Sicurezza e garanzia
I.Pressione del gas
1. L'apparecchio e la sua valvola di intercettazione individuale (fornita dall'utente) devono essere scollegati
dal sistema di fornitura del gas durante qualsiasi prova di funzionamento del sistema di prova superiori a ½
psi (3,45 kPa). L'apparecchio deve essere isolato dal sistema di fornitura del gas chiudendo la sua valvola di
intercettazione manuale individuale durante qualsiasi prova di pressione del sistema di fornitura del gas a
pressioni di prova uguali o inferiori a ½ psi (3,45 kPa).
2. Per la vostra sicurezza, non conservare o usare benzina o altri vapori o liquidi infiammabili nelle vicinanze
di questo o altri apparecchi. Mantenere l'area libera da combustibili.

II.Installazione
1. Se il bruciatore U non si accende, aprire di più la valvola pilota.
2. Se la fiamma pilota appare più grande del necessario, abbassarla e ripristinare l'accensione del
bruciatore.
3. La fiamma pilota deve essere la più piccola possibile ma abbastanza grande da garantire un'accensione
affidabile dei bruciatori quando le manopole sono girate su "I".
Nota: Si prega di controllare le perdite prima di reinstallare il pannello di controllo.

III.Funzionamento
Accensione dei bruciatori principali
1.Queste griglie sono dotate di piloti individuali per ogni bruciatore. La protezione contro la mancanza di
fiamma è incorporata per ogni bruciatore per mezzo di un sistema termoelettrico che chiuderà la fornitura
di gas a quel bruciatore nel caso in cui il bruciatore si spenga, in modo che il gas non bruciato non venga
espulso.
2. Selezionare il bruciatore desiderato, premere e ruotare la manopola di controllo del gas corrispondente
in senso antiorario fino alla posizione 'PILOT'.
3. Con la manopola di controllo del gas premuta, accendere manualmente il bruciatore pilota.
4. Rilasciare la manopola di controllo del gas dopo circa 10-20 secondi dall'accensione del bruciatore pilota.
5. Il bruciatore pilota dovrebbe rimanere acceso - se non lo fosse, ripetere i passaggi precedenti.
6. Ruotare la manopola di controllo del gas in senso antiorario fino al segno di temperatura desiderato.
7. Il bruciatore principale si accenderà automaticamente.
Accendere i bruciatori circa 15-20 minuti prima della cottura per il preriscaldamento. Impostare le
manopole sull'altezza della fiamma o sulla temperatura desiderata. Ogni valvola controllerà il flusso di gas
al bruciatore per portare quell'area dell'unità alla temperatura impostata. Se si devono usare diverse
impostazioni di temperatura, le aree adiacenti devono essere impostate a temperature progressivamente
più alte utilizzando le temperature più basse sui bruciatori esterni. Un approccio uniforme e sistematico al
caricamento dell'unità produrrà i risultati più coerenti.
IV.Spegnimento dei bruciatori principali/piloti
1. Per spegnere il bruciatore principale, ma mantenere il bruciatore pilota acceso, ruotare la manopola di
controllo del gas sulla posizione 'PILOT'. Il bruciatore principale si spegne e il pilota rimane acceso.
2. Per spegnere il 'PILOT', premere e ruotare la manopola di controllo del gas in senso orario fino alla
posizione 'OFF'. Il bruciatore 'PILOT' si spegnerà.
ATTENZIONE: Tutti i bruciatori sono accesi da piloti che bruciano costantemente. Girare la valvola
all'altezza della fiamma desiderata è tutto ciò che è necessario per mettere l'unità in servizio. Non
permettere ai ventilatori di soffiare direttamente sull'unità. Se possibile, evitare le finestre aperte vicino ai
lati o al retro dell'unità. Evitare i ventilatori a muro, che creano correnti d'aria incrociate all'interno di una
stanza.
3. È anche necessario far entrare nella stanza una quantità d'aria sufficiente a compensare la quantità d'aria
rimossa da qualsiasi sistema di ventilazione. Altrimenti, si verificherà una pressione atmosferica
subnormale, influenzando il funzionamento e causando condizioni di lavoro indesiderabili.
4. Una cappa correttamente progettata e installata agirà come il cuore del sistema di ventilazione per la
stanza o l'area in cui l'unità è installata, e lascerà l'unità indipendente dalle mutevoli condizioni di tiraggio.

5. Tutte le valvole devono essere controllate e lubrificate periodicamente. Questo deve essere fatto da un
rappresentante di servizio autorizzato nella vostra zona.

Please read this manual carefully before using to understand
proper use and operation.

Safety and Warranty
I. Gas Pressure
1. The appliance and its individual shut-off valve (user supplied) shall be disconnected from the gas supply
system during any test system operation above ½ psi (3.45 kPa). The appliance shall be isolated from the
gas supply system by closing its individual manual shut-off valve during any gas supply system pressure
testing at test pressures of ½ psi (3.45 kPa) or less.
2. For your safety, do not store or use gasoline or other flammable vapors or liquids in the vicinity of this or
other equipment. Keep the area free of combustibles.
3. Improper installation, adjustment, modification, service, or maintenance may result in property damage,
injury, or death. Read the installation, operation, and maintenance instructions carefully before installing or
servicing this appliance.
4. Instructions shall be posted in a conspicuous place. All safety precautions must be taken if the user
smells gas. Safety information can be obtained from your local gas supplier.
5. These models are designed, manufactured and sold for commercial use only. If these models are located
so that the public can use the equipment, make sure that precautions, warnings, and operating instructions
are clearly posted near each unit so that anyone using the equipment will use it properly and will not injure
or damage the equipment.
6. A factory-authorized agent should handle maintenance and repairs. Before performing any maintenance
or repairs, contact the authorized service representative.
7. This product is intended for commercial use only. Not for home use.
8. Installation must comply with all local codes.
II.Installation
1. If burner U does not ignite, open pilot valve more.
2. If pilot flame appears larger than necessary, lower it and reset burner ignition.
3. The pilot flame should be as small as possible but large enough to ensure reliable burner ignition when
the knobs are turned to "I".
Note: Please check for leaks before reinstalling the control panel.
4. With the gas control knob pressed down, manually start the pilot burner.
5. Release the gas control knob approximately 10-20 seconds after the pilot burner is lit.
6. The pilot burner should remain lit - if not, repeat the previous steps.
7. Turn the gas control knob counterclockwise to the desired temperature mark.
8. The main burner will ignite automatically.

III.Operation
Ignition of main burners
1.These grilles are equipped with individual pilots for each burner. Flame failure protection is incorporated
for each burner by means of a thermoelectric system that will shut off the gas supply to that burner in the
event the burner goes out, so that unburned gas is not expelled.
2. Select the desired burner, press and turn the corresponding gas control knob counterclockwise to the
position 'PILOT'.
3. With the gas control knob depressed, manually ignite the pilot burner.
4. Release the gas control knob approximately 10-20 seconds after the pilot burner is lit.
5. The pilot burner should remain lit - if not, repeat the previous steps.
6. Turn the gas control knob counterclockwise to the desired temperature mark.
7. The main burner will ignite automatically.
Turn burners on approximately 15-20 minutes before cooking for preheating. Set the knobs to the desired
flame height or temperature. Each valve will control the flow of gas to the burner to bring that area of the
unit to the set temperature. If different temperature settings are to be used, adjacent areas should be set
to progressively higher temperatures using the lower temperatures on the outside burners. A uniform and
systematic approach to loading the unit will produce the most consistent results.
IV.Shutdown of main burners/pilots
1. To turn off the main burner, but keep the pilot burner lit, turn the gas control knob to the 'PILOT'
position. The main burner will shut off and the pilot will remain lit.
2. To turn off the 'PILOT', press and turn the gas control knob clockwise to the 'OFF' position. The 'PILOT'
burner will shut off.
CAUTION: All burners are lit by pilots that burn constantly. Turning the valve to the desired flame height is
all that is required to place the unit in service. Do not allow fans to blow directly on the unit. If possible,
avoid open windows near the sides or back of the unit. Avoid wall fans, which create cross drafts within a
room.
3. It is also necessary to get enough air into the room to compensate for the amount of air removed by any
ventilation system. Otherwise, subnormal air pressure will occur, affecting operation and causing
undesirable working conditions.
4. A properly designed and installed hood will act as the heart of the ventilation system for the room or
area in which the unit is installed, and will leave the unit independent of changing draft conditions.
5. All valves should be checked and lubricated periodically. This should be done by an authorized service
representative in your area.

werden.

Sicherheit und Garantie
I.Gasdruck
1. Das Gerät und sein individuelles Absperrventil (das vom Benutzer bereitgestellt wird) müssen während des
Betriebs des Prüfsystems bei einem Druck von mehr als ½ psi (3,45 kPa) vom Gasversorgungssystem getrennt
werden. Bei jeder Druckprüfung des Gasversorgungssystems mit einem Prüfdruck von ½ psi (3,45 kPa) oder
weniger muss das Gerät durch Schließen seines individuellen manuellen Absperrventils vom
Gasversorgungssystem getrennt werden.
2.Lagern oder verwenden Sie zu Ihrer Sicherheit kein Benzin oder andere brennbare Mittel oder Flüssigkeiten
in der Nähe dieses Gerätes. Halten Sie den Bereich frei von jeglichen brennbaren Gegenständen.
3. Unsachgemäße Installation, Einstellung, Änderung, Wartung oder Instandhaltung kann zu Sachschäden,
Verletzungen oder zum Tod führen. Lesen Sie die Installations-, Betriebs- und Wartungsanleitung sorgfältig
durch, bevor Sie das Gerät installieren oder warten.
4. Die Anweisungen müssen an einer gut sichtbaren Stelle angebracht werden. Wenn der Benützer Gas riecht,
müssen sofort alle Sicherheitsvorkehrungen getroffen werden. Sicherheitsinformationen erhalten Sie von
Ihrem örtlichen Gasversorger.
5. Diese Gerät wird nur für den gewerblichen Gebrauch konzipiert, hergestellt und verkauft. Wenn mehrere
Personen dieses Gerät bedienen, stellen Sie sicher, dass die Vorsichtsmaßnahmen, Warnhinweise und
Betriebsanweisungen deutlich in der Nähe jedes Geräts angebracht sind, damit alle das Gerät auf richtige
Weisen benützen und es zu keinem Sach- oder Personenschaden kommt.
6. Wartung und Reparaturen dürfen nur von qualifzierten Fachmann durchgeführt werden. Wenden Sie sich
vor der Durchführung von Wartungs- oder Reparaturarbeiten an den zuständigen Kundendienst.
7. Dieses Produkt ist nur für den gewerblichen Gebrauch bestimmt. Nicht für den Hausgebrauch.
8. Bei der Installation müssen alle örtlichen Vorschriften beachtet werden.
II.Installation
1. Wenn der u-förmige Brenner nicht zündet, das Pilotventil noch mehr aufdrehen.
2. Wenn die Zündflamme stärker als nötig ist, verringern Sie sie und und zünden Sie wieder den Brenner
3. Die Zündflamme sollte so klein wie möglich sein, aber groß genug, um eine zuverlässige Zündung des
Brenners zu gewährleisten, wenn die Knöpfe auf "I" gedreht werden.
Hinweis: Bitte prüfen Sie vor dem Wiedereinbau des Bedienfelds, ob es undicht ist.

III.Funktion
ANZÜNDEN DER HAUPTBRENNER
1. Diese Grillgeräte sind mit individuellen Zündvorrichtungen für jeden Brenner ausgestattet. Jeder Brenner
ist durch ein thermoelektrisches System gegen Gasausfall geschützt, das die Gaszufuhr zu diesem Brenner im
Falle einer Störung unterbricht, so dass kein offenes Gas austreten kann.
2. Wählen Sie den gewünschten Brenner, drücken Sie den entsprechenden Gasregler und drehen Sie ihn
gegen den Uhrzeigersinn auf die Position "PILOT".
3. Zünden Sie den Zündbrenner bei gedrücktem Gasdrehschalter mit der Hand.
5. Lassen Sie den Gasdrehschalter etwa 10 bis 20 Sekunden nach dem Anzünden des Zündbrenners los.
6. Der Zündbrenner sollte weiter brennen - wenn nicht, wiederholen Sie die vorherigen Schritte.
7. Drehen Sie den Gasdrehschalter gegen den Uhrzeigersinn auf die gewünschte Temperatur.
8. Der Hauptbrenner wird automatisch gezündet.
Schalten Sie die Brenner etwa 15-20 Minuten vor dem Kochen zum Vorheizen ein. Stellen Sie die Drehregler
auf die gewünschte Flammenhöhe oder Temperatur ein. Jedes Ventil steuert den Gasfluss zum Brenner, um
diesen Bereich des Geräts auf die gewünschte Temperatur zu bringen. Wenn unterschiedliche
Temperatureinstellungen verwendet werden müssen, sollten nebeneinander liegende Bereiche mit den
niedrigeren Temperaturen der externen Brenner auf zunehmend höhere Temperaturen eingestellt werden.
Eine einheitliche und systematische Vorgehensweise bei der Beladung des Geräts führt zu den besten
Ergebnissen.
IV.Ausschalten der Haupt-/Pilotbrenner
1. Um den Hauptbrenner auszuschalten, aber den Zündbrenner weiter brennen zu lassen, drehen Sie den
Gasregler in die Stellung "PILOT". Der Hauptbrenner schaltet sich aus und die Zündflamme bleibt
eingeschaltet.
2. Um den "PILOT" auszuschalten, drücken Sie den Gasregler und drehen ihn im Uhrzeigersinn in die Position
"OFF". Der 'PILOT'-Brenner schaltet sich aus.
VORSICHT: Alle Brenner werden durch Zündflammen angezündet, die ständig brennen. Das Drehen des
Ventils auf die gewünschte Flammenhöhe reicht aus, um das Gerät in Betrieb zu nehmen. Achten Sie darauf,
dass die Ventilatoren nicht direkt auf das Gerät blasen. Vermeiden Sie nach Möglichkeit offene Fenster in der
Nähe der Seiten oder der Rückseite des Geräts. Vermeiden Sie an der Wand montierte Ventilatoren, die im
Raum Querströmungen erzeugen.
3. Der Raum muß gut belüftet sein um die durch das Lüftungssystem entzogene Luftmenge auszugleichen.
Andernfalls tritt ein subnormaler Luftdruck auf, der den Betrieb beeinträchtigt und unerwünschte
Arbeitsbedingungen verursacht.
4. Eine richtig konzipierte und installierte Abzugshaube ist das Herzstück des Belüftungssystems fürden Raum
oder den Bereich, in dem das Gerät installiert ist, und macht das Gerät unabhängig von wechselnden
Zugverhältnissen.

5. Alle Ventile sollten regelmäßig überprüft und geschmiert werden. Dies sollte von einem qualifizierten
Fachmann in Ihrer Nähe durchgeführt werden.

Seguridad y garantía
I.Presión del gas
1. El aparato y su válvula de cierre individual (proporcionada por el usuario) se desconectarán del sistema
de suministro de gas durante cualquier operación del sistema de prueba por encima de ½ psi (3,45 kPa). El
aparato deberá estar aislado del sistema de suministro de gas cerrando su válvula de cierre manual
individual durante cualquier prueba de presión del sistema de suministro de gas que sea igual o inferior a ½
psi (3,45 kPa).
2. Por su seguridad, no almacene ni utilice gasolina u otros vapores o líquidos inflamables cerca de este u

3. La instalación, el ajuste, la modificación, el servicio o el mantenimiento incorrectos pueden provocar
daños materiales, lesiones o la muerte. Lea atentamente las instrucciones de instalación, funcionamiento y
mantenimiento antes de instalar o reparar este aparato.
4. Las instrucciones deben colocarse en un lugar visible. Deben tomarse todas las precauciones de
seguridad si el usuario percibe olor a gas. Puede obtener información de seguridad de su proveedor de gas
local.
5. Estos modelos están diseñados, fabricados y vendidos únicamente para uso comercial. Si estos modelos
están ubicados de manera que el público pueda utilizar el equipo, asegúrese de que las precauciones,
advertencias e instrucciones de funcionamiento estén claramente colocadas cerca de cada unidad para que
cualquier persona que utilice el equipo lo haga correctamente y no se lesione o dañe el equipo.

II.Instalación
1. Si el quemador U no se enciende, abrir más la válvula piloto.
2. Si la llama piloto parece más grande de lo necesario, bájela y vuelva a encender el quemador.
3. La llama piloto debe ser lo más pequeña posible, pero lo suficientemente grande como para garantizar
un encendido fiable del quemador cuando se giren los mandos a "I".
Nota: Compruebe que no haya fugas antes de volver a instalar el panel de control.
