4.1 Corner detail
Assemble the plates together.
Put corners together with the corner piece and 3 times an M4x10 hexagon socket head screw.
4.2 Mid-bracket detail
Fix plates together with the middle brackets. Each bracket requires 2 times an M4x10 hexagon socket head screw.

4.3 Hinge detail
Fix the 2 hinges on the front panel and the door, by using M5x8 hexagon socket head screws.
4.4 Door handle detail
Backside of door handle. Fix magnet with
m3x4 button head screw
Fix the door handle on the door panel,
with 2x m4x10 hexagon socket head
bolts

Now create back side subassembly in the same fashion as the front side.

Mount subassemblies to printer

Slide in t-slot nuts into frame
Place t-slot nuts on following places for the following places:
Push and turn t-slot nut into frame.

Mount subassemblies to printer
Place cover assemblies onto frame and fix them with the M4x10 socket head screw.
Congratulations, you’ve finished assembling the cover unit.
