4. Place one hand on can
of cylinder and hit lift-off tool
with hammer.
6. Drop the new cylinder into
base.
5. Remove cylinder.
3. Strap lift-off tool onto end
of cylinder that touches the
chair yoke.

Power driver T-40 Torx DriverFlat Screw Driver Lift-off Tool Nylon CapHammer
Steps:
1. Release the seat lock
move seat to the forward
position.
2. Lay chair on back.

driver pry away (both sides
until seat lock bar comes
out).
6. Lift upward to remove.
4. Remove lock bar.
5. Release the seat lock
move seat to the backward
position.

9. Remove the plate from
the tilt assembly and pull of
back.
10. Using T-40 torx remove
2 screws from tilt assembly.
8. Remove the bolt from tilt
assembly.
7. Using a power driver with
T-40 torx remove top bolt.

12. Slide off the back assembly.
11. Remove bottom screw.
13. Pry the tab towards front
of the tilt.
14. Pull out the lever.

15. Pry the other side tab
towards front of the tilt and
pull out the lever.
16. Remove tilt cover.
17. Strap lift-off tool onto
end of cylinder that touches
the chair yoke.
18. Place one hand on can
of cylinder and hit lift-off tool
with hammer.

push inside the tilt to lock
into position.
4. Install the left side lever
and push inside the tilt to
lock into position.
5. Place the back assembly
with tilt assembly.
6. Install the plate with the
tilt assembly.

9. Install the front screws.
T-40 torx 75 in.lbs, 8.5 N.m
7. Place the bolt with tilt
assembly.
8. Using power driver
tighten the top bolt. T-40 torx
100 in.lbs, 11.3 N.m
10. Install bottom screw.
T-40 torx 75 in.lbs, 8.5 N.m

lever, place the seat all the
way to back and slide
forward.
12. Lay chair on back.
13. Place the seat lock lever
and press down to t into
position.
14. Release the seat lock,
move seat to the backward
to t the seat into position.

New Tilt Cover Installation:
1. Install the tilt cover. 2. Install the right lever and
push inside the tilt to lock
into position.
3. Install the left side lever
and push inside the tilt to
lock into position.
4. Release the seat lock
lever, place the seat all the
way to back and slide
forward.

YSAYL®Upholstered Back Lumbar Replacement
Steps:
1. Using thumb & fore nger
squeeze handle snaps
together.
2. Remove lumbar handle.
Lumbar Handle:
New Lumbar Handle Installation:
1. Insert the new lumbar
handle.
2. Hold the lumbar pad,
snap the lumbar handle
up into position.
