INTRODUCTION
Thank you for choosing a product from Kellfri AB. Compliance with the general safety instruc-
tions, instruction manual and sound common sense will guarantee many years of enjoyment
using the product. Kellfri’s equipment and products are aimed at self-employed farmers who
have stringent performance demands.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Yard harrow for ATV or small tractor, which can cope with tough conditions, compacted gravel
paths and weed-infested farmland, but also paddocks and training tracks. Fully galvanised
frame with adjustment of the angle of penetration by the tines, lifting eye for winch wire and
reversible tempered harrow tips. 80 mm c/c distance between the tines, hitch for 50 mm ball
coupling and with fender hoops at the ends.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Before using the trailer, and for the safety of yourself and others, you must read the safety

Do not use the equipment or product if you feel ill, tired or are under the inuence of alcohol.
Do not use the equipment or product if you are taking prescribed medication or drugs, or
suering from severe depression or mental illness. Always comply with general rules of the
road and applicable rules stipulated by the Animal Welfare Act. People under the age of 15 and
those suering from mental illness are not allowed to use the equipment.

PRODUCT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read through the tractor/ATV’s operating manual before starting work.
• Always check that the performance of the implement and towing vehicle combination
guarantees safety and functionality.
• Do not drive up slopes that are too steep to drive up.
• The atv rake is not intended to be use or connected behind a car.
• The risk area is 5 metres. Only the operator is allowed to be within the risk area
while the rake is in use.
• Under no circumstances are operators allowed to stand under suspended loads.
• Ensure that the tractor has sucient weight in the front for safe driving. Avoid sudden
turn whilst driving. Adjust the speed of the vechicle during operation.
PERSONAL PROTECTION
Always use suitable protection equipment. Do not wear loose cloth-
ing or jewellery while working with the equipment. Long hair should
be tied up when working with machine that has moving parts. Use
protective gloves as there is a risk of burns if any hot surfaces are
touched.
SURROUNDINGS
Make sure your working area is clear from people, children and objects before connecting
and using the machine. Risk of serious injuries during operation. Take an extra caution when
children are in the area where the equipment/ product is being use or stored. Check the area
for low hanging electrical wires. Be careful when working on slopes and near ditches.
Always work alone with single - purpose tools/products. Never have junk lying in your area.
Keep working areas clean. Always respect the risk zone.

Children in the area should be supervised.
Under no circumstances should young children be allowed to work with this
equipment.
CONNECT AND DISCONNET
• Ensure that the product is on level ground when connecting or disconnecting.
• Ensure that the product is not damage before connecting to the ATV
• Set the desired angle and height of the tines
• Rinse with water and dry if necessary after use.
• Park on stable ground
Never use a equipment or product with defect safety equipment.

STEPS BEFORE USE
Read the safety instructions and the operating instructions carefully. Make sure that you un-
derstand the safety instructions, operating instructions and warning decals. Use common
sense when using the product and suitable personal protective equipment. Always check the
performance of the machine combination to be used. It is important that these work in har-
mony. Ensure the equipment or product work as expected, and to guarantee the your safety
and others. Carry out a visual inspection of the equipment or product before use. Repair or
replace damaged or worn parts to reduce the risk of injury.
Grease moving parts and check that all nuts and bolts are tightened. Rectify if necessary.
Learn and remember the correct working method. Beginners must work slowly until they have
learned how the machine or product works. Users/customers are responsible for ensuring us-
ers can handle the situation. If users feel that the equipment is dangerous to use, it should not
be used.

• Adjust the vehicles speed when driving on slopes or uneven ground
• Make sure there are no foreign objects is stuck in the rake before using it.
• Check the work area before operation. Make sure there are no people or animals nearby.
• Clear working area of stones, branches or hidden obstacles that might be hooked or
snagged, causing injury or damage.
• Be sure that the rake is properly mounted, right set and in good condition.
• Know your controls and how to stop tractor/ATV and equipment quickly in an emer-
gency.

MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE
Ensure that the unit is stable and cannot tip over during maintenance and service. Replace
damaged or worn parts immediately to reduce the risk of abrasion. Always perform mainte-
nance, service and inspection, as recommended. Use only original replacement parts or spare
parts with equivalent performance to reduce the risk of damage.
• Regularly check the condition of the product. If cracks, bends are detected, don’t use the
product, repair or rplaced the damage part.
• Worn parts should be replaced. Check that all locking pins are correctly mounted. Rinse
the feeder with water if necessary.
• Always make a test drive before starting any operation
RECYCLING
When disposing the product, this must be disassembled and
transported to the intended location of the municipality.

ASSEMBLY :
Place all parts on the ground to get a good overview of how the parts should be mounted.
See picture below:
Assemble the arms, ball coupling and rake frame. Mount the turnbuckle on the bracket of the
ball coupling as shown below. Then install all the tines, select the desired height of the tines
and tighten all the bolts. Ready for use.
