Read this guide carefully and follow all instructions to safely install the RoomPresence system.
General
When installing the RoomPresence, obey local safety laws and regulations. The safety
precautions of this guide are supplementary to local safety regulations.
Adhere to the safety instructions in this guide during device installation. Only trained and
qualified personnel should install or maintain the device.
Prevent device damage during storage, transportation, and operation.
Wear safety gloves when moving and lifting the RoomPresence components to prevent
from being cut by hard angles.
Do not attempt to dismantle the device by yourself. In case of a problem, contact the
official maintenance center for assistance or repair.
Electricity
The installation of the AC power supply must adhere to local safety regulations. Only
qualified personnel should install AC power supplies.
Do not wear any metal items with high conductivity, such as watches or jewelry,
during installation.
Disconnect the power supply before installing or removing power cables.
Use the labels to match cables with their corresponding connections.
Use the appropriate tools to perform high voltage AC operations.
ESD
Before beginning, wear an Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) wrist strap or gloves. Check
that the strap's other end is properly grounded to prevent ESD from damaging sensitive
components.

Cut the straps with the diagonal pliers.
Remove the box lid.
Here, unpacking the floor stand box of the RoomPresence 75S is used as an example.
NOTE
Unpack the RoomPresence only when:
1. You are at the actual installation site.
2. Each box is intact and undamaged.
If the installation site is wrong or the boxes are damaged, contact your local supplier.

Powering On Components
Before installing the RoomPresence, power on the listed components to check whether they
work properly.

Install the front decorative strips.

Secure the rear covers to the top bar.

Fasten the left and right columns to the bottom bar.
Connect the display mount bar to the left and right columns.

Mount the display onto the display mount bar.

Install the camera mount bar to the floor stand.

Assemble the bottom bar with screws.

Insert the left and right columns into the bottom bar, and ensure
that there is no gap at the joints. Then tighten the screws.

1. Install the floor stand components in the sequence numbered on boxes. For example,
install the bottom bar and columns in box 01, then display mount bar in box 02.
2. The screws must be pre-installed and then tightened. (Torque: 28 ±10% kgf.cm)

CAUTION
A heavy device cannot be moved easily after installation.
Therefore, determine the installation position in advance. It
is recommended that the column be 500 mm away from the
wall or any object protruding from it.

Use the screws that come with the display to secure the display mount brackets to the back
of the display through the four VESA holes.

1. To prevent scratches to the screen, clear the installation site and ensure that no obstacles or sharp objects are around
the HD display.
2. Do not apply direct force on the screen when installing the display mount brackets.
3. When mounting the display, do not use its own handles.

Two people working together are required to mount the display to its mount bar. Insert the
locating block between the column and the display. Then, adjust the position of the display
to align it closely with the locating block. After the display is installed, connect it to the
power supply.

Lift the tray and place it on the attachment plates on the columns back-to-front. Tighten
by screw type in the sequence A > B.

Insert the two arc attachment plates into the top of the left and right columns respectively,
make sure all the joints are well fit, and secure them using screws.

Lift the camera mount bar and install it on the floor stand. Then secure the camera mount
bar using flat head screws.

CAUTION
1. Prepare a ladder or chair for tightening the screws.
2. Two people working together are required to lift the camera mount bar and place it into the floor stand.
3. Keep the support rods of the camera mount bar away from the screen to avoid damage.

Attach the left and right front decorative strips using the embedded magnet, Use the clamps
to align the upper and lower strips.
Adjust the display again to ensure that the front decorative strips are closely aligned with the
display frames.
