address
B – Pump identication
C – Description of the anomaly.
All the DM pumps are covered by the following warranty:
1. Guarantee on mechanical parts of all DM pumps is for 12
months. The warranty period is calculated from the date of
delivery.
2. Every fault must be notied to the Manufacturer within 8 days.
3. Repairs under warranty will only be carried out in our work-
shop after receiving the pump.
4. The replacement or repair of parts does not extend the
warranty.
5. Faulty parts must be forwarded to the Manufacturer who
reserves the right to test them in this own workshop in order to
identify the fault or any external reason that may have caused
it. Should the parts be found not faulty, the Manufacturer re-
serves the right to invoice the total cost of the parts that had
been replaced under this warranty.
The Manufacturer is not liable for costs and risks connected
to transportation of faulty and repaired parts and neither for
those supplied as spare parts, including possible custom duties.
Repair and replacement of faulty parts entirely fulls the war-
ranty.
This warranty DOES NOT cover any indirect damages, in par-
ticular lost production. Moreover, the warranty does not cover
any consumable materials (gaskets).
The warranty does not include parts damaged as a conse-
quence of carelessness, neglect, incorrect installation, lack of
and/or incorrect maintenance, or damages due to transporta-
tion or to any other reason or event that is not directly linked to
functioning or manufacturing defects.
The following are specically excluded from the warranty:
- any damage caused by incorrect use or installation of the plant;
- use of the pump other than that declared by the purchaser
at the time of order;
- any damage cause by working in dry conditions and/or pres-
ence of air bubbles;
- any damage caused by abrasion;
- any damage caused by foreign matters in the pump;
- any damage caused by reverse rotation of the pump or motor;
- any damage caused by using the pump above the maximum
allowed temperature;
- any damage to mechanical sealing (being subject to wear),
except when a manufacturing defect is obvious;
- any damage caused by water with a high content of deposits.
The warranty is void in all cases of improper or incorrect use
and in case of negligence in following the information herein
contained.
For any controversy, the place of jurisdiction is Busto
Arsizio.

Prácticas peligrosas, arriesgadas o en desacuerdo con las pres-
cripciones de seguridad y con lo indicado en este manual pueden
causar graves lesiones, daños materiales e incluso la muerte. El
fabricante se exime de toda responsabilidad en esos supuestos.
ATENCIÓN: las presentes instrucciones son indispen-
sables para que la bomba cumpla con los requisitos
de seguridad, por lo cual deben ser: conocidas, pues-
tas a disposición, comprendidas y utilizadas.
ATENCIÓN: el personal encargado de la instalación,
la inspección y el mantenimiento de la bomba debe
contar con la adecuada preparación técnica, además
de conocimientos adecuados al campo de aplicación (forma-
ción adecuadamente compatible con el tema y con los ries-
gos vinculados a posibles reacciones químicas del producto
a bombear).
ATENCIÓN: todo uso de la bomba que se aparte de
las instrucciones dadas en el manual de uso y man-
tenimiento supone la anulación de los requisitos de
seguridad.
ATENCIÓN: antes de intervenir en la bomba o antes de
realizar mantenimientos o reparaciones, es necesario:
A- vaciar el producto que se está bombeando;
B- efectuar un lavado interno con un uido adecuado (no in-
amable);
C- parar el motor de la bomba;
D- cerrar las válvulas manuales de interceptación de producto
(aspiración e impulsión);
E- seccionar la tensión de alimentación del motor de la bomba;
F- dotarse de adecuadas protecciones individuales antes de
intervenir (máscaras para el rostro, guantes, calzado cerrado,
delantales, etc.).
ATENCIÓN: antes de usar la bomba, asegurarse de
que el uido a bombear sea compatible con los mate-
riales con que está hecha: PELIGRO DE CORROSIO-
NES, PÉRDIDAS DE PRODUCTO Y EXPLOSIONES DEBIDAS A
REACCIONES QUÍMICAS.
Para la instalación y el uso, respetar las siguientes precaucio-
nes generales:
- controlar que bomba haya sido cebada y que el nivel esté por
encima de ella al menos 0,5 m;
- controlar que el uido tratado no contenga partes sólidas ni
pueda recibirlas;
- que no haya restricciones en la aspiración de la bomba, para
evitar fenómenos de cavitación y esfuerzo del motor eléctrico;
- controlar que las tuberías de conexión sean adecuadas y re-
sistentes, y que la bomba no se resienta de su peso;
- si la bomba debe permanecer inactiva por períodos prolon-
gados, limpiarla cuidadosamente haciendo circular un uido
detergente (no inamable) compatible con los materiales de
la bomba;
- si la bomba debe permanecer apagada por períodos prolon-
gados, es conveniente hacer circular oportunamente agua
limpia durante unos minutos para evitar el riesgo de incrus-
taciones;
- proteger siempre la bomba contra posibles golpes causados
accidentalmente por vehículos en movimiento o materiales
contundentes y que puedan dañarla o reaccionar por contac-
to;
- proteger el espacio circundante de salpicaduras procedentes
de averías accidentales en la bomba;

inspecting and servicing the pumps must have
adequate technical knowledge and training in the
eld of application (compatibility and hazards related to

WARNING: use of the pump that does not comply
to the instructions indicated in the use and main-
tenance manual will invalidate all warranty and
safety requirements.
WARNING: before any operation on the pump and/
or before any maintenance or repair, proceed as
follows:
A – discharge the product being pumped;
B – proceed with washing the inside with appropriate liquid
(non-ammable);
C – stop the pump motor;
D – close the manual, shut-off valves (suction and delivery
of product);
E - section power to the pump motor;
F – Wear suitable individual protection before any interven-
tion (masks, gloves, closed shoes, aprons, etc.).
WARNING: before using the pump, ensure that the
uid to pump is compatible with the manufactur-
ing materials: CORROSION, LEAKAGE AND/OR
EZPLOSION HAZARSDS DUE TO CHEMICAL REACTIONS.
For the installation and use, take the following precautions:
- check that the pump is ooded and the level is at least
0,5 m higher;
- Check that no solid particles are or could oat in the uid;
- Check that there are no constraints to the pump suction,
thus avoiding cavitations and electrical motor strain;
- Check that the connecting pipes are suitable and resistant
and that the pump does not bear their weight;
- If the pump is to be inactive for long periods, clean it thor-
oughly with a detergent uid (non-ammable) compatible
with the pump’s construction materials;
- if the pump must be turned off for a long period of time,
before doing so circulate clean water for some minutes to
avoid incrustations;
- always protect the pump against possible collisions
caused by moving means or by various blunt materials
that may damage it or react with its materials;
- protect the pump’s surrounding environment from
splashes caused by accidental pump failure;
- Supply an adequate guard to collect and direct the treated

The time during which the pump can dry operate does

The operators in charge of the assembly / disassembly must
be informed and trained on the dangers relating to the use of
mechanical tools, even small ones .
When receiving the goods, check that the pump packaging is
undamaged; afterwards proceed as follows:
1. According to the equipment size and weight the plant is
either packaged with cardboard, boxes or on pallets. Open
and discard the packaging;
2. Consult the Use and Maintenance Manual and comply with
its
instructions;
3. Lift the pump with appropriate lifting means, suitable to the
weight indicated on the Id plate.
4. Check the correct tightening of all screws.
NOTE: DM pumps are supplied complete with motor.
In case of future handling, if the pump is detached from
the motor, before proceeding with its positioning it must
be assembled as described in the Chapter: “ASSEMBLY OF
ELECTRIC MOTOR SEALING”.
WARNING: the pumps are designed to be positio-
ned and xed horizontally from the ceiling using
hangers or on the oor on the feet of the motor.
The horizontal, centrifugal pumps are not self priming,
therefore they must always be installed next to the suc-
tion point, and without forming siphons in suction.
5 Correctly position the pump in the installation area (as close
as possible to the suction point) and proceed with bolting the
motor feet appropriately. Ensure that adequate space is left for
future maintenance operations.

ATENCIÓN: la colocación y la jación previstas
para la bomba son en horizontal, mediante abra-
zaderas, ya sea en el techo o en el suelo sobre las
patas del motor. las bombas centrífugas horizontales no
son autoaspirantes, por lo cual siempre deben instalarse
en proximidad del punto de recogida sin formar sifones
en la aspiración.
5 Colocar correctamente la bomba en el lugar de instalación
(lo más cerca posible del punto de alimentación) y proceder a
jarla a las patas del motor con los pernos correspondientes.

con elementos pesados en suspensión o en seco
causa la fusión de los elementos en rozamiento
deslizante y el consiguiente riesgo de incendio, por lo
cual es necesario atenerse a las siguientes reglas:
A- la bomba no es autoaspirante y debe colocarse bajo
carga;
B - el captador del tubo de aspiración de la bomba debe
tener una forma que evite las obturaciones debidas a la
absorción de lodos y sustancias pesadas, y debe quedar
alejado de toda clase de vórtices o tubos de llenado de
la cuba;
C- el tubo de aspiración no debe formar sifones;
D- los ltros de aspiración, en su caso, deben ser ltros
de cesto de tamaño adecuado (unas 3 veces la sección de

Después de haber efectuado la colocación, se puede proce-
der a conectar la bomba al circuito de producto procediendo
como se indica a continuación:
ATENCIÓN: para las conexiones a los colectores
de la bomba, utilizar únicamente racores con ros-
cas de gas cilíndricas de material compatible con
el uido a bombear y con el material de construcción de
la bomba. P.EJ: bomba en PP = racor PP
1 Instalar en el acoplamiento del colector de impulsión y des-
agüe una válvula manual de bola (con paso total) de igual
diámetro que el acoplamiento de la bomba (nunca más pe-
queña) para garantizar
la interceptación del uido en caso de pérdidas o futuras ac-
tuaciones de mantenimiento.
2 Preparar la instalación de los manguitos para la jación de
los tubos exibles en ambas válvulas manuales.
ATENCIÓN: los tubos de conexión a la bomba
deben ser de tipo FLEXIBLE Y REFORZADO CON
ESPIRAL RÍGIDA de diámetro nunca inferior al
acople de la bomba. Para uidos viscosos, utilizar tubos
de DIÁMETRO MAYOR, sobre todo en la aspiración.
La conexión con tubos rígidos puede provocar fuertes vibra-
ciones.
3 Conector el tubo de aspiración e impulsión.
Comprobar que las tuberías de conexión a la bomba estén
limpias en su interior y que no contengan ningún tipo de resi-
duos de elaboración
4 Sujetar los tubos con las correspondientes abrazaderas.
ATENCIÓN: aplicar un soporte adecuado a las
tuberías; las TUBERÍAS DEBEN SER LO SUFI-
CIENTEMENTE RESISTENTES, NO DEBEN DE-
FORMARSE DURANTE LA ASPIRACIÓN Y SU PESO NO
DEBE RECAER EN MODO ALGUNO SOBRE LA BOMBA
Y VICEVERSA.
ATENCIÓN: controlar que en el uido tratado no
haya ni pueda haber partes sólidas de tamaño
considerable o cuya forma pueda causar daños,
y que no existan restricciones en la aspiración o la impul-
sión de la bomba, para evitar el funcionamiento en seco
y, respectivamente, fenómenos de cavitación y esfuerzo
del motor eléctrico.
De ese modo se concluye la conexión del circuito de producto.

CONEXIÓN DEL CIRCUITO DE PRODUCTO
After having correctly positioned the plant, proceed with connecting the
pump to the product circuit, as follows:
WARNING: To connect the pump only use connections
with cylindrical gas threads made with materials com-
patible with the uid to be pumped and with the pump
materials. E.g: pump in PP = connections in PP
1. On the suction and delivery manifold, install a manual ball valve (full-
bore) with a diameter equal to the connection to the pump (never small-
er), to ensure uid shut-off in case of leaks and/or future maintenance.
2. Proceed with installation of pipe couplings for fastening the exible
pipes on to both of the manual valves.
WARNING: The connection pipes to the pump must be
FLEXIBLE, RIGID SPIRAL REINFORCED pipes never
with a smaller diameter than the connection of the pump.
For viscous uids, use pipes with an OVERSIZED DIAMETER,
particularly in suction.
Connection with rigid pipes can cause strong vibrations.
3. Proceed to connect the product suction and delivery pipes to their
respective joints.
Check if the connection tubes to the pump are clean inside and do no
contain any working residue.
4. Proceed with fastening the pipes with appropriate metal rings.
WARNING: the pipes must be adequately supported;
PIPES MUST BE STRONG ENOUGH NOT TO DEFORM
IN SUCTION AND MUST NEVER WEIGHT THE PUMP
DOWN OR VICEVERSA
WARNING: Check that the treated uid does not or could
not contain solid matters of a large size or with a poten-
tially damaging shape and that the intake and/or delivery
ports are not obstructed in order to avoid cavitation or electric
motor strain or dry operation.

Le pompe TR vengono fornite con il
motore. Nel caso di future
movimentazioni, se la pompa è in
assenza del motore, prima di procedere
al posizionamento bisogna provvedere
al suo montaggio operando come
descritto qui di seguito.

properly tightened.
NOTE:
TR pumps are supplied with a motor.
Should you decide to re-site the pump at
some future time, if the pump has no
motor, before positioning this needs to
be fitted by proceeding in the following
manner.

Al ricevimento verificare che l’imballo e
la pompa siano integri e non abbiano
subito danni dopodichè bisogna:
1La fornitura viene spedita in imballo di
cartone, su pallet o in cassa: al
ricevimento aprire e rimuovere l’imbal-
lo.
2Prelevare il manuale d’uso e manu-
tenzione ed operare come descritto.
3Provvedere al montaggio del motore
sul corpo della pompa e serrare la
ghiera di fissaggio.

Check at time of delivery that the pump
and packaging are fully intact and have
suffered no damage, following which:
1The product is supplied in cardboard
packaging, on a pallet or in a crate.
Upon receipt, undo and remove the
packaging.
2Consult the use and maintenance
manual and follow its instructions to
the letter.
3Fit the motor to the pump body and
tighten the fixing nut.

Dopo aver eseguito il posizionamento è
possibile effettuare l’allacciamento della
pompa al circuito del prodotto operando
come segue:
ATTENZIONE: per le connessioni
ai collettori della pompa impie-
gare unicamente raccordi con
filettature gas cilindrico di materiale
compatibile con il fluido da pompare
e con il materiale di costruzione
della pompa.
ES.: pompa in PP = racc. PP
1Installare sull’attacco collettore di
mandata e scarico una valvola manua-
le a sfera (a passaggio totale) di
uguale diametro all’attacco della
pompa (mai più piccola) per garantire
l’intercettazione del fluido in caso di
perdite e/ofuture manutenzioni.
2Provvedere all’installazione dei
manicotti per il fissaggio dei tubi
flessibili su entrambe le valvole
manuali.
PRODUCT CIRCUIT
CONNECTION
After having correctly positioned the
plant, proceed with connecting the
pump to the product circuit, as follows:
WARNING: To connect the
pump only use connections
with cylindrical gas threads made
with materials compatible with the
fluid to be pumped and with the
pump materials
E.g: pump in PP = connections in PP
1. On the suction and delivery
manifold, install a manual ball valve
(full-bore) with a diameter equal to
the connection to the pump (never
smaller), to ensure fluid shut-off in
case of leaks and/or future
maintenance.
2. Proceed with installation of pipe
couplings for fastening the flexible
pipes on to both of the manual
valves.

mento alla pompa devono
essere di tipo FLESSIBILE E RINFOR-
ZATO CON SPIRALE RIGIDA di diame-
tro mai inferiore all’attacco della
pompa. Per fluidi viscosi impiegare
tubi con DIAMETRO MAGGIORATO
specialmente sull’aspirazione.
L’allacciamento con tubi rigidi può
provocare forti vibrazioni.
3Provvedere all’allacciamento del tubo
di aspirazione e mandata del prodotto
sui rispettivi attacchi.
WARNING: The connection

FLEXIBLE, RIGID SPIRAL
REINFORCED pipes never with a
smaller diameter than the
connection of the pump. For viscous
fluids, use pipes with an OVERSIZED
DIAMETER, particularly in suction.
Connection with rigid pipes can
cause strong vibrations.
3. Proceed to connect the product
suction and delivery pipes to their
respective joints.

4Provvedere al fissaggio dei tubi con
apposite fascette.
ATTENZIONE: supportare ade-
guatamente le tubazioni; LE
TUBAZIONI DEVONO ESSERE SUFFI-
CIENTEMENTE RESISTENTI DA NON
DEFORMARSI SOTTO ASPIRAZIONE
E NON DEVONO MAI GRAVARE IN
ALCUN MODO SULLA POMPA E
VICEVERSA.
ATTENZIONE: controllare che
nel fluido trattato non vi siano o
non vi possano essere parti solide di
dimensioni elevate o forma dannosa
e che non ci siano restrizioni sul-
l’aspirazione e/o sulla mandata
della pompa per evitare fenomeni
rispettivamente di cavitazione e
sforzo del motore elettrico o funzio-
namento a secco.
L’allacciamento del circuito del
prodotto è così terminato.
4. Proceed with fastening the pipes with
appropriate metal rings.
WARNING: the pipes must be
adequately supported; PIPES
MUST BE STRONG ENOUGH NOT
TO DEFORM IN SUCTION AND
MUST NEVER WEIGHT THE PUMP
DOWN OR VICEVERSA
WARNING: Check that the
treated fluid does not or could
not contain solid matters of a large
size or with a potentially damaging
shape and that the intake and/or
delivery ports are not obstructed in
order to avoid cavitation or electric
motor strain or dry operation.
The circuit connection is now
completed.
