This product takes approximately 1 HOUR to assemble with 2 PEOPLE.
The fittings pack contains SMALL PARTS which should be KEPT AWAY FROM YOUNG
CHILDREN.

Step by step assembly instructions
Step One
Fix the Side Rails (3) to the Headboard (1) and Footboard (2) using Bolts (A) as shown.
Tighten using Allen Key (C).

Step Two
Lower Slats (4) into the slatholder of the side rails and pull each end as close to the headboard and
footboard possible so the slats are covering the full length of the bed. Fix in place using Screws (B) as
shown below.

Step by step assembly instructions
Step One
Attach the Castor Wheels (F) into the Legs (3). Fix them by using Screws (G) as shown.
CAUTION: Please do not place the truckle upon its side
as it features a spring mechanism that could cause
injury.

Step Two
Put the Dowel (E) into the holes indicated on the legs of the Side Rails (3). Attach the Cross Rails (2)
to the legs by using Barrel Nut (C) and Bolts (A). Tighten them by using Allen Key (H). Repeat
this process on both sides of the Cross Rails (2) as shown in the diagram below.
CAUTION: Please do not place the truckle upon its side
as it features a spring mechanism that could cause
injury.

Step Three

rails by using Screws (B). Tighten them using Allen Key (H).

Care and Maintenance
This Morgan Guest Bed should be cleaned using a soft damp cloth and dried immediately. Do not use
a very wet cloth or allow any liquid contact for a long period of time as this can permanently damage
the surface.
Do not use abrasive cleaner or harsh detergent as this can damage the surface. Do not drag any
object across the bed as this can cause permanent damage.
Please retain this information leaflet for future reference.
Safety Instructions
Never drag furniture when moving it. Always lift it.
Periodically check all fixings to ensure none have come loose and re-tighten where necessary.
Please take care when handling or moving the furniture as careless handling may cause damage or
injury. Furniture can be dangerous if incorrectly installed. Assembly should be carried out by a
competent adult. No liability will be accepted for damage or injury caused by incorrectly installed or
assembled furniture. During assembly, children should be kept away from the product due to possible
risk of injury.
This product complies with BS EN 1725:1998.
Do not use this item if any components are missing or damaged.
It is recommended that before moving heavy objects to a new location they are completely
dis-assembled to avoid personal injury or damage to the furniture. Please be careful to retain all
fittings when doing this.
