Key functions of the X-zone
The following key functions refer to the X-zone keys.

5800 Instructions for Use. This quick-reference guide is not intended to replace the Instructions for Use.
Action Meaning
Pressing key once Acknowledges device defects and pre-alarms.
Pressing and holding key for 3 sec Switch from OFF to STANDBY mode or switching from STANDBY to
ON mode.
Pressing and holding and key for 3 sec Switches to OFF mode.
Pressing key once On the main device: Expand group / End search run.
Pressing and holding key for 3 sec On the main device: Reduce group size.
On the group device: Deletes the grouping information.
Pressing key 3 times On the main device: Activate group monitoring.
Pressing key for 3 sec and key 3 times On the main device: Provisionally deactivate group monitoring.
Colour LED status Device mode Meaning
off off OFF mode Device is switched off.

on ON/STANDBY mode
Charge less than 33 %.
red/green
Charge between 33 % and 66 %.
green Charge greater than 66 %.

Battery pre-alarm
red Battery main alarm; X-zone switches off after
10 sec.
red OFF mode Attempt to switch on in OFF mode when the
battery is empty (10 sec. on).
