Beschreibung
Mit dem Funktionsmodul E82ZAFB001 werden Frequenzumrichter 8200 motec
an ein serielles Kommunikationsnetz gekoppelt und
mit analogen und digitalen Steuersignalen angesteuert.
Einsatzbereich
Der Betrieb des Bus-I/O ist nur möglich mit:

Für den Betrieb notwendige Mindestverdrahtung
DIP-Schalter 0und C0034 unbedingt auf den gleichen Bereich einstellen.
Nur dann interpretiert der Frequenzumrichter das analoge Eingangssignal
an X3/8 richtig.
Wird ein Sollwertpotentiometer intern über X3/9 versorgt, unbedingt
DIP-Schalter auf Spannungsbereich 0 ... +5 V einstellen. Nur so kann der
gesamte Drehzahlbereich durchfahren werden.

- Unbedingt Jumper-Abdeckkappe 0und Schutzkappe des
I/O-Funktionsmoduls 1entfernen und aufbewahren!
- Der motec wird sonst beschädigt!
•Mit dem Aufkleber 2, der dem Funktionsmodul beiliegt, das
motec-Typenschild vervollständigen.

Inbetriebnahme

Wenn Sie die Inbetriebnahme mit einer von der Lenze-Einstellung abweichenden
Konfiguration durchführen, lesen Sie die Anweisungen in der Spalte ”mit individueller
Einstellung”.
Achten Sie darauf,
- daß Sie mit dem Dip-Schalter am Funktionsmodul den Sollwertbereich richtig
eingestellt haben,
- daß C0034 an die Einstellung des Dip-Schalters angepaßt ist.
- Beispiel: Sollwertvorgabe (0 ... +5 V) über Potentiometer an X3/7, X3/8 und X3/9
ðC0034 = 0, Dip-Schalter 1 = OFF, 2 = OFF, 3 = ON, 4 = OFF, 5 = OFF
Der Antriebsregler ist nur funktionsfähig, wenn HIGH-Pegel an X3/28 anliegt
(Reglerfreigabe über Klemme).
- Beachten Sie, daß die Reglersperre über mehrere Quellen gesetzt werden kann. Die
Quellen wirken wie eine Reihenschaltung von Schaltern.
- Wenn der Antrieb trotz Reglerfreigabe über X3/28 nicht anläuft, prüfen Sie, ob noch
über eine andere Quelle Reglersperre gesetzt ist.

Description
The E82ZAFB001 function module is used to connect 8200 motec inverters
with a serial communication network and
control the 8200 motec through digital and analog control signals.
Range of application
Operation of the Bus I/O is only possible together with the following units:

Min. wiring required for operation
Adjust the DIP switch 0and C0034 for the same range, otherwise the
frequency inverter cannot interpret the analog input signal at X3/8.
If a setpoint potentiometer is internally supplied via X3/9, the DIP switch
must be set for a voltage range of 0 ... 5 V. This is necessary to cover the
complete speed range.

•Please observe the following before motec assembly:
- The jumper cover 0and the protection cover of the I/O function
module 1must be removed and kept!
- Otherwise the motec will be damaged!
•Complete the motec nameplate with the sticker 2delivered
together with the function module.

Commissioning

If your configuration differs from the Lenze settings, please read the instructions
given under ”Individual settings”.
Please observe
- that the setpoint range is set correctly by using the DIP switch at the function
module
- and that C0034 is adapted to the settings of the DIP switch.
- Example: Setpoint selection (0 ... 5 V) via potentiometer at X3/7, X3/8 and X3/9
ðC0034 = 0, DIP switch 1 = OFF, 2 = OFF, 3 = ON, 4 = OFF, 5 = OFF
The controller is only ready for operation, if a HIGH signal is applied to X3/28
(controller enable via terminal).
- Please observe that the controller can be inhibited through several sources. All
sources act like a series connection of switches.
- If the drive does not start although the controller has been enabled through X3/28,
check whether the controller is inhibited through a different source.

Description
Le module de fonction E82ZAFB001 permet
de relier les convertisseurs de fréquence 8200 motec à un système de communication séquentielle
et
de commander les convertisseurs de fréquence 8200 motec via signaux analogiques et
numériques.
Domaine d’utilisation
Le bus E/S ne peut fonctionner qu’avec
les convertisseurs de fréquence 8200 motec 0,55 ... 2,2 kW à partir de la version suivante (voir
plaque signalétique) :

Remplir les conditions suivantes pour assurer un fonctionnement sans problème :
Tous les câbles (à l’exception du câble réseau) doivent être blindés impérativement.
Relier soigneusement le blindage avec PE (voir ci-dessous).
Raccorder les conducteurs de protection moteur et réseau à des bornes PE différentes.
