Il presente prodotto è stato studiato per l’uso in concomitanza con una serie di
trattamenti per la risoluzione delle condizioni mediche sopra indicate. La frequenza e
la durata d’uso devono essere stabilite dal medico curante.
CARATTERISTICHE PRESTAZIONALI: Fornisce immobilizzazione o movimento
controllato dell’arto o del segmento del corpo.
AVVERTENZE E PRECAUZIONI:
• Se si verificano disturbi/lesioni cutanee nella parte del corpo interessata, il prodotto
deve essere applicato e indossato solo dopo aver consultato un medico.
• Il prodotto deve essere utilizzato sotto la supervisione di un operatore sanitario.
• Il presente dispositivo non è per uso pubblico senza un’adeguata supervisione.
• Non usare su ferite aperte.
• Qualora si avvertano dolore, gonfiori, modifiche nelle sensazioni o qualsiasi reazione
inconsueta nel corso dell’uso di questo prodotto, rivolgersi immediatamente al medico
curante.
• Non utilizzare il dispositivo se risulta danneggiato e/o se la confezione è stata aperta.

INFORMAZIONI SULL'APPLICAZIONE:
A. Staccare la tracolla e aprire il pannello anteriore. Inserire il braccio nell’ortesi,
appoggiando il gomito il più possibile contro il retro. Fissare la fascetta del pannello
anteriore facendola passare attraverso l'anello a D (Fig. 1).
B. Chiudere i fermagli sulla parte superiore dell’ortesi per trattenere il braccio nella
fionda.
NOTA: per maggiore comodità, inserire il pollice nell'anello situato all'interno
dell’ortesi.
C. Portare la tracolla dalla schiena sopra la spalla non lesa e fissarla facendola passare
attraverso l'anello a D centrale dell’ortesi. Volendo accorciare la tracolla, rimuovere la
linguetta a Y all'estremità, tagliare il necessario e riattaccare la linguetta a Y (Fig. 2).
D. Inserire il cuscino all'altezza della vita, con l'estremità larga in avanti. Fissare l’ortesi
al cuscino allineando le strisce di gancetti e anelli in modo che aderiscano. Fissare la
fascetta alla vita attraverso l'anello a D sull'estremità anteriore del cuscino (Fig. 3).
NOTA:posizionare il cuscino per consentire la rotazione interna ed esterna desiderata
facendolo scorrere in avanti o indietro lungo la vita.
USO E MANUTENZIONE:
• Pulire il rivestimento dell’ortesi e quello del cuscino lavandoli con acqua fredda
e un detersivo neutro e lasciarli asciugare all'aria. Prima di apportare eventuali
modifiche all’ortesi, consultare il proprio medico o terapista.
GARANZIA: DJO, LLC s’impegna alla riparazione o alla sostituzione di tutti i componenti
del dispositivo e dei relativi accessori in caso di difetti di lavorazione o materiali, rinvenuti
entro sei mesi dalla data di acquisto. Nella misura in cui i termini della presente garanzia
non risultino conformi alle normative locali, risulteranno applicabili le disposizioni di
queste ultime.

INTENDED USER PROFILE: The intended user should be a licensed medical
professional, the patient or the patient's caregiver. The user should be able to read,
understand and be physically capable of performing the directions, warnings and
cautions in the information for use.
INTENDED USE/INDICATIONS: • Post-operative rotator cuff repairs • Post-operative
Bankart procedures • Capsular shifts • Glenohumeral dislocation/subluxation • Soft tissue
strains/repairs.
This product was designed to complement the variety of medical treatments common
to the above afflictions. The frequency and duration of use should be determined by
your prescribing Healthcare professional.
PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS: Providing immobilization or controlled movement
of the limb or body segment.
WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS:
• If you have skin disorders/injuries in the relevant part of the body, the product should
be fitted and worn only after consultation with a medical professional.
• This product is to be used under the supervision of a medical professional.
• This device is not intended for unsupervised public use.
• Do not use over open wounds.
• If pain, swelling, changes in sensation or other unusual reactions occur while using this
product, you should contact your doctor immediately.
• Do not use this device if it was damaged and/or packaging has been opened.
NOTE: Contact manufacturer and competent authority in case of a serious incident
arising due to usage of this device.
APPLICATION INFORMATION:
A. Detach the shoulder strap and open front panel. Place the arm in the sling with
the elbow as far back into the sling as possible. Secure the front panel strap
through the lower D-ring (Fig. 1).
B. Affix the snaps along the top of the sling to secure the arm in its cradle.
Note: The thumb may be placed through the loop inside the sling for additional
comfort.
C. Bring the shoulder strap across the back and over the unaffected shoulder and
fasten through the middle D-ring of the sling. The shoulder strap may be trimmed
by removing the Y-tab at the end of the strap, cutting the strap and reapplying the
Y-tab (Fig. 2).
D. Place the pillow at the waistline with the large end facing forward. Attach the
sling to the pillow, lining up the hook and loop strips so they adhere. Secure the
waist strap through the D-ring on the front end of the pillow (Fig. 3). NOTE: The
position of the pillow should be positioned for desired internal or external rotation
by sliding the pillow forward or back along the waistline.

USE AND CARE:
• Sling and pillow cover may be washed in cold water with mild detergent. Air dry.
Always consult with your physician or therapist before making changes to the brace.
WARRANTY: DJO, LLC will repair or replace all or part of the unit and its accessories for
material or workmanship defects for a period of six months from the date of sale. To the
extent the terms of this warranty are inconsistent with local regulations, the provisions of
such local regulations will apply.

Este dispositivo se ha diseñado para complementar los diversos tratamientos médicos
habituales para las afecciones mencionadas anteriormente. El profesional médico que
prescribió este dispositivo es quien debe determinar la frecuencia y duración de su
utilización.
CARACTERÍSTICAS DE RENDIMIENTO: Proporcionar inmovilización o movimiento
controlado a la extremidad o segmento corporal.
ADVERTENCIAS Y PRECAUCIONES:
• Si tiene trastornos o lesiones cutáneas en la parte relevante del cuerpo, el producto
debe colocarse y usarse solo después de consultar con un profesional médico.

INSTRUCCIONES DE COLOCACIÓN:
A. Separe la correa del hombro y abra la parte delantera. Coloque el brazo en el
cabestrillo, poniendo el codo lo más atrás posible dentro del mismo. Asegure la correa
de la parte delantera haciéndola pasar por el anillo en D inferior (Fig. 1).
B. Sujete los automáticos a lo largo de la parte superior del cabestrillo para asegurar el
brazo en su entablillado.
NOTA: Para mayor comodidad, el pulgar puede meterse por el lazo que está dentro
del cabestrillo.
C. Lleve la correa del hombro a través de la espalda por encima del hombro sano
y sujétela haciéndola pasar por el anillo en D del cabestrillo. La correa se puede
recortar quitando la lengüeta en Y situada en el extremo de la correa, cortando la
correa y volviendo a introducir la lengüeta (Fig. 2).
D. Coloque la almohadilla en la línea de la cintura, con el extremo de mayor tamaño
mirando hacia adelante. Acople el cabestrillo a la almohadilla, alineando el gancho y
las cintas de lazo para que se adhieran. Asegure la correa de la cintura a través del
anillo en D en el extremo delantero de la almohadilla (Fig. 3).
NOTA:La almohadilla debe colocarse de manera que se obtenga la rotación interna o
externa deseada, lo cual se logra deslizándola hacia adelante o hacia atrás a lo largo
de la línea de la cintura.

EMPLEO Y CUIDADO:
• El cabestrillo y la almohadilla se pueden lavar con un detergente suave en agua
fría. Déjelos secar al aire. Antes de hacer cualquier cambio en el soporte, consulte
siempre con su médico o terapeuta.
GARANTÍA: DJO, LLC se compromete a reparar o sustituir la totalidad o parte del
producto y sus accesorios, por defectos del material o de la fabricación, durante los seis
meses siguientes a la fecha de venta. Si los términos de esta garantía son incompatibles
con la normativa local, se aplicarán las disposiciones de la normativa local.

Dieses Produkt wurde entwickelt, um die Vielzahl von medizinischen
Behandlungsmethoden bei den o. g. Beschwerden zu unterstützen. Die Häufigkeit und
die Dauer der Anwendung sollten von dem das Rezept ausstellenden Arzt bestimmt
werden.
LEISTUNGSMERKMALE: Zur Immobilisierung oder kontrollierten Bewegung der
Extremität oder des Körpersegments.
WARNHINWEISE UND VORSICHTSMASSNAHMEN:
• Bei Hauterkrankungen/-verletzungen an der betreffenden Körperstelle sollte das
Produkt nur nach Rücksprache mit einem Arzt angepasst und getragen werden.

• Dieses Produkt ist nicht für die allgemeine Verwendung ohne ärztliche Aufsicht
vorgesehen.
• Nicht auf offenen Wunden verwenden.
• Wenn bei der Verwendung dieses Produkts Schmerzen, Schwellungen,
Empfindungsänderungen oder andere ungewöhnliche Reaktionen auftreten, nehmen

GEBRAUCHSANLEITUNG:
A. Nehmen Sie den Schultergurt ab, und öffnen Sie das Vorderteil. Den Arm mit dem
Ellbogen so weit wie möglich nach hinten in die Stofftasche legen. Ziehen Sie den Gurt
am Vorderteil durch den unteren D-Ring (Abb. 1).
B. Schließen Sie die Druckknöpfe entlang der Oberseite der Stofftasche, um den Arm in
der Stofftasche zu sichern.
HINWEIS: Für zusätzliche Bequemlichkeit kann der Daumen durch die Schlaufe im
Inneren der Stofftasche geschoben werden.
C. Führen Sie den Schultergurt über die gesunde Schulter und den Rücken, und ziehen
Sie ihn durch den mittleren D-Ring der Stofftasche. Der Schultergurt kann gekürzt
werden, indem Sie die Y-Lasche am Gurtende entfernen, den Gurt zurechtschneiden
und dann die Y-Lasche wieder anbringen (Abb. 2).
D. Legen Sie das Schaumstoffkissen mit dem breiten Ende nach vorne entlang der Taille
an. Befestigen Sie die Stofftasche am Schaumstoffkissen, wobei Sie die Haken und
Schlaufenstreifen so ausrichten, daß sie miteinander befestigt werden können. Ziehen
Sie den Gürtelgurt durch den D-Ring am vorderen Ende des Schaumstoffkissens (Abb. 3).
HINWEIS: Die Position des Schaumstoffkissens sollte der gewünschten Innen- oder
Außenrotation angepaßt werden, indem das Schaumstoffkissen an der Taille voroder
zurückgeschoben wird.

PFLEGEHINWEISE:
• Stofftasche und Schaumstoffkissen können in kaltem Wasser mit Feinwaschmittel
gewaschen und an der Luft getrocknet werden. Ziehen Sie immer Ihren Arzt oder
Orthopädie-Techniker zu Rate, bevor Sie die Stütze ändern.
GARANTIE: DJO, LLC garantiert bei Material- oder Herstellungsdefekten die Reparatur
bzw. den Austausch des kompletten Produktes oder eines Teils des Produktes und aller
zugehörigen Zubehörteile für einen Zeitraum von sechs Monaten ab dem Verkaufsdatum.
Falls und insoweit die Bedingungen dieser Gewährleistung nicht den örtlichen

subluxation de la région gléno-humérale • Foulures/réparations des tissus mous.
Ce produit est destiné à servir d’appoint aux divers traitements médicaux
généralement appliqués dans les cas ci-dessus. La fréquence et la durée d’utilisation
doivent être déterminées par le médecin prescripteur.
CARACTÉRISTIQUES DE PERFORMANCES : Procure une immobilisation ou un
mouvement contrôlé du membre ou du segment corporel.
AVERTISSEMENTS ET PRÉCAUTIONS :
• En cas de troubles/lésions cutanés dans la partie concernée du corps, le produit ne
doit être mis en place et porté qu’après consultation d’un professionnel de santé.
• Ce produit est destiné à une utilisation sous la surveillance d’un professionnel médical.
• Ce dispositif n’est pas destiné à une utilisation grand public non contrôlée.
• Ne pas utiliser sur une plaie ouverte.
• En cas de douleur, d’enflure, d’altération de la sensation ou d’autres réactions
anormales lors de l’utilisation de ce produit, contacter immédiatement un médecin.
• Ne pas utiliser ce dispositif s’il a été endommagé et/ou si l’emballage a été ouvert.
REMARQUE : Contacter le fabricant et l’autorité compétente en cas d’incident grave
découlant de l’utilisation de ce dispositif.
INFORMATIONS CONCERNANT L'APPLICATION :
A. Détacher la sangle de l’épaule et ouvrir le panneau avant. Placer le bras dans l’écharpe,
avec le coude enfoncé aussi loin que possible. Attacher la sangle du panneau avant en la
faisant passer dans l’anneau en forme de D le plus bas (Fig. 1).
B. Fixer les attaches le long du haut de l’écharpe pour maintenir le bras bien en place
dans l’arceau.
REMARQUE : Pour plus de confort, passer le pouce à travers la boucle à l’intérieur de
l’écharpe.
C. Faire passer la sangle de l’épaule en travers du dos et sur l’épaule en bonne santé
et l’attacher en la faisant passer par l’anneau en forme de D du milieu de l’écharpe.
On peu ajuster la longueur de la sangle de l’épaule en retirant l’onglet du bout, en
coupant la longueur désirée et en remettant l’onglet au bout de la sangle (Fig. 2).
D. Placer le coussin au niveau de la taille, avec l’extrémité la plus large orientée vers l’avant.
Attacher l’écharpe au coussin en faisant correspondre le crochet et les boucles. Serrer la
sangle de la taille en la faisant passer par l’anneau en forme de D de l’avant du coussin
(Fig. 3).
REMARQUE :La position du coussin doit permettre la rotation interne ou externe désirée
en faisant glisser le coussin vers l’avant ou vers l’arrière, le long de la taille.

UTILISATION ET ENTRETIEN :
• La taie du coussin et l’écharpe peuvent se laver à l’eau froide, en utilisant un savon
doux. Les laisser sécher à l’air libre. Consulter le médecin traitant ou tout autre
personnel médical qualifié avant de modifier l’orthèse de façon quelconque.
GARANTIE : DJO, LLC réparera ou remplacera tout ou une partie de l’unité et de ses
accessoires en cas de vice de matériau ou de fabrication pendant une période de six mois
à partir de la date d’achat.Si les conditions de cette garantie sont incompatibles avec la
réglementation locale, les dispositions des réglementations locales s’appliquent.
