READ THE OPERATING AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL
Electric circuit inspection
1. Check the functionality of the electric plant:
-brush motor (the motors runs when its switch
is on and when
the drive levers are activated)
-vacuum motor (switch on the vacuum motor by acting on its
switch on the left side of the control panel)
2. Check the double purpose of the display
placed in the centre of
the control panel:
-in working condition the display shows the charge level of the
battery (4 = charged, 0 = discharged)
-when all the switches are off the display ON alerts you the
solution cock is open.
3. Check the power connections are well tight. They are placed
in the electric circuit box placed on the rear part of the machine
(behind the rear panel).
4. Check conditions and the correct assembly of the fuses

Adjustment battery check card
1. Check-up the right set-up of the battery check card. The
adjustment can be performed by microswitches.
2. The possibles configurations are the following:
The right configuration is one of the two above depending on the
battery type.
Inspection of the water supply unit
1. Fill the solution tank and check the no water leakage condition on
the pipe fitting connections on the solution cock and on the tap
for the drainage.
2. Check to have a uniformity in the water spreading on the floor and
that it is easily adjustable regulating the solution cock. In case
check the cleanness of the solution cock.
3. If the solution cock is obstructed remove the debris from the
opening Aafter the filter has been removed. Clean the solution
tank and leave the water drain from the opening A

Inspection of the vacuum unit
1. Check the cleanliness and the functionality of the filter.
2. Check the air sealing of the tap (after it has been closed check the
gasket is perfectly lied down on the flange of the filter support).
3. Check that the rubber cuff is well inserted on the pipe and check
the good air sealing of the cuffs on the vacuum motor as well.
4. Check the good sealing of the gasket on the squeegee plastic
pipe.
Brush head adjustment Minny 420 - 520
1. Adjustment of the spring tension of the belt:
-Adjust the spring in order to have its length of 27 mm ( 1”).
2. Adjustment of the spring on the brush head point of attachment:
-Adjust the lock nut to have the length of the spring of 9
mm=1/3”.
-The right adjustment guarantees a soft and gradual pitch of the
brush head.

3. Adjustment of the roll inclination of the brush head:
-Place the machine on a level and regular floor
-Fit the brushes and lower down the brush head on the floor.
-Loosen the nut on the left lifting arm and leave free the brush
head to lie down on the flat floor (move a little the machine to
help the complete accommodation)
-The slot of the bracket will be positioned correctly
-Tight the nut and fix the adjustment.
This operation guarantees the correct roll alignment of the brush head
on the floor in working condition in order to have an uniformity
cleaned track on the floor.
Adjustment of the traction unit
-Loosen the lock nut and adjust the screw:
-screw to get more traction effect
-unscrew to decrease the traction effect
-Block the adjustment with the lock nut .
Adjustment of the splash guards
Adjust the height of the splash guards in order to have a distance
of about 1cm = 1/3” in the front of the brush head.
The rubber must touch the floor in the rear part
Brush deck adjustment (Model Minny 430)
Adjustment of the deck tilt/adjustment of traction
In order to adjust the traction operate upon the screw in the picture
after having loosen the knob:
-Unscrew in order to increase the traction effect
-Screw in order to decrease the traction effect
Fix the Knob after the adjustment.
Attention: increasing the traction of the machine, the working capacity
lower.

Regulation touching of the brush
Check that the round head screw on the back side is adjusted
close to the flat upper face of the brush. The gap between the head
and the brush must be 1-2 mm maximum when the brush is hooked
and lowed.
Squeegee adjustment
1. Adjustment of the lifting unit
-Release the lock nut
-Screw the threaded rod in order to have the head of the rod just
outside the base of the fork (max 1 mm)
-Lock the nut to fix the adjustment
2. Squeegee adjustment
-The rubbers should have an inclination of about 45° along all tje
squeegee length
-To get the correct inclination act on the knob
for the squeegee
height adjustment (left and right side separated).
-To adjust the inclination use the metal knob
and the fix the
adjustent and block the black plastic lock hand wheel.

Functional inspection of the machine
Check the funtionality of switches and lamps;
Check the brush assembly funtionality;
Check the funtionality of brush motor;
Check the funtionality of the squeegee;
Check the funtionality of suction motor;
Check the funtionality of handbrake;
Check the conditions of battery connectors and cables;
Functional test of the machine
Fill the tanks with water and check their tightness;
Check that solution fall on the brushes equally;
Check the squeegee wheels with a functional test;
Adjust the brush pressure and the brush assembly inclination doing a functional test;
Check the funtionality of the water cock;
Check the braking efficiency;
Final inspection
Check all the main function: cleaning, drying , drive.
