KEYS FUNCTION
To calibrate the scale.
To select function as weighing, counting, percentum.
To choose the unit weight: kg, lb.
Function 1. To set high and low limits range in limits function.
Function 2. To set sample in counting and perce ntum functions.
Function 1. To make display to zero when there´s nothing on the weighing
pan but the display is not at zero.
Function 2. Press this key countinuously for 2-4 seconds to switch on or
switch off the backlight.
To tare a container and get the net weight of the product.
To input numbers in setting mode.
To confirm data in setting mode.
OPERATION
The balance must be placed on a stable and flat surface, adjust it using its four feet,
put the weighing pan and then switch on the power. The scale will go into weighing
mode after the self checking. The indicators of Zero and Kg will light on. You may
press key to select the desired function: weighing, counting, percentum.
UNIT WEIGHT SELECTION
Press the key to select the desired unit weight: “kg” or “lb”

TARE FUNCTION
1. Place a container on the weighing pan and press the key to substract his
weight.
2. The display will be at zero and Tare indicator will light on.
3. Add the product into the container, the display will show its weight (the net
weight).
4. Remove the container, the display will show the gross weight in negative value.
5. Press the key again, the display will show 0 and Tare indicator will
disappear.
Tare range: ≤1/3F.S
ZERO FUNCTION.
If the weighing pan is empty, however the display doesn´t show the 0 value, press the
key to make display zero.
Zero range: <=4%F.S, it is invalid under tare mode)
BACKLIGHT
(This function is only effective in the LCD model)
Press the key for 2-4 seconds to switch on or switch off the display´s backlight.
SETTING LIMITS FUNCTION

1. Press the key, the display will show “-HH-“.
2. Press the key to confirm and enter to the parameter.
3. Press the to set the value of the active digit.
4. Press the key to confirm the active digit value and go to the next digit.
5. When you set the last digit, press the to confirm and to set the low limit
value.

1. The display will show “-LL-“
2. Press the key to confirm and enter to the parameter.

3. Press the key to set the value of the active digit.
4. Press the key to confirm the active digit value and go to the next digit.
5. When you set the last digit, press the key to confirm and to set the alarm
mode.
Alarm mode sett ng
1. Select the desired alarm mode:
“-IN-“ Alarm sounds when the weight is between high and low limits.
“-OUT-“ Alarm sounds when the weight is out of limits range.
“-NO-“ Alarm doesn´t sound.
2. Press the to select the desired mode and the key to confirm.
3. To exit from setting mode press the key.
COUNTING FUNCTION
1. Press the key to enter the sample value for counting pieces.
2. The display will show “SAP X” (X is the sample value)
3. Press the key to choose the available sample values (10, 20, 50, 100 and
200)
4. Press the key to confirm the selected value.
5. The display will show “LOAD-C”.
. Put on the weighing pan the number of pieces accordingly to the selected value
.
7. Press the key confirm and finish sampling.
PERCENTUM MODE
1. Press the key in percetum mode to view on display “LOAD-P”.
2. There are two ways to do the sampling:
a) Put enough sample on the platform and then press key to finish
sampling.
b) Press key, the display will show “000000”. Press and keys to
input the weight value.
3. When the sample weighed is less than 0.1% F.S, the display will show “-CSL-“,
this means that the sample is not enough. You should re-sample, press the
key to re-sample and the key to exit back to weighing mode.

CALIBRATION
1. Keep pressed the key for about 4 seconds.
2. The display will show “CAL”, there are two ways to calibrate:
a) Full range load :
1. Put enough weight on the platform according to full capacity of the scale.
Press the key to confirm. Calibration is finished.
b) Random load :
1. Press the key, the display will show the value of last calibration
weight.
2. Press the and keys to input the value of calibration weight.
3. Place on the platform the calibration weight.
4. Press the key to confirm. Calibration is finished.
WEIGHING SPEED SETTING
1. Press the and keys together during the self-checking process, then
loose the two keys when hear the buzzer.
2. After self-checking, the display will show the current speed “Spd”, the speed is
different according to different precision, there are 5 levels, ”Spd 0” is the
fastest, “Spd 4” is the slowest.
3. Press the to choose the desired weighing speed.
4. Press the to confirm and return to normal weighing condition.

DISPLAY MESSAGES AND ALARM
1. The display will show “—OF—“ with countinuosly alarm sound when the
weight is over 100%FS+9d. If the ADC overflows, the display will show
“—Adc—“ with continuously alarm sound. For these instances, the weight
should be taken away.
2. If the voltage of the battery is low, the display will show “—Lo—“ while the
weight is zero (the display will recover to normal when it is loaded) Under this
condition, you can use the scale for a short time, but you should plug in the AC
plug as soon as possible to recharge the battery.
3. The display will show “HHHH” or “LLLL” when the zero weight is higher or
lower than the permitted range.
4. When you switch on the balance, the display will show “UNSTA” if the scale is
not stable. It maybe because of the platform´s intensity is too low or the
