1.1Operationofliftingplatforms
Thisliftisspeciallydesignedforliftingmotorvehicles.Usersarenotallowedtouseitforanyotherpurposes.Theapplicablenational
regulations,lawsanddirectivesmustbeobserved.
Onlyusersaged18orabovewhohavebeeninstructedonhowtooperatetheliftingplatformandhaveproventheirabilitytodosoto
theowneraretobeentrustedwithunsupervisedoperationofliftingplatforms.Thetaskofoperatingtheliftingplatformsmustbe
grantedinwriting.
Beforeloadingavehicleontothelift,usersshouldstudytheoriginaloperationinstructionsandfamiliarizethemselveswiththe
operatingproceduresinseveraltrialruns.
Liftvehiclewithintheratedload.Don’tattempttoraisevehicleswithexcessiveweight.
1.2Checkingoftheliftingplatforms
Checksaretobebasedonthefollowingdirectivesandregulations:
Basicprinciplesfortestingliftingplatforms
Thebasichealthandsafetyrequirementsstipulatedinthedirective2006/42/EC
HarmonizedEuropeanstandards
Theapplicableaccidentpreventionregulations
Thechecksaretobeorganizedbytheuseroftheliftingplatform.Theuserisresponsibleforappointinganexpertorqualifiedpersonto
performchecking.Itmustbeensurethatthepersonchosensatisfiestherequirements.
Theuserbearsspecialresponsibilityifemployeesofthecompanyareappointedasexpertsorqualifiedpersons.
1.2.1Scopeofchecking
Regularcheckingessentiallyinvolvesperformingavisualinspectionandafunctionaltest.Thisincludescheckingtheconditionofthe
componentsandequipment,checkingthatthesafetysystemsarecompleteandfunctioningproperlyandthattheinspectionlogbookis
completelyfilledin.Thescopeofexceptionalcheckingdependsonthenatureandextentofanystructuralmodificationorrepairwork.
1.2.2Regularchecking
Afterinitialcommissioning,liftingplatformsaretobecheckedbyaqualifiedpersonatintervalsofnotlongerthanoneyear.
Aqualifiedpersonissomebodywiththetrainingandexperiencerequiredtopossesssufficientknowledgeofliftingplatformsandwho
issufficientlyfamiliarwiththepertinentnationalregulations,accidentpreventionregulationsandgenerallyacknowledgedrulesof
engineeringtobeabletoassessthesafeoperatingconditionofliftingplatforms.
1.2.3Exceptionalchecking
Liftingplatformswithaliftheightofmorethan2metersandliftingplatformsintendedforusewithpeoplestandingundertheload
bearingelementsoftheloadaretobecheckedbyanexpertpriororreusefollowingstructuralmodificationsandmajorrepairstoload
bearingcomponents.
Anexpertissomebodywiththetrainingandexperiencerequiredtopossessspecialistknowledgeofliftingplatformsandwhois
sufficientlyfamiliarwiththepertinentnationalworksafetyregulations,accidentpreventionregulationsandgenerallyacknowledged

1.3Importantsafetynotices
1.3.1Recommendforindooruseonly.DOnotexposethelifttorain,snoworexcessivemoisture.
1.3.2Onlyusethisliftonasurfacethatisstableandcapableofsustainingtheload.Donotinstalltheliftonanyasphaltsurface.
1.3.3Readandunderstandallsafetywarningsbeforeoperatingthelift.
1.3.4Donotleavethecontrolswhiletheliftisstillinmotion.
1.3.5Keephandsandfeetawayfromanymovingparts.Keepfeetclearoftheliftwhenlowering.

1.3.7Donotwearunfitclothessuchaslargeclotheswithflounces,tires,etc.,whichcouldbecaughtbymovingpartsofthelift.

1.3.9Theliftissimplydesignedtolifttheentirebodyofvehicles,withitsmaximumweightwithintheliftingcapacity.
1.3.10Alwaysinsurethesafetylocksareengagedbeforeanyattempttoworknearorunderthevehicle.Neverremovesafetyrelated
componentsfromthelift.Donotuseifsafetyrelatedcomponentsaredamagedormissing.
1.3.11Donotrockthevehiclewhileontheliftorremoveanyheavycomponentfromvehiclethatmaycauseexcessiveweightshift.
1.3.12Checkatanytimethepartsofthelifttoensuretheagilityofmovingpartsandtheperformanceofsynchronization.Ensure
regularmaintenanceandifanythingabnormaloccurs,stopusingtheliftimmediatelyandcontactourdealersforhelp.
1.3.13Lowerthelifttoitslowestpositionanddoremembertocutoffthepowersourcewhenservicefinishes.
1.3.14Donotmodifyanypartsoftheliftwithoutmanufacturer’sadvice.
1.3.15Iftheliftisgoingtobeleftunusedforalongtime,usersarerequiredto:
a.Disconnectthepower;
b.Emptytheoiltank;
c.Lubricatethemovingpartswithhydraulicoil.

1.6Noiselevel
Noiseemittedduringoperatingtheliftshouldbelessthan70dB.Foryourhealthconsideration,itissuggestedtoplaceanoisedetector

Packing,lifting,handling,transportingoperationsmustbeperformedonlybyexperiencedpersonnelwith
appropriateknowledgeoftheliftandafterreadingthismanual.

2.2Storage
Thepacksmustbekeptinacoveredandprotectedareainatemperaturerange0f‐10℃to+40℃.Theymustnotbeexposedtodirect
sunlight,rainorwater.
Stackingthepacks
Weadviseagainststackingbecausethepacksarenotdesignedforthistypeofstorage.Thenarrowbase,heavyweightandlargesizeof
thepacksmakestackingdifficultandpotentiallydangerous.
Ifstackingisunavoidable,useallappropriateprecautions:
‐neverstacktomorethan2metersinheight.
‐nevermakestacksofsinglepacks.Alwaysstackpairsofpacksinacrosspatternsothatthebaseisbiggerandtheresultingstackis
morestable.Oncethestackiscomplete,restrainitusingstraps,ropesorothersuitablemethods.
Amaximumoftwopackscanbestackedonlorries,incontainers,andinrailwaywagons,onconditionthatthepacksarestrapped
togetherandrestrainedtostopthemfalling.
2.3Liftingandhandling
Thepackscanbeliftedandtransportedonlybyusinglifttrucks.Neverattempttohoistortransporttheunitusingliftingslings.
Openingthepacks
Whentheliftisdeliveredmakesurethatithasnotbeendamagedduringtransportationandthatallthepartsspecifiedonthepacking
listarepresent.
Packsmustbeopenedadoptingalltheprecautionsrequiredtoavoidinjurytopersons(keepatasafedistancewhencuttingthestraps)
ordamagetopartsofthemachine(becarefulthatnopartsaredroppedwhileyouareopeningthepacking)
Takespecialcarewiththehydraulicpowerunit,thecontrolpanelandthecylinder.

4.1Preparationsbeforeinstallation

Indoorinstallationonly.Referto3.4forthedimensionsofthelift.Theremustalsobeaclearanceofatleast1meterbetweenthe
liftingplatformandfixedelements(e.g.wall)inallliftingpositions.Theremustbesufficientspacefordrivingvehiclesonandoff.
4.1.2Foundationsandconnections
Theusermusthavethefollowingworkperformedbeforeerectingthelift.
Constructionofthefoundationfollowingconsultationwiththemanufacturer’scustomerserviceoranauthorizedserviceagent.
Routingofthewiringtotheinstallationlocation.Theusermustprovidefuseprotectionfortheconnection.Electricalsystem
connectionmustbedonebylicensedtechnicians.Requirementsforpowersupplycableoftheinstallationsite:atleast2.5mm2
wirecorefor3Phpowerand4.0mm2wirecorefor1Phpower.
Referalsotothecorrespondinginformationonthenameplateandintheoperationinstructions.Beforedoingelectrical
connection,makesuretheliftiselectricallyadapttothelocalpowersupply.

4.3GeneralInstallationSteps
Step1:Removethepackaging,takeoutthecartonforaccessories.
Step2:Firstly,putsomethingsupportingbetweenthetwopostsorsuspendoneofthepostsbyacraneandthenremovethebolts
fromthepackingframe.
Attention:Pleasepayspecialattentionnottoletthepostfalldownforitmaycausecasualtyorbringdamagestotheaccessoriesfixedin
thepost.
Step3:Whenthefirstposthasbeentakenaway,placesomethingsupporterunderthesecondpostandthenremovetheboltsfrom
thepackingframe.
Step4:Connectextendingpostsandcrossbeams
1.Firstlyfixtheextendingpostontothebodyposts.Thisisonlynecessarywhenyourliftisorderedwithextendingposts.

2.Connectthebeamsandfixtheroofprotectionbumper
Step5:Fixthestandingpositionforthetwoposts.
1.Unfoldthepackageanddecideonwhichpostthepowerunitwillbemounted.
2.Ascertainthepositionforthetwopostswithchalkandtapemeasureanddrawanoutlineofthetwobaseplatesontheground.
Step6:Connectcrossbeam.
Makethepostsfacetoeachotherandthedistancebetweenthepostsequalstothelengthoftheoverheadcrossbeam.
FixthebeamwiththepostsbyscrewM12×30.

Step7:Erectandsecurethepost.
1.Usesuitablemeanstoraisetheliftingcarriagetothefirstlatchingposition.Allthemountingholesinthebaseplatearethen
accessible.Makesurethelockingpawlisengaged.
2.Checkthepositionofthebaseplatesagain.
3.Drillthemountingholes.Removethedrillingdustfromthehole.
4.Useaspiritleveltochecktheverticalalignmentoftheliftingposts.Ifnecessary,placeequalizingplatesunderthebaseplates.The
equalizingplatesmustbeofthesamelengthasthesideofthebaseplaterestingonthem.Otherwisetheloadofthebaseplatewillnot
betransferredevenlytothefoundation.
5.Erectandsecuretheotherpostsimilarly.
Step8:Connectsteelcables.
1.Routeandfixaccordingtothefollowingdiagramofsteelcableconnection.
2.Usesuitablemeanstoraisecarriagesatbothsidestothefirstlatchingpoint.Ensurethebothcarriagesarelocked.
3.Afterthecablebeingfixed,adjustandmakethecablesatbothsidesbewiththesametightness.(Thiscouldbejudgedbythesound
causedbymechanicalsafetylockingsystemduringliftingprocess.)
4.GreasewithNO.1lithiumgrease(Itisamust.)

Step13:Fillwithhydraulicoil.
CLEANANDFRESHOILONLY.DON’TFILLTHETANKCOMPLETELYFULL.
Liftmustbefullyloweredbeforechangingoraddinghydraulicoil.
Usuallyitneeds13litersofhydraulicoil.Firstly,fillabout10Lsintotheoiltanktoruntheliftupanddownfor2or3times.
Afterrunningtheliftforseveralcycles,addmoreoilifnecessarytoraiselifttofullheight.
Note:ItissuggestedusingNO.46hydraulicoilwhenaveragetemperatureofthelocationisabove18degreeCelsiusandusingNO.32
hydraulicoilwhentemperatureisbelow18degreeCelsius.Changetheoil6monthsafterinitialuseandchangeonceperyear
thereafter.
Step14:Trialrunning.
Getfamiliarwithliftcontrolsbyrunningtheliftthroughafewcyclesbeforeloadingvehicleonlift.
Thisstepisofparticular
importanceforitcancheckiftheoilhosesarewellconnected.Theconnectionisqualifiedwhenthereisnoabnormalsoundorleakage
afterhavingbeentestedfor5‐6cycles.
Bleedingthehydraulicsystem
Unscrewbutdon'tremovethenutontopoftheoilcylinderandslightlypresstheUPbuttonuntiloilgetsout.Screwthenuttight
thereafter.Afterbleeding,oillevelinpowerunitreservoirmaybedown.Raiseandlowerliftseveralcycles.Addmoreoilifnecessaryto
raiselifttofullheight.Itisonlynecessarytoaddoiltoraiselifttofullheight.
Checkthemechanicalsafetylockingsystem
Checkifmechanicallockscanbewellengagedorreleasedintherunningprocess.Adjustbyscrewingthescrewasshowedinthe
followingdrawingincasethelocksdonotworkwell.
