1.1Operationofliftingplatforms
Thisliftisspeciallydesignedforliftingmotorvehicles.Usersarenotallowedtouseitforanyotherpurposes.Theapplicablenational
regulations,lawsanddirectivesmustbeobserved.
Onlyusersaged18orabovewhohavebeeninstructedonhowtooperatetheliftingplatformandhaveproventheirabilitytodosotothe
owneraretobeentrustedwithunsupervisedoperationofliftingplatforms.Thetaskofoperatingtheliftingplatformsmustbegrantedin
writing.
Beforeloadingavehicleontothelift,usersshouldstudytheoriginaloperationinstructionsandfamiliarizethemselveswiththeoperating
proceduresinseveraltrialruns.
Liftvehiclewithintheratedload.Don’tattempttoraisevehicleswithexcessiveweight.
1.2Checkingoftheliftingplatforms
Checksaretobebasedonthefollowingdirectivesandregulations:
Basicprinciplesfortestingliftingplatforms
Thebasichealthandsafetyrequirement
Theapplicableaccidentpreventionregulations
Thechecksaretobeorganizedbytheuseroftheliftingplatform.Theuserisresponsibleforappointinganexpertorqualifiedpersonto
performchecking.Itmustbeensurethatthepersonchosensatisfiestherequirements.
Theuserbearsspecialresponsibilityifemployeesofthecompanyareappointedasexpertsorqualifiedpersons.
1.2.1Scopeofchecking
Regularcheckingessentiallyinvolvesperformingavisualinspectionandafunctionaltest.Thisincludescheckingtheconditionofthe
componentsandequipment,checkingthatthesafetysystemsarecompleteandfunctioningproperlyandthattheinspectionlogbookis
completelyfilledin.Thescopeofexceptionalcheckingdependsonthenatureandextentofanystructuralmodificationorrepairwork.
1.2.2Regularchecking
Afterinitialcommissioning,liftingplatformsaretobecheckedbyaqualifiedpersonatintervalsofnotlongerthanoneyear.
Aqualifiedpersonissomebodywiththetrainingandexperiencerequiredtopossesssufficientknowledgeofliftingplatformsandwhois
sufficientlyfamiliarwiththepertinentnationalregulations,accidentpreventionregulationsandgenerallyacknowledgedrulesof
engineeringtobeabletoassessthesafeoperatingconditionofliftingplatforms.
1.2.3Exceptionalchecking
Liftingplatformswithaliftheightofmorethan2metersandliftingplatformsintendedforusewithpeoplestandingundertheloadbearing
elementsoftheloadaretobecheckedbyanexpertpriororreusefollowingstructuralmodificationsandmajorrepairstoloadbearing
components.
Anexpertissomebodywiththetrainingandexperiencerequiredtopossessspecialistknowledgeofliftingplatformsandwhoissufficiently
familiarwiththepertinentnationalworksafetyregulations,accidentpreventionregulationsandgenerallyacknowledgedrulesof
engineeringtobeabletocheckandgiveanexpertoptiononliftingplatforms.

1.3.1Recommedforindooruseonly.DOnotexposethelifttorain,snoworexcessivemoisture.
1.3.2Onlyusethisliftonasurfacethatisstableandcapableofsusutainingtheload.Donotinstalltheliftonanyasphaltsurface.
1.3.3Readandunderstandallsafetywarningsbeforeoperatingthelift.
1.3.4Donotleavethecontrolswhiletheliftisstillinmotion.
1.3.5Keephandsandfeetawayfromanymovingparts.Keepfeetclearoftheliftwhenlowering.

1.3.10Alwaysinsurethesafetylocksareengagedbeforeanyattempttoworknearorunderthevehicle.Neverremovesafetyrelated
componentsfromthelift.Donotuseifsafetyrelatedcomponentsaredamagedormissing.
1.3.11Donotrockthevehiclewhileontheliftorremoveanyheavycomponentfromvehiclethatmaycauseexcessiveweightshift.
1.3.12Checkatanytimethepartsofthelifttoensuretheagilityofmovingpartsandtheperformanceofsynchronization.Ensureregular
maintenanceandifanythingabnormaloccurs,stopusingtheliftimmediatelyandcontactourdealersforhelp.
1.3.13Lowerthelifttoitslowestpositionanddoremembertocutoffthepowersourcewhenservicefinishes.
1.3.14Donotmodifyanypartsoftheliftwithoutmanufacturer’sadvice.
1.3.15Iftheliftisgoingtobeleftunusedforalongtime,usersarerequiredto:
a.Disconnectthepower;
b.Emptytheoiltank;
c.Lubricatethemovingpartswithhydraulicoil.

Packing,lifting,handling,transportingoperationsmustbeperformedonlybyexperiencedpersonnelwith
appropriateknowledgeoftheliftandafterreadingthismanual.

2.2Storage
Thepacksmustbekeptinacoveredandprotectedareainatemperaturerange0f‐10℃to+40℃.Theymustnotbeexposedtodirect
sunlight,rainorwater.
Stackingthepacks
Weadviseagainststackingbecausethepacksarenotdesignedforthistypeofstorage.Thenarrowbase,heavyweightandlargesizeofthe
packsmakestackingdifficultandpotentiallydangerous.
Ifstackingisunavoidable,useallappropriateprecautions:
‐neverstacktomorethan2metersinheight.
‐nevermakestacksofsinglepacks.Alwaysstackpairsofpacksinacrosspatternsothatthebaseisbiggerandtheresultingstackismore
stable.Oncethestackiscomplete,restrainitusingstraps,ropesorothersuitablemethods.
Amaximumoftwopackscanbestackedonlorries,incontainers,andinrailwaywagons,onconditionthatthepacksarestrappedtogether
andrestrainedtostopthemfalling.
2.3Openingthepacks
Thepackscanbeliftedandtransportedonlybyusinglifttrucks.Neverattempttohoistortransporttheunitusingliftingslings.
Whentheliftisdeliveredmakesurethatithasnotbeendamagedduringtransportationandthatallthepartsspecifiedonthepackinglist
arepresent.
Packsmustbeopenedadoptingalltheprecautionsrequiredtoavoidinjurytopersons(keepatasafedistancewhencuttingthestraps)or
damagetopartsofthemachine(becarefulthatnopartsaredroppedwhileyouareopeningthepacking).
Takespecialcarewiththehydraulicpowerunit,thecontrolpanelandthecylinder.

elements(e.g.wall)inallliftingpositions.Theremustbesufficientspacefordrivingvehiclesonandoff.
4.1.2Foundationsandconnections
Theusermusthavethefollowingworkperformedbeforeerectingthelift.
Constructionofthefoundationfollowingconsultationwiththemanufacturer’scustomerserviceoranauthorizedserviceagent.Routingof
thewiringtotheinstallationlocation.Theusermustprovidefuseprotectionfortheconnection.Electricalsystemconnectionmustbe
donebylicensedtechnicians.Requirementsforpowersupplycableoftheinstallationsite:atleast2.5mm2wirecorefor3Phpowerand
4.0mm2wirecorefor1Phpower.

Step1:Removethepackagingandtakeouttheaccessoriesattached.
Attention
:
Thepacksmustbeopenedadoptingalltheprecautionsrequiredtoavoidinjurytopersons(keepatasafedistancewhencutting
thestraps)ordamagetopartsofthemachine(becarefulthatnopartsaredroppedwhileyouareopeningthepacking).
Usepropermeans(putsomethingsupportingunderthepostorsuspendthepostbyacrane)tosuspendthepost,unsrewandremove
theboltsfixedontheironrack.

:
Pleasepayspecialattentionnottoletthepostfalldownforitmaycausecasualtyorbringdamagestotheaccessoriesfixedinthe
post.
Step2:Fixthestandingpositionforthetwoposts.(seeAnnex1,floorplan)
1.Decideonwhichpostthepowerunitisgoingtobemounted.
2.Drawanoutlineofthebaseplateontheinstallationgroundwithchalkandascertainthepositionforthetwoposts.

Step4:Erectandsecurethepost.
1.Makethepostsfacetoeachotherandthedistancebetweenthepostsequalstothelengthoftheoverheadcrossbeam.Useproper
meanstoeretthepost.
2.Checkthepositionofthebaseplatesagain.
3.Drillthemountingholes.Removethedrillingdustfromthehole.
4.Useaspiritleveltochecktheverticalalignmentoftheposts.Ifnecessary,placeequalizingplatesunderthebaseplates.Theequalizing
platesmustbeofthesamelengthasthesideofthebaseplaterestingonthem.Otherwisetheloadofthebaseplatewillnotbetransferred
evenlytothefoundation.
5.Erectandsecuretheotherpostsimilarly.

Step10:Fillwithhydraulicoil.
ONLYCLEANANDFRESHOILONLY
Liftmustbefullyloweredbeforechangingoraddinghydraulicoil.
Prepare14litersofhydraulicoil.Fillabout12litersintotheoiltanktoruntheliftupanddownfor2or3timesaftertheelectricalsystemis
connectedandthenfillintotherest2liters.
Note:ItissuggestedtouseNO.46hydraulicoilwhenaveragetemperatureofthelocationisabove18degreeCelsiusandusingNO.32
hydraulicoilwhentemperatureisbelow18degreeCelsius.
Changetheoil6monthsafterinitialuseandchangeonceperyearthereafter.
Step12:Trialrunning.
Getfamiliarwithliftcontrolsbyrunningtheliftthroughafewcyclesbeforeloadingvehicleonlift.
Thisstepisofparticular
importanceforitcancheckiftheoilhoseiswellconnected.Theconnectionisqualifiedwhenthereisnoabnormalsoundorleakageafter
havingbeentestedfor5‐6times.
Iftheliftdoesn'traise,themotormayturninthewrongdirection.Insuchevent,interchangewiresU,Vintheconnectionbox.
Bleedingthehydraulicsystem
Unscrewbutdon'tremovethenutontopoftheoilcylinderandslightlypresstheUPbuttonuntiloilgetsout.Screwthenuttight
thereafter.
Afterbleedingsystem,fluidlevelinpowerunitreservoirmaybedown.Addmorefluidifnecessarytoraiselifttofullheight.Itisonly
necessarytoaddfluidtoraiselifttofullheight.
Checkthesynchronizationofbothliftingcarriages.
Ensurethesynchronizationbyadjustingthebalancesteelcablesatbothsides.Makebothcablesbeofthesametightness.
Thiscouldbejudgedbythesoundemittedbythesafetylockingunitduringliftingprocess.
Checkthemechanicalsafetylockingunit.
Checkifitssafetylockinghookscanbeeffectivelyengagedorreleasedintherunningprocess.

5.1.1Checkallconnectionsofoilhose.Onlywhenthereisnoleakage,theliftcanstartwork.

5.1.3Itshallnotliftorloweranautomobileifitscenterofgravityisnotproperlypositioned.

5.2Operationinstructions
Toavoidpersonalinjuryand/orpropertydamage,permitonlytrainedandqualifiedpersonneltooperatethelift.After
reviewingtheseinstructions,getfamiliarwithliftcontrolsbyrunningtheliftthroughafewcyclesbeforeloadingvehicleon
lift.Alwaysliftthevehicleusingallfouradapters.Neverraisejustoneend,onecorneroronesideofvehicleadapters.
Raisethelift
Makesurevehicleisneitherfrontnorrearheavyandcenterofbalanceshouldbemidwaybetweenadaptersandcenteredoverthe
lift.
1.Parkthevehiclebetweentwoposts.
2.Adjusttheliftingarmsuntilliftingadaptersareunderthepick‐uppositionsofthevehicleandmakesurethegravityofvehiclelocated
overthecenteroffourliftingarms.
3.Turnonthemainpowerswitchandpushthe”UP”buttononthecontrolboxuntilliftingadaptershavetouchedthepick‐uppositionsof
vehicle.
4.Keeponraisingthevehiclemakingitswheelshaveabitclearanceoffthegroundandcheckagainthestability.
5.Raisethevehicletotheexceptedheight,pushtheLOCKbuttontoengagethemechanicalsafetylockingunit.Checkagainthestability
beforedoingmaintenanceorrepairworkunderneath.
Lowering
Whenloweringtheliftpaycarefullattentionthatallpersonnelandobjectsarekeptclear.
1.PUSHtheDOWNbutton.
2.Whentheliftisfullylowered,positiontheliftarmsandadapterstoprovideanunobstructedexitbeforeremovingvehiclefromliftarea.
