How to install snap ring

1Disassemble the derailleur
parts and dust seal from the
hub.
Put the sprocket on the hub.
3Hook the snap ring and take out it.
Work similarly at some notches to
remove the snap ring.
2Inset the tip of the remover
into the notch for engagement
of the sprocket and the hub.

3Screw the corn with the snap
ring into the hub axle until the
bottom face of the corn
reaches the hub.
Screw the cup over the corn
into the axle.
Turn clockwise the cup to
move the snap ring to the end.
Please go on even if the snap
ring falls into the gap between
the hub and the corn on the
way.
Installation is completed when the snap ring
fits to the correct groove.
Remove the tools from the axle. If it is hard
to remove the corn, use a pin spanner.

Caution
Certainly do this work on the work
bench. Otherwise, the hub or the tool
could be damaged.
The snap ring could spring out
suddenly. Pay attention not to
be injured.
First, put a snap ring onto
the Corn. Do on the work
bench.
Push snap ring to the
bottom with the cup.
