 The universal catch tank can be mounted in a variety of ways. This procedure
outlines two potential ways to mount the catch tank; always orient the catch tank upright
with the vent slots at the top.

Always orient the catch tank upright with the vent slots on top.
Be careful not to lose the o-ring sealing the tank to the cap.
When installing, tighten the tank to the cap securely using an Allen wrench in the hex
cutout in the bottom of the tank.
Check and empty the catch tank regularly to avoid potential overflow. Regularly inspect
the vents for weeping oil. If you find weeping oil, clean the sponge. Unscrew the tank from
the cap using an Allen wrench in the bottom of the tank. Be careful not to lose the o-ring
that seals the tank to the top cap. Squeeze the excess oil from the sponge; you may wash it
with soap and warm water if it is dirty. Be sure to rinse the sponge thoroughly and squeeze
out any excess water. Reinstall the tank to the cap in the reverse order.

WARNING! Never mount the catch tank where an overflow could deposit oil directly onto a tire. This
could cause loss of control while operating the motorcycle.
The catch tank can be mounted with either the supplied universal strap or a P-Clamp
(sold separately). PIC.1 shows the catch tank mounted to the horn bracket using the
supplied universal strap.
PIC.2 shows the tank mounted to the frame using a Kuryakyn P-Clamp (sold
separately). P-Clamps are available in a variety of sizes to cover many applications.
