COMPUTER INSTRUCTIONS
Power Open the battery case and insert the batteries.
Switch on After pressing a button or pedalling the computer automatically turns on. If any part of the
display malfunctions: check batteries and all connections.
Switch off The computer switches off automatically after 4 minutes inactivity.
Quick Start Start pedalling directly - all data for time, distance and calories will count upwards (pre-set
values will count backwards).
FUNCTIONAL BUTTON:
MODE/RESET Push down to select and lock particular functions.
Push down to reset time, distance and calories for 3 seconds.
FUNCTIONS AND OPERATIONS
Scan: Press SCAN position, monitor will rotate through the all functions.
Time: Count the total time from exercise start to end.
Speed: Display current speed.
Dist: Count the distance from exercise start to end.
Calories: Count the total calories from exercise start to end.
Odo: Monitor will display the total accumulated distance.
Pulse Rate: Before measuring your pulse rate, please place your palms of your hands on both of your
contact pads and the monitor will show your current heart beat rate in beats per minute(BPM) on the LCD
after 6~7 seconds. Remark: During the process of pulse measurement, because of the contact jamming, the
measurement value may be higher than the virtual pulse rate during the first 2~3 seconds, then will return to
normal level. The measurement value can not be regarded as the basis of medical treatment.

INSTRUCTIONS ORDINATEUR
Alimentation Ouvrir le couvercle et insérer les piles.
Allumer L'ordinateur s'allume automatiquement quand on appuie sur une touche ou quand on
pédale. Si une partie de l'écran fonctionne mal : vérifier les piles et toutes les connexions.
Eteindre L'ordinateur s'éteint automatiquement après 4 minutes d'inactivité.
Démarrage rapide Commencer à pédaler directement – toutes les données de durée, distance et calories
seront comptées (les valeurs préréglées seront décomptées).
TOUCHES DE FONCTION :
MODE/RESET Appuyer pour sélectionner et fermer une fonction en particulier.
Appuyer pendant 3 secondes pour remettre à zéro la durée, la distance et les calories.
FONCTIONS ET MODE D'EMPLOI
Scan : Appuyer pour passer toutes les fonctions.
Time : Compte la durée totale du début à la fin de l'exercice.
Speed : Indique la vitesse.
Dist : Compte la distance du début à la fin de l'exercice.
Calories : Compte les calories totales du début à la fin de l'exercice.
Odo : Indique la distance totale accumulée.
Pouls : Avant de mesurer votre pouls, placez vos paumes sur les deux coussinets de contact et le moniteur
vous indiquera votre fréquence cardiaque en battements par minute (BPM) sur l'écran après 6~7 secondes.
Remarque : Pendant le processus de mesure du pouls, à cause d'un problème de contact, la valeur mesurée
peut être plus haute que le pouls virtuel pendant les premières 2~3 secondes, puis retournera au niveau
normal. La valeur mesurée ne peut pas être considérée comme base d'un traitement médical.

ISTRUZIONI D´USO DEL COMPUTER
Alimentazione Aprite il coperchio e inserite le batterie.
Accensione Dopo avere premuto il bottone o cominciare a pedalare, il computer si accende
automaticamente. IN caso che una parte dello schermo non funzioni, controllare le batterie
e tutti i collegamenti.
Spegnimento Il computer si spegne automaticamente dopo 4 minuti dell’inattività.
Start veloce Cominciate a pedalare direttamente – tutti i dati relativi al tempo, distanza e calorie si
aggiungono (i valori preimpostati si contano in modo discendente).
TASTI DI FUNZIONE:
REGIME/RESET Utilizzate per la scelta e blocaggio di certe funzioni.
Premete per 3 secondi per annullamento di tempi, distanza e calorie.
FUNZIONE E ESERCIZIO
Scansione (SCAN): Premete SCAN, lo schermo visualizza a turno tutte le funzioni.
Tempo (Time): Si conta il tempo totale dall’inizio alla fine dell’allenamento.
Velocità (Speed): Visualizza la velocità attuale.
Distanza (Dist): Si conta la distanza dall’inizio alla fine dell’allenamento.
Calorie (Calories): Si conta la quantità totale delle calorie consumate dall’inizio alla fine
dell’allenamento.
Disanza totale (Odo): Visualizza la distanza totale corsa.
Polso: Prima di cominciare a misurare la frequenza di cuore mettete la palma al posto di contatto e lo
schermo visualizza tra 6-7 secondi la Vostra attuale frequenza di cuore in colpi per minuto. Nota: Durante la
misurazione del tempo può essere (a causa dei disturbi) il valore misurato durante i primi 2-3 secondi più alto
che il valore reale, dopo torna al livello normale. Il valore misurato non si puà usare per scopi medici.
