Die Hype F-35 steht dem Original in nichts nach! Die Formteile des Modells sind aus dem Material HypoDur®
gefertigt und entsteigen bereits fertig lackiert dem Baukasten. Selbst winzigste Details wie Stoßkanten,
Nieten und Wartungsluken sind auf den Bauteilen liebevoll nachgebildet und verleihen der F-35 einen sehr
realistischen Look. Durch die absolut vorbildgetreue Formgebung ist das Modell in der Luft kaum vom
Original zu unterscheiden! Der Antrieb des Modells erfolgt über eine leistungsstarke Impellereinheit. Dabei
sitzt der Brushless-Motor stromlinienförmig in der Einheit und wird optimal gekühlt. Die Impellereinheit ist
im Heck des Modells integriert. Über einen Deckel auf der Rumpfunterseite ist der Impeller gut zugänglich.
Our scale replica of this outstanding jet ghter performs as well as the original. All form parts like fuse-
lage, wing and stabilizer are made of the innovative and lightweight material HypoDur®. This material
delivers maximum rigidity at minimum weight. All parts are fully painted in the shown design. Even small
details are reproduced in a very accurate way. The shape of the model is very close to the original, so
during ight the silhouette of the model looks almost real...! The model gets powered by a specially de-
signed brushless ducted fan unit. The brushless motor is placed in the middle of the fan. So the motor
gets cooled down in the best possible way. The ducted fan unit is placed in the rear of the fuselage. On
both sides, the model is equipped with two large air intakes. So the ducted fan can take all the air that is
needed. The brushless impeller unit is designed for 4s LiPo batteries with 14,8V.
Il Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning è un caccia interforze per il supporto tattico del programma Joint Strike
Fighter. La sua forma particolare ne fa uno dei modelli più accattivanti sia in aria che per terra. Hype F-35
è un modello ad alte prestazioni per piloti esperti. Il modello è realizzato in materiale espanso innovativo
e leggero denominato HYPODUR®. Tutte le parti stampate sono dettagliate e già colorate. Il modello
è motorizzato con una ventola intubata con motore brushless. Il regolatore di giri elettronico incluso è
adatto per batterie Lipo 14,8V / 2100 mAh. Su entrambi i lati della fusoliera ci sono delle prese d'aria.
F-35 è equipaggiato con un carrello retrattile che è già montato in fabbrica. Inoltre il modello comprende 8
microservi. L'utente deve aggiungere solo un radiocomando a 5 canali, la batteria Lipo e il caricabatterie
Lipo con balancer. Subito dopo la partenza, consigliamo di chiudere i carrelli per la massima performance
in volo. L'F-35 è una riproduzione fedele e la sua velocità mozzaato affascinerà piloti e spettatori.

Geben Sie reichlich Klebstoff auf die Wurzelrippen der
Höhenruderhälften und montieren Sie sie am Rumpf, wie
dargestellt. Achten Sie unbedingt auf den korrekten und
geraden Sitz der Höhenruder. Montieren Sie danach die
beiden Höhenrudergestänge. / Apply plenty of glue to the
elevator halfs and install them as shown. Take care that
the elevators are placed correctly to the fuselage. Afterthat
install both linkages to the elevators. / Applicare la colla
sulle radici dei piani di quota e posizionarli sulla fusoliera.
Devono essere posizionati diritti! Poi collegare i tiranti dei
piani di quota.
Geben Sie reichlich Klebstoff auf die Wurzelrippen der bei-
den Seitenleitwerke und setzen Sie sie auf Rumpf auf, wie
dargestellt. Achten Sie unbedingt auf den korrekten und
geraden Sitz der Leitwerke. / Apply plenty of glue to rud-
ders and install them as shown. Take care that the rudders
are placed correctly to the fuselage. / Applicare colla sulla
radice dei piani mobili del direzionale a posizionarli come
mostrato, devono essere perfettamente diritti.
2. Der Zusammenbau / The Assembly /
L'assemblaggio
Geben Sie etwas Klebstoff auf die Rumpfspitze und set-
zen Sie sie exakt auf. / Apply some glue to the nose cone
and install it as shown. / Applicare un po' di colla sul cono
del muso e montarlo come mostrato.
Geben Sie etwas Klebstoff auf die Kabinenhaube und set-
zen Sie sie exakt auf. / Apply some glue to the canopy and
install it as shown. / Applicare un po' di colla sulla cabina e
montarla come mostrato in foto.
Geben Sie reichlich Klebstoff auf die Wurzelrippen der
Tragächenhälften und montieren Sie sie am Rumpf, wie
dargestellt. Achten Sie unbedingt auf den korrekten und
geraden Sitz der Tragächen. Montieren Sie danach die
beiden Querrudergestänge. / Apply plenty of glue to the
root of the wing halfs and install them as shown. Take care
that the wing halfs are placed correctly to the fuselage.
Afterthat install both linkages to the ailerons. /Applicare
parecchia colla sulla radice delle due semiali e montarle
come mostrato, facendo attenzione al corretto posiziona-
mento rispetto alla fusoliera. Poi collegare i comandi degli
alettoni.

nach alle Funktionen am Sender. Vorsicht im Umganmg
mit dem Impeller! / Check the function of all rudders. First
switch on the transmitter. Afterthat connect the LiPo-Batte-
ry to the controller in the model. Move all rudders one
by one. Attention! Be careful with the rotating impeller! /
Controllare se tutti piani mobili si muovono correttamente.
Prima accendere la trasmittente, poi collegare la batteria
carica; ora provare i vari comandi sulla trasmittente. Atten-
zione con la ventola intubata!
Stellen Sie die maximalen Ruderausschläge gemäß der
nachfolgenden Werte ein. Geben Sie auf beide Steuer-
funktionen 35% Exponential. / Adjust the maximum travel
of the control aps according to the sketch below. Add to
both functions 35% exponential. / Regolare l’escursione
massima dei piani mobili secondo il disegno qui sotto.
Aggiungere ad entrambe funzioni 35 % di esponenziale.
Überprüfen Sie nun das Einziehfahrwerk. Stellen Sie den
Schalter am Sender auf "ausgefahren". Korrigieren Sie,
falls erforderlich, die Länge des Gestänges am Servohorn.
/ Check the function of the retractable landing gear. Put
the switch on the transmitter into extended position. If
necessary, correct the length of the linkage at the servo
horn. / Ora controllare il carrello di atterraggio. Posizionare
l'interruttore sulla trasmittente su "aperto", eventualmente
correggere la lunghezza delle aste di comando sulla squa-
dretta del servo.

Geben Sie etwas Klebstoff auf die Raketenhalterung und
setzen Sie die beiden Raketen exakt auf. / Apply some
glue to the missile mounts and install both missiles as
shown. / Applicare colla sui supporti dei razzi e posizionar-
li come mostrato.
Schließen Sie die Servos an dem Empfänger an. Be-
achten Sie hierzu auch die Hersteller-Anweisungen des
Herstellers. Setzen Sie anschließend den Empfänger in
den Rumpf ein und sichern Sie ihn gegen Verrutschen
im Modell. / Connect the servos to the receiver. Please
note also the instruction manual from the radio system.
Afterthat install the receiver into the fuselage and x it
securely. /Collegare la ricevente (leggere le istruzioni del
produttore). Poi posizionare la ricevente nella fusoliera e
ssarla in maniera tale che non si possa spostare.
Setzen Sie den LiPo-Akku durch die Öffnung in der
Rumpfoberseite ein. Schieben Sie den Akku ganz nach
vorn und sichern Sie ihn gegen Verrutschen. / Insert the
LiPo battery into the fuselage via the hatch on the top
side of the fuselage. Push the battery to the front and x it
securely! / Inserire la batterie Lipo, spingerla tutta in avanti
e ssarla in maniera tale che non possa scivolare.
Prüfen Sie nun, ob sich alle Ruder korrekt bewegen.
Zuerst den Sender einschalten. Danach den geladenen
Antriebsakku im Modell anschließen. Betätigen Sie der
Reihe
Schalten Sie stets ZUERST den Sender und
DANACH das Modell ein, um ein unkontrolliertes
Anlaufen des Motors zu vermeiden. Beim Aus-
schalten wird ZUERST das Modell und DANACH
der Sender ausgeschaltet!
FIRST switch on the transmitter. AFTERTHAT
connect the LiPo-Battery to the controller in the
model. When switching off, FIRST disconnect the
LiPo-Battery from the controller. AFTERTHAT
switch off the transmitter!
Sempre accendere PRIMA la trasmittente e solo
successivamente collegare la batteria LiPO, per
evitare che il motore possa avviarsi accidental-
mente. Quando spegnete, fate all'inverso: prima
spegnere il modello, poi la trasmittente!

SCHWERPUNKT / CENTER OF GRAVITY / BARICENTRO
Abschließend muss der Schwerpunkt am Modell überprüft werden. Dazu werden alle Komponenten (auch der Akku!)
im Modell montiert, das Fahrwerk muss ausgefahren sein. Der Schwerpunkt liegt 100 mm hinter der Nasenleiste am
gezeigten Punkt. Unterstützen Sie das Modell mit zwei Fingern exakt an diesen Punkten und beobachten Sie, wie
das Modell auspendelt. Die Nase des Modells sollte sich leicht nach unten neigen. Dann ist der Schwerpunkt optimal
justiert. / Before the rst ight you have to check the center of gravity. For doing so you have to mount all components
(also the battery!) in to the model, the landing gear must be extended. The CG is placed 100 mm behind the nose cone
of the main wing at the marked spot. Support the model exactly at the marked spots on the bottom side of the wing. Put
the model on two ngers and watch the fuselage. The nose should point slightly to the ground. Then the CG is placed
correctly! / Vericare il baricentro del modello. A questo scopo dovrete montare tutti i componenti nel modello, anche la
batteria e aprire il carrello retrattile. Il baricentro si trova a 100 mm dietro al bordo di entrata nel punto mostrato. Soste-
nete il modello tra due dita nché non è in equilibrio, il muso deve puntare leggermente verso terra.

3. Der Drehzahlsteller / Speed Controller /
regolatore di giri
Der im Modell eingebaute Brushless-Drehzahlsteller ist
bereits fertig programmiert und perfekt auf das Modell
abgestimmt. Sollten Sie jedoch Änderungen an dem
Regler-Setup vornehmen wollen, nden Sie nachfolgend
die Programmieranleitung zu dem Regler. Wir empfehlen
ausdrücklich nur erfahrenen Piloten, Änderungen am
Regler-Setup vorzunehmen! / The installed brushless-
speedcontrollers is ready to go programmed so thst it
ts perfectly for this model. In case you want to change
setup parameters you will nd the programming manu-
al in the following. Please note that only experienced
pilots should do changes on the speedcontroller setup! /
Il regolatore di giri brushless montato nel modello è già
programmato. Se desiderate fare delle modiche, qui
trovate le istruzioni per la programmazione. Consigliamo
espressamente solo a piloti esperti di apportare modi-
che al setup del regolatore!!
So gelangen Sie in den Programmiermodus des Reglers:
/ Entering the Programming Mode of the speed control-
ler: / Per entrare nel menu programmazione del regola-
tore:
1. Sender einschalten und Gasknüppel auf Vollgas stel-
len. / Switch your Transmitter on and set the throttle to its
maximum position / 1. Accendere la TX e mettere lo stick
motore in posizione massimo motore.
2. LiPo-Akku am Regler anschließen. / Connect the
battery pack to the speedcontroller. / Collegare la batteria
LIPO con il regolatore.
3. Warten bis Sie zwei kurze Beep-Signale hören. / Wait
until you hear two short beep signals, conrming that
the speedcontroller has now entered the programming
mode. / Attendere nché sentite due brevi beep.
4. Wenn Sie innerhalb von fünf Sekunden den Gasknüp-
pel auf Leerlauf stellen, wird ein Beep-Signal gesendet.
Damit ist der Gasweg am Regler neu kalibriert worden.
Wird der Gasknüppel in der Vollgasposition belassen,
beginnt der Regler die einzelnen Parameter sequentiell
zu durchlaufen. / If within 5 seconds, the throttle stick
is lowered to its minimum position, an audible tone is
emitted conrming that the throttle calibration setting
has changed. If the throttle stick is left in the maximum
position for more than 5 seconds, the speedcontroller will
begin the sequence with the programmable parameters.
/ Se entro 5 secondi portate lo stick motore in posizione
minima, sentite un beep. Ora la calibrazione del motore
è stata fatta da capo. Se lasciate lo stick in posizione
massima, dopo 5 secondi entrate nella sequenza dei
parametri programmabili.
5. Wenn der gewünschte Parameter durch die Beep-
Signale angezeigt wird, den Gasknüppel auf Leerlauf
stellen. Mit zwei kurzen Beeps bestätigt der Regler, dass
der neue Wert gespeichert worden ist. / When the desi-
red tone for the function and setting option is reached,
move the throttle stick down to its minimum position. The
speedcontroller will emit two beeps conrming the new
setting has been stored. / Quando sentite i beep corris-
pondenti alla funzione che volete programmare, portate
lo stick del motore al minimo. Poi, il regolatore confer-
merà con due brevi beep che il nuovo valore è stato
memorizzato.
6. Der Regler kann nur einen Parameter zur Zeit verän-
dern. Um einen weiteren Parameter zu verändern, muss
der Regler für fünf Sekunden vom Akku getrennt werden.
Danach muss das Procedere erneut durchlaufen wer-
den. / The speedcontroller only allows the setting of one
function at a time. Therefore should you require making
changes to other function, disconnect the battery pack
and wait 5 seconds to reconnect the battery and repeat
the above steps. / Il regolatore può modicare solo un pa-
rametro alla volta. Per programmare un secondo valore,
dovete staccare il regolatore per 5 secondi dalla batteria.
Poi dovrete partire da capo.

4.1 Laufrichtung der Ruder / Sterring Direction Of Flight Controls / direzione dei piani mobili
Vor dem Erstug des Modells muß unbedingt die Laufrichtung aller Ruder überprüft werden. / Before the rst ight of the model, the
steering direction must be checked carefully! / prima del primo volo dovrete controllare il senso di escursione dei piani mobili
Höhenruder / Elevator / piano di quota
Wird der Höhenruderknüppel am Sender nach hinten gezogen, muß das Höhenruder nach oben ausschlagen. Wird der Höhenruder-
knüppel nach vorn gedrückt, muß das Höhenruder nach unten ausschlagen. / When you pull the elevator stick, the elevator has to
move up, the model will climb. When you push the elevator stick, the elevator has to move down, the model will decline. / Tirando lo
stick del piano di quota, il piano mobile deve andare in sù, spingendolo in avanti, il piano deve andare giù.
Seitenruder / Rudder / direzionale
Das Modell wird von hinten betrachtet. Wird der Seitenruderknüppel am Sender nach links bewegt, müssen beide Ruder nach links
ausschlagen. Entsprechend umgekehrt erfolgt der Ausschlag für die andere Richtung. / Take a look to the model from behind. When
you move the rudder stick to the left, both rudders have to move to the left. For the right side it works accordingly. /Guardare il modello
da dietro: muovendo lo stick del direzionale a sinistra, il piano mobile si muove a sinistra e vice versa.
Querruder / Aileron / alettoni
Das Modell wird von hinten betrachtet. Wird der Querruderknüppel am Sender nach links bewegt, muß die linke Querruderklappe nach
oben und die rechte Querruderklappe nach unten ausschlagen. Entsprechend umgekehrt erfolgen die Ausschläge für die andere Rich-
tung. / Take a look to the model from behind. When you move the aileron stick to the left, the left ap has to move up and the right ap
has to move down. For the right side it works accordingly. / Guardando il modello da dietro e muovendo lo stick degli alettoni a sinistra,
l'alettone sinistra deve andare sù e quello destro in giù. E vice versa.
Motor / Motor / motore
Wird der Gasknüppel in die Leerlauf Position gebracht, muß der Motor stillstehen. Bei Vollgas muss der Motor seine maximale Dreh-
zahl erreichen. / When you move the throttle stick to idle, the motor has to stop completely. Putting the throttle stick to full power, the
motor has to reach its maximum rpm. / Portando lo stick motore in posizione minimo, il motore si deve fermare, in posizione massima
invece deve andare ai massimi giri.
4.2 Startvorgang / Take Off / partenza
• Starten Sie prinzipiell immer gegen den Wind! / Alwas start the model against the wind! / Partite sempre contro il vento.
• Überprüfen Sie die Funktion aller Ruder vor jedem(!) Start. / Check all rudder controls before each(!) start. / Controllate tutti i piani
mobili prima della partenza.
• Geben Sie Vollgas und korrigieren Sie in Bodennähe nur mit kleinen Steuerausschlägen. / For take off always use maximum power.
When you are near the ground only small control action is recommended. / Per la partenza accelerare al massimo.
• Steigen Sie in einem achen Winkel. / Climb in a smooth angle. / Salire in un angolo piatto.
4.3 Landevorgang / Landing Procedure / Atterraggio
• Drosseln Sie den Motor und iegen Sie in 30 m Entfernung mit Rückenwind parallel zur Landebahn. / Reduce motor power and y
parallel to the runway in a distance of 30 meters. / Diminuire i giri motore e volare a 30 m di distanza parallelamente alla pista di atter-
raggio.
• Fliegen Sie eine 90° Kurve in Richtung Landebahn und bauen Sie Höhe ab. / Turn 90° to the runway and decline continously. / Effettu-
ate ora una virata a 90° in direzione della pista di atterraggio e diminuite la quota.
• Fliegen Sie erneut eine 90° Kurve, Sie iegen nun direkt auf die Landebahn zu. Turn again 90° to the runway and decline continously.
You are now approaching the runway. / Effettuate un'ulteriore virata a 90° in direzione della pista e continuate a scendere.
• Lassen Sie das Modell weiter sinken bis das Modell 1 m über der Landebahn schwebt. / Decline until you are about 1 meter over the
runway. / Continuate la discesa no a librarvi 1 m sulla pista.
• Ziehen Sie den Höhenruderknüppel etwas stärker und halten Sie ihn gezogen. / Pull the elevator carefully and keep it pulled. / Tirate
lo stick del piano di quota un po' di più e tenetelo tirato.
• Je mehr sich das Modell dem Boden nähert, desto mehr muß der Höhenruderknüppel gezogen werden. Da das Modell ständig lang-
samer wird, setzt es sich praktisch von allein auf die Landebahn. / The closer you come to the ground the more you have to pull the
elevator. As the model gets slower, it will land more or less automatically. / Più vi avvicinate al suolo, più dovrete tirare il piano di quota.
Il modello rallenta continuamente atterrando praticamente da solo sulla pista.

5. Sicherheitshinweise / Safety Instructions / Per la vostra sicurezza
Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise für Modelle mit Elektroantrieb
 Dieses Modell ist kein Spielzeug, geeignet für Modellsportler ab 14 Jahren.
 Schalten Sie stets ZUERST den Sender und DANACH das Modell ein, um ein unkontrolliertes Anlaufen des Motors zu
vermeiden. Beim Ausschalten wird ZUERST das Modell und DANACH der Sender ausgeschaltet!

 Verwenden Sie das fertige Modell ausschließlich gemäß seiner vorgesehenen Bestimmung, wie unter dem Kapitel
„Hinweise zur Bedienung“ in der Bauanleitung / Bedienungsanleitung erläutert.
 Montieren Sie das Modell grundsätzlich nur nach der Bauanleitung / Bedienungsanleitung zusammen. Nehmen Sie
Umbauten nur vor, unter Verwendung von empfohlenen original Ersatz- und Tuningteilen aus dem Hause
KYOSHO Deutschland.
 Beachten Sie hierzu die Gebrauchsanweisung anderweitig zur Anwendung kommender
Komponenten (z.B. Fernsteuerungsanleitung).
 Die Inbetriebnahme ist nicht eher gestattet, bis das Modell laut beiliegender Bauanleitung komplett montiert ist.
 Überprüfen Sie vor der Inbetriebnahme des Modelles die Funktionssicherheit laut Checkliste und benutzen Sie
einen Frequenzkanal, der nicht bereits von anderen Modellsportlern belegt ist oder diese stört.
 Betreiben Sie das Modell nur dort, wo sich keinerlei Personen oder Tiere aufhalten und eine Beschädigung
anderer Güter auszuschließen ist. Handeln Sie eigenverantwortlich und überprüfen Sie das gewählte Gelände
vor Inbetriebnahme des Modells auf seine Eignung.
 Stoppen Sie das Modell unverzüglich bei einer Störung und beseitigen Sie sofort die Ursache, falls Sie keine
Kontrolle mehr über das Modell haben.
 Berühren Sie keine rotierenden und/oder heißen Motorteile während des Betriebes oder der Abkühlphase.
 Warten Sie Ihr Modell nach jedem Einsatz und ersetzen Sie Verschleißteile, um einen sicheren Betrieb zu gewährleisten.
 Fassen Sie das Modell während und nach dem Betrieb stets so an, daß Sie keinesfalls mit Teilen des Antriebs
in Berührung kommen.
 Bedenken Sie, daß Kunststoffteile bei niedrigen Außentemperaturen in Ihrer Schlagzähigkeit nachlassen können,
daß heißt, die Belastungsfähigkeit sinkt.
 Sofern Sie nicht über ausreichende Kentnisse im Umgang mit Funktionsmodellen verfügen, wenden Sie sich an
einen erfahrenen Modellsportler oder Modellbauclub.
 Schützen Sie sich bei Testläufen vor, eventuell durch rotierende Teile, aufgewirbeltem Schmutz bzw. Steinchen.
 Schützen Sie alle elektrischen Komponenten vor Wasser und Fremdkörpern.
 Sorgen Sie dafür, daß der Motor nicht überlastet oder blockiert wird.
 Lassen Sie den Motor nach dem Betrieb ausreichend abkühlen.
 Laden und entladen Sie Ihre Akkus sorgfältig und achten Sie darauf, daß die Akkus und Anschlußkabel keinerlei
Beschädigungen aufweisen.
 Schließen Sie den Akku niemals "kurz" durch Zusammenführen des Plus- und Minuspols.
 Verlegen Sie die Kabel im und am Modell so, daß diese nicht in oder an rotierende oder heiße Teile geraten.
 Stellen Sie sicher, daß der Fahrtenregler ungehindert funktionieren kann.

 Do not y the model before you have nished the assembly completely according to this manual.
 Before you y, check all functions of the model carefully. Check if your frequency is clear and not used by any
other pilots in your area. This may cause radio interference.
 Never y your model near other human beings, animals or other obstacles. You are responsible for ying the model, so
you have to check carefully your ight area.
 Stop ying immediately if you realize any radio interference. Check the system for the cuase and change the frequency
if necessary.
 Do not touch any moving or hot motor parts during action! Let all components cool down before you handle them.
 Check your model carefully after each ight. Replace parts if they are worn out or if they are defective.
 Keep your hands out of reach from rotating or hot parts of the model.
 Keep in mind that plastic parts easily break under cold temperature conditions.
 If you are a novice in ying you should ask experienced pilots for assistance during your rst ights.
 Protect yourself from dust and other small things when you test run your propeller drive on the ground.
 Keep all electronic components dry and clean!
 Take care that your motor does not get overload or gets blocked under full power.
 Let the motor cool down after restarting the model again.
 Charge your batteries carefully. Always watch the charging process and make sure all connectors are in good conditions.
 Do not shorten the battery by connecting the pluspole with the minuspole directly!
 Make sure that the wires do not touch rotating or hot parts of the model.
