Kennzeichnung am Gerät
Vorsicht!
Laserstrahlung. Nicht in den Strahl blicken.
Maximale Ausgangsleistung < 1 mW,
Wellenlänge 630–650 nm, Produkt der
Laserklasse 2 (nach DIN EN 60825-1:2001-11)
Laserklassifizierung
Das Gerät entspricht der Laserklasse 2,
basierend auf der Norm IEC 825-1/EN 60825.
Das Auge ist bei zufälligem, kurzzeitigen
Hineinsehen in die Laserstrahlung durch den
Lidschlussreflex geschützt. Dieser Lid-
schutzreflex kann jedoch durch Medikamente,
Alkohol oder Drogen beeinträchtigt werden.
Diese Geräte dürfen ohne weitere
Schutzmaßnahme eingesetzt werden, wenn
sichergestellt ist, das keine optischen
Instrumente den Strahlquerschnitt verkleinern.
Laserstrahl nicht gegen Personen richten.
Elektromagnetische Verträglichkeit
Obwohl das Gerät die strengen Anforderungen
der einschlägigen Richtlinien erfüllt, kann die
Möglichkeit nicht ausgeschlossen werden, dass
das Gerät
– andere Geräte (z. B. Navigations-
einrichtungen von Flugzeugen) stört oder
– durch starke Strahlung gestört wird, was zu
einer Fehloperation führen kann.
In diesen Fällen oder anderen Unsicherheiten
sollten Kontrollmessungen durchgeführt werden.

Dieser Linienlaser ist bestimmt für den gewerb-
lichen Einsatz in Industrie und Handwerk.
Das Gerät ist bestimmt zum Ermitteln,
Übertragen und Überprüfen von waagerechten
Höhenverläufen.

Sicherheitshinweise
WARNUNG!
– Kinder von Lasergeräten fernhalten.
– Verhindern Sie durch geeignete
Maßnahmen, dass Dritte mit optischen
Instrumenten in den Laserstrahl blicken.
– Den Laserstrahlengang möglichst über oder
unter Augenhöhe verlaufen lassen.
– Manipulationen oder Veränderungen am
Gerät sind nicht erlaubt. Keine Sicherheits-
einrichtungen unwirksam machen und keine
Hinweis- und Warnschilder entfernen.
– Gerät vor der Inbetriebnahme auf sichtbare
Schäden untersuchen. Beschädigte Geräte
nicht in Betrieb nehmen.
– Gerät nur durch autorisierte Fachkräfte
reparieren lassen. Bei unsachgemäßem
Öffnen des Geräts kann Laserstrahlung
entstehen, die die Klasse 2 übersteigt.
– Gerät nicht in explosionsgefährdeter
Umgebung einsetzen.
– Bei Ausrichtarbeiten auf Leitern eine
abnormale Körperhaltung vermeiden.
Für sicheren Stand und ständiges
Gleichgewicht sorgen.
VORSICHT!
– Das Gerät nicht im Regen benutzen.
– Wenn das Gerät aus großer Kälte in eine
wärmere Umgebung gebracht wird oder
umgekehrt, sollten Sie das Gerät vor dem
Gebrauch akklimatisieren lassen.
– Bei der Verwendung von Adaptern und
Stativen sicherstellen, dass das Gerät fest
aufgeschraubt ist.
– Gerät nur im dazugehörigen Transportkoffer
transportieren.
– Zum Versand des Gerätes oder einer
längeren Stilllegung die Batterien isolieren
oder aus dem Gerät entfernen.

Gebrauchsanleitung
Die wichtigsten Bedienschritte werden am Ende
dieser Anleitung auf den Bildseiten erklärt.
Siehe ab Seite 124.
Zur Erweiterung der Einsatzmöglichkeiten ist
der Laserdetektor LR 1 verwendbar.
Prüfung der Genauigkeit
Es wird eine regelmäßige Prüfung des Gerätes
empfohlen, um die Genauigkeit dauerhaft
gewährleisten zu können.
Bei Abweichung der Genauigkeit vom
zulässigen Toleranzbereich ist das Gerät einer
vom Hersteller autorisierte Kundendienst-
werkstatt zu übergeben.
Justierungen am Gerät ausschließlich durch
autorisierte Fachkräfte ausführen lassen.
Die erforderlichen Schritte zur Prüfung der
Genauigkeit werden am Ende dieser Anleitung
auf den Bildseiten erklärt.

Identification on the device
Caution!
Laser radiation. Do not stare into beam.

Laser classification
The device complies with laser class 2, based
on the standard IEC 825-1/EN 60825.
The eye is protected by the lid closure reflex
if somebody accidentally glances into the laser
beam. However, this lid protection reflex may
be impaired by medication, alcohol or drugs.
These devices may be used without further
protective measures if it can be ensured that
no optical instruments reduce the cross-section
of the beam.
Do not aim laser beam at people.
Electromagnetic compatibility
Even though the device satisfies the strict
requirements of the relevant directives, the
possibility cannot be excluded that the device
– will disrupt other devices (e.g. aircraft navi-
gation systems) or
– will be disrupted by powerful radiation,
possibly resulting in a wrong operation.
In these cases or other uncertaintities, check
measurements should be carried out.

Safety instructions
WARNING!
– Keep children away from lasers.
– Take suitable measures to prevent third
parties from looking into the laser beam
with optical instruments.
– Preferably aim the laser beam above
or below eye level.
– It is not permitted to tamper with or modify
the device. Do not disable any safety
devices and do not remove any information
or warning signs.
– Before switching on the device, check for
visible damage. Do not switch on damaged
devices.
– Have the device repaired by authorised
technicians only. If the device is opened
improperly, laser radiation may occur
which exceeds class 2.
– Do not use device in a potentially explosive
environment.
– When performing alignment work on ladders,
avoid an abnormal body posture.
Ensure that you have a secure footing and
keep your balance at all times.
CAUTION!
– Do not use the device in the rain.
– If the device is brought from a very cold
to a warmer environment or vice versa,
you should allow the device to acclimatise
before using it.
– If using adapters and tripods, ensure that
the device is screwed on tightly.
– Transport the device in the corresponding
carrying case only.
– If shipping the device or shutting it down
for a prolonged period, isolate the batteries
or take them out of the device.

Classification laser
Cet appareil se conforme à la classe laser 2

Consigne de sécurité

Ne rendez aucun dispositif de sécurité
inopérant, ne retirez aucune plaquette
d’information ou d’avertissement.
– Avant la mise en service, vérifiez si l’appareil
présente des dégâts apparents.
Ne mettez jamais en service un appareil
endommagé.
– Ne confiez la réparation de l’appareil qu’à des
spécialistes autorisés. En cas d’ouverture
inexperte de l’appareil, un rayon laser risque

Pour élargir les possibilités de mise en œuvre,

Conformément à la directive européenne
2012/19/CE visant les appareils électriques
et électroniques usagés, et à sa transposition
en droit national, les outils électriques ne
servant plus devront être collectés séparé-
ment et introduits dans un circuit de recyclage
respectueux de l’environnement.
Mieux vaut récupérer les matières
premières que les jeter à la poubelle.
Il faudrait introduire l’appareil, ses accessoires et
l’emballage dans un circuit de recyclage adapté
à l’environnement. Les pièces en plastique com-
portent un marquage pour permettre leur
tri avant recyclage.
AVERTISSEMENT !
Ne jetez pas les accus / batteries dans la
poubelle des déchets domestiques ; ne les jetez
pas au feu ni dans l’eau. Ne tentez pas d’ouvrir
des accus qui ne servent plus.
