General information
Reading and storing the user manual
This user manual accompanies this pool lounge (refer-
red to below only as the “lounge”). It contains important
information about using and handling the product.
Before using the lounge, read the user manual carefully.
This particularly applies to the safety instructions. Failure to heed this
user manual may result in severe injury, or damage to the lounge.
Store the user manual for future use. If you pass the lounge on to
third parties, please be absolutely sure to include this user manual.
Explanation of symbols
The following symbols and signal words are used in this user manual,
on the lounge or on the packaging.
WARNING!
This signal symbol/word desig-

Safety
Proper use
The lounge is exclusively designed to be used as an aid when swim-
ming in a swimming pool. It is only intended for private use and not
suitable for commercial purposes.
Only use the lounge as described in this user manual. Using it in any
other way is deemed improper and may result in damage to property
or personal injury. The lounge is exclusively suitable for swimmers. It
is not a life-saving device nor is it a children’s toy.
The manufacturer or vendor cannot be held liable for damages in-
curred through improper or incorrect use.
Safety notes
WARNING!
Risk of drowning!
Improper use of the lounge may lead to drowning.
− Never use the lounge to provide protection
against drowning. Never let non-swimmers use
the lounge.
− Never use the lounge on open water (lakes, rivers,
in the ocean etc.), in strong winds, fast currents or
dangerous tides.
− Never exceed the maximum permissible weight.
The lounge is capable of carrying a weight of no
more than 220lbs (100kg).
− Do not let children under the age of 14 use the
lounge.

− Do not use the lounge if you are under the influ-
ence of alcohol or other drugs.
− Do not use the lounge if you are tired or exhaust-
ed.
− Never use the lounge if it is damaged.
− Do not use the lounge for white water rafting or
other extreme sports.
− Evenly distribute your weight on the lounge.
− Never let a person jump on the lounge or jump off
the lounge into the water.
− Keep a sufficient distance between your head and
the swimming pool cover. Never swim in tunnels
or under bridges if there is not enough distance to
your head.
WARNING!
Danger of suffocation!
The lounge is not suitable for infants and children up
to 14 years of age. If the lounge has not been inflated,
there is a risk of suffocation for persons, who get under
the outer ring or head section.
− Keep infants and small children away from the
outer ring and head section of the lounge if they
are not inflated.
− If children are unsupervised, do not let them play
with the lounge, in its vicinity or with the packag-
ing wrapper. They may get caught in it when play-
ing and suffocate.

Improper handling of the lounge may damage it.
− Never use the lounge in water if there are debris
or obstacles nearby.
− Never place the lounge near hot surfaces (barbe-
cue grills etc.).
− Never expose the lounge to high temperatures
(heaters etc.) or to the effects of the weather (hail
etc.). Never fill the lounge with liquid.

Checking the lounge and product contents
NOTICE!
Risk of damage!
If you are not cautious when opening the packaging
with a sharp knife or other pointy object, you may
quickly damage the lounge.
− For this reason, be very careful when opening it.
1. Remove the lounge from the packaging.
2. Check to make sure that the delivery is complete (see fig. A).
3. Check whether the lounge or the individual parts exhibit any da-
mage. If this is the case, do not use the lounge. Contact the manu-
facturer at the service address specified on the back side.

Inflating the lounge
WARNING!
Risk of drowning!
If the inner tube and head cushion are not sufficiently
inflated, there is a risk of drowning.
− Make sure that the lounge is sufficiently inflated
before and during use. Check the air pressure
regularly, especially on hot or cold days.
NOTICE!
Risk of damage!
Improperly inflating the lounge may cause it to ex-
plode.
− Never use a high pressure compressor to inflate
the lounge.
− Only inflate the lounge with cold air.
− Do not over inflate the lounge. Do not exceed the
maximum air pressure of 0.44 psi (0.03bar).
1. Look for a clean area where there are no rocks or other sharp-
edged or pointy objects.
2. Pull the valves 5out of the outer ring 3and the head section 1.
3. Open the valve caps 6.
4. Inflate the inner tube 3and the head cushion 1one after
another. Use a foot or hand pump to do so.
The lounge has been inflated when the outer ring and the head
section feel firm, but are not too hard.
5. Close the valves and push them into the lounge.

1. Pull the valves 5out of the outer ring 3and the head section
1.
2. Open the valve caps 6.
3. Squeeze the valve together with two fingers whilst pressing the
air out of the lounge. If necessary, have a second person help you.
Cleaning
NOTICE!
Risk of damage!
Using the wrong cleaners could damage the lounge.
− Do not use a steam cleaner for cleaning. Other-
wise, the lounge could be damaged.
− Do not use any aggressive cleaners, brushes with
metal or nylon bristles or sharp or metallic clean-
ing utensils such as knives, hard scrapers and the
like. They could damage the surfaces.
1. Clean the lounge with clean water every time after use. If present,
use a garden hose for this.
2. Then let all parts dry completely.

WARNING!
Risk of drowning!
Damages to the lounge, if not identified, pose a risk of
drowning.
− Stop using the lounge if the inner tube or the
head cushion leak or lose air.
Water at least 1 hour after repairing the lounge befo-
re you inflate it.
1. Check the seams and valves 5for leaks on a regular basis. For
this, spray soapy water on the area where you suspect there is a
leak and check for bubbles.
2. If you have discovered a leak, open the valves and deflate the
lounge (see chapter “Deflating the air”).
3. Clean the applicable area thoroughly.
4. Cut a sufficiently large piece off of the enclosed repair patch 4.
The repair patch must overlap the leak by approx. 0.59" (1.5 cm).
5. Round out the edges of the repair patch.
6. Push the repair patch firmly on the applicable area. If applicable,
place a weight on it.
Instead of using the enclosed repair patch, you can
also use commercially-available silicone glue or
polyurethane-based glue. In this case, follow the
instructions of the glue manufacturer.

You could damage the lounge if you store it improp-
erly.
− Do not lay the lounge over sharp edges or corners.
− Store the lounge so that it is dry and protected
against dust and the sun.
1. Clean the lounge and then let it dry thoroughly (see chapter
“Cleaning”).
2. Open all valves 5and completely deflate the lounge (see chap-
ter “Deflating the air”).
3. Gently fold the lounge together.

Este manual del usuario forma parte de este flotador
para piscina (en lo sucesivo llamado únicamente “flo-
tador”). Contiene información importante relacionada
con el uso y el manejo.
Antes de utilizar el flotador, lea detenidamente el manual del usua-
rio, sobre todo las indicaciones de seguridad. El incumplimiento de
este manual del usuario puede provocar lesiones graves o daños en
el flotador.
Conserve el manual del usuario para su uso en el futuro. Si entrega
el flotador a un tercero, entréguele necesariamente este manual del
usuario.

− Nunca utilice el flotador para evitar un
ahogamiento. Nunca deje usar el flotador a

− Nunca emplee el flotador en aguas abiertas
(lagos, ríos, mares, etc.), con fuerte viento,
corrientes rápidas o mareas peligrosas.

− Nunca supere el peso permitido máximo. El flotador
soporta un peso de 220lbs (100kg) como máximo.
− No permita que los menores de 14 años usen el
flotador.
− No utilice el flotador bajo la influencia del alcohol
u otras drogas.
− No emplee el flotador si tiene sueño o está
agotado.
− Nunca use el flotador si está dañado.
− No utilice el flotador para hacer rafting por aguas
salvajes o para otros deportes extremos.
− Distribuya su peso de forma homogénea por el
flotador.
− Nunca deje a nadie saltar sobre el flotador o al
agua desde el flotador.
− Asegúrese de que haya suficiente espacio entre
la cabeza y la cubierta de la piscina. Nunca nade
por túneles o bajo puentes si la distancia hasta la
cabeza es escasa.

El flotador no está indicado para lactantes ni menores
de 14 años. Si el flotador no está inflado, existe riesgo
de asfixia para las personas que estén bajo el anillo
exterior o el cabezal.
− Mantenga a lactantes y niños pequeños alejados
del anillo exterior y el cabezal sin inflar del flotador.

− Nunca permita que los niños jueguen sin
vigilancia con el flotador, cerca de él o con la
lámina del embalaje. Pueden enredarse mientras
juegan y asfixiarse.

− Nunca utilice el flotador en el agua si cerca hay
escombros u obstáculos.
− No coloque el flotador cerca de superficies
calientes (parrillas, etc.).
− Nunca exponga el flotador a altas temperaturas
(calefacción, etc.) o inclemencias meteorológicas
(granizo, etc.). Nunca llene el flotador con líquido.

Si abre el embalaje con un cuchillo afilado o con otros
objetos puntiagudos sin tener cuidado, el flotador
puede dañarse rápidamente.

− Por tanto, al abrir el embalaje, proceda con sumo
cuidado.
1. Extraiga el flotador de su embalaje.
2. Compruebe si el suministro está completo (véase la fig.A).
3. Compruebe si el flotador o las piezas individuales presentan
daños. Si este es el caso, no utilice el flotador. Contacte con el fab-
ricante a través de la dirección indicada en el dorso.
Inflado del flotador
ADVERTENCIA!
¡Peligro de ahogamiento!
Si la cámara interior y el reposacabezas no tienen
suficiente aire, existe peligro de ahogamiento.
− Asegúrese de que el flotador esté inflado con
suficiente aire antes de usarlo y durante su
utilización. Revise periódicamente la presión del
aire, sobre todo los días cálidos o fríos.
¡AVISO!
¡Riesgo de daños!
Un inflado incorrecto del flotador puede reventarlo.
− Nunca infle el flotador con un compresor de alta
presión.
− Infle el flotador solo con aire frío.
− No infle el flotador demasiado. No supere la
presión de aire máxima de 0.44 psi (0.03 bares).
