Human Care is an ISO 13485:2016 cered
Swedish medical device company. The Quality
Management System is in compliance with US
21 CFR part 820.
The product is CE marked in accordance with EU
Direcve 93/42/EEC (MDD) and/or EU Regula-
on 2017/745 (MDR), as class I medical device.
The CE mark is on the product.
This product has been tested in accordance
with ISO 11199-2:2005.

About our products
On delivery
Check the following before using your new
product:
1. Check that no damage has occurred during
transport (if this is the case, please immedia-
tely inform the delivery agent).
2. Check that the number and type (s) of
products detailed on the delivery cercate
agree with the goods delivered.
3. Check that the delivery is of the desired
model and type of product.
Please contact us immediately in case of any
delivery problem.
Return or refund
If any product has to be returned for any rea-
son, please contact us to obtain a claim number
and advice on how to proceed.
The goods should be returned in complete and
undamaged condion in their original packa-
ging.
The following informaon should accompany
any product on its return. The product’s iden-
caon number, delivery date, the date the user
took possession of the aid, the date of the pro-
duct’s last service, the person whom we should
contact about the fault, whether it be the user
or another, and the nature of the fault.
Human Care HC AB reserves the right to inspect
the returned product. If no fault can be found,
the item will be returned to the user. Transport
costs may then be chargeable.
Product lifeme
The product´s expected lifeme is seven (7)
years, if the product is used as intended and
maintained according to the manufacturer´s
instrucons, depending on the intensity of use
and maximum load applied during use. If the
product label is no longer legible, the product
should be discarded.

Warnings
Be sure the brakes are locked
before sing on seat. Cauon!
Pinch point: Do not put ngers
between brake and push
handle!
DO NOT use as a wheelchair/
transport chair. The rollator
has not been designed for this
purpose.
DO NOT leave your rollator
unaended. Anyme the rol-
lator has been out of view (eg.
placed in vehicle, etc.) inspect
the rollator completely for any
signs of damage before use.
DO NOT use on stairs or esca-
lators. Only use this product
on even surfaces clear of
obstrucons.
DO NOT squeeze brake con-
nuously while walking as this
will cause premature wear to
the brake pad and re.
Touch the back of your legs to
seat before sing.
DO NOT lean on one side of
the rollator when sing down.
Distribute weight evenly to pre-
vent the rollator from pping
over.
If the rollator has been stored in
any type of transportaon, such
as a plane, train, boat, bus, car,
etc. you risk damage to the rolla-
tor. Please inspect very carefully
before usage.
DO NOT put anything on your
folded rollator as this will cause
damage to the frame, plasc
parts, etc.
DO NOT use brake handles
when sing and standing. Use
upper handgrip only to stabilize
your body.
DO NOT rest anything on back-
strap as damage may occur.
DO NOT exceed weight capacity!

Care and Use
CHECK your rollator to ensure
the front forks and all wheels
swivel easily and are clear of
any dirt or obstrucons.
CHECK periodically to ensure
that the black height adjust-
ment knobs are ghtened
securely.
DO NOT use chlorine bleach or
abrasive cleansers. To clean,
wipe down with a damp cloth
using a mild detergent only.
DO NOT leave your rollator
exposed to the elements
(weather).
This is a walking aid only
designed to assist you with
mobility. Only use the seat for
rest periods.
DO NOT store the rollator near
a heat source.
CHECK your rollator frequ-
ently for any loose, cracked
or corroded plasc or metal
components.
INSPECT your rollator every
year by an authorized dealer/
service agent. Only let autho-
rized personnel adjust your
rollator.
Use only authorized parts/
accessories with your walking
aid.
NEVER use the rollator for any
other reason other than for its
intended purpose.
Cleaning and service
When cleaning, water and mild detergent are recommended.
When washing the rollator, remove the two so seat cushions by loosening the red Nexus handle and
unbuoning the cushions from the seat.
Aer washing, the cushions are mounted on the seat again.
Machine wash 60 ° C for 7-8 minutes can be used, observe the nishing requirements. Avoid ushing
with bearings (wheels, forks).
NOTE!
Do not use naphtha, gasoline or other solvents.

TO SIT, touch the back of your legs to the edge
of the seat to ensure posion of rollator before
sing down.
IMPORTANT! Test to be sure rollator will
not roll before attempting to sit. Brakes
must be in parked/locked position.
This rollator is designed for use as a
walking aid and should never be used for
any other purpose.
DO NOT support your weight on the handles
when aempng to sit. Use the handles to
stabilize your body as you carefully turn around.
Keep your hands on the rubber handles and
slowly lower your weight onto the seat.
Ensure when walking your path is clear
and free of obstacles to avoid injury and
damage.
Nexus 3 is a stable walking aid, suitable for use both in- and outdoors. It has a cable free brake system,
which makes it easy to perform maintenance on. The brake system decreases the risk of jamming brake
wires. The Nexus 3 has a unique way of folding which allows it to be stored upright whilst folded and it
can be folded and unfolded by simply useing the handle. Nexus 3 has a wide and so seat that makes it
comfortable to sit on.

Using the pointed end of the
bolt, place it in the hole in
the push handle. At the same
me, tap the brake pad and
slowly push through the bolt.
Set handle to desired height.
Important: Brake handle must
be in neutral posion!
Ensure handle is in neutral
posion.
Slide the metal frame into the
slots on each side of the so
bag. Each frame side will only
t on the appropriate so bag
slot. The clamp should be
visible in the so bag cut out.
Note: To simplify the assembly
of the so bag, start by slightly
folding the rollator by pulling
up on the seat handle.
Take care not to strip the clamp
screws when tightening!
To install backstrap, ensure
key shape faces up. Place into
clamp located at end of handle.
Tighten into place with screw
and nut.
Align hexagon shape of bolt in
hexagon shape in plasc cap.
Important: The holes in the
upper and lower internal tubes
will not line up perfectly!
Slide upper tube into lower
tube. Important: Upper inter-
nal tube colour must match
colour of lower tube in frame!
Aach each clamp to the front
rollator frame as shown. Make
sure that each side of the bag is
level and that the clamp is on the
side above the fork cap.
Unfold the rollator once
clamps are secured.
Maximum bag capacity: 11lb/5kg

Accessories
Aach the bracket of the tray over the back edge
of the seat. Secure in place by rmly pressing
it over the front edge of the seat. Remove by
liing.
Open the clamp enough so that it may be secu-
red around the frame tubing. As you open you
will see the clamp locks go towards each other.
Add the basket to the crossbar supporng the
seat using the hooks.
Note correct posion of aachment and cup.
Before closing the clamp, take the aachment/
cup and place into the clamp locks. Once the
clamp is secured, these locks will hold the aach-
ment/cup securely in posion.
Cauon: DO NOT overload basket.

Tighten the rotang knob counter-clockwise.
Test to ensure stability before use.Gently unscrew the rotang knob clockwise to
loosen. Note: Maximum 45mm
Enter informaon on card provided with tag and
insert into sleeve.
Wrap the idencaon tag around the area to
which you will ax the tag. Bend the tag slightly
and insert the wide edge of the idencaon tag
through the keyhole opening.
Place the clip on the rollator frame under the
star handle with the cup facing towards the user.

Posion the slow-down brake so that the moun-
ng holes line up with the top hole of the rear
plasc fork. Install with screws provided, taking
care not to strip the screws.
Ensure that the bracket faces up as shown when
posioning the wheel.
Cauon: Only an authorized service agent
should install a slow-down brake.
Tighten the bolt with the nut. The bolt should
be completely through the nut (must be ght).
Cauon: Do not use if bolt is not secure or
wheel wobbles!
Slide the wheel into the plasc fork. Hold in
posion by reinserng the axle bolt through the
boom holes of the plasc fork and the hole in
the wheel.
Using a 5mm Allen Key, remove the axle bolt and
then slide out the wheel.

Brake and Usage/Adjustment
Damage may occur if:
• Handle not in neutral posion during adjust-
ment!
• Hexagon shape in bolt does not line up with
hexagon shape in plasc cap!
• Handle is twisted back and forth when inser-
ng bolt!
IMPORTANT ADJUSTMENT WARNINGS
LOCK THE BRAKE by pus-
hing down on the handle
(for the loop handle,
push down on the red
ball located at the end of
the handle). The handle
will lock into a downward
posion when properly
engaged.
RELEASE THE BRAKE by
pulling up on the handle.
BRAKE FOR SPEED CON-
TROL by squeezing on the
handle.
ADJUST THE BRAKE by
turning the screw on the
brake pad using an Allen
Key.
CLOCKWISE to
ghten brake.
COUNTER CLOCK-
WISE to loosen the
brake.
NOTE: DO NOT
OVERTIGHTEN!

Opening/Folding
IMPORTANT!
The nexus can be partly folded for passing
the rollator through narrow doorways.
TO FOLD
PULL UP on the seat strap
located in the middle of
the seat.
PULL APART push handles
to open the rollator into the
proper walking posion.
Raise the rollator to rest on
the rear wheels while pulling
apart.
PUSH DOWN on the seat
to lock into place.
CAUTION!
Never sit on the seat unless it is locked
into place and the brakes are in the
parked/locked posion.
Always use the seat center handle to fold the
rollator. Folding the rollator in any
other manner may cause injury.
If storing rollator for extended periods
of me in folded posion, raise handles
to avoid indentaon on seat.
