Ringer
1. Lift the handset (ignore the dialling tone) and press MUTE.
2. Press #.
3. Select a ringer from the table below using the number keys 0-9.
4. Press MUTE again and replace the handset. The ring signal is now set.

* If the key 0 is selected, the ringer will be turned off until the next time the handset is lifted.
Once the handset is lifted the ringer will revert to the previous setting.
It is also possible to use the switch on the right hand side of telephone to select
either off, low or high positions.
Message Waiting Indicator
Some PBX systems offer a Message Waiting function.
At the rear of the telephone is a three position switch, this is used to select one of
the following options:
1: Voltage MW (neon indication)
2: Line reversal
3: Line reversal
By selecting the appropriate option for your system the telephone will indicate if
there are any voice mail messages available.
This function operates differently depending on the PBX system in question
therefore please contact your system administrator for more information.
If the unit is not connected through a PBX please select 1.
