Important!
1. Class - HC (according to EN ISO 20957) for home use.
2. User weight should not exceed 110.
3. This training apparatus is intended for the standard and commonly practiced art of bike
riding only. Anything other than this is inappropriate
In order to prevent accidents and or injury, please read and follow these simple rules:
Do not allow children to platy in the area of this device, it is not a toy.
Control and tighten all screws, nuts, bolts and the saddle and pedals on a regular basis.
Check your equipment regularly for signs of ware. Replace defective parts immediately. In
the event of any defect, cease usage until fully repaired.
Keep hands and free clear of the chain and crank case in the absence of the housing cover.
Avoid wearing baggy clothing as this may get tangled up in the machinery. Choose only
appropriate trainings clothing.
Do not attempt to ride bare foot. Use only appropriate training shoes.
Do not stand on this device.
Place your home trainer on a solid flat surface for training.
Refrain from training directly before and or after meals.
Before starting any type of fitness training, consult your Doctor.
IMPORTANT!
Do not discard the carton until you have successfully completed the assembly
Please read the instructions carefully before starting
Take and audit of all existing parts that are found inside the carton, match them with the
included parts list.

Attached the stabilizer (9&2) to the main frame(1).through the
steel plate (84).and fixed with hex head bolt (5).washer(7)
.plastic washer(6)& nut cap(8).by screw driver.

Loosen the adjustable knob(49),a nd insert the upright post(47)
and seat post (50) into main fra me(1),then fixed tightly the
adjustable knob(49).
