Installation warning

Earthing the antenna installation
The unit must be connected to the ground electrode of the
antennainstallationaccordingtothestandardEN60728-11.We
recommendfollowingtheprovisionsofthestandardEN60728-
11and,therefore,not connectingthe groundelectrodetothe
earthing of the power supply network.
IMPORTANT: Never remove the product cover, parts at
hazardousvoltagecouldbeaccessiblewhentheproductcase
is opened.

Il prodotto deve essere collegato all’elettrodo di terra
dell’impianto d’antenna conformemente alla norma EN60728-
11. Si raccomanda di attenersi alle disposizioni della norma
EN60728-11edinoncollegareilmorsettoallaterradiprotezione
della rete elettrica di alimentazione.
IMPORTANTE: Non togliere mai il coperchio del prodotto: parti

Hinweise für die Installation

• Das Gerät darf nicht über oder in der Nähe von
Wärmequellen, an staubigen Orten oder an Orten

Erdung der Antennenanlage
Das Erzeugnis muss gemäß Vorschrift DIN EN 50083-1, Abs.
10andieErdungselektrodederAntennenanlageangeschlossen
werden. Wir weisen Sie außerdem darauf hin, dass die
Vorgaben der Vorschrift DIN EN 60728-11 unbedingt befolgt
werdenmüssen, und dassdieKlemme auf keinen Fall andie
Schutzerdung des Stromnetzes angeschlossen werden darf.
WICHTIG: Die Geräteabdeckung des Produktes darf nicht
entferntwerden.BeioffenemGehäusesindTeilezugänglich,die

GB: PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The SWP17xxTS Serie belongs to the
compact multiswitch range with 17 inputs
(8satellitepolaritiesandTV);itwasdesigned
to full every installation requirement in small
and medium distribution systems. The TV
signal can be adjusted using the dip switch on
the top right side of the mechanical case. The
multiswitchhavetobefeededthroughhistrunk
linesor usingthe auxiliaryDC input,with the
optionalpowersupplyunitgiven;thereisalso
anLED which indicates the correctsupplyof
the product.
The serie is composed by 5 products: 17
inputs with 8, 12, 16, 24 and 32 output taps;
each port has a LED which shows the correct
receptionoftheSTBDiSEqCcommand.
The product can be used with SWA1730TS
amplifier, which allows to adjust appropriately
thesatelliteandTVgains.
The product ensures high quality in a compact
size, its inputs are distinguished by different
colours to make the cable connection faster
and easier.

dei multiswitch compatti a 17 ingressi (8
polarità satellite e TV); è stata progettata per
soddisfare ogni esigenza di installazione in
sistemi di distribuzione di piccole e medie
dimensioni.IlsegnaleTVpuòessereregolato
attraverso un dip switch posto sul lato
della meccanica. Il multiswitch deve essere
alimentato lungo le sue linee passanti oppure
attraverso l’ingresso DC ausiliario, utilizzando
l’alimentatore fornito; è inoltre presente un
LEDchesegnalalacorrettaalimentazionedel
pezzo.
Laserieècompostada5prodotti:17 ingressi

presenta un LED che evidenzia la corretta
ricezionedelDiSEqCinarrivodaldecoder.
I prodotti possono essere utilizzati con
l’amplicatore SWA1730TS che consente di
regolare in modo opportuno il guadagno degli
ingressisatelliteeTV.
Il prodotto garantisce un’elevata qualità in
dimensioni compatte, inoltre gli ingressi
sono distinti da diversi colori per rendere la
connessionedeicavipiùveloceeintuitiva.

placé sur le côté du produit. Le multiswicth

soit par l‘entrée DC auxiliaire en utilisant
l‘alimentationfournie.UneLEDsignalequele
produitestalimentécorrectement.
La série est composée par 5 produits: 17

Empfang des vom Decoder kommenden
DiSEqCsignalisiert.
Die Produkte können mit dem Verstärker
SWA1730TS eingesetzt werden, der eine
entsprechende Einstellung des Gewinns der
SAT-undTV-Eingängeermöglicht.
DasProduktgarantierteinesehrguteQualität
bei kompakten Abmessungen. Außerdem
sind die Eingänge mit verschiedenen Farben
gekennzeichnet, um einen rascheren,
besonders intuitiven Anschluss der Kabel zu

IMPORTANT:useonlygivenPSU,anincorrectvoltage(ex.18V)will
damage the product.
Thevoltagehastobewithin 13V and 14V; if it is used an higher
voltage (ex. 18V) the multiswitch will be damaged.
