Thisliftisspeciallydesignedforliftingmotorvehicles.Usersarenotallowedtouseitforanyotherpurposes.Theapplicablenational
regulations,lawsanddirectivesmustbeobserved.
Onlyusersaged18orabovewhohavebeeninstructedonhowtooperatetheliftingplatformandhaveproventheirabilitytodosoto
theowneraretobeentrustedwithunsupervisedoperationofliftingplatforms.Thetaskofoperatingtheliftingplatformsmustbe
grantedinwriting.
Beforeloadingavehicleontotheliftingplatform,usersshouldstudytheoriginaloperationinstructionsandfamiliarizethemselveswith
theoperatingproceduresinseveraltrialruns.
Liftvehiclewithintheratedload.Don’tattempttoraisevehicleswithexcessiveweight.
1.2Checkingoftheliftingplatforms
Checksaretobebasedonthefollowingdirectivesandregulations:
Basicprinciplesfortestingliftingplatforms
Thebasichealthandsafetyrequirementsstipulatedinthedirective2006/42/EC
HarmonizedEuropeanstandards
Theapplicableaccidentpreventionregulations
Thechecksaretobeorganizedbytheuseroftheliftingplatform.Theuserisresponsibleforappointinganexpertorqualifiedpersonto
performchecking.Itmustbeensurethatthepersonchosensatisfiestherequirements.
Theuserbearsspecialresponsibilityifemployeesofthecompanyareappointedasexpertsorqualifiedpersons.
1.2.1Scopeofchecking
Regularcheckingessentiallyinvolvesperformingavisualinspectionandafunctionaltest.Thisincludescheckingtheconditionofthe
componentsandequipment,checkingthatthesafetysystemsarecompleteandfunctioningproperlyandthattheinspectionlogbookis
completelyfilledin.Thescopeofexceptionalcheckingdependsonthenatureandextentofanystructuralmodificationorrepairwork.
1.2.2Regularchecking
Afterinitialcommissioning,liftingplatformsaretobecheckedbyaqualifiedpersonatintervalsofnotlongerthanoneyear.

engineeringtobeabletoassessthesafeoperatingconditionofliftingplatforms.
1.2.3Exceptionalchecking
Liftingplatformswithaliftheightofmorethan2metersandliftingplatformsintendedforusewithpeoplestandingundertheload
bearingelementsoftheloadaretobecheckedbyanexpertpriororreusefollowingstructuralmodificationsandmajorrepairstoload
bearingcomponents.
Anexpertissomebodywiththetrainingandexperiencerequiredtopossessspecialistknowledgeofliftingplatformsandwhois
sufficientlyfamiliarwiththepertinentnationalworksafetyregulations,accidentpreventionregulationsandgenerallyacknowledged
rulesofengineeringtobeabletocheckandgiveanexpertoptiononliftingplatforms.
1.3Importantsafetynotices
1.3.1Recommedforindooruseonly,DOnotexposethelifttorain,snoworexcessivemoisture.
1.3.2Onlyusethisliftonasurfacethatisstable,levelanddryandnotslippery,andcapableofsusutainingtheload.Donotinstallthe
liftonanyasphaltsurface.
1.3.3Readandunderstandallsafetywarningsbeforeoperatingthelift.
1.3.4Donotleavethecontrolswhiletheliftisstillinmotion.
1.3.5Keephandsandfeetawayfromanymovingparts.Keepfeetclearoftheliftwhenlowering.
1.3.6Onlytheseproperlytrainedpersonnelcanoperatethelift.
1.3.7Donotwearunfitclothessuchaslargeclotheswithflounces,tires,etc,whichcouldbecaughtbymovingpartsofthelift.
1.3.8Topreventevitableincidents,surroundingareasoftheliftmustbetidyandwithnothingunconcerned.
1.3.9Theliftissimplydesignedtolifttheentirebodyofvehicles,withitsmaximumweightwithintheliftingcapacity.
1.3.10Alwaysinsurethesafetylocksareengagedbeforeanyattempttoworknearorunderthevehicle.Neverremovesafetyrelated
componentsfromthelift.Donotuseifsafetyrelatedcomponentsaredamagedormissing.
1.3.11Donotrockthevehiclewhileontheliftorremoveanyheavycomponentfromvehiclethatmaycauseexcessiveweightshift.
1.3.12Checkatanytimethepartsofthelifttoensuretheagilityofmovingpartsandtheperformanceofsynchronization.Ensureregular
maintenanceandifanythingabnormaloccurs,stopusingtheliftimmediatelyandcontactourdealersforhelp.
1.3.13Lowerthelifttoitslowestpositionanddoremembertocutoffthepowersourcewhenservicefinishes.
1.3.14Donotmodifyanypartsoftheliftwithoutmanufacturer’sadvice.
1.3.15Iftheliftisgoingtobeleftunusedforalongtime,usersarerequiredto:
a.Disconnectthepower;
b.Emptytheoiltank;
c.Lubricatethemovingpartswithhydraulicoil.

1.6Noiselevel
Noiseemittedduringoperatingtheliftshouldbelessthan70dB.Foryourhealthconsideration,itissuggestedtoplaceanoisedetector

Packing,lifting,handling,transportingoperationsmustbeperformedonlybyexperiencedpersonnelwith
appropriateknowledgeoftheliftandafterreadingthismanual.

2.2Storage
Thepacksmustbekeptinacoveredandprotectedareainatemperaturerange0f‐10℃to+40℃.Theymustnotbeexposedtodirect
sunlight,rainorwater.
Stackingthepacks
Weadviseagainststackingbecausethepacksarenotdesignedforthistypeofstorage.Thenarrowbase,heavyweightandlargesizeof
thepacksmakestackingdifficultandpotentiallydangerous.
Ifstackingisunavoidable,useallappropriateprecautions:
‐neverstacktomorethan2metersinheight.
‐nevermakestacksofsinglepacks.Alwaysstackpairsofpacksinacrosspatternsothatthebaseisbiggerandtheresultingstackismore
stable.Oncethestackiscomplete,restrainitusingstraps,ropesorothersuitablemethods.
Amaximumoftwopackscanbestackedonlorries,incontainers,andinrailwaywagons,onconditionthatthepacksarestrapped
togetherandrestrainedtostopthemfalling.
2.3Liftingandhandling
Thepackscanbeliftedandtransportedonlybyusinglifttrucks.
Openingthepacks
Whentheliftisdeliveredmakesurethatithasnotbeendamagedduringtransportationandthatallthepartsspecifiedonthepacking
listarepresent.
Packsmustbeopenedadoptingalltheprecautionsrequiredtoavoidinjurytopersons(keepatasafedistancewhencuttingthestraps)
ordamagetopartsofthemachine(becarefulthatnopartsaredroppedwhileyouareopeningthepacking)
Takespecialcarewiththehydraulicpowerunit,thecontrolpanelandtheplatformcylinder.

Thisfullrisescissorliftisofprettylowerprofilewhenatitslowestposition.Itsfourcylinderstructuremakesthelowestclearancefrom
groundis110mm.Thismodelisdesignedwithtwodifferentlevelingsystems‐autolevelingandmanualleveling.Foritisspecially
designedforsurfacemounting,userscouldhaveitinstalledwithgreatconvenience.Itsplatformextensiondeignnotonlycanbeusedas
aramp,butalsocanserveasanextendedpartoftheplatformformuchlongervehicles.Besides,designslike,24Vworkingvoltageof
controlboxandlimitswitch,alarmingbuzzer,pneumaticsafetylock,anti‐surgevalves,etc.havefullyconsideredyourpersonalsecurity.

4.1Preparationsbeforeinstallation
4.1.1Spacerequirements.
Referto3.3forthedimensionsofthelift.Theremustalsobeaclearanceofatleast1meterbetweentheliftingplatformandfixed
elements(e.g.wall)inallliftingpositions.Theremustbesufficientspaceattheendsoftheliftingplatformfordrivingvehiclesonandoff.
Tostopvehiclescollidingwiththeceiling,itisadvisabletofitanoverheadlightbarrierinlowceilingbuildings.
4.1.2Foundationsandconnections
Theusermusthavethefollowingworkperformedbeforeerectingthelift.
Attention:electricalsystemconnectionmustbedonebylicensedtechnicians.

4.2.1Jointsofoilhoseandwiringmustbefirmlyconnectedinordertoavoidleakageofoilhoseandloosenessofelectricalwires.
4.2.2Allboltsshouldbefirmlyscrewedup.
4.2.3Donotplaceanyvehicleontheliftinthecaseoftrialrunning.
4.3GeneralInstallationSteps
Step1:Dismantlethepackageoftheliftingplatforms.
Removethecartonandpackingfilmswrappedontheplatform.
Attention1:Takeoffoilhoseprotectorswhencutoffthepackingstrips.
Attention2:Avoidscratchingthepaintingsurfaceandhoses.
Step2:Placetheliftingplatformatexpectedinstallationsite.
Raisetheupperplatformbyusingaforkliftand2liftingstringsuntilthemechanicallockisengaged.Andthenhoisttheplatformonto
theexpectedinstallationsite.(Refertothefollowingfig.1and2)Dismantletheboltsthatfixthelowerplatformanditswoodenpackage
andmoveittotheinstallationsiteinthesamewayastheupperplatform.
Attention1:Beforehoisting,makesurethehosesandwiresarewellprotectedagainstdamage.
Attention2:Itisnecessarytoholdtheplatformduringthehoistingprocess.Irrelevantpersonisnotallowedininstallationarea.

Firstly,connecttheoilhosesbetweenthetwoplatforms.Thereare3oilhosestogether.Andthen,connectthe2oilhosesfromthemain
platformwiththetie‐insremainedonthehydraulicblockinthecontrolcabinet.Oilhosesgointothecabinettroughtheholesremained
atthebottomofthecabinet.
Attention:Connectasperthemarksonthehosesanddonotcontaminatethehydrauliccomponentsduringtheconnection.

Step5:Connecttheelectricalsystem.
Requirementsforpowersupplycableoftheinstallationsite:atleast2.5mm2wirecorefor3Phpowerand4.0mm2wirecorefor1Ph
power.
RefertoAnnex1whenfixtheelectricalsystem.
Connectthewireconnectorsforrisingandloweringlimitswitches
Connectthepowersupplercabletoexternalelectricitysupply.

Step6:Connectthepneumaticreleasesystem.Screwtorqueforconnectoris20N*M.

Step7:Fillwithhydraulicoil.
CLEANANDFRESHOILONLY.DON’TFILLTHETANKCOMPLETELYFULL.
Liftmustbefullyloweredbeforechangingoraddinghydraulicoil
Pour18litersHM32anti‐abrasionhydraulicoilintotheoiltank.Thelevelofoilshallreachthetippetsvolumemarkofthetank.
Addmoreoilafterrunningtheliftforseveralcyclesuntiltheliftcanrisetothemaximumliftingheight.
Note:Asrunningspeedoftheliftismainlydecidedbytheviscosityofthehydraulicoil,wesuggestusingNO.46hydraulicoilwhen
averagetemperatureofthelocationisabove18degreeCelsiusandusingNO.32hydraulicoilwhentemperatureisbelow18degree
Celsius.Changetheoil6monthafterinitialuseandchangeonceperyearthereafter.
Step8:Leveling
Referto5.4operationinstructionsandturnofftheinfraredswitchbeforelevelingoperation
Attention:Leveltheplatformsbeforeconnectingheightlimitswitchbecauseifnot,platformscannotrisetothehighestposition.
Beforeleveling,makesuretheoilhosesarecorrectlyconnected.Otherwise,oilcylindersmaynotworksynchronouslyorcouldbe
damaged.Inaddition,operatorsneedtoknowclearwhichlevelingvalvecontrolswhichplatform.Thiscouldbejudgedbytheway
thattheoilhosewasconnectedorbytrialraisingorlowering.
Manualleveling
OpenoneofthelevelingvalvesandpresstheUPbuttontosupplementoiltotheoilhoseconnected.Closethevalvetostopaddingoil.In
normalworkingcondition,bothlevelingvalvesareclosed.Ifbothvalvesareopen,twoplatformsoftheliftcanstillrisebutwillnotmove
upwardssynchronously.

A.1.OpenbothlevelingvalvesandpresstheUPbuttontohavebothplatformsraisedtothehighestpositions.Repeatthisstepfortwoor
threetimes.(Takecarethatthisstepcouldbetimeconsuming,becausethere’sairinthecylindersandnoloadontheplatforms.)
A.2.ClosebothlevelingvalvesasperdrawingB.PresstheUPbuttontoseeifbothplatformsrisesynchronously.(Normally,tillnowthe
platformsmaynotrisesynchronously.)
A.3.Ifnotworksynchronously,oneplatformmayrisefasterthantheother.Usersshouldfirstjudgewhichlevelingvalvecontrolswhich
platformandthenopenthevalvethatcontrolstheslower‐risingplatformtosupplementoilintoitsoilhose.PresstheUPbuttontomake
bothplatformsrisetothesameheight.(Theothervalveheremustbeclosed.)
