KEYS FUNCTION
To calibrate the scale.
To select function as weighing, counting, percentum.
To choose the unit weight: kg, lb.
Function 1. To set high and low limits range in limits function.
Function 2. To set sample in counting and perce ntum functions.
Function 1. To make display to zero when there´s nothing on the weighing
pan but the display is not at zero.
Function 2. Press this key countinuously for 2-4 seconds to switch on or
switch off the backlight.
To tare a container and get the net weight of the product.
To input numbers in setting mode.
To confirm data in setting mode.
OPERATION
The balance must be placed on a stable and flat surface, adjust it using its four feet,
put the weighing pan and then switch on the power. The scale will go into weighing
mode after the self checking. The indicators of Zero and Kg will light on. You may
press key to select the desired function: weighing, counting, percentum.
UNIT WEIGHT SELECTION
Press the key to select the desired unit weight: “kg” or “lb”

TARE FUNCTION
1. Place a container on the weighing pan and press the key to substract his
weight.
2. The display will be at zero and Tare indicator will light on.
3. Add the product into the container, the display will show its weight (the net
weight).
4. Remove the container, the display will show the gross weight in negative value.
5. Press the key again, the display will show 0 and Tare indicator will
disappear.
Tare range: ≤1/3F.S
ZERO FUNCTION.
If the weighing pan is empty, however the display doesn´t show the 0 value, press the
key to make display zero.
Zero range: <=4%F.S, it is invalid under tare mode)
BACKLIGHT
(This function is only effective in the LCD model)
Press the key for 2-4 seconds to switch on or switch off the display´s backlight.
SETTING LIMITS FUNCTION

1. Press the key, the display will show “-HH-“.
2. Press the key to confirm and enter to the parameter.
3. Press the to set the value of the active digit.
4. Press the key to confirm the active digit value and go to the next digit.
5. When you set the last digit, press the to confirm and to set the low limit
value.

1. The display will show “-LL-“
2. Press the key to confirm and enter to the parameter.

3. Press the key to set the value of the active digit.
4. Press the key to confirm the active digit value and go to the next digit.
5. When you set the last digit, press the key to confirm and to set the alarm
mode.
Alarm mode sett ng
1. Select the desired alarm mode:
“-IN-“ Alarm sounds when the weight is between high and low limits.
“-OUT-“ Alarm sounds when the weight is out of limits range.
“-NO-“ Alarm doesn´t sound.
2. Press the to select the desired mode and the key to confirm.
3. To exit from setting mode press the key.
COUNTING FUNCTION
1. Press the key to enter the sample value for counting pieces.
2. The display will show “SAP X” (X is the sample value)
3. Press the key to choose the available sample values (10, 20, 50, 100 and
200)
4. Press the key to confirm the selected value.
5. The display will show “LOAD-C”.
. Put on the weighing pan the number of pieces accordingly to the selected value
.
7. Press the key confirm and finish sampling.
PERCENTUM MODE
1. Press the key in percetum mode to view on display “LOAD-P”.
2. There are two ways to do the sampling:
a) Put enough sample on the platform and then press key to finish
sampling.
b) Press key, the display will show “000000”. Press and keys to
input the weight value.
3. When the sample weighed is less than 0.1% F.S, the display will show “-CSL-“,
this means that the sample is not enough. You should re-sample, press the
key to re-sample and the key to exit back to weighing mode.

CALIBRATION
1. Keep pressed the key for about 4 seconds.
2. The display will show “CAL”, there are two ways to calibrate:
a) Full range load :
1. Put enough weight on the platform according to full capacity of the scale.
Press the key to confirm. Calibration is finished.
b) Random load :
1. Press the key, the display will show the value of last calibration
weight.
2. Press the and keys to input the value of calibration weight.
3. Place on the platform the calibration weight.
4. Press the key to confirm. Calibration is finished.
WEIGHING SPEED SETTING
1. Press the and keys together during the self-checking process, then
loose the two keys when hear the buzzer.
2. After self-checking, the display will show the current speed “Spd”, the speed is
different according to different precision, there are 5 levels, ”Spd 0” is the
fastest, “Spd 4” is the slowest.
3. Press the to choose the desired weighing speed.
4. Press the to confirm and return to normal weighing condition.
ç
DISPLAY MESSAGES AND ALARM
1. The display will show “—OF—“ with countinuosly alarm sound when the
weight is over 100%FS+9d. If the ADC overflows, the display will show
“—Adc—“ with continuously alarm sound. For these instances, the weight
should be taken away.
2. If the voltage of the battery is low, the display will show “—Lo—“ while the
weight is zero (the display will recover to normal when it is loaded) Under this
condition, you can use the scale for a short time, but you should plug in the AC
plug as soon as possible to recharge the battery.
3. The display will show “HHHH” or “LLLL” when the zero weight is higher or
lower than the permitted range.
4. When you switch on the balance, the display will show “UNSTA” if the scale is
not stable. It maybe because of the platform´s intensity is too low or the

platform is shaken strongly. You may strengthen the platform or avoid the
shake.
5. If the display shows “-SYS-“ when you switch on the balance, re-calibrate the
balance or send it to repair.
. If the display shows “—Set—“, it means that the alarm setting is wrong, please
reset the alarm value..
GUARANTEE
This scale is guaranteed for one year from the delivery date. The guarantee covers any
fabrication defect of the material.
During this period GRAM PRECISION, covers the manpower and the spare parts necessary for
the reparation of the scale.
This guarantee does not cover the failures caused by an inappropriate use or overcharge.
The guarantee does not cover the fre ght cost (transport) necessary to repa r the scale.

FUNCION DE LAS TECLAS
Para efectuar la calibración.
Para seleccionar el modo: pesaje, cuentapiezas, porcentajes.
Para seleccionar la unidad de pesada: kg, lb.
Función 1. Para configurar el límite superior e inferior para la función de
límites de peso.
Función 2. Para introducir la muestra en función cuentapiezas y
porcentajes.
Función 1. Para poner la lectura del display a cero.

Function 2. Pulsar esta tecla durante 2-4 segundos para activar ó
desactivar la iluminación del display.
Para tarar el peso de un recipiente y obtener el peso neto de un producto.
Para introducir números dentro del modo de configuración.
Tecla de confirmación en el modo de configuración.
OPERACION
1. Situar la balanza sobre una superficie plana y estable.
2. Nivelar la balanza girando los cuatro pies regulables.
3. Colocar el plato de pesada y conectar la balanza.
4. El display efectuará un auto-chequeo y entrará al modo de pesaje.
5. Los indicadores Zero y Kg aparecerán en el display.
. Pulsar la tecla para seleccionar el modo deseado: pesaje, cuentapiezas
ó porcentajes.
SELECCION DE LA UNIDAD DE PESADA
Pulsar la tecla para seleccionar la unidad de pesada “kg” o “lb”
FUNCION DE TARA
1. Colocar un recipiente sobre el plato de pesada y pulsar la tecla para
sustraer su peso.
2. La lectura del display se pondrá a cero y el indicador de Tara aparecerá en el

display.
3. Introducir el producto dentro del recipiente, el display mostrará su peso (peso
neto)
4. Retirar el recipiente del plato de pesada, el display visualizará el peso bruto en
valor negativo.
5. Pulsar de nuevo la tecla , el display quedará a cero y el indicador de Tara
desaparecerá.
Rango de Tara: ≤1/3F.S
FUNCION DE CERO
Si el plato de pesada está vacío y el display no muestra el valor de 0, pulsar la tecla
para corregir y poner el display a cero.
Rango de cero: <=4%F.S, (inválido dentro de la función de Tara)
ILUMINACION DEL DISPLAY
(Función disponible en modelos con display LCD)
Pulsar la tecla durante 2-4 segundos para activar o desactivar la iluminación
del display.
CONFIGURACION FUNCION DE LIMITES

1. Pulsar la tecla , el display mostrará “-HH-“.
2. Pulsar la tecla para confirmar y acceder al parámetro
3. Pulsar la tecla para introducir el valor del dígito activo.
4. Pulsar la tecla para confirmar y pasar al siguiente dígito.
5. Cuando se haya introducido el valor del último dígito, pulsar la tecla
para confirmar y pasar a la configuración del límite inferior.

2. Pulsar la tecla para confirmar y acceder al parámetro
3. Pulsar la tecla para introducir el valor del dígito activo.

4. Pulsar la tecla para confirmar y pasar al siguiente dígito.
5. Cuando se haya introducido el valor del último dígito, pulsar la tecla
para confirmar y pasar a la configuración del modo de aviso.

1. Seleccionar el modo deseado:
“-IN-“ La balanza emite una señal acústica cuando el peso está entre el límite
superior y el inferior.
“-OUT-“ La balanza emite una señal acústica cuando el peso está fuera de los
límites predeterminados.
“-NO-“ La balanza no emite ninguna señal acústica.
2. Pulsar la tecla para seleccionar el modo y la tecla para confirmarlo.
3. Para salir del modo configuración, pulsar la tecla
FUNCION CUENTAPIEZAS
1. Pulsar la tecla para introducir el valor de la muestra para la función
cuentapiezas.
2. El display mostrará “SAP X” (X es el valor de la muestra)
3. Pulsar la tecla para seleccionar una de los valores disponibles (10, 20,
50, 100 y 200)
4. Pulsar la tecla para confirmar el valor seleccionado.
5. El display mostrará “LOAD-C”.
. Colocar un número de piezas sobre el plato de pesada que coincida con el
previamente seleccionado.
7. Pulsar la tecla para confirmar y finalizar el muestreo.
FUNCION PORCENTAJES
1. Pulsar la tecla y seleccionar el modo porcentajes.
2. Pulsar la tecla , el display mostrará “LOAD-P”.
3. Hay dos modos de efectuar el muestreo:
a. Colocar directamente la muestra sobre el plato de pesada y pulsar la
tecla para finalizar el muestreo.

b. Pulsar la tecla , el display mostrará “000000”. Utilizar la teclas
y para introducir el valor deseado.
4. Cuando el peso de la muestra sea inferior a 0.1% F.S, el display mostrará
“-CSL-“, significa que el peso de la muestra no es suficiente. Realizar
nuevamente el muestreo con una muestra mayor pulsando la tecla .
Para salir y volver al modo normal de pesaje pulsar la tecla
CALIBRACION
1. Mantener pulsada la tecla durante 4 segundos.
2. El display mostrará “CAL”.
3. Hay dos modos de efectuar la calibración:
a. Ut l zando una pesa de cal brac ón de valor gual a la capac dad
máx ma de la balanza:
1. Colocar sobre el plato de pesada la pesa de calibración cuyo valor
coincida con la capacidad máxima de la balanza. Pulsar la tecla para
confirmar. La balanza efectuará automáticamente la calibración.
b. Conf gurando el valor de la pesa de cal brac ón :
1. Pulsar la tecla , el display mostrará el valor de la última pesa de
calibración utilizada.
2. Si se desea cambiar el valor, pulsar las teclas y para
introducir el valor de la pesa de calibración que se va a utilizar.
3. Colocar la pesa de calibración sobre el plato de pesada.
4. Pulsar la tecla para confirmar. La balanza efectuará
automáticamente la calibración.
CONFIGURACION DE LA VELOCIDAD DE RESPUESTA
1. Conectar la balanza y durante el auto-chequeo pulsar al mismo tiempo las
teclas y , en el momento que la balanza emita una señal acústica,
soltar ambas teclas.
2. Cuando el auto-chequeo ha finalizado, el display mostrará la velocidad de
respuesta actual “Spd”, hay disponibles 5 niveles, ”Spd 0” es el más rápido,
“Spd 4” es el más lento.
3. Pulsar la tecla para seleccionar el nivel deseado.
4. Pulsar la tecla para confirmar y volver al modo normal de pesaje.

MENSAJES DEL DISPLAY
1. El display muestra “—OF—“ junto con una señal acústica continua cuando el
peso está por encima del 100%FS+9d. Si el conversor de puntos está
saturado, el display mostrará “—Adc—“ junto con una señal acústica
continua. En ambos casos, retirar el peso del plato de pesada.
2. Si el voltage de la batería es bajo, el display mostrará “—Lo—“. En esta
situación, la balanza podrá funcionar durante un rato, pero se deberá conectar
la balanza a la red con la mayor brevedad posible para cargar la batería.
3. El display mostrará “HHHH” o “LLLL” cuando cero es superior o inferior al
rango permitido.
4. El display muestra “UNSTA” cuando la balanza no está estable. Es tal vez
debido a la intensidad de plato de pesada es muy baja o el plato se ha movido
bruscamente.
5. Si el display visualiza “-SYS-“ en el momento de conectarla, recalibrar la
balanza o enviarla a su Distribuidor para repararla.
. Si el display muestra “—Set—“, significa que la configuración de la alarma no
es correcta, por favor vuelva a configurar el valor de la alarma.
GARANTIA
Esta balanza está garantizada contra todo defecto de fabricación y de material, por
un periodo de 1 año a partir de la fecha de entrega.
Durante este periodo, GRAM PRECISION, se hará cargo de la reparación de la
balanza.
Esta garantía no incluye los daños ocasionados por uso indebido o sobrecargas.
La garantía no cubre los gastos de envío (portes) necesar os para la reparac ón
de la balanza.

FONCTION DES TOUCHES
Pour effectuer la calibration.

Fonction 1. Pour configurer la limite supérieure et la limite inférieure dans
la fonction limites de poids.
Fonction 2. Pour introduire l´échantillon dans la fonction compte-pièces et
pourcentages.
Fonction 1. Mise à zéro la lecture de l´écran
Function 2. Appuyer cette touche pendant 2-4 secondes pour activer ou
désactiver l´éclairage de l´écran.
Pour tarer le poids d´un récipient et obtenir le poids net du produit.
Pour introduire nombres dans le mode de configuration.
Touche de confirmation dans le mode de configuration.
OPERATION
1. Placer la balance sur une surface plane et stable.
2. Niveler la balance tournant les quatre pieds réglables.
3. Placer le plateau et connecter la balance.
4. L´écran effectuera un auto-test et la balance entrera en mode de pesage, les
indicateurs Zero et Kg apparaîtront en l´écran.
5. Appuyer sur la touche pour sélectionner le mode souhaité: pesage,
compte-pièces et pourcentages.
SELECTION DE L´UNITE DE PESEE
Appuyer sur la touche pour sélectionner l´unité de pesée: “kg” ou “lb”
FONCTION DE TARE
1. Placer un recipiente sur le plateau et appuyer la touche pour soustraire
son poids.

2. La lecture de l´écran est à zéro et l´indicateur de Tare apparaîtra en l´écran.
3. Introduire le produit dans le recipiente, l´écran affichera son poids (poids net)
4. Retirer le récipient, l´écran affichera le poids brut en valeur négative.
5. Appuyer sur la touche , l´écran est à zéro et l´indicateur de Tare
disparaîtra.
Rang de Tare: ≤1/3F.S
MISE A ZERO
Si le plateau de pesée est vide et l´écran n´affiche pas la valeur 0, appuyer sur la
touche pour corriger et mettre la lecture à zéro.
Rang de zéro: <=4%F.S, (invalide dans la fonction de Tare)
ECLAIRAGE DE L´ECRAN
(Fonction disponible sur des modèles avec display LCD)
Appuyer sur la touche pendant 2-4 secondes pour activer ou désactiver l
´éclairage de l´écran.
