Dopo aver rimosso l’apparecchio dalla confezione, controllare
l’integrità della fornitura in base al disegno e l’eventuale
presenza di danni da trasporto. In caso di dubbio, non utilizzare

l’apparecchio e rivolgersi al servizio di assistenza autorizzato.
Tenere il sacchetto di plastica lontano dalla portata dei bambini;
Prima di collegare l’apparecchio, controllare che i dati tecnici
(8) corrispondano a quelli della rete elettrica disponibile. I dati
tecnici di identificazione (8) si trovano sull’apparecchio.
Il presente apparecchio deve essere utilizzato unicamente allo
scopo per cui è stato progettato, ovvero come tritatutto per uso
domestico. Qualsiasi altro utilizzo è considerato non conforme
e pertanto pericoloso.
Gli apparecchi possono essere utilizzati da persone con
ridotte capacità fisiche, sensoriali o mentali o con mancanza
di esperienza e di conoscenza se sono sorvegliati oppure
se hanno ricevuto istruzioni riguardo l’utilizzo in sicurezza
dell’apparecchio e se ne hanno capito i pericoli implicati.
Questo apparecchio non deve essere utilizzato dai bambini.
Tenere l’apparecchio ed il suo cavo fuori dalla portata dei
bambini.
I bambini non devono utilizzare l’apparecchio come gioco.
NON utilizzare l’apparecchio con mani o piedi bagnati o
umidi.
NON tirare il cavo di alimentazione o l’apparecchio
stesso, per staccare la spina dalla presa di corrente.
NON esporre l’apparecchio all’umidità o all’influsso di
agenti atmosferici (pioggia, sole).
Disinserire sempre la spina dall’alimentazione elettrica
prima della pulizia, manutenzione o eventuale cambio degli
accessori e in caso di mancato utilizzo dell’apparecchio.

spegnerlo e non manometterlo. Per l’eventuale riparazione
rivolgersi solamente ad un centro di assistenza tecnica

Se il cavo di alimentazione è danneggiato, esso deve essere

modo da prevenire ogni rischio.

L’apparecchio è destinato esclusivamente a un uso in
ambienti domestici chiusi.
NON immergere mai l’apparecchio in acqua o non metterlo
mai sotto un rubinetto di acqua corrente.
L’apparecchio NON è destinato a essere fatto funzionare
per mezzo di un temporizzatore esterno o con un sistema di
comando a distanza separato o simili.
NON usare l’apparecchio vicino al lavandino pieno
d’acqua. Durante l’uso l’apparecchio deve essere posto in
modo che non possa cadere nel lavandino.
NON utilizzare in prossimità del piano cottura della
cucina. Prestare attenzione affinché il cavo non venga a
contatto con superfici calde, incandescenti, fiamme libere,
pentole e altri utensili.
NON toccare mai le parti in movimento.
Lavare le parti destinate al contatto con gli alimenti prima
dell’utilizzo.
NON lasciare residui di cibo nel contenitore per un periodo
superiore al tempo di preparazione necessario.
Prestare particolare attenzione nel maneggiare le lame
taglienti, quando la boccia viene svuotata del lavorato e
durante la pulizia.
Togliere la protezione dalle lame taglienti prima di utilizzarle.
NON mettere nel forno a microonde il contenitore del tritatutto.
Lasciar raffreddare gli alimenti caldi a temperatura ambiente
(o max 40 °C) prima di inserirli nel contenitore del tritatutto.

• Disimballare l’apparecchio e rimuovere eventuali inserti o etichette adesive dal prodotto.
• Togliere la protezione dalle lame (3) [Fig. B].
• Lavare i componenti smontabili: le lame (3), il contenitore (4) e i vasetti (6) a mano con
acqua e detergente o in lavastoviglie senza superare la temperatura di 55 °C.
• Pulire il disco di sicurezza (2) con una spugna umida e ben strizzata.
• Asciugare con un panno asciutto.
MONTAGGIO
• Inserire le lame (3) sul perno (5) [Fig.C].
NON usare il tritatutto solo con ingredienti liquidi.
NON tritare formaggio grana.
Tagliare gli ingredienti in piccoli pezzi.
NON superare il livello massimo indicato sulla boccia di lavorazione (4).
Per ragioni di sicurezza, non è possibile utilizzare l’apparecchio senza
installare correttamente il disco di sicurezza (2).
NON inserire più di 50 gr. di carne cruda o di cibi solidi.
Dopo 30 secondi di funzionamento lasciare raffreddare l’apparecchio.
Dopo 5 cicli di lavorazione continua, lasciarlo a raffreddare per almeno 30
minuti.
• Mettere gli ingredienti tagliati in piccole porzioni nel contenitore (4).
• Inserire il disco di sicurezza (2) all’interno del contenitore (4) [Fig. D].
• Posizionare il blocco motore (1) sul contenitore (4).
• Inserire la spina elettrica (7) nella presa della corrente.
• Premere verso il basso il corpo motore (1) per far funzionare l’apparecchio [Fig. E].
• Rilasciare il corpo motore (1) per spegnere l’apparecchio.
• Prima di sollevare il corpo motore (1), attendere fino a quando le lame (3) non si siano
fermate.
• Togliere la spina elettrica (7) nella presa della corrente.

• Dopo aver eseguito l’operazione di utilizzo, procedere alla pulizia dell’apparecchio.
• Lavare i componenti smontabili: le lame (3), il contenitore (4) e i vasetti (6) a mano con
acqua e detergente o in lavastoviglie senza superare la temperatura di 55 °C.
• Pulire il disco di sicurezza (2) e il corpo motore con una spugna umida e ben strizzata.
• Asciugare con un panno asciutto.
Se si verificasse uno dei problemi indicati, adottare la soluzione proposta:

SMALTIMENTO
L’imballaggio del prodotto è composto da materiali riciclabili. Smaltirlo in conformità
alle norme di tutela ambientale.
Ai sensi della norma europea 2002/96/CE, l’apparecchio in disuso deve essere
smaltito in modo conforme. I materiali riciclabili contenuti nell’apparecchio vengono
recuperati, al fine di evitare il degrado ambientale.Per maggiori informazioni, rivolgersi
all’ente di smaltimento locale o al rivenditore dell’apparecchio.
Per le riparazioni o l’acquisto dei ricambi rivolgersi al servizio autorizzato di assistenza ai
clienti IMETEC contattando il Numero Verde sotto riportato o consultando il sito internet.

FOR THE CHOPPER
Dear customer, IMETEC thanks you for having purchased this product. We are certain you
will appreciate the quality and reliability of this appliance, designed and manufactured with
customer satisfaction in mind. This instruction manual has been drawn up in compliance
with the European Standard EN 62079.
Instructions and warnings for safe use
Before using this appliance, carefully read the
instructions and in particular the safety warnings,
and illustrative guide with the appliance for future
consultation. Should you pass the appliance on
to another user, make sure to also include this
documentation.
NOTE:
should certain parts of this booklet be difficult to
understand or should doubts arise, contact the company before
using the product, at the address indicated on the last page.

SAFETY WARNINGS
After having removed the appliance from its packaging,
verify its integrity based on the drawing and any presence
of damage caused by transport. If in doubt, do not use the
appliance and contact an authorised service centre.

Before connecting the appliance, check that the technical
data (8) match the mains supply.The identification technical
data (8) are found on the appliance.
This appliance must be used only for the purpose for
which it was designed, namely as a chopper for home use.
Any other use is considered not compliant and therefore
dangerous.
The appliances can be used by persons with reduced
physical,sensoryormental capabilitiesorlack of experience
and knowledge if they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way
and understand the hazards involved.

authorised technical service centre, so as to prevent all
risks.
The appliance is designed exclusively for indoor domestic
use.
NEVER immerse the appliance in water and never place
it under running water.

The appliance is NOT intended to be used with an external
timer or through a separate remote control or similar
systems.
DO NOT use the appliance near a washbasin full of water.
During use, the appliance must be placed in such a way
that it cannot fall in the washbasin.
DO NOT use near a hob. Pay attention that the cable does
not come into contact with hot, incandescent surfaces,
open flames, pots and other utensils.
NEVER touch the moving parts.
Wash the parts that come in contact with the food before
using them.
DO NOT leave any food residue in the container for more
time than is required for the preparation.
Pay special attention when handling sharp blades when
processed material is removed from the bowl for cleaning
purposes.
Remove the protection from the sharp blades before using
them.
DO NOT place the container of the chopper in the
microwave.
Let hot food reach room temperature (max 40°C) before
placing it in the chopper container.

CLEANING BEFORE FIRST USE
• Unpack the appliance and remove any inserts or adhesive labels from the product.
• Remove the protection from the blades (3) [Fig. B].
• Wash the removable components: the blades (3), the container (4) and the jars (6) by
hand with soap and water or in the dishwasher without exceeding 55 °C.
• Clean the protection ring (2) with a damp, well-wrung sponge.
• Dry with a dry cloth.
ASSEMBLY
• Insert the blades (3) on the pin (5) [Fig.C].
USE
• DO NOT use the chopper solely with liquid ingredients.
DO NOT chop parmesan cheese.
Chop the ingredients into small pieces.
DO NOT exceed the maximum level indicated on the bowl (4).
For safety reasons, the appliance must not be used if the protection ring (2)
has not been properly installed.
DO NOT introduce more than 50 g of raw meat or solid food.
After 30 seconds of operation, let the appliance cool down.
After 5 continuous processing cycles, leave the appliance to cool down for
at least 30 minutes.
• Place the ingredients chopped into small portions in the container (4).
• Place the protection ring (2) inside the container (4) [Fig. D].
• Place the motor unit (1) on the container (4).
• Insert the plug (7) in the socket.
• Press the motor unit (1) down to operate the appliance [Fig. E].
• Release the motor casing (1) to stop the appliance.
• Before lifting the motor casing (1), wait for the blades (3) to stop.
• Remove the plug (7) from the socket.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Clean the appliance after having used it.
• Wash the removable components: the blades (3), the container (4) and the jars (6) by
hand with soap and water or in the dishwasher without exceeding 55 °C.
• Clean the protection ring (2) and the motor casing with a damp and well-wrung sponge.
• Dry with a dry cloth.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Should one of the problems indicated occur, adopt the proposed solution:

The meat did not homogenize
properly. Add pieces of cooked vegetables, mix and resume the processing.
The fruit did not homogenize
properly.
Add a little water, mix and resume the processing.
Add soft fruit such as banana or pear, mix and resume the processing.
DISPOSAL
The product is packaged in recyclable materials. Dispose of it in compliance with the
environmental protection standards.
The appliance must be disposed of in compliance with EU standard 2002/96/EC.
The recyclable materials contained in the appliance must be collected to prevent
environmental pollution. For further information contact the local waste authority or
the appliance retailer.
