Le nostre macchine sono costruite in lega di alluminio trattato anodicamente, e quindi inattaccabile da acidi e
sali oltre che resistente all’ossidazione.
La durata è strettamente legata alle istruzioni per l’uso e alle norme di manutenzione qui di seguito elencate,
che devono essere sempre tenute presenti.
ISTRUZIONI PER L’USO
Spostare verso l’alto la maniglia (21-22).
Far scendere il disco estrattore (32) all’interno della bacinella piattello (34) premendo il pulsante (35).
Porre uno dei dischi di cellophane depositati nella bacinella (30) sul disco estrattore (32).
Porre la carne macinata nella quantità desiderata ma non eccedente la bacinella e coprire con un altro disco
di cellophane.
Azionare la maniglia verso il basso e premere leggermente affinchè la carne macinata si compatti.
Riportare la maniglia nella posizione come al 1 e togliere l’hamburgher ottenuto.
Ripetere tutte le precedenti operazioni per ottenere un altro hamburgher.
NORME DI MANUTENZIONE
Il pressamburger PH100 non richiede particolare manutenzione e per la sua pulizia è sufficiente un panno
inumidito in acqua.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Pull lever (21-22) upwards
Press button (35) to lower the ejector (32) inside the patty mold (34).
Put one of the cellophane disks stored in the (30) bowl onto the ejector plate.
On the cellophane disk place the desired quantity of ground meat (quantity must not exceed the mold
volume). Cover the meat with another cellophane disk.
Pull the lever downwards and press gently to squeeze the meat.
Return the lever to position 1 and remove the patty.
Repeat the above sequence for another delicious patty.
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
No particular maintenance is required. To clean use a cloth soaked in water.
