Before we start, here are some things to be aware of:
This is the assembly instruction for right hand opening door
with no stool.
A packaged Solo unit weights 315 kg and will require 2-3
persons to install. It takes an average of 30 - 45 min to
install Solo.
Please assemble with caution and make sure that the
installation site is protected to prevent any injuries or risks of
damaging the product and surrounding.
Position and assemble Solo as close to its final placement
as possible. If needed, a fully assembled Solo can be lifted
and moved with a pallet jack. When moving the unit,
please make sure to follow the moving instruction (pg. xx).
DO NOT push the unit! You may risk tipping Solo or
damaging its leveling feet.
Make sure you have all the required tools listed (pg. xx).
We recommend leaving atleast 30 cm of space between the
wall or between multiple units of Solo.
Make sure that the Solo power source can safely load
10amp. When the ventilation is on, LED light is at its full
lumination, and the power charging station is not in use, the
wattage usage is 22W. The power cord fuse is set at 7amp
to prevent overloading.
Solo comes with 2 AC power outlest and 2 charging
outlets. DO NOT plug in any electronic devices that uses
over 5amp.

Installer Tip for Easier Lifting:
Carefully tip and lay the unit sideways. Use
inner carton buffers or any platform to
slightly prop up the unit.

Installer Tip for Power Connection:
Plug in the unit and check if all electronic
devices turn on normally. If not, check if all
power cords are properlly connected
before proceeding.

Installer Tip for Alignment:
Start by lightly screwing-in the top and
bottom 4 screws then the 8 screws on both
sides. After all 36 screws are fastened, go
around the frame and tightly secure them.
