INFORMAZIONI GENERALI
Scopo del manuale
Questo manuale è parte integrante del corredo della macchina. Scopo di queste informazioni è quello di
sensibilizzare gli utenti a porre particolare attenzione per prevenire qualsiasi rischio. La prudenza è
comunque insostituibile. La sicurezza è anche nelle mani di tutti gli operatori che interagiscono con la
macchina. Conservare questo manuale in un luogo appropriato, al fine di averlo sempre a portata di mano
per la sua consultazione.
Descrizione delle vetrine riscaldate
Il presente prodotto è nato appositamente per mantenere costante la temperatura degli alimenti posti al suo
interno. Esso è caratterizzato da un’elevata semplicità costruttiva atta a ridurre al minimo la possibilità
d’insorgenza di guasti e facilitarne la manutenzione. Le vetrine riscaldate sono costruite in acciaio inox AISI
304 18/10 satinato finemente, con pareti ed antine in plexiglass, aventi uno spessore di 8 mm. La resistenza
elettrica è realizzata in filo vetrosilicone. Sul fondo delle vetrine riscaldate sono applicati 4 piedini in gomma
con funzione di sostegno ed isolamento. I comandi per accendere ed impostare la temperatura sono posti
sul lato lungo del piano.

Informazioni sulla sicurezza
• È di basilare importanza consultare attentamente questo manuale prima di procedere alle operazioni di
installazione e uso. La costante osservanza delle indicazioni contenute nel manuale garantisce la sicurezza
dell’uomo e della macchina.
• Non manomettere per nessuna ragione i dispositivi di sicurezza.
• Si raccomanda il rispetto rigoroso delle norme di sicurezza sul lavoro emanate dagli enti preposti in ogni
nazione.
• Il costruttore declina ogni responsabilità per danni a persone o cose, conseguenti l’inosservanza delle
norme di sicurezza.
• La corretta collocazione della macchina, l’illuminazione e la pulizia dell’ambiente, sono condizioni
importanti ai fini della sicurezza personale.
• Non esporre la macchina agli agenti atmosferici.
• L’allacciamento e la messa in opera della macchina devono essere eseguiti solo da personale tecnico
specializzato.
• Verificare che le caratteristiche dell’impianto dove va installata la macchina corrispondano ai dati
stampigliati sulla targa.
• Accertarsi che la macchina sia collegata ad un impianto di messa a terra.
• La zona di lavoro attorno alla macchina deve sempre essere mantenuta pulita e asciutta.
• Utilizzare gli indumenti previsti dalle norme antinfortunistiche sul lavoro.
• Questa macchina deve essere destinata solo all’uso previsto; ogni altro uso è da considerarsi improprio e
quindi pericoloso.
• Non sovraccaricare la macchina oltre la sua capacità.
• È vietato introdurre oggetti, utensili, mani o altro all’interno delle parti pericolose.
• Tenere la macchina fuori dalla portata dei bambini.
• Staccare la spina dalla presa di corrente quando la macchina non viene utilizzata.
• In caso di guasti e/o inconvenienti d’uso, non effettuare personalmente le riparazioni ma rivolgersi al
Rivenditore autorizzato.
• Richiedere ricambi originali.

• Prima di procedere alla pulizia della macchina, scollegare l’alimentazione elettrica staccando la spina.
• Per la pulizia non utilizzare getti d’acqua.
INFORMAZIONI SULL’ INSTALLAZIONE
Imballo e disimballo
La macchina è imballata in cartone con l’inserimento di polistirolo per garantire la perfetta integrità durante
il trasporto.
• Movimentare l’imballo rispettando le istruzioni.
• Aprire l’imballo e verificare l’integrità di tutti i componenti. Conservare l’imballo per futuri traslochi.
• Effettuare il sollevamento della macchina come indicato e posizionarla nella zona adibita all’installazione.
Zona d’installazione
La zona prestabilita dovrà essere adeguatamente illuminata e dovrà disporre di presa di distribuzione
dell’energia elettrica. Il piano di appoggio deve essere sufficientemente ampio, ben livellato e asciutto.
L’installazione deve avvenire in ambienti con atmosfera non esplosiva. In ogni modo, l’installazione deve
essere eseguita tenendo conto anche delle leggi vigenti in materia di sicurezza sul lavoro.

Collegamento elettrico
PERICOLO –ATTENZIONE: Il collegamento elettrico alla rete di alimentazione deve essere eseguito da
personale specializzato.
Collegamento monofase 230V –1Ph
Accertarsi della perfetta efficienza dell’impianto di messa a terra dello stabilimento. Verificare che la tensione
di linea (V) e la frequenza (Hz) corrispondano a quelli della macchina (Vedere la targhetta d’identificazione e
lo schema elettrico). La macchina è dotata di cavo elettrico al quale collegare una spina multipolare. La spina
è da collegare ad un interruttore a muro provvisto di differenziale.

Consigli d’uso
Prima di usare l’apparecchio togliere, quando presente, la speciale pellicola protettiva che lo riveste. L’odore
sgradevole che viene prodotto nei primi minuti di funzionamento è dovuto alla presenza di residui di grassi
di lavorazione. Alla prima accensione riscaldare l’apparecchiatura alla massima temperatura, avendo cura di
tenere aerato l’ambiente di lavoro.
Uso delle vetrine riscaldate
Inserire la presa d’alimentazione (A) nell’interruttore generale e premere l’interruttore d’accensione con led
luminoso (B). In seguito, occorre ruotare la manopola graduata del termostato (C) verso l’impostazione della
temperatura desiderata. La spia luminosa (D) rimarrà illuminata fino a quando il piano non avrà raggiunto la
temperatura impostata precedentemente. Per evitare che paste e brioches si secchino troppo, è opportuno
tenere sempre inumidita la spugnetta posta all’interno del cassettino, che si trova nella parte centrale delle
vetrine calde, vicino al pannello dei comandi.

Pulizia a fine giornata
• A fine giornata staccare la spina dalla presa di corrente.
• Eseguire un’accurata pulizia utilizzando prodotti neutri.
• Pulire le parti esterne della macchina con spugna umida, a macchina totalmente fredda.
• Non utilizzare pagliuzze metalliche e detersivi abrasivi.
• Onde evitare pericoli derivanti da contatti con parti a temperatura elevata, si raccomanda di accedere alle
zone di mantenimento della temperatura solo dopo aver effettuato le operazioni previste per la
manutenzione.
Lunga inattività della macchina
Dovendo lasciare ferma la macchina per lunghi periodi, disinserire l’interruttore generale a muro, effettuare
una pulizia generale della macchina e ricoprirla con un telo onde proteggerla dalla polvere.
RICERCA GUASTI, RICICLAGGIO
Premessa
In caso di guasti o malfunzionamenti, scollegare la spina dalla presa di corrente e contattare il Servizio
Assistenza del vostro Rivenditore. Evitare di smontare le parti interne della macchina.
Il costruttore declina ogni responsabilità per eventuali manomissioni!
Inconvenienti, cause, rimedi
Smaltimento e riciclaggio
La macchina è stata progettata e costruita per una durata media di 10.000 ore di funzionamento. Al termine
dell’utilizzo della macchina, seguire le leggi nazionali per lo smaltimento e riciclaggio. Vi invitiamo a
contattare le autorità per l’ambiente o enti autorizzati.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Purpose of the manual
This manual is an integral part of the machine kit. The purpose of this information is to make users aware of
the need to take special care to prevent any risk. However, caution is irreplaceable. Safety is also in the hands
of all operators who interact with the machine. Keep this manual in an appropriate place so that it is always
available for consultation.
Description of heated display cases
This product was created specifically to keep thetemperature of the food inside it constant. It is characterized
by a high constructive simplicity in order to minimize the possibility of breakdowns and facilitate
maintenance. The heated display cases are made of AISI 304 18/10 satin-finish stainless steel, with walls and
doors in plexiglass, with a thickness of 8 mm. The electric resistance is made of glass-silicone wire. On the
bottom of the heated showcases there are 4 rubber feet with support and insulation function. The controls
to turn on and set the temperature are placed on the long side of the top.

Safety information

- The correct positioning ofthe machine, lighting and cleanliness of the environment are importantconditions
for personal safety.
- Do not expose the machine to atmospheric agents.
- The connection and installation of the machine may only be carried out by qualified technical personnel.
- Check that the characteristics of the system where the machine is to be installed correspond to the data
printed on the nameplate.
- Make sure that the machine is connected to an earthing system.
- The working area around the machine must always be kept clean and dry.
- Use the clothing provided for in the accident prevention regulations at work.
- This machine must only be used for its intended purpose; any other use is to be considered improper and
therefore dangerous.
- Do not overload the machine beyond its capacity.
- It is forbidden to introduce objects, tools, hands or anything else inside the dangerous parts.
- Keep the machine out of the reach of children.
- Unplug the machine when not in use.
- In the event of breakdowns and/or inconvenience of use, do not carry out repairs yourself but contact your
authorised dealer.
- Ask for original spare parts.
- Before cleaning the machine, disconnect the power supply by unplugging it.

- Do not use water jets for cleaning.
INSTALLATION INFORMATION
Packing and unpacking
The machine is packed in cardboard with the insertion of polystyrene to ensure perfect integrity during
transport.
- Handle the packaging according to the instructions.
- Open the packaging and check the integrity of all components. Keep the packaging for future removals.
- Lift the machine as indicated and place it in the installation area.
Installation area
The designated area shall be adequately illuminated and shall have a power distribution socket. The support
surface must be sufficiently large, well levelled and dry. The installation must take place in a non-explosive
atmosphere. In any case, the installation must be carried out also taking into account the laws in force
regarding safety at work.

DANGER - WARNING: The electrical connection to the power supply must be made by specialised personnel.
Single-phase 230V - 1Ph connection
Make sure that the plant's earthing system is perfectly efficient. Check that the line voltage (V) and frequency
(Hz) correspond to those of the machine (see identification plate and wiring diagram). The machine is
equipped with an electrical cable to which a multipole plug can be connected. The plug is to be connected to
a wall switch equipped with a differential.

INFORMATION ON USE AND CLEANING

Usage advice
Before using the appliance, remove the special protective film that covers it when present. The unpleasant
odour produced during the first few minutes of operation is due to the presence of processing fat residues.
Heat the appliance at maximum temperature when first switched on, taking care to keep the working
environment ventilated.
Use of heated showcases
Plug the power socket (A) into the main switch and press the power switch with LED (B). Then turn the
graduated thermostat knob (C) to the desired temperature setting. The indicator light (D) will remain lit until
the floor has reached the previously set temperature. To prevent pastries and brioches from drying out too
much, it is advisable to keep the sponge inside the drawer, which is located in the central part of the hot
display cases, near the control panel, moistened at all times.

Cleaning at the end of the day
- At the end of the day, unplug the plug from the wall socket.
- Clean thoroughly using neutral products.
- Clean the external parts of the machine with a damp sponge, when the machine is completely cold.
- Do not use metal straws and abrasive detergents.
- In order to avoid dangers deriving from contact with high temperature parts, it is recommended to access
the temperature maintenance areas only after carrying out the maintenance operations.
Long machine downtime
If you have to leave the machine at a standstill for long periods, turn off the main switch on the wall, carry
out a general cleaning of the machine and cover it with a cloth to protect it from dust.
TROUBLESHOOTING, RECYCLING
Foreword
In case of failure or malfunction, unplug the plug from the wall outlet and contact your Dealer's Service
Department. Avoid disassembling the internal parts of the machine.
The manufacturer declines all responsibility for any tampering!

Disposal and recycling
The machine has been designed and built for an average service life of 10,000 hours. Once the machine has
been used, follow the national laws for disposal and recycling. Please contact the environmental authorities
or authorized bodies.

Beschreibung der beheizten Vitrinen
Dieses Produkt wurde speziell entwickelt, um die Temperatur des Lebensmittels in seinem Inneren konstant
zu halten. Es zeichnet sich durch eine hohe konstruktive Einfachheit aus, um die Möglichkeit von Ausfällen
zu minimieren und die Wartung zu erleichtern. Die beheizten Vitrinen bestehen aus satiniertem Edelstahl
AISI 304 18/10, mit Wänden und Türen aus Plexiglas mit einer Dicke von 8 mm. Der elektrische Widerstand
besteht aus Glas-Silikon-Draht. An der Unterseite der beheizten Vitrinen befinden sich 4 Gummifüße mit
Stütz- und Isolierfunktion. Die Bedienelemente zum Einschalten und Einstellen der Temperatur befinden sich
an der Längsseite der Oberseite.
