How to install Nook Table

Step 2: (For castor option only)
.Insert castor stem into bottom of leg until fully seated.
Step 1:
. Attach the top plate to the leg. Use Allen key to secure two M
flat head machine screws, to attach the plate.

Round-out for all legs on the Nook table.

Note: Tighten fasteners until snug plus ½ turn.

Step 3:
. To attach legs to the worksurface follow the below procedure.
A. Screw two flat head screws into marked two piloted holes rst to
locate the leg.
B. Finish by installing additional flat head screws in marked
locations that are NOT piloted. These screws are eld drilled.
c. Repeat step  for remaining legs.
NOTE: Attach legs with worksurface upside down.
Step 4
. Install the metal screen (Main panel) to the work surface.
A. Locate main panel with the two pilot holes
B. Fasten the remaining screws
Step 5
. Install the return panel (Right Side) to the work surface using the
pan head screws.
A. Locate return panels with the two pilot holes
B. Fasten the remaining screws
NOTE:
The Side liners and dampeners should be installed prior to
attaching the return panel to the work surface. (See Step )

Do not tighten the screw. Screen mount needs to
be position here rst and then attach that with
pan head screw.

. Install the return panel (Le Side) to the work surface using the
pan head screws.
Step 6:
. Secure the return panel to the main panel using barrel screws
and M Machine screw and nut.
Step 7:
. Install the plastic clips through the slots at the top and bottom
of the screen joint.
. Install the trim piece from the top and push it down over the
plastic clips.

Step 8:
. Peel the backer o of the dampener and stick it to the return
panel. Use the end bracket to roughly align the dampener as shown
below. Repeat for other panel.
. Liners are magnetic on the back. Align the liner so that the top
edge of the liner is sub-flush to the metal screen by approximately mm.
Note: Locate the slits in the side liner so that they roughly align with
the ends of the screen bracket. (.)

Disassembly for Recycling:
Materials Identication and Segregation:
Where possible, plastic components are marked with ASTM recycling
codes. Use these codes to identify material type for recycling. Non
marked components should be treated as mixed plastic. Ferrous metals
can be identied using a small magnet for recycling. Non-ferrous metals
should be separated and recycled separately. To disassemble product,
reverse the above installation steps

Step 9:
. Position magnetic buttons to space out the Nook tables
approximately ” from each other. Do NOT force the Nooks together.
The result of stressing the metal screens around the spacers could
cause an undesirable wave condition in the screen. Align the two
nooks to each other so the spacers just gently brush up against the
opposing screen.
