7) Remove 3/8”-24 lock nut, cam latch and spacer from Handle Assembly. Align handle with holes (shank
will pass through opening in drawer) and re-install the 10-32 flathead bolts/nuts using 1/8” Allen Wrench.
On the inside of the drawer, re-install the spacer, cam latch and 3/8”-24 lock nut on handle shank, tighten
nut only finger tight. Turn handle and note the position of the cam latch. The cam latch should be oriented
on handle shank so that it will secure drawer unit when handle is horizontal on drawer (see note #2).
8) Using a 9/16” Socket Wrench and a 1” Open End Wrench (to hold standoff parallel to drawer), attach the
two 1” square X 3-1/4” long stand offs to rear of Storage Box with 3/8”-16 X _” bolts and washers (see note
#3). Tighten securely.
9) Remove 3rd row seat from vehicle and also jack and jack tools from their storage area.
10) Fold 2nd row seats backs forward.
11) Remove the two rear cargo tie-down loops from rear of cargo area using a T50 Torx Wrench. Position
the two short 1” Round Spacers provided in the recesses where tie-down loops were removed. The Storage
Box will later be positioned over these standoffs and bolted into place.
12) Attach the Hold Down Straps to the outboard seat bracket using the 3/8” hex bolts and washers (use
9/16” End Wrench). The tapped holes should be used to attach strap to seat bracket (see note #4). Do not
tighten completely at this time.
13) Carefully slide drawer case into cargo area. Install 3/8” hex bolt and washer through top hole of Hold
Down Straps into Stand Off’s (attached in step #7). Do not tighten.
14) Install M10 X 60 Allen Bolts through case and 1” Round Spacer (positioned in step #10) and into
threaded holes that held tie-down loops. Tighten securely. Tighten all bolts on Hold Down Straps.
15) Guide drawer back into drawer slides and re-insert detent pins
16) Install Drawer Liner (foam) into drawer.
17) Install Cargo Liner by first centering liner on top of Drawer Unit. Then, insert the Cargo Liner Retention
Block into the recess molded into the cargo liner. Using the Phillips Head Screwdriver, install the three #8 X
1-1/4” Stainless Steel Wood Screws through the holes in the Retention Block and into the top of the Storage
Box (see note #5). Take care to make sure the liner is center before attaching.
18) Your Storage Box should be treated as you would the exterior of your vehicle. Wash with gentle soap
and water and rinse well. The easiest way to clean the drawer liner or cargo liner is with a damp cloth or
sponge. If using a cleaner, 409® or Glass Plus® work well. The use or Armor All®, Son-of-a-Gun® or
similar items is discouraged as the products make the liner slick.

year, from the date of purchase, with proof of purchase.
