BEFORE YOU START
ASSEMBLY
•Check the pack/s and make sure that you have all of the parts listed
above. If not, contact your retailer who will be able to help you.
•When you are ready to start, make sure you have the right tools to
hand, plenty of space and a clean, dry area for assembly.
It is advisable for two people to carry out the work
SITE PREPARATION
Excavate a 30cm square hole (approx) for each
post to a depth of at least 30cm. (see Fig.A right)
This will give your structure adequate stability.

1. To ensure the posts are sited correctly it is advisable to lay out the
curved beams in a finished circle on the ground. Mark the position the
posts will be at the joints of the curved beams.
2. Prepare the holes for the posts.
3. Site two of the Posts (A)in the
holes but do not fix yet.
4. Take one of the Curved Beams (E)
and fix from the inside of the circle
into the post (as Fig.1)
using screws (v).
5. Complete the circle repeating Step 4.
6. Ensure the posts are vertical and all
the same height above the ground
all the way around.
7. Fix in place with Carlton Concrete
FP-Ecofix and allow to set.
8. Fix Metal Brackets (z)at the
top of each postas shown
in Fig.2
9. Fix Rafters (B) and (C) together
and locatein the metal brackets
at the top of theposts. Ensure
the rafters are equally spaced at
the end of the metal brackets
and fixin place with screws (x).
10. Now fix the two Fixing
Plates (y)on the top
and bottom of the central
joint of the rafters using
screws (w).
11. Measure and mark the
centre points between
the fixed rafters on the
curved beams.
12. Fix a metal bracket
at each point
(see Fig.3).
13. Locate one Rafter (D)between the fixing plates at the centre and into
one of the metal brackets. Fix in place using screws (w)at the
centre and screws (x) at themetal bracket.
14. Fixthe remaining rafters in the same way.

To ensure longevity of your structure it is recommended that it is
treated with a wood preservative on a yearly basis.
