Verletzungsgefahr!
àDurch Absturz von Leitern und Gerüsten,
àDurch herunterfallende Bauteile oder Werkzeuge,
àIm Schwenkbereich langer Bauteile.
XSicherstellen, dass Leitern und Gerüste sicher stehen bzw. gegen Umstürzen gesichert sind.
XKeine Bauteile und Werkzeuge auf Leitern oder Gerüsten liegen lassen. Sie können herunterfallen und schwe-
re Verletzungen verursachen.
XGroße bzw. schwere Bauteile nicht alleine transportieren und montieren.

Beschädigung der Schiebebedarfstür!
XSchiebebedarfstür niemals direkt auf die Bodenführung stellen, sondern immer unterlegen (z. B. mit Holz-
oder Kunststoteilen).
CAUTION!
Damage to the sliding requirement door!
XNever place the sliding requirement door directly on the oor guide. Always place it on something (e.g.
wooden or plastic parts).

1.3 ESG-Türelemente einglasen / Inserting the glass into the ESG door elements
Das Glas ist ca 2 mm breiter als das Klemmprol. Der Glasüberstand muss auf beiden Seiten gleich sein
(ca. 1mm).
The glass is approximately 2 mm wider than the clamping prole. The glass projection has to be the same on
both sides (approx. 1mm).
1.3.1 Trag- und Klemmprol / Bearing and clamping prole
XFür die Klemmprole nur die mitgelieferten Schrauben verwenden.
XSicherstellen, dass bei der Montage die Scheiben nicht verkratzt werden.
XOnly use the supplied screws for the clamping prole.
XEnsure that the panes are not are not scratched during mounting.
X2 Steckpuer (1) (133143) ca. 20 mm vom Prol-
rand in Trag- und Klemmprol einsetzen.
XInsert 2 plug buers (1) (133143) approx. 20mm
from the prole edge into the bearing and
clamping prole.



XGlasscheibe (2) in Prolnut einführen, bis Glas-
scheibe an den Steckpuern (1) anliegt.
XInsert the glass pane (2) in the prole groove
until the glass pane contacts the plug buers (1).

àDie Klemmeinlagen (3) können vor oder nach
dem Einglasen gekürzt werden.
àThe clamp inserts (3) can be shortened before
or after the glass has been inserted.
XKlemmeinlagen (3) auf Prollänge kürzen und
zwischen Glas und Aluminiumprol schieben.
XShorten the clamp inserts (3) to the prole
length and slide them between the glass and
aluminium prole.



àDie bedruckte Seite der Klemmeinlage (3)
kann innen oder außen sein.
àDie Klemmeinlagen dürfen nicht über das
Aluminiumprol überstehen, da sonst die
Clipsfunktion (4) der Abdeckprole (5)
beeinträchtigt wird (siehe nebenstehende
Skizze).

XKlemmschrauben (6) mit 25 Nm anziehen.
XTighten the clamping screws (6) with 25 Nm.

1.3.2 Klemmprol / Clamping prole
XFür die Klemmprole nur die mitgelieferten Schrauben verwenden.
XSicherstellen, dass bei der Montage die Scheiben nicht verkratzt werden.
XBei Schiebeanschlagtür mit Boxer die Gleitschiene vor der Glasmontage montieren, siehe Kapitel 2.4.4.

XFor sliding single action door the guide rail has to be mounted prior to the glass guide rail, see chapter 2.4.4.

2.2.3 Drehlager oben montieren / Mounting the top pivot bearing
XUnteren Teil (3) des Drehlagers in Klemmprol
(1) einschieben, bis Gewindestift (4) in die
Positionsbohrung (2) Ø 5,7 mm im Klemmprol
eintauchen kann.
Die Positionsbohrung (2) dient zur Lagebestimmung.
XSlide the bottom part (3) of the pivot bearing
into the clamping prole (1) until the setscrew
(4) can immerse into the position hole (2)
Ø5.7mm in the clamping prole.
The position hole (2) is used to determined the position.






XGewindestifte (3) und (4) im Drehlager anziehen.
XAbdeckkappe (5) auf Klemmprol stecken.
XTighten the setscrews (3) and (4) in the pivot
bearing.
XPut the cover cap (5) onto the clamping prole.



XTragprol (7) auf den oberen Teil (6) des Dreh-
lagers schieben, bis Gewindestift (9) in die Posi-
tionsbohrung im Tragprol (7) eintauchen kann.
Die Positionsbohrung im Tragprol (7) dient zur Lage-
bestimmung.
XGewindestifte (8) im oberen Teil des Drehlagers
anziehen.
XAbdeckprole aufclipsen.
XAbdeckkappe auf Tragprol (7) stecken.
XSlide the bearing prole (7) onto the top part (6)
of the pivot bearing until the setscrew (9) can
immerse into the position hole in the bearing
prole (7).
The position hole in the bearing prole (7) is used to
determined the position.
XTighten the setscrews (8) in the top part of the
pivot bearing.
XClip on the cover proles.

XGrundkörper (1) auf Tragprol (mit Abdeckpro-
len) und Schließblech (2) auf Klemmprol (mit
Abdeckprolen) schrauben.
XScrew the base unit (1) onto the bearing prole
(with cover proles) and the strike plate (2) to
the clamping prole (with cover proles).


XKulisse (3) in Laufschiene schieben, ausrichten
und Gewindestift anziehen.
XAufnahme (4) an Kulisse (3) schrauben.
XSlide the connecting link (3) into the track, align
it and tighten the setscrew.
XScrew the retainer (4) to the connecting link (3).
XAbstand zwischen Aufnahme (4) und Grund-
körper (1) auf 6 ±1 mm einstellen.
XSchrauben (5) anziehen.
XSet the distance between the retainer (4) and
base unit (1) to 6 ±1 mm.
XTighten screws (5).
