BEFORE YOU START
When you are ready to start make sure you have the right tools to hand, plenty of space and a clean dry area for assembly.
It is advisable for two people to carry out the work.
At each stage of construction ensure that the build is level and upright.
Drill pilot holes to aid assembly.

STEP 1
ASSEMBLING
THE ARBOUR
Lay the two Side Sections
[A]on the ground 150cms
apart and insert the eight
wooden dowels [z],into the
holes at the top of each
post, tapping them firmly
into place with a wooden
mallet. Then connect the
Roof Section [B]to the Side
Sections, aligning the holes
for the dowels and gently
pushing into place. Finally,
using the four 10cm screws
[x], one per post, secure the
Roof Section to the Side
Sections.
Do not lift the assembled
structureupright yet.
STEP 2
FITTING THE
ARBOUR SEAT
Add theSeat Sections. Your
Seat [C]should be
positioned approximately
45cm from thebottom.
Mark this position and join
the seat to the posts of the
two Side Sections [A]with
sixteen screws [y], four into
each post, front and back
through the wooden beams
underneath the seat.
Raise your Arbour into an
Upright position.
Finally fit the Seat Back [D]
by positioning it on the rear
slat of the seat section [A]
and using four screws [y],
two per side, top and
bottomto fit it to the Side
Section posts.
Your Arbour is now ready
for use.
