Allgemeiner Hinweis zur Vermeidung elektromagnetischer Störungen:
Um den bestimmungsgemäßen Betrieb zu gewährleisten, ist ein permanenter,
einwandfreier Rad-Schiene-Kontakt der Fahrzeuge erforderlich. Führen Sie keine
Veränderungen an stromführenden Teilen durch.
Funktionen
• Das Modell ist für den Betrieb auf LGB-Zweileiter-Gleichstrom-Systemen mit
herkömmlichen LGB-Gleichstrom-Fahrpulten vorgesehen (DC, 0 – 24 V).
Betriebsartenschalter
Das Modell hat einen vierstufigen Betriebsarten-Schalter im Führerstand.
Pos. 0 Lok stromlos abgestellt
Pos. 1 Beleuchtung eingeschaltet
Pos. 2 & 3 Lokmotor und Beleuchtung sind eingeschaltet
Wartung und Instandhaltung
Schmierung
Die Achslager hin und wieder mit je einem Tropfen Märklin-Öl (7149) ölen.
Austauschen der Glühlampen (E130 023)
Lampen (vorne): Lampengehäuse vom Modell abziehen. Eingesteckte Glühlampe aus
dem Sockel ziehen. Neue Glühlampe einstecken. Modell wieder zusammenbauen.
Lampen (hinten): Hebeln Sie vorsichtig das Lampenglas aus dem Laternengehäuse.
Ziehen Sie dann mit einer Pinzette die eingesteckte Glühlampe aus der Fassung.
Setzen Sie jetzt eine neue Glühlampe ein. Bauen Sie schließlich die Laterne wieder
zusammen.
Innenbeleuchtung: Glühlampe mit einer Pinzette aus der Fassung ziehen. Neue
Glühlampe einstecken.
Austauschen des Haftreifens
• Unter dem Getriebe sind fünf Schrauben. Erste, zeite und fünfte Schraube lösen.
• Getriebe vorsichtig aus dem Fahrgestell ziehen.
• Falls nötig, Stromkabel abziehen.
• Sechskantschrauben entfernen, mit denen die Kuppelstangen an den Treibrädern
befestigt sind. Kuppelstangen abnehmen.
• Mit einen kleinen flachen Schraubendreher den alten Haftreifen entfernen: Den
alten Haftreifen aus der Rille (Nut) im Treibrad hebeln. Vorsichtig den neuen Haft-
reifen über das Rad schieben und in die Rille (Nut) des Rads einsetzen. Überprü-
fen, dass der Haftreifen richtig sitzt.
• Modell wieder zusammenbauen.

General Note to Avoid Electromagnetic Interference:
A permanent, flawless wheel-rail contact is required in order to guarantee operation
for which a model is designed. Do not make any changes to current-conducting parts.
Mode of Operation Switch
This model has a four-position switch for the mode of operation. It is located in the
engineer‘s cab.
Pos. 0 Locomotive stopped without current
Pos. 1 Power to lights
Pos. 2 & 3 Power to lights and motor
Functions
• This model is designed for operation on LGB two-rail DC systems with conventio-
nal LGB DC train controllers or power packs (DC, 0 – 24 volts).
Service and maintenance
Lubrication
The axle bearings should be lubricated occasionally with a small amount of Märklin-
Oil (7149).
Changing Light Bulbs (E130 023)
Lamps (front): Pull the lamp housing from the model. Pull the light bulb plugged into
the socket from the latter. Insert the new light bulb. Re-assemble the model.
Lamps (rear): Carefully lift the lens out of the lantern housing. Then use a pair of
tweezers to pull the light bulb out of the bulb holder. Now insert a new light bulb.
Finally, put the lantern back together.
Interior Lighting: Pull the light bulb from the socket using a pair of tweezers. Insert
the new light bulb.
Replacing Traction Tires
• There are five screws under the mechanism. Loosen the first, second and fifth
screws.
• Carefully pull the mechanism out of the frame.
• If necessary, pull the current pickup wire off.
• Remove the hex head screws used to mount the drive and side rods to the center
driving wheels. Remove the side rods from the wheels.
• Use a small flat blade screwdriver to remove the old traction tire: Lift the old
traction tire from the groove in the driving wheel. Carefully push the new traction
tire over the wheel and into the groove. Make sure that the traction tire is properly
seated.
• Put the model back together.

Dans la cabine de conduite du modèle se trouve un interrupteur à 4 positions pour la
sélection du mode d’exploitation.

Fonctionnement
• Le modèle est prévu pour être exploité sur des systèmes deux rails c.c. LGB avec
des pupitres de commandes LGB classiques en courant continu (DC, 0 – 24 V).
Entretien et maintien
Lubrification
Les coussinets des essieux sont à graisser par intervalles, quelques gouttes d‘huile
Märklin (7149).
Remplacement des lampes incandescentes (E130 023)
Lampes (avant) : Retirer le boîtier de la lampe du modèle. Retirer l’ampoule incande-
scente de son socle. Enficher la nouvelle ampoule. Remonter le modèle.
Lampes (arrière) : Avec un mouvement de levier, retirez prudemment le verre de la
lanterne. A l’aide d’une pincette, retirez l’ampoule de la douille. Insérez une nouvelle
ampoule. Remontez la lanterne.
Eclairage intérieur : A l’aide d’une pincette, retirer l’ampoule de la douille. Enficher la
nouvelle ampoule.
Remplacer le bandage d’adhérence
• Sous le système de transmission se trouvent cinq vis. Desserrer la première,
deuxième et la cinquième vis.
• Retirer délicatement le système de transmission du châssis.
• Si nécessaire, débrancher le câble électrique.
• Retirer les vis hexagonales avec lesquelles les tiges d‘accouplement sont fixées
sur les roues motrices. Retirer les tiges d’accouplement.
• A l’aide d’un petit tournevis plat, retirer le bandage d’adhérence usé : Faire levier
pour sortir le bandage d’adhérence usé de la rainure (cannelure) dans la roue
motrice. Pousser délicatement le nouveau bandage d’adhérence sur la roue et le
positionner dans la rainure. Vérifier que le bandage d’adhérence est bien en place.
• Remonter le modèle.

Algemene aanwijzing voor het vermijden van elektromagnetische storingen:
Om een betrouwbaar bedrijf te garanderen is een permanent, vlekkeloos wielas - rail
contact van het voertuig noodzakelijk. Voer geen wijzigingen uit aan de stroomvoe-
rende delen.
Bedrijfssoorten schakelaar
Het model heeft een vier-standen bedrijfssoorten schakelaar in de cabine.
Pos. 0 Loc stroomloos
Pos. 1 Verlichting ingeschakeld
Pos. 2 & 3 Locmotor en verlichting zijn ingeschakeld
Functies
• Het model is geschikt voor het gebruik met LGB-tweerail-gelijkstroomsystemen
met de gebruikelijke LGB-gelijkstroomrijregelaars (DC 0 – 24V)
Onderhoud en handhaving
Smeren
De aslagers af en toe met een druppel Märklin olie (7149) smeren.
Gloeilampen vervangen (E130 023)
Lampen (voor): lampenhuis van het model aftrekken. De lamp uit de fitting trekken.
Een nieuwe lamp plaatsen. Het model weer in elkaar zetten.
Lampen (achter): voorzichtig het glas van de lantaarn wippen. Met een pincet de
defecte gloeilamp uit de fitting trekken. Een nieuwe gloeilamp plaatsen. De lantaarn
weer in elkaar zetten.
Binnenverlichting: met een pincet de defecte lamp uit de fitting trekken. Een nieuwe
lamp plaatsen.
Vervangen van de antislipbanden
• Onder de aandrijving bevinden zich vijf schroeven. De eerste, tweede en de vijfde
schroef losdraaien.
• Het drijfwerk voorzichtig uit het chassis nemen.
• Indien nodig, stroomdraad losnemen.
• De zeskantschroeven waarmee de koppelstangen op de drijfwielen zijn bevestigd
verwijderen. De koppelstangen van de wielen nemen.
• Met een kleine platte schroevendraaier de oude antislipband verwijderen; de
oude antislipband uit de groef (gleuf) van het wiel wippen. Voorzichtig de nieuwe
antislipband op het wiel schuiven en in de groef van het wiel plaatsen. Controleren
of de antislipband juist is geplaatst.
• Model weer in elkaar zetten.

Consejo general para evitar las interferencias electromagnéticas:
Para garantizar un funcionamiento según las previsiones se requiere un contacto
rueda-carril de los vehículos permanente sin anomalías. No realice ninguna modifi-
cación en piezas conductoras de la corriente.
Selector de modo de funcionamiento
El modelo en miniatura incorpora un selector de modo de funcionamiento de cuatro
posiciones en la cabina de conducción.

Pos. 2 & 3 Motor de locomotora y alumbrado encendidos
Funciones
• El modelo en miniatura ha sido previsto para el funcionamiento en sistemas de
corriente continua de dos conductores LGB provistos de pupitres de conducción
de corriente continua LGB convencionales (corriente continua, 0 – 24 V).
El mantenimiento
Lubricación
Lubricar de vez en cuando con sendas gotas de aceite Märklin (7149) los cojinetes
de los ejes.
Sustitución de las lámparas de incandescencia (E130 023)
Lámparas (delante): Retirar la carcasa de lámpara del modelo en miniatura. Extraer
del portalámparas la lámpara de incandescencia enchufada. Enchufar una lámpara
de incandescencia nueva. Reensamblar el modelo en miniatura.
Lámparas (detrás): Extraiga con cuidado el cristal de la lámpara fuera de la carcasa
del farol. Acto seguido, extraiga del portalámparas con unas pinzas la bombilla de
incandescencia enchufada. Inserte ahora una bombilla de incandescencia nueva.
Por último, reensamble el farol.
Iluminación interior: Extraer del portalámparas la lámpara de incandescencia con
unas pinzas. Enchufar la lámpara de incandescencia nueva.
Sustitución del aro de adherencia
• Bajo la transmisión hay cinco tornillos. Soltar los tornillos primero, segundo y
quinto.
• Extraer la transmisión con cuidado del bastidor.
• Si es necesario, extraer el cable de corriente.
• Extraer los tornillos hexagonales con los cuales están sujetas a las ruedas motri-
ces las bielas de acoplamiento. Retirar las bielas de acoplamiento.
• Retirar el aro de adherencia antiguo con un destornillador de hoja plana pequeño:
Extraer de la acanaladura (ranura) de la rueda motriz el aro de adherencia antiguo
apalancándolo. Colocar con precaución el aro de adherencia nuevo sobre la
rueda motriz e insertarlo en la acanaladura (ranura) de la rueda. Asegurarse de
que el aro de adherencia quede correctamente asentado.
• Rensamblar el modelo en miniatura.

Funzioni
• Tale modello è predisposto per il funzionamento su sistemi LGB in corrente continua
a due rotaie con i tradizionali regolatori di marcia LGB a corrente continua
(DC, 0 – 24 V).
Manutenzione ed assistere
Lubrificazione
Oliare di tanto in tanto i cuscinetti degli assi e i supporti dei biellismi con una goccia
di olio Märklin (7149) per ciascuno.
Sostituzione delle lampadine (E130 023)
Lampadina (anteriore): Estrarre dal modello l’involucro della lampadina. Rimuovere
dallo zoccolo la lampadina innestata. Innestare una nuova lampadina. Montare
nuovamente il modello.
Lampadina (posteriore): Sollevate con cautela il vetro della lampadina dall’involucro
del fanale. Con una pinzetta estraete allora dallo zoccolo la lampadina innestata.
Installate adesso una nuova lampadina. In conclusione assemblate nuovamente il
fanale.
Illuminazione interna: Con una pinzetta estrarre la lampadina dallo zoccolo. In-
nestare una lampadina nuova.
Sostituzione della cerchiatura di aderenza
• Sotto la trasmissione si trovano cinque viti. Svitare la prima, secondo e la quinta
vite.
• Estrarre con cautela la trasmissione dal telaio di rotolamento.
• Qualora necessario, estrarre il cavetto porta corrente.
• Rimuovere le viti esagonali, con le quali le bielle di accoppiamento sono fissate
alle ruote motrici. Rimuovere le bielle di accoppiamento.
• Con un piccolo cacciavite piatto rimuovere la vecchia cerchiatura di aderenza:
Sollevare la vecchia cerchiatura di aderenza fuori dalla scanalatura (solco) nella
ruota motrice. Far scorrere con cautela la nuova cerchiatura di aderenza sopra la
ruota e inserirla nella scanalatura (solco) della ruota. Verificare che la cerchiatura
di aderenza sia alloggiata correttamente.
• Montare nuovamente il modello.
