One-Time Assembly
• Position the arch so the underside is facing you. Note the post at
one end of the arch.
• Fit a bracket onto the end of the arch with the post, making sure
the post fits into the opening in the bracket.
• Fit the other bracket to opposite end of the arch.
• Insert two screws into each bracket and tighten.

One-Time Assembly
• Position the arch so the underside is facing you. Note the post at
one end of the arch.
• Fit a bracket onto the end of the arch with the post, making sure
the post fits into the opening in the bracket.
• Fit the other bracket to opposite end of the arch.
• Insert two screws into each bracket and tighten.

Battery Replacement
Battery Safety Information
For best performance, we recommend replacing the batteries that
came with this toy with three, new alkaline “AA” (LR6) batteries.
• Locate the battery compartment on the back of the xylophone.
• Lift the hanger off the battery compartment door.
• Loosen the screws in the battery compartment door and remove
the battery compartment door.
• Insert three “AA” (LR6)
alkaline batteries, as indicated inside
the battery compartment.
Hint: We recommend using alkaline batteries for longer
battery life.
• Replace the battery compartment door and tighten the screws.
•
“Snap” the hanger back in place.
• When lights or sounds from this toy become faint or stop, it’s
time for an adult to change the batteries!
In exceptional circumstances, batteries may leak fluids that can cause
a chemical burn injury or ruin your product. To avoid battery leakage:
• Do not mix old and new batteries or batteries of different types:
alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium).
• Insert batteries as indicated inside the battery compartment.
• Remove batteries during long periods of non-use. Always remove
exhausted batteries from the product. Dispose of batteries safely.
Do not dispose of product in a fire. The batteries inside may explode
or leak.
• Never short-circuit the battery terminals.
• Use only batteries of the same or equivalent type, as recommended.
• Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries.
• Remove rechargeable batteries from the product before charging.
• If removable, rechargeable batteries are used, they are only to be
charged under adult supervision.
