REPACKING THE FORM 1
Steps:
1. Clean and store the build platform
2. Remove and store the resin tank
3. Wrap and secure the cover
4. Repack the Form 1
You Will Need:
1. All Original Packaging
2. Packing Tape
3. Authorized Return Labels
4. Disposable Gloves
5. Paper Towel
6. Plastic Wrap
7. Squeeze Bottle with Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA)
8. Aluminium Foil
= critical step, please follow carefully!
please allow 30 mins for safe repacking

1. Clean and Store the Build Platform
c. scrape resin into tank d. wipe with towel and IPA
e. store build platform in cool, dark place
DO NOT RETURN THE BUILD PLATFORM!

b. remove the build platform

3. Wrap and Secure the Cover
you may need to ask a friend to help
using edge protectors, wrap several
times horizontally, until bound tightly
wrap around the entire machine twice vertically
cover should feel sturdy against
the base when twisted

2. Remove and Store the Resin Tank
wear disposable gloves cover resin with foil and store in a dark
place until ready to reuse or be disposed

4. Repack the Form 1
a. push in bottom insert,
plastic film facing upwards
against the machine
b. place Form 1 on its side
in center of the box
c. place in upper insert,
plastic film facing downwards
against the machine
e. securely tape box
applying pressure to close
f. securely tape sides g. apply return shipment labels

d. add cap with flat side down
secure cables to top of cap
and push down to close tightly
you must have all elements
to ensure the printer is
suspended correctly
