SAFETY
1.1Operationofliftingplatforms
Thisliftisspeciallydesignedforvehicleparking.Usersarenotallowedtouseitforanyotherpurposes.Theapplicablenationalregulations,
lawsanddirectivesmustbeobserved.
Onlyusersaged18orabovewhohavebninstructedonhowtooperatetheliftingplatformandhaveproventheirabilitytodosototheowner
aretobeentrustedwithunsupervisedoperationofliftingplatforms.Thetaskofoperatingtheliftingplatformsmustbegrantedinwriting.
Beforeloadingavehicleontotheliftingplatform,usersshouldstudytheoriginaloperationinstructionsandfamiliarizethemselveswiththe
operatingproceduresinseveraltrialruns.
Liftvehiclewithintheratedload.Don’tattempttoparkvehicleswithexcessiveweight.
1.2Checkingoftheliftingplatforms
Checksaretobebasedonthefollowingdirectivesandregulations:
Basicprinciplesfortestingliftingplatforms
Thebasichealthandsafetyrequirements
HarmonizedEuropeanstandards
Theapplicableaccidentpreventionregulations
Thechecksaretobeorganizedbytheuseroftheliftingplatform.Theuserisresponsibleforappointinganexpertorqualifiedpersonto
performchecking.Itmustbeensurethatthepersonchosensatisfiestherequirements.
Theuserbearsspecialresponsibilityifemploysofthecompanyareappointedasexpertsorqualifiedpersons.
1.2.1Scopeofchecking
Regularcheckingessentiallyinvolvesperformingavisualinspectionandafunctionaltest.Thisincludescheckingtheconditionofthe
componentsandequipment,checkingthatthesafetysystemsarecompleteandfunctioningproperlyandthattheinspectionlogbookis
completelyfilledin.Thescopeofexceptionalcheckingdependsonthenatureandextentofanystructuralmodificationorrepairwork.
1.2.2Regularchecking
Afterinitialcommissioning,liftingplatformsaretobecheckedbyaqualifiedpersonatintervalsofnotlongerthanoneyear.
Aqualifiedpersonissomebodywiththetrainingandexperiencerequiredtopossesssufficientknowledgeofliftingplatformsandwhois
sufficientlyfamiliarwiththepertinentnationalregulations,accidentpreventionregulationsandgenerallyacknowledgedrulesofengineringto
beabletoassessthesafeoperatingconditionofliftingplatforms.
1.2.3Exceptionalchecking
Liftingplatformswithaliftheightofmorethan2metersandliftingplatformsintendedforusewithpeoplestandingundertheloadbearing
elementsoftheloadaretobecheckedbyanexpertpriororreusefollowingstructuralmodificationsandmajorrepairstoloadbearing
components.
Anexpertissomebodywiththetrainingandexperiencerequiredtopossessspecialistknowledgeofliftingplatformsandwhoissufficiently
familiarwiththepertinentnationalworksafetyregulations,accidentpreventionregulationsandgenerallyacknowledgedrulesofengineering

tobeabletocheckandgiveanexpertoptiononliftingplatforms.
1.3Importantsafetynotices
1.3.1Recommendforindooruseonly.DOnotexposethelifttorain,snoworexcessivemoisture.
1.3.2Onlyusethisliftonasurfacethatisstable,levelanddryandnotslippery,andcapableofsustainingtheload.Donotinstalltheliftonany
asphaltsurface.
1.3.3Readandunderstandallsafetywarningsbeforeoperatingthelift.
1.3.4Donotleavethecontrolswhiletheliftisstillinmotion.
1.3.5Keephandsandfeetawayfromanymovingparts.Keepfeetclearoftheliftwhenlowering.
1.3.6Onlytheseproperlytrainedpersonnelcanoperatethelift.
1.3.7Donotwearunfitclothessuchaslargeclotheswithflounces,tires,etc.,whichcouldbecaughtbymovingpartsofthelift.
1.3.8Topreventevitableincidents,surroundingareasoftheliftmustbetidyandwithnothingunconcerned.
1.3.9Theliftissimplydesignedtolifttheentirebodyofvehicles,withitsmaximumweightwithintheliftingcapacity.
1.3.10Alwaysinsurethesafetylocksareengagedbeforeanyattempttoworknearorunderthevehicle.Neverremovesafetyrelated
componentsfromthelift.Donotuseifsafetyrelatedcomponentsaredamagedormissing.
1.3.11Donotrockthevehiclewhileontheliftorremoveanyheavycomponentfromvehiclethatmaycauseexcessiveweightshift.
1.3.12Checkatanytimethepartsofthelifttoensuretheagilityofmovingpartsandtheperformanceofsynchronization.Ensureregular
maintenanceandifanythingabnormaloccurs,stopusingtheliftimmediatelyandcontactourdealersforhelp.
1.3.13Lowerthelifttoitslowestpositionanddoremembertocutoffthepowerwhennotusingthelift.
1.3.14Donotmodifyanypartsoftheliftwithoutmanufacturer’sadvice.
1.3.15Iftheliftisgoingtobeleftunusedforalongtime,usersarerequiredto:
a.Disconnectthepower;
b.Emptytheoiltank;
c.Lubricatethemovingpartswithhydraulicoil.
WARNING:Thewarnings,cautionsandinstructionsdiscussedinthisinstructionmanualcannotcoverallpossibleconditionsandsituations
thatmayoccur.Itmustbeunderstoodbytheoperatorthatcommonsenseandcautionarefactorswhichcannotbebuiltintothisproduct,
butmustbesuppliedbytheoperator.
CAUTION1:ALWAYS ensure the mechanical safety locks are engaged parking. Never remove safety
related components from the lift. Do not use if safety related components are damaged or missing.
CAUTION2: Failure installation and operation or any improper modification could result in hurts or even
death of operators. Please do read and understand this manual thoroughly and operate as it required.

1.4Risksandsafetyinstructions
Duringliftfunctioning,theoperatorshallstandinasafearea.
Thepresenceofpersonsbeneaththecross‐piecesand/ortheplatformswhentheyaremoving,orthepresenceofpersonsinsidethedanger
zoneisstrictlyprohibited.Duringoperationspersonsareadmittedtotheareabeneaththevehicleonlywhenthevehicleisalreadyinthe
elevatedposition,whenthecross‐piecesandplatformsarestationary,andwhenthemechanicalsafetydevices(wedges)arefirmlyengagedin
theslotsonthesafetyrods.
RISKOFCRUSHING
Whentheplatformsandthevehiclearelowering,makesurenovehicleisbeneaththeparkingplatform.
Whentheplatformsandthevehiclearelowering,personnelareprohibitedfromenteringtheareabeneaththemovablepartsofthelift
Theliftoperatormustnotstarttheliftuntilithasbeenclearlyestablishedthattherearenopersonsindangerzone
RISKOFIMPACT
IMPACTcausedbythepartsoftheliftorthevehiclethatarepositionedatheadheight.
When,duetooperationalreasons,theliftisstoppedatrelativelylowelevations(lessthan1.75mfromtheground)personnelmustbecareful
toavoidimpactwithpartsofthemachinenotmarkedwithspecialcolors.
RISKOFVEHICLEMOVING
MOVINGcausedbyoperationsinvolvingtheapplicationofforcesufficienttodisplacethevehicle.
Inthecaseoflargeorparticularlyheavyvehicles,suddenmovementcouldcreateanunacceptableoverloadorunevenloadsharing.
Therefore,beforeliftingthevehicleandduringalloperationsonthevehicleMAKESURETHATITISPROPERLYSTOPPEDBYTHEHAND
BRAKE..
RISKOFVEHICLEFALLINGFROMLIFT
Thishazardmayariseinthecaseofincorrectpositioningofthevehicleontheplatforms,incorrectstoppingofthevehicle,orinthecaseof
vehiclesofdimensionsthatarenotcompatiblewiththecapacityofthelift.
RISKOFSLACKENINGOFLIFTCABLES
SLACKENINGcausedbyobjectsleftleaningagainstthepostsorontheplatforms.
RISKOFSLIPPING
SLIPPINGcausedbylubricantcontaminationoftheflooraroundthelift
THEAREABENEATHANDIMMEDIATELYSURROUNDINGTHELIFTANDALSOTHEPLATFORMSMUSTBEKEPTCLEAN.
REMOVEANYOILSPILLSIMMEDIATELY.
RISKSRELATEDTOIMPROPERUSE
Personsarenotpermittedtostandorsitontheplatformsduringtheliftingprocessorwhenthevehicleisalreadylifted.

Packing,lifting,handling,transportingoperationsmustbeperformedonlybyexperiencedpersonnelwithappropriate
knowledgeoftheliftandafterreadingthismanual.

2.2Storage
Thepacksmustbekeptinacoveredandprotectedareainatemperaturerangeof‐10℃to+40 .Theymustnotbeexposedtodirect℃
sunlight.
Stackingthepacks
Weadviseagainststackingbecausethepacksarenotdesignedforthistypeofstorage.Thenarrowbase,heavyweightandlargesizeofthe
packsmakestackingdifficultandpotentiallydangerous.
Ifstackingisunavoidable,useallappropriateprecautions:
‐neverstacktomorethan2meters(783/4”)inheight.
‐nevermakestacksofsinglepacks.Alwaysstackpairsofpacksinacrosspatternsothatthebaseisbiggerandtheresultingstackismore
stable.Oncethestackiscomplete,restrainitusingstraps,ropesorothersuitablemethods.
Amaximumoftwopackscanbestackedonlorries,incontainers,andinrailwaywagons,onconditionthatthepacksarestrappedtogether
andrestrainedtostopthemfalling.
2.3Liftingandhandling
Thepackscanbeliftedandtransportedonlybyusinglifttrucks.Neverattempttohoistortransporttheunitusingliftingstraps.
Openingthepacks
Whentheliftisdeliveredmakesurethatithasnotbeendamagedduringtransportationandthatallthepartsspecifiedonthepackinglistare
present.
Packsmustbeopenedadoptingalltheprecautionsrequiredtoavoidinjurytopersons(keepatasafedistancewhencuttingthestraps)or
damagetopartsofthemachine(becarefulthatnopartsaredroppedwhileyouareopeningthepacking)
Takespecialcarewiththehydraulicpowerunit,thecontrolpanelandtheplatformcylinder.

Thisfourpostliftisgenerallycomposedbyfourposts,twobeams,twoplatforms,ahydraulicoilcylinderandasetofpowerunit.Itisdrivenby
anelectro‐hydraulicsystem.Upanddownofplatformsiscontrolledbythetoandfromovementoftheoilcylinder.Itisequippedwith

4.1Preparationsbeforeinstallation
4.1.1Spacerequirements.
Thisliftisforindooruseonly.
Tostopvehiclescollidingwiththeceiling,itisadvisabletofitanoverheadlightbarrierinlowceilingbuildings.
Referto3.3forthedimensionsofthelift.Theremustbeaclearanceofatleast1000mm(393/8 ” ) betweentheliftingplatformandfixed
elements(e.g.wall)inallliftingpositions.Theremustbesufficientspaceattheendsoftheliftingplatformfordrivingvehiclesonandoff.
4.1.2Foundationsandconnections
Theusermusthavethefollowingworkperformedbeforeerectingthelift.
Constructionofthefoundationfollowingconsultationwiththemanufacturer’scustomerserviceoranauthorizedserviceagent.
Routingofthewiringtotheinstallationlocation.Theusermustprovidefuseprotectionfortheconnection.ForVoltagebetween100V

4.3Generalinstallationinstructions
Step1:Fixtheinstallationlayout.
Markthefourstandingpointsofthefourpostsontheinstallationsitebyatapemeasureandchalk.Ensuretwodiagonallinesareofthesame
length.
Step2:Removethepackingmaterials.
Attention:Packsmustbeopenedadoptingalltheprecautionsrequiredtoavoidinjurytopersons(keepatasafedistancewhencuttingthe
straps)ordamagetopartsofthemachine(becarefulthatnopartsaredroppedwhileyouareopeningthepacking)
Takespecialcarewiththehydraulicpowerunit,thepowerunitandtheplatformcylinder.
Avoidscratchingthepaintingsurfaceandhoses.
1.Placesomewoodenbattens(thicknessofwhichshouldbemorethan80mm)ontheground(otherdependabledevicesmayalsoapplicable)
andthenuseforklifttohavethepackingrackremovedontothebattens.
2.Havetheplatformsoftheliftsuspendedbytheforkliftandthenscrewofftheupsideboltandremovethefirstplatformontothewooden
battensinitiallyprepared.
3.Screwoffthedownsideboltandtakeawaythepackingracksonbothsides.
4.Removetheshockabsorptionplasticfilmwithaknife.
Step3:Usetheforklifttohavethegeneralpartsproperlypositioned.
Forconvenientinstallation,itwouldbebettertopadsomethingsupportingundertheplatform.
Oilcylinder,steelcableandoilhosehavealreadybeenfixedinthepowersideplatform(platformwithoilcylinderbeneath)beforepacking.

Step4:Connecttheplatformsandbeams.
1.Placethetwopostfacetofacewithadistanceof3070mmandthenpushinthecrossbeamfromthetopoftheposts.
2.Erectthepostsafterbothcrossbeamswasconnected.

Step5:Mountonthetoppostplateandfixsafetyratchets.
1.FixratchetwiththetoppostplatewithM20hexnutandflatwasher.Ensuethefoursafetyratchetsareofthesameheightfromtheground,
Thiscouldbecheckedbymeasuringthedistanceofthelowestsquareholereservedontheratchetandthefloor.
2.FixthetoppostplatewiththepostusingM12*25hexheadscrew,springwasherandflatwasher.

Attention:Connectoilhosesasperthemarksonthehosesanddonotcontaminatethehydrauliccomponentsduringtheconnection.
RefertoAnnex2whenfixtheelectricalsystem.
Attention:Forthreephasepowersupply,iftheliftdoesn'traiseandthemotormayturninthewrongdirection,insuchevent,interchangewires
U,Vinthecontrolcabinet.
Step10:Fillwithhydraulicoil
CLEANANDFRESHOILONLY.DON’TFILLTHETANKCOMPLETELYFULL.
Liftmustbefullyloweredbeforechangingoraddinghydraulicoil
Pour12liters(3.17USgal)ofhydraulicoilintotheoiltank.Thelevelofoilshallreachthetippetsvolumemarkofthetank.
Addmoreoilafterrunningtheliftforseveralcyclesuntiltheliftcanrisetothemaximumliftingheight.
Note:Astheviscosityofhydraulicoilmayhaveinfluenceontherunningspeedofthelift,itissuggestedusingNO.46hydraulicoilwhen
averagetemperatureofthelocationisabove18degreeCelsiusandusingNO.32hydraulicoilwhentemperatureisbelow18degreeCelsius.
Changetheoil6monthsafterinitialuseandchangeonceperyearthereafter.
Step11:Checkthesteelcableconnectionandcheckthefunctionofmechanicallocks.
1.Checkthesteelcableconnection
PushtheUPbuttonuntilthesteelcableisfullyextended.Checkifthesteelcableisintheslotofthepulley.
2.Checkthefunctionofmechanicallocks.
Raisetheplatformaboveitsfirstlockingpoint.Pushthedownhandletoseeofthefourcornersoftheplatformarelocked.Ifnotbeing
simultaneouslylocked,onesideoroneendoftheplatformcouldbeslanted.Adjustscrew①whichisindicatedinthebelowdrawingatthe
correspondingcorneruntilthefourlockscanbeengagedsimultaneously.
PushtheUPbuttontoreleasethemechanicallocks.Pushdownthemechanicalreleasehandleandmeanwhilepushunloadinghandletolower
theplatformtoseeiffourmechanicallockscanbereleased.Ifnotadjustnut1atthecorrespondingcorner.
Step12:Leveltheplatform
Attention:Novehicleonplatformswhenlevelling.
1.Checkandadjustthetensionofsteelcable.

Raisetheplatformabout800mm(31”)highandpushtheunloadinghandletoengagethemechanicalsafetylock.Judgeifthemechanicallocks
couldbeengagedsynchronouslybylisteningtothesound.Engagethemechanicallockandmeasuretheheightatfourcornersofthe
platform.Incasetheheightisdifferent,adjustthenut(M20)thatfixthesafetyratchetandthetopplateofthepostuntiltheheightmeasured
atthefourcornersisalmostthesame.
Step13:Fixtheexpansionanchoringbolts
Referto3.3andadjustthedistancebetweenpostsbeforedrillingholesforexpansionbolts.
1.Usesuitablemeanstoraisetheliftingplatformtothefirstlatchingposition.Allthemountingholesinthebaseplatearethenaccessible.
Makesurethelockingpawlisengaged.
2.Checkthepositionofthebaseplatesagain.
3.Drillthemountingholes.Removethedrillingdustfromthehole.
4.Useaspiritleveltochecktheverticalalignmentoftheliftingposts.Ifnecessary,placeequalizingplatesunderthebaseplates.Theequalizing
platesmustbeofthesamelengthasthesideofthebaseplaterestingonthem.Otherwisetheloadofthebaseplatewillnotbetransferred
evenlytothefoundation.

5.1Precautions
5.1.1Checkallconnectionsofoilhose.Onlywhenthereisnoleakage,theliftcanstartwork.
5.1.2Thelift,ifitssafetydevicemalfunctions,shallnotbeused.
5.1.3Itshallnotliftorloweranautomobileifitscenterofgravityisnotpositionedmidwayoftherunways.Otherwise,weaswellasour
dealerswillnotbearanyresponsibilityforanyconsequenceresultedthereby.
5.1.4Operatorsandotherpersonnelconcernedshouldstandinasafetyareaduringliftingandloweringprocess.
5.1.5Makesurethemechanicalsafetylockoftheliftisengagedbeforestartworkingunderthevehicleandnopeopleunderthevehicleduring
liftingandloweringprocess.
5.2Operationinstructions
Toavoidpersonalinjuryand/orpropertydamage,permitonlytrainedpersonneltooperatethelift.Afterreviewingtheseinstructions,
getfamiliarwithliftcontrolsbyrunningtheliftthroughafewcyclesbeforeloadingvehicleonlift.Donotattempttotransportaload
onthelift.Theliftmustbeonlyusedinastaticpositionforliftingandloweringvehicles.
Ascending
Theremustbesufficientspaceforparking.Paycloseattentiontothevehicleroofduringascendingprocesssoastostop
vehiclescollidingwiththeceiling.
Makesurevehicleisneitherfrontnorrearheavyandcenterofbalanceshouldbemidwaybetweenadaptersandcentered
overthelift.

3.PushtheUPbuttonuntilplatformsrisetoexpectedheight.
4.Pushthehandleofunloadingvalvetoengagethemechanicalsafetylock.
5.Placetheoildiptrayproperlyandparktheothervehicleundertheplatform
