Dear Customer,

Thank you for purchasing this Hendi appliance. Read this

user manual carefully, paying particular attention to the

safety regulations outlined below, before installing and us-

ing this appliance for the first time.

Safety instructions

• Only use the appliance for the intended purpose it was de-

signed for, as described in this manual.

• The manufacturer is not liable for any damage caused by

incorrect operation and improper use.

• DANGER! RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK! Do not at-

tempt to repair the appliance by yourself. Do not

immerse the electrical parts of the appliance in water or

other liquids. Never hold the appliance under running water.

• NEVER USE A DAMAGED APPLIANCE! Check the electrical

connections and cord regularly for any damage. When dam-

aged, disconnect the appliance from the power supply. Any

repairs should only be carried out by a supplier or qualiﬁed

person to avoid danger or injury.

• WARNING! When positioning the appliance, route the power

cable safely if necessary to avoid unintentional pulling, be-

ing damaged, coming into contact with the heating surface,

or causing a tripping hazard.

• WARNING! As long as the plug is in the socket the appliance

is connected to the power supply.

• WARNING! ALWAYS switch off the appliance before discon-

necting from the power supply, cleaning, maintenance or

outlet so you can disconnect the appliance immediately in

• Do not operate this appliance by means of an external timer

or remote-control system.

electric, charcoal cooker, etc.).

• Do not use the appliance near any open ﬂames, explosive

or ﬂammable materials. Always operate the appliance on

a horizontal, stable, clean, heat-resistant and dry surface.

• The appliance is not suitable for installation in an area

where a water jet could be used.

• Leave a space of at least 20 cm around the appliance for

ventilation during use.

• WARNING! Keep all ventilation openings on the appliance

free from obstruction.

Special safety instructions

• This appliance is intended for commercial use.

• CAUTION! RISK OF BURNS! HOT SURFACES! The

temperature of the accessible surfaces are very high

during use. Touch only the control panel, handles, switches,

timer control knobs or temperature control knobs.

• CAUTION! ALWAYS switch the machine off and disconnect

the power supply before touching any motoring parts.

• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the

manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualiﬁed per-

sons in order to avoid a hazard.

• ATTENTION! Do not ﬁll the load over MAX level.

• WARNING! Never remove or open the lid while the appli-

ance is operating. The steam may come out and cause

burns.

• Never use this appliance without water.

• DANGEROUS! RISK OF INJURY! There are moving

parts inside the bowl, which may cause injury.

Switch off the machine and disconnect it from the power

supply before doing any operations.

• Avoid boiling dry. This appliance is secured against boiling

dry by an overheating protection.

• This overheating protection turns off the appliance auto-

matically. In that case, let the appliance cool down com-

pletely before using it again. Adding water to a hot kettle is

dangerous because sudden steam can arise.

Intended use

• This appliance is intended to be used in household and sim-

ilar applications such as:

-staff kitchen areas in shops, ofﬁces and others working

environment;

-farm houses;

-by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type en-

vironment;

-bed and breakfast type environment.

• The appliance is designed only for heating a variety of choc-

olate directly. Any other use may lead to damage of the ap-

pliance or personal injury.

• Operating the appliance for any other purpose shall be

deemed a misuse of the device. The user shall be solely lia-

ble for improper use of the device.

Grounding installation

This appliance is classiﬁed as protection class I and must be

connected to a protective ground. Grounding reduces the risk

of electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electric

current.

This appliance is ﬁtted with a power cord with grounding plug

or electrical connections with grounding wire. The connec-

tions must be properly installed and grounded.

Preparation before use

• Remove all protective packaging and wrapping.

• Check that the device is in good condition and with all acces-

sories. In case of incomplete or damaged delivery, please

contact the supplier immediately. In this case, do not use

the device.

• Clean the accessories and the appliance before use (See ==>

Cleaning & Maintenance).

• Make sure the appliance is completely dry.

• Place the appliance on a horizontal, stable and heat resist-

ant surface that is safe against water splashes.

• Keep the packaging if you intend to store your appliance in

the future.

• Keep the user manual for future reference.

NOTE! Due to manufacturing residues, the appliance may

emit a light odor during the ﬁrst few uses. This is normal and

does not indicate any defect or hazard. Make sure the appli-

ance is well ventilated.

• Place the auger on the base unit: place the auger on the

triangular shaped axle of the base unit.

• Place the pipe holder on the bottom of fountain pipe.

• Place the fountain pipe over the auger and line up the three

holes of the pipe holder with the pins on the base unit while

placing the fountain pipe on the base unit.

• The chocolate fountain is now ready for use.

Operating instructions

• Switch position: Left is for the motor, Right is for the heater.

• Turn on the heating element to preheat the chocolate foun-

tain around 3 - 5mins.

• Prepare 1500 grams of chocolate as follows:

- Put the chocolate in a heat-resistant bowl.

- Put the bowl in a pot with warm water (60°C). NOTE! Don’t

let the water boil.

- Stir the chocolate until is has melted completely. Do not

add water to or spil water into the chocolate.

- The chocolate has to be ﬂuid (like yoghurt). If that is not

the case, add some tasteless vegetable oil (sun ﬂower) to

it.

• Turn on the motor and pour the chocolate into the lower

bowl.

• The auger moves the chocolate up.

• You can start now.

• Only use fruit that is sufﬁciently cooled and has a dry sur-

face. The low temperature of the fruit helps the chocolate

to solidify and the dry surface helps the chocolate to attach

easier to the fruit. Too much moist/water will deteriorate

the consistancy of the chocolate.

NOTE! Air bubbles in the fountain pipe disrupt the evenly ﬂow

of chocolate. In which case you must turn off the motor and

wait for the air bubbles to escape from the fountain pipe (this

may take a few minutes). It is normal for air to escape at the

bottom of the fountain pipe during this procedure. Switch the

motor on again if the fountain pipe is free of air bubbles.

Cleaning & maintenance

• ATTENTION! Always disconnect the appliance from the

power supply and cool down before storage, cleaning &

maintenance.

• Do not use water jet or steam cleaner for cleaning and do

not push the appliance under the water as the parts will get

wet and electric shock might be resulted.

• If the appliance is not kept in a good state of cleanliness, this

can adversely affect the life of the appliance and result in a

dangerous situation.

• Food residues should be regularly cleaned and removed

from the appliance. If the appliance is not cleaned proper-

ly, it will reduce its lifespan and may result in a dangerous

condition during use.

Cleaning

• Clean the cooled exterior surface with a cloth or sponge

slightly dampened with a mild soap solution.

• For reasons of hygiene, the appliance should be cleaned

before and after use.

• Avoid water contacting the electrical components.

• Clean the inside of container with a non-abrasive detergent

and rinse with clean water.

• Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.

• Never use aggressive cleaning agents, abrasive sponges, or

cleaning agents containing chlorine. Do not use steel wool,

metallic utensils, or any sharp or pointed objects for clean-

ing. Do not use petrol or solvents!

• No parts are dishwasher safe.

Maintenance

• Check the operation of the appliance regularly to prevent

serious accidents.

• If you see that the appliance is not working properly or that

there is a problem, stop using it, switch it off and contact

the supplier.

• All maintenance, installation and repair work must be car-

ried out by specialised and authorised technicians, or rec-

ommended by the manufacturer.

Transportation and Storage

• Before storage, always make sure that the appliance has

been disconnected from the power supply and completely

cooled down.

• Store the appliance in a cool, clean and dry place.

• Never place heavy objects on the appliance as this could

damage it.

• Do not move the appliance while it is under operation. Dis-

connect the appliance from power supply when moving and

hold it at the bottom.

Installation der Erdung

Dieses Gerät ist als Schutzklasse I eingestuft und muss an

eine Schutzerde angeschlossen werden. Die Erdung verrin-

gert das Risiko eines Stromschlags, indem ein Escape-Wire

für den elektrischen Strom bereitgestellt wird.

Dieses Gerät ist mit einem Netzkabel mit Erdungsstecker

oder elektrischen Anschlüssen mit Erdungsdraht ausgestat-

tet. Die Anschlüsse müssen ordnungsgemäß installiert und

geerdet sein.

Vorbereitung vor Verwendung

Montage / Zusammenbau & Demontage

• Setzen Sie die Schnecke auf die Basiseinheit: Setzen Sie die

Schnecke auf die dreieckige Achse der Basiseinheit.

• Setzen Sie den Rohrhalter auf den Boden des Brunnen-

rohrs.

• Platzieren Sie das Brunnenrohr über der Schnecke und

richten Sie die drei Löcher des Rohrhalters mit den Stiften

auf der Basiseinheit aus, während Sie das Brunnenrohr auf

der Basiseinheit platzieren.

• Der Schokoladenbrunnen ist jetzt einsatzbereit.

Bedienungsanleitung

• Schalterposition: Links steht für den Motor, rechts für das

Heizelement.

• Schalten Sie das Heizelement ein, um den Schokoladen-

brunnen etwa 3–5 Minuten vorzuheizen.

• Bereiten Sie 1500 Gramm Schokolade wie folgt vor:

- Schokolade in eine hitzebeständige Schüssel geben.

- Die Schüssel in einen Topf mit warmem Wasser (60 °C)

geben. HINWEIS! Lassen Sie das Wasser nicht kochen.

- Die Schokolade umrühren, bis sie vollständig geschmol-

zen ist. Geben Sie kein Wasser in die Schokolade und spu-

cken Sie kein Wasser in die Schokolade.

- Die Schokolade muss ﬂüssig sein (wie Joghurt). Wenn das

nicht der Fall ist, etwas geschmackloses Pﬂanzenöl (Son-

nenblüte) dazugeben.

• Schalten Sie den Motor ein und gießen Sie die Schokolade

in die untere Schüssel.

• Die Schokolade wird vom Schneckenförderer nach oben

bewegt.

• Sie können jetzt beginnen.

• Verwenden Sie nur ausreichend gekühltes Obst mit tro-

ckener Oberﬂäche. Die niedrige Temperatur der Frucht

hilft der Schokolade, sich zu verfestigen, und die trockene

Oberﬂäche hilft der Schokolade, sich leichter an die Frucht

anzuheften. Zu viel Feuchtigkeit/Wasser verschlechtert die

Konsistenz der Schokolade.

HINWEIS! Luftblasen im Brunnenrohr stören den gleich-

mäßigen Schokoladenﬂuss. In diesem Fall müssen Sie den

Motor ausschalten und warten, bis die Luftblasen aus dem

Brunnenrohr entweichen (dies kann einige Minuten dauern).

Es ist normal, dass Luft während dieses Verfahrens am Bo-

den des Brunnenrohrs entweicht. Schalten Sie den Motor

wieder ein, wenn das Brunnenrohr frei von Luftblasen ist.

Reinigung und Wartung

• AUFMERKSAMKEIT! Trennen Sie das Gerät immer von der

Stromversorgung und kühlen Sie es vor Lagerung, Reini-

gung und Wartung ab.

• Verwenden Sie für die Reinigung keinen Wasserstrahl oder

Dampfreiniger und schieben Sie das Gerät nicht unter das

Wasser, da die Teile nass werden und es zu Stromschlägen

kommen kann.

• Wenn das Gerät nicht in einem guten Sauberkeitszustand

gehalten wird, kann dies die Lebensdauer des Geräts be-

einträchtigen und zu einer gefährlichen Situation führen.

• Speisereste sollten regelmäßig gereinigt und aus dem Ge-

rät entfernt werden. Wenn das Gerät nicht ordnungsgemäß

gereinigt wird, verkürzt es seine Lebensdauer und kann

während des Gebrauchs zu einem gefährlichen Zustand

führen.

Reinigung

• Reinigen Sie die gekühlte Außenﬂäche mit einem leicht

mit einer milden Seifenlösung angefeuchteten Tuch oder

Schwamm.

• Aus Hygienegründen sollte das Gerät vor und nach dem Ge-

brauch gereinigt werden.

• Vermeiden Sie den Kontakt von Wasser mit den elektrischen

Komponenten.

• Tauchen Sie das Gerät niemals in Wasser oder andere Flüs-

sigkeiten.

• Verwenden Sie niemals aggressive Reinigungsmittel,

Scheuerschwämme oder chlorhaltige Reinigungsmittel.

Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung keine Stahlwolle, Metalluten-

silien oder scharfe oder spitze Gegenstände. Keine Benzin-

oder Lösungsmittel verwenden!

• Keine Teile sind spülmaschinenfest.

Wartung

• Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig den Betrieb des Geräts, um

schwere Unfälle zu vermeiden.

• Wenn Sie feststellen, dass das Gerät nicht ordnungsgemäß

funktioniert oder ein Problem vorliegt, stellen Sie die Ver-

wendung ein, schalten Sie es aus und wenden Sie sich an

Transport und Lagerung

gebruikershandleiding zorgvuldig door en let vooral op de

hieronder beschreven veiligheidsvoorschriften voordat u dit

apparaat voor het eerst installeert en gebruikt.

Veiligheidsinstructies

• Gebruik het apparaat alleen voor het beoogde doel waarvoor

het is ontworpen, zoals beschreven in deze handleiding.

• De fabrikant is niet aansprakelijk voor schade veroorzaakt

door onjuiste bediening en onjuist gebruik.

• GEVAAR! RISICO OP ELEKTRISCHE SCHOKKEN!

Probeer het apparaat niet zelf te repareren. Dompel

de elektrische onderdelen van het apparaat niet onder in

water of andere vloeistoffen. Houd het apparaat nooit onder

stromend water.

• GEBRUIK NOOIT EEN BESCHADIGD APPARAAT! Contro-

leer de elektrische aansluitingen en het snoer regelmatig

op schade. Als het apparaat beschadigd is, koppelt u het

los van de stroomtoevoer. Reparaties mogen alleen worden

uitgevoerd door een leverancier of gekwaliﬁceerd persoon

om gevaar of letsel te voorkomen.

• WAARSCHUWING! Leid bij het plaatsen van het apparaat

het netsnoer zo nodig veilig om onbedoeld trekken, bescha-

diging, contact met het verwarmingsoppervlak of struikel-

gevaar te voorkomen.

• WAARSCHUWING! Zolang de stekker in het stopcontact zit,

is het apparaat aangesloten op de stroomvoorziening.

• WAARSCHUWING! Schakel het apparaat ALTIJD uit voordat

u het loskoppelt van de stroomtoevoer, reiniging, onderhoud

of opslag.

• Sluit het apparaat alleen aan op een stopcontact met de

spanning en frequentie die op het label van het apparaat

staan vermeld.

• Raak de stekker/elektrische aansluitingen niet aan met nat-

te of vochtige handen.

• Houd het apparaat en de elektrische stekker/aansluitin-

gen uit de buurt van water en andere vloeistoffen. Als het

apparaat in water valt, verwijder dan onmiddellijk de voe-

dingsaansluitingen. Gebruik het apparaat niet voordat het

is gecontroleerd door een gecertiﬁceerde technicus. Het

niet opvolgen van deze instructies leidt tot levensbedreigen-

de risico’s.

• Sluit de voeding aan op een gemakkelijk toegankelijk stop-

contact, zodat u het apparaat in geval van nood onmiddellijk

kunt loskoppelen.

• Zorg ervoor dat het snoer niet in contact komt met scherpe

of hete voorwerpen en houd het uit de buurt van open vuur.

Trek nooit aan het netsnoer om het uit het stopcontact te

halen, trek altijd aan de stekker.

• Draag het apparaat nooit aan het snoer.

• Probeer nooit zelf de behuizing van het apparaat te openen.

• Steek geen voorwerpen in de behuizing van het apparaat.

• Laat het apparaat nooit onbeheerd achter tijdens gebruik.

• Gebruik het apparaat niet in de buurt van open vuur, ex-

plosieve of ontvlambare materialen. Gebruik het apparaat

altijd op een horizontaal, stabiel, schoon, hittebestendig en

droog oppervlak.

• Het apparaat is niet geschikt voor installatie in een ruimte

waar een waterstraal kan worden gebruikt.

• Laat een ruimte van ten minste 20 cm rond het apparaat

voor ventilatie tijdens gebruik.

• WAARSCHUWING! Houd alle ventilatieopeningen op het ap-

paraat vrij van obstakels.

Speciale veiligheidsinstructies

• Dit apparaat is bedoeld voor commercieel gebruik.

• VOORZICHTIGHEID! RISICO OP BRANDWONDEN!

HETE OPPERVLAKKEN! De temperatuur van de

toegankelijke oppervlakken is tijdens gebruik zeer hoog.

Raak alleen het bedieningspaneel, de handgrepen, schake-

laars, timerknoppen of temperatuurregelknoppen aan.

• VOORZICHTIGHEID! Schakel de machine ALTIJD uit en kop-

pel de voeding los voordat u motoronderdelen aanraakt.

• Als het netsnoer beschadigd is, moet het worden vervangen

door de fabrikant, diens servicemonteur of gelijkwaardig

gekwaliﬁceerde personen om gevaar te voorkomen.

• AANDACHT! Vul de lading niet boven het MAX-niveau.

•

WAARSCHUWING! Verwijder of open het deksel nooit terwijl

het apparaat in werking is. De stoom kan eruit komen en

brandwonden veroorzaken.

• Gebruik dit apparaat nooit zonder water.

• GEVAARLIJK! RISICO OP LETSEL! Er zitten bewe-

gende onderdelen in de kom, die letsel kunnen ver-

oorzaken. Schakel de machine uit en koppel deze los van de

stroomvoorziening voordat u werkzaamheden uitvoert.

• Vermijd droogkoken. Dit apparaat is beveiligd tegen droog-

koken door een oververhittingsbeveiliging.

• Deze oververhittingsbeveiliging schakelt het apparaat auto-

matisch uit. Laat het apparaat dan volledig afkoelen voordat

u het weer gebruikt. Water toevoegen aan een hete water-

koker is gevaarlijk omdat er plotseling stoom kan ontstaan.

Beoogd gebruik

• Dit apparaat is bedoeld voor gebruik in huishoudelijke en

soortgelijke toepassingen, zoals:

-personeelskeukens in winkels, kantoren en andere wer-

komgevingen;

-boerderijen;

door klanten in hotels, motels en andere woonomgevingen;

-bed en ontbijt omgeving.

• Het apparaat is alleen ontworpen voor het direct verwarmen

van verschillende soorten chocolade. Elk ander gebruik kan

leiden tot schade aan het apparaat of persoonlijk letsel.

• Gebruik van het apparaat voor andere doeleinden wordt be-

schouwd als misbruik van het apparaat. De gebruiker is als

enige aansprakelijk voor onjuist gebruik van het apparaat.

Aarding installatie

Dit apparaat is geclassiﬁceerd als beschermingsklasse I en

moet worden aangesloten op een beschermende aarding.

Aarding vermindert het risico op elektrische schokken door

een ontsnappingsdraad voor de elektrische stroom te leveren.

Dit apparaat is uitgerust met een netsnoer met aardingsstek-

ker of elektrische aansluitingen met aardingsdraad. De aan-

sluitingen moeten correct worden geïnstalleerd en geaard.

Voorbereiding voor gebruik

• Verwijder alle beschermende verpakkingen en wikkels.

• Controleer of het apparaat in goede staat verkeert en alle

accessoires heeft. Neem in geval van onvolledige of bescha-

digde levering onmiddellijk contact op met de leverancier.

Gebruik het apparaat in dit geval niet.

• Reinig de accessoires en het apparaat voor gebruik (zie ==>

Reiniging en onderhoud).

• Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat volledig droog is.

• Plaats het apparaat op een horizontaal, stabiel en hittebe-

stendig oppervlak dat veilig is tegen waterspatten.

• Bewaar de verpakking als u van plan bent uw apparaat in de

toekomst op te bergen.

• Bewaar de gebruikershandleiding voor toekomstig gebruik.

OPMERKING! Vanwege productieresten kan het apparaat tij-

dens de eerste paar keer gebruik een lichte geur afgeven. Dit

is normaal en duidt niet op een defect of gevaar. Zorg ervoor

dat het apparaat goed geventileerd is.

Installatie/montage en demontage

• Plaats de vijzel op de basiseenheid: plaats de vijzel op de

driehoekige as van de basiseenheid.

• Plaats de leidinghouder op de bodem van de vulpijp.

• Plaats de vulleiding over de vijzel en lijn de drie gaten van de

leidinghouder uit met de pennen op de basiseenheid terwijl

u de vulleiding op de basiseenheid plaatst.

• De chocoladefontein is nu klaar voor gebruik.

Bedieningsinstructies

• Schakelstand: Links is voor de motor, rechts is voor de ver-

warming.

• Zet het verwarmingselement aan om de chocoladefontein

ongeveer 3 - 5 minuten voor te verwarmen.

• Bereid als volgt 1500 gram chocolade:

- Doe de chocolade in een hittebestendige kom.

- Zet de kom in een pan met warm water (60°C). OPMER-

KING! Laat het water niet koken.

- Roer de chocolade totdat deze volledig is gesmolten. Voeg

geen water toe aan de chocolade of spil er geen water in.

- De chocolade moet vloeibaar zijn (zoals yoghurt). Als dat

niet het geval is, voeg er dan wat smaakloze plantaardige

olie (zonnebloem) aan toe.

• Zet de motor aan en giet de chocolade in de onderste kom.

• De vijzel beweegt de chocolade omhoog.

• U kunt nu beginnen.

• Gebruik alleen fruit dat voldoende is afgekoeld en een droog

oppervlak heeft. De lage temperatuur van het fruit helpt de

chocolade te stollen en het droge oppervlak helpt de choco-

lade gemakkelijker aan het fruit te hechten. Te veel vocht/

water zal de consistentie van de chocolade verslechteren.

OPMERKING! Luchtbellen in de vulpijp verstoren de gelijk-

matig stromende chocolade. In dat geval moet u de motor

uitschakelen en wachten tot de luchtbellen uit de vulpijp ont-

snappen (dit kan enkele minuten duren). Het is normaal dat

er tijdens deze procedure lucht ontsnapt aan de onderkant

van de vulpijp. Schakel de motor opnieuw in als de vulpijp vrij

is van luchtbellen.

Reiniging en onderhoud

• AANDACHT! Koppel het apparaat altijd los van de voeding

en koel het af voordat u het opbergt, reinigt en onderhoudt.

• Gebruik geen waterstraal of stoomreiniger voor het reinigen

en duw het apparaat niet onder water, omdat de onderdelen

nat worden en er een elektrische schok kan ontstaan.

• Als het apparaat niet in een goede staat van reiniging wordt

gehouden, kan dit een negatieve invloed hebben op de le-

vensduur 0van het apparaat en leiden tot een gevaarlijke

situatie.

• Voedselresten moeten regelmatig worden gereinigd en uit het

apparaat worden verwijderd. Als het apparaat niet goed wordt

gereinigd, verkort dit de levensduur en kan dit leiden tot een

gevaarlijke situatie tijdens het gebruik.

Reiniging

• Reinig het gekoelde buitenoppervlak met een doek of spons

die licht bevochtigd is met een milde zeepoplossing.

• Om redenen van hygiëne moet het apparaat voor en na ge-

bruik worden gereinigd.

• Vermijd contact van water met de elektrische componenten.

•

Dompel het apparaat nooit onder in water of andere vloeistof-

fen.

• Gebruik nooit agressieve reinigingsmiddelen, schuurspon-

zen of reinigingsmiddelen die chloor bevatten. Gebruik voor

het reinigen geen staalwol, metalen keukengerei of scherpe

of puntige voorwerpen. Gebruik geen benzine of oplosmid-

delen!

• Geen enkel onderdeel is vaatwasmachinebestendig.

Onderhoud

• Controleer regelmatig de werking van het apparaat om ern-

stige ongevallen te voorkomen.

• Als u ziet dat het apparaat niet goed werkt of dat er een

probleem is, stop dan met het gebruik, schakel het uit en

neem contact op met de leverancier.

• Alle onderhouds-, installatie- en reparatiewerkzaamheden

moeten worden uitgevoerd door gespecialiseerde en be-

voegde technici, of worden aanbevolen door de fabrikant.

Transport en opslag

• Zorg er vóór opslag altijd voor dat het apparaat is losgekop-

peld van de stroomtoevoer en volledig is afgekoeld.

• Bewaar het apparaat op een koele, schone en droge plaats.

• Plaats nooit zware voorwerpen op het apparaat, omdat dit

het kan beschadigen.

• Verplaats het apparaat niet terwijl het in bedrijf is. Koppel

het apparaat tijdens het verplaatsen los van de voeding en

houd het aan de onderkant vast.

Problemen oplossen

Als het apparaat niet goed werkt, controleer dan de onder-

staande tabel voor de oplossing. Als u het probleem nog

steeds niet kunt oplossen, neem dan contact op met de leve-

rancier/dienstverlener.

Garantie

Elk defect dat de functionaliteit van het apparaat beïnvloedt

en op geen enkele manier is misbruikt of verkeerd gebruikt.

Uw wettelijke rechten worden niet aangetast. Als het appa-

raat onder garantie wordt geclaimd, vermeld dan waar en

wanneer het is gekocht en voeg een aankoopbewijs (bijv. ont-

vangstbewijs) toe.

In overeenstemming met ons beleid van continue productont-

wikkeling behouden we ons het recht voor om de product-,

verpakkings- en documentatiespeciﬁcaties zonder vooraf-

gaande kennisgeving te wijzigen.

Afvoeren en milieu

Bij het buiten gebruik stellen van het apparaat

mag het product niet worden afgevoerd met an-

der huishoudelijk afval. In plaats daarvan is het

uw verantwoordelijkheid om uw afvalapparatuur

weg te gooien door het over te dragen aan een

aangewezen inzamelpunt. Het niet naleven van deze regel kan

worden bestraft in overeenstemming met de toepasselijke

regelgeving inzake afvalverwijdering. Het gescheiden inzame-

len en recyclen van uw afvalapparatuur op het moment van

verwijdering helpt natuurlijke hulpbronnen te behouden en

ervoor te zorgen dat het wordt gerecycled op een manier die

de menselijke gezondheid en het milieu beschermt.

Neem voor meer informatie over waar u uw afval kunt afgeven

voor recycling contact op met uw lokale afvalinzamelingsbe-

drijf. De fabrikanten en importeurs nemen geen verantwoor-

delijkheid voor recycling, behandeling en ecologische verwij-

dering, hetzij rechtstreeks, hetzij via een openbaar systeem.

Installation de mise à la terre

Installation / Montage et démontage

• Placer la tarière sur l’unité de base : placer la tarière sur

l’axe triangulaire de l’unité de base.

• Placez le porte-tuyau au fond du tuyau de fontaine.

• Placez le tuyau de la fontaine sur la tarière et alignez les

trois trous du support de tuyau avec les goupilles de l’unité

de base tout en plaçant le tuyau de la fontaine sur l’unité

de base.

• La fontaine en chocolat est maintenant prête à l’emploi.

Mode d’emploi

• Position du commutateur : Gauche est pour le moteur,

Droite est pour le réchauffeur.

• Allumez la résistance pour préchauffer la fontaine en cho-

colat pendant 3 à 5 minutes.

• Préparez 1 500 grammes de chocolat comme suit:

- Mettre le chocolat dans un bol résistant à la chaleur.

- Mettre le bol dans une cuve avec de l’eau chaude (60°C).

REMARQUE! Ne laissez pas l’eau bouillir.

- Remuer le chocolat jusqu’à ce qu’il soit complètement

fondu. N’ajoutez pas d’eau au chocolat et ne versez pas

d’eau dans le chocolat.

- Le chocolat doit être ﬂuide (comme le yaourt). Si ce n’est

pas le cas, ajoutez-y de l’huile végétale sans goût (ﬂeur

• Allumez le moteur et versez le chocolat dans le bol inférieur.

• La tarière déplace le chocolat vers le haut.

• Vous pouvez commencer maintenant.

• Utilisez uniquement des fruits sufﬁsamment refroidis et

Nettoyage et entretien

• ATTENTION! Débranchez toujours l’appareil de l’alimenta-

CALDE! La temperatura delle superﬁci accessibili è

molto elevata durante l’uso. Toccare solo il pannello di con-

AVVERTENZA! Non rimuovere o aprire mai il coperchio men-

tre l’apparecchiatura è in funzione. Il vapore può fuoriuscire

• Non utilizzare mai questo apparecchio senza acqua.

• PERICOLOSO! RISCHIO DI LESIONI! All’interno della

ciotola sono presenti parti mobili che possono cau-

sare lesioni. Spegnere la macchina e scollegarla dall’ali-

mentazione prima di eseguire qualsiasi operazione.

• Evitare di ebollire a secco. Questa apparecchiatura è pro-

tetta contro l’ebollizione a secco da una protezione contro

il surriscaldamento.

• Questa protezione contro il surriscaldamento spegne au-

tomaticamente l’apparecchiatura. In tal caso, lasciare raf-

freddare completamente l’apparecchiatura prima di riutiliz-

zarla. Aggiungere acqua a un bollitore caldo è pericoloso

perché può veriﬁcarsi vapore improvviso.

Uso previsto

• Questo apparecchio è destinato all’uso domestico e in ap-

plicazioni simili quali:

-aree cucina del personale in negozi, ufﬁci e altri ambienti

di lavoro;

-case agricole;

-da clienti in hotel, motel e altri ambienti residenziali;

-ambiente tipo letto e colazione.

• L’apparecchiatura è progettata solo per riscaldare diretta-

mente una varietà di cioccolatini. Qualsiasi altro utilizzo può

causare danni all’apparecchiatura o lesioni personali.

• Il funzionamento dell’apparecchiatura per qualsiasi altro

scopo deve essere considerato un uso improprio del dispo-

sitivo. L’utente sarà l’unico responsabile per l’uso improprio

del dispositivo.

Installazione di messa a terra

Questa apparecchiatura è classiﬁcata come classe di prote-

zione I e deve essere collegata a una messa a terra di prote-

zione. La messa a terra riduce il rischio di scosse elettriche

fornendo un ﬁlo di fuga per la corrente elettrica.

Questo apparecchio è dotato di un cavo di alimentazione con

spina di messa a terra o di collegamenti elettrici con ﬁlo di

messa a terra. I collegamenti devono essere installati e messi

a terra correttamente.

Preparazione prima dell’uso

• Rimuovere tutte le confezioni protettive e l’involucro.

• Controllare che il dispositivo sia in buone condizioni e con

tutti gli accessori. In caso di consegna incompleta o dan-

neggiata, contattare immediatamente il fornitore. In questo

caso, non utilizzare il dispositivo.

• Pulire gli accessori e l’apparecchiatura prima dell’uso (ve-

dere ==> Pulizia e manutenzione).

• Assicurarsi che l’apparecchiatura sia completamente

asciutta.

• Posizionare l’apparecchiatura su una superﬁcie orizzontale,

stabile e resistente al calore, sicura contro gli schizzi d’ac-

qua.

• Conservare la confezione se si intende conservare l’appa-

recchiatura in futuro.

• Conservare il manuale utente per riferimento futuro.

NOTA! A causa dei residui di produzione, l’apparecchiatura

può emettere un odore leggero durante i primi utilizzi. Ciò è

normale e non indica alcun difetto o pericolo. Assicurarsi che

l’apparecchiatura sia ben ventilata.

Installazione / Montaggio e smontaggio

• Posizionare la coclea sull’unità base: posizionare la coclea

sull’asse triangolare dell’unità base.

• Collocare il portatubo sul fondo del tubo della fontana.

• Posizionare il tubo stilograﬁco sulla coclea e allineare i tre

fori del portatubo con i perni sull’unità base, posizionando il

tubo stilograﬁco sull’unità base.

• La fontana di cioccolato è ora pronta per l’uso.

Istruzioni operative

• Posizione dell’interruttore: Sinistra è per il motore, Destra

è per il riscaldatore.

• Accendere la resistenza per preriscaldare la fontana di cioc-

colato per circa 3-5 minuti.

• Preparare 1500 grammi di cioccolato come segue:

- Mettere il cioccolato in una ciotola resistente al calore.

- Mettere la ciotola in una pentola con acqua calda (60 °C).

NOTA! Non lasciate bollire l’acqua.

- Mescolare il cioccolato ﬁno a quando non si è sciolto com-

pletamente. Non aggiungere acqua né versare acqua nel

cioccolato.

- Il cioccolato deve essere ﬂuido (come lo yogurt). In caso

contrario, aggiungere un po’ di olio vegetale insapore (ﬁo-

re del sole).

• Accendere il motore e versare il cioccolato nella ciotola in-

feriore.

• La coclea sposta il cioccolato verso l’alto.

• Puoi iniziare ora.

• Utilizzare solo frutta sufﬁcientemente raffreddata e con una

superﬁcie asciutta. La bassa temperatura del frutto aiuta il

cioccolato a solidiﬁcarsi e la superﬁcie secca aiuta il ciocco-

lato a ﬁssarsi più facilmente al frutto. Troppa umidità/acqua

deteriora la consistenza del cioccolato.

NOTA! Le bolle d’aria nel tubo stilograﬁco interrompono il

ﬂusso uniforme del cioccolato. In tal caso è necessario spe-

gnere il motore e attendere che le bolle d’aria fuoriescano dal

tubo della fontana (ciò potrebbe richiedere alcuni minuti). È

normale che l’aria fuoriesca dal fondo del tubo della fontana

durante questa procedura. Accendere nuovamente il motore

se il tubo della fontana è privo di bolle d’aria.

Pulizia e manutenzione

• ATTENZIONE! Scollegare sempre l’apparecchiatura dall’ali-

mentazione e raffreddarla prima di riporla, pulirla e sotto-

porla a manutenzione.

• Non utilizzare getti d’acqua o scovolino per la pulizia e non

spingere l’apparecchiatura sotto l’acqua, in quanto le parti

si bagnano e potrebbero veriﬁcarsi scosse elettriche.

• Se l’apparecchiatura non viene mantenuta in un buon sta-

to di pulizia, ciò può inﬂuire negativamente sulla durata 0

dell’apparecchiatura e causare una situazione pericolosa.

• I residui di cibo devono essere puliti e rimossi regolarmente
